Very simple but elegant ambiance, impeccable service. The food however is more experimental than perfect with a focus on combining unexpected ingredients instead of on quality and technique. Wine pairings were mostly good, one was very good (raw fish in a rhubarb emulsion with a Bordeaux graves). Positive are the small portions and ample space between tables

Out experience at Lil' Home was flawless. The chef's blind tasting menu and wine pairings were exquisitely executed, profoundly delicious, and immensely demonstrative of skill in both flavor and texture. The experience was phenomenal from top to bottom, with world-class service and atmosphere delivered by competent, friendly, chic professionals. We were especially impressed with the creative way in which flavor profiles were contrasted within dishes and the consistent surprises in texture we experienced across a broad range of cuisine. We cannot recommend it highly enough and I will make a point of seeking it out the next time I am in Bordeaux.

Extremely good food: very sophisticated and creative at a reasonable price. Limited staff, but Very professional service! The restaurant decoration is not adequate to the price and the quality of the food and would need to be fixed/changed.. in any case a very positive and recommendable experience!

Overall a bizarre and very disappointing meal, would not recommend. Some extremely ‘creative’ dishes that were not enjoyable to eat. Fish roe on a sweet creamy dessert and chocolate foam on a salty oyster are two examples of a whole menu which felt intended to be exciting and different, but sadly just tasted very, very bad.

Everything was going smoothly until I had an unexpected dinner guest – a mouse in the dining area! It was quite the comedic twist, but it definitely left me questioning their cleanliness. Hard to give a five-star review after sharing my meal with Mickey. 🐭

Had an overall pleasant experience but was utterly disappointed at the end when I saw a mouse wandering around the dining area. Felt gross, makes me question their hygiene! Cannot really comment on the food after this incident.

Wonderful seafood brunch meal paired with some delicious white wines from the area. Our waitress was also friendly and the service was good!

Outstanding service. Some of the dishes also were outstanding, but some missed the mark. The room lacks ambience.
