Absolutely Loved this place! My friend surprised me with a dinner reservation, and It was my first time dining here. The inside ambiance was beautiful and set the perfect mood for the evening. Ordered the Lemon Chicken & Shrimp and the Elk Sausage & Pasta—both were amazing! The chicken and shrimp dish was my favorite—definitely a must-try for chicken lovers. The service was excellent, and overall, it was a perfect dinner experience. Highly recommend!

Google
This is my best and sadest review. A true gem. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. Deserts to die for. Now for the sad part. The owner is retiring and the business will be closing on May 31st. Try this place before this slice of foodie heaven goes on its way to places where heroic food places go. Like Valhalla for restaurants.

We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.

Had a great meal here. I had the Gorgonzola fries and the duck gumbo. Both were delicious. The service was excellent as was the vibe. The chef came out and checked on us.

Best birthday dinner in a very long time! The excellent and varied menu offered something for everyone. Della literally made us feel like family. Brie appetizer offered a great taste while waiting on the meal. Sharing is welcomed. Out of our party of five, two of us shared the dinner special. My wife and I shared a Greek wedge. And all of us shared the famous donuts and coffee ice cream for dessert. I really enjoyed the generously portioned Lili's Burger. My wife loved her Coffee encrusted salmon. And Mimi bragged about her excellent flounder. Only my wife had been here before. But we all agreed we want to come back soon!

This is my new favorite restaurant! Elizabeth was fantastic with timing out each part of our meal, never felt rushed and she truly took the time to care about our experience. The food was 100/10 I couldn’t have imagined how great it was going to be! Me and my husband are vegetarians and having so many options was priceless! Bring everyone you love here for an amazing time!

Google
This restaurant is amazing. The Crab Cakes had an awesome dip that came with chips. The Poblano Burgers is so flavorful, yum! The Lamb Special was tasteful throughout. Overall, great food, wonderful ambiance, and the service was exceptional.

This was by far an absolutely outstanding eating experience. Personalized by the owner who checked up on each person. The food is excellent, with no compromising on quality or freshness. Our guest assistant Amanda was constantly checking on us to make sure everything was ok. From the small plate crab cakes, to the salad, to the main entrees of tilapia and crab, ending with the perfect brown cinnamon and apple pie with ice cream, delivery, presentation, and service was well organized, timely and seamless. Parking is plentiful and the live music relaxing and not overpowering. Thank you to everyone for making an enjoyable evening happen. We will be back. A+ all the way around. Solomon

Yelp
I've been coming to Lili's Bistro on Magnolia for a number of years now. Every time I come here I'm happy when I leave. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Started with a Mesquite Smoked Salmon which is served cold and was fantastic with a lot of smoke flavor with a Dill spread that compliments it VERY well. For an entree we had the Double Lobster Ravioli which has a fantastic balance flavor and was very filling. Also had the Beef Wellington which had great flavor also. My favorite part of Lili's is always dessert. You can tell a lot thought goes into making sure they offer something different than other restaurants. Today was the Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Apple Pie. Served with a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla bean ice cream this is the best apple pie in town. This is a fan favorite for sure.

Yelp
New menu item... and it is terrific. King Ranch Poblano. A roasted poblano chile stuffed with a creamy mix of chicken, onions, peppers and melted cheese, topped with sour cream and tomatillo sauce. It's served with Lili's amazing, delicious rice, a perfect compliment to those dish. Pictured is my portion of a split plate, and we each took half of our split portion home! The Lili's kitchen splits shared salads and entrees etc., in the kitchen with the garnishes etc, on each plate as if it were the entire dish. No split plate charge! This is a kitchen that is committed to the dining pleasure of each guest as opposed to just mailing it in by sending out an empty second plate for diners to split for themselves. Very class act. Daniel does a perfect job in the serving department. Y'all give this a try! PS I got three meals out of my half of the King Ranch Poblano when divided and wrapped in a tortilla with some rice.

Andrew G.

Yelp
Jessica was phenomenal and such a great waitress- she took the meal to the next level! We happened to sit in the added section with an Astroturf-style flooring. It was pretty warm in that room, but it was nice having the look of an outdoor patio. While we were so excited for the brussels and caesar salad, they were both misses unfortunately. The brussel sprouts were overly sweet and the caesar was all around underwhelming. With that, the turkey burger and fries were great as usual.

Nicholas T.

Yelp
I made a 2 reservations with Lili's for 6 and 6:30. I received an email from Vance saying we have you penciled in for 6:30, please confirm. I called to see if there were other times, they said all other spots were booked, so I stated that i'd keep 6:30. I sent an email confirming our 6:30 penciled in spot and they responded with all spots are full. I called the location again to straighten out the confusion and they said they gave the confirmed spot away and their response was sorry not our fault... we'll call you if something comes available... "DONT LET IT RUIN YOUR LIFE (seen in the picture below)" All we were trying to do was celebrate my wife's birthday and we were let down and snubbed. Terrible management.

Yelp
Lili's is now on my Top 5 list of favorites here in FW. Their menu is well thought out with options for regular entrees or sandwiches sling with small plates that are perfect for lighter appetites or just gathering a few things to try for the table. I absolutely love the escargot and portobello dish, and it's become one of my favorite dishes here. There calamari is solid and hubby really enjoyed the crab cakes with edamame hummus. The donuts were a tasty end to the meal. One of the things that I love about the place is how attentive they are to their guests. Our favorite waiter is Keith - ask for him on Friday nights. Also, we love the live music.

Lindsay S.

Yelp
The turkey burger quite literally pleases my soul. Its so big, it's the only meal you need for the day. The place was pretty packed for a Thursday afternoon, but since we knew what we wanted we were able to get our order in before some of the bigger parties. Well worth the hour drive it takes us to get here

Lee Ann L.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant! Always amazing food and ambience! Have been going here for at least 10 years.

Gil C.

Yelp
**Must order the ELK SAUSAGE PASTA!!** First time I tried it I was HOOKED! Come at least once a month now. I always tell my partner it takes like an Italian take on Pad Thai but with Italian spices and TONS OF FLAVOR! Every time I've been there they either have someone playing the piano or 2 guys on guitars playing modern/classical/classic music, PERFECT PLACE FOR DATES! Chef always comes by to make sure everything is to your liking and that's you as you walk out, such a beautiful touch. We made it a night and went to the local cocktail lounges within walking distance and it was perfection.

James C.

Yelp
I heard from friends that the food was very good at Lili's on Magnolia in Ft Worth. So my wife and I tried it out. I was happy for the free parking for Lili's and a couple other places. It's an old building that is very quaint. There was a small Jazz Band playing. It was just loud enough to provide a nice atmosphere. The server was friendly and she brought our food quickly. My wife had a burger with gorgonzola cheese and crumbled bacon. It was super good, especially the bun. I'm not sure what type of bread it was but it was soft and slightly sweet. I had a lightly breaded chicken breast and shrimp on pasta with a very light, white sauce. They were cooked with red peppers and capers, and it was delicious. All this for less than $50. We'll be back.

Yelp
As far as I'm concerned, Lili's Bistro is one of those bistros that gives bistros a bad name. My family and I were there on January 16, 2025, and will never go back. The fish of my fish and chips was soggy, doughy, undercooked. I'd never actually had bad fish and chips before, so that was a first in itself. My wife's potato soup had more fennel/caraway seed (she doesn't remember which it was) than Jewish rye. My daughter's salad was OK; thank God someone got something out of the meal. The service was fine. Surprisingly bad food overall.

M T.

Yelp
The only thing that makes me reluctant to give a 5 star rating is that i dont want more people to discover how great it is and then it becomes crowded. I prefer to think of this as my wife's and my secret date night getaway. They've even got live classical guitarist some nights who was so talented, I was distracted from my wife. There is a live piano player too which added elegance to our evening. The wait staff is terrific. Attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The manager was a visible presence checking in to make sure the whole experience was a quality one. It's not cheap but the quality was 100% worth it. Business lunch is great there two if you actually want to talk to your guest. Highly recommended!

Elijah L.

Yelp
What a cute date night spot! Came here on a date night, late Friday evening, and the small jazz band made the experience worth it all. The knowledgeable service staff guided us towards some delicious menu offerings, we ordered a nice bottle of wine, and relaxed the evening away until we were the last two in the restaurant. The owner ended up sitting down with us and chatting about the place and cuisine. You don't get to have experiences like this all the time, so I definitely had to tell the masses of how great Lili's is. I'll definitely be back in the future!

Joey Y.

Yelp
Fish and chips were good! The whole combo was well balanced and very great. I also got a peach iced tea which comes unsweetened! Service was very welcoming and nice. If you love fries, try the Gorgonzola fries!!

Sarah M.

Yelp
Visited Lili's charming spot on a bustling Friday afternoon! Delighted they could accommodate us promptly. The food and wine was fantastic, and the atmosphere was delightful! The attentive staff made us feel right at home. Definitely a must-try Foodie spot!

Jill M.

Yelp
Just another great evening. never disappoints. Amanda always makes us feel special and the food was excellent as always. Best restaurant in Fort Worth!

Kay S.

Yelp
Haven't been here since pre-Covid but from what I remember the food is fabulous and the warm donuts with coffee ice cream for dessert was awesome too!

Monique H.

Yelp
My new favorite go to for a great meal and any occasion whether it's a date night or catch up with friends. I've been a couple of times now and I definitely recommend having a reservation, especially for Thursday through the weekend. The service is excellent and I love the attention to detail on the tables with the place settings. I've shared a wedge with a friend. The apricot jalapeño Brie is a great starter. My friend had their beef Wellington and it was delicious . The Lili's Seafood Trio is also excellent (I had the coffee rub on the salmon). The Double Lobster Ravioli is so good and filling. I wasn't expecting so much spinach but I love spinach and I made it a salad. My husband had the Toasted Ravioli. He added chicken but there was no need to do that. The pesto and cherry compote melts in your mouth. The spinach salad is a good sized side. Overall, their menu has some great staples but they do change it up a little from my understanding. Their drink menu has a nice selection of wines to choose from. They have live music on most nights. It's a nice accompaniment to the evening. Check their calendar but the musicians play piano, bass, and guitar. I'm looking forward to going back again and again.

Le H.

Yelp
Absolutely lovely. The ambience is cozy--especially at night with the warm lighting, the live music adds a pleasant touch (and I'm glad the website lists the timings for the live music so that guests have the option of visiting during music hours), the service is excellent (very friendly, flexible when I called about modifying my reservation time last minute, fast, and attentive--even the owner stopped by to check on us), and the food is very delicious and unique. It's now my favorite restaurant in the DFW area.

Bud M.

Yelp
We happened to stop in on Thursday when house wine was half price. Win number one. The food, pork medallions with rosemary polenta, was superb. Win number two. The service, Jessica, was flawless. Win number three. The ambiance was decidedly upscale and relaxing. Win number four. And the live music, an amazing guitar duo, was scintillatingly nostalgic and refined. Win number five. A must.

Brenna H.

Yelp
I enjoyed this experience. The vibe and atmosphere in this place is excellent. Loud-ish music, but enjoyably loud. Candles, real bistro vibe. Excellent service. Lots of vegetarian options. (I'm trying to go veg, wish me luck ugh!) High quality ingredients, attentive management and chefs (chef came out personally) The Harvest Gnocchi was a little sweet for me, and I expected there to be more vegetables and less gnocchi, but overall it was still tasty. The apricot and jalapeño Brie isn't spicy at all. Enjoyable appetizer. I wasn't blown away, but I would definitely eat here again. Good idea for a date spot on Magnolia.

Lisa M.

Yelp
Yelp wants me to consider the following categories in my review so here we go: 1. Food: very tasty!!!! I had the beef Wellington with side of risotto- surprisingly unbelievable flavors! The donuts with ice cream with a great end to the meal. I was very satisfied with my meal. 2. Service: very professional and welcoming. With a reservation, we were seated right away on a Wednesday night. 3. Ambiance: romantic yet homey. There was a pianist playing a compilation of medleys with little electric candle lights at every table. It was all very quaint and cozy and so enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely give this place a shot. It's located in Magnolia Ave which a cute little part of Fort Worth and I will be back to try more food!

MaryAnn E.

Yelp
This was our first visit and we were all pleased with our choices. Keith was a wonderful waiter and had lots of great suggestions. For starters we had Gorgonzola fries & calamari - both selections were great. We all chose different items from the dinner menu - my husband had the seafood trio, I had the lemon chicken & shrimp dish, my son had the beef Wellington (which I sampled and loved), one of us had the quinoa veg dish, grandson had a burger, the other dbl lobster ravioli, another got blackberry scallops - we all enjoyed our choices. Had to save room for desserts - Lili's doughnuts were amazing, strawberry Italian cream was delicious and so was the key lime pie - we had to share the goodness!! We heard the music from the other room while we were dining which was a nice touch to our very enjoyable evening. Did I mention we'd be back?!!

Morgan E.

Yelp
Okay ambiance, limited menu. It was fine. No desire to go twice for the price or selection. Lackluster.

Amanda R.

Yelp
Grabbed lunch at Lili's with a friend while in Texas. First, the area it is in is adorable! I enjoyed walking around before lunch. The patio was full, but we were seated quickly inside. I got the muffaletta with Gorgonzola fries. The muffaletta was delicious! I felt like the Gorgonzola fries were cold, so the cheese wasn't melted. They weren't great. My friend got the burger and it was good, but I felt it was a little over cooked. Service was good. Overall, I'd go back!

Valleatrom B.

Yelp
Heard about this place from a few coworkers expecting a lot so I took my girlfriend out for a date. The hostess was very kind and the atmosphere was beautiful. We started off with the "award-winning" gorg fries and I can say they were alright but a bit too salty for my liking. Then we moved on to the entrees. She got the beef Wellington but got something more like a gourmet hot pocket. I got the house burger which tasted a bit funny. We left not too satisfied and I ended up getting sick from whatever I ate. Too scared to return and get sick again but the service was good and the atmosphere was nice.

Tori F.

Yelp
Really poor dining experience. The seating was very close together and dining room was loud. The seafood trio was not good. The shrimp was tough ,over cooked, and under seasoned. The crab cake was a small medallion. The salmon was salty. Do not get the sad excuse for "beef Wellington" unless you want a glorified hot pocket meat pie. It was AWFUL. It was not a beef Wellington, the meat was chopped with chunks of mushroom and a Gorgonzola cheese sauce that did not work. We paid $42 for this dish and feel scammed. Only positive of this experience was the calamari came out crispy and was good. We were too disappointed to give dessert a try.

Sara I.

Yelp
Holy Cow! The food and service was great! Nathan was our server and was on top of everything we needed! He was prompt and very polite. I wish we had taken pictures of our food for you. I ate the Turkey Burger which had the most amazing flavors I have ever experience with the turkey burger! My new Favorite! My husband and I shared the gorgonzola fries and it was so decadent, rich and delicious. My husband had muffaletta sandwich with a Greek wedge. He was also extremely happy with his choice. Thank you Lili's for a great lunch date! We will be back again for sure.

Destiny S.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I ate here earlier this week; the lobster ravioli and filet (added peppercorn sauce) were delicious. Our service was the the best we've had anywhere in a long time - they even have a local pianist! Such a great date spot, I'd recommend to anyone.

Amanda M.

Yelp
This is a wonderful choice for a special occasion. I ordered a turkey burger and enjoyed a glass of red wine at the bar. The place was pretty crowded at dinner- time, and I recommend reservations, for sure. We were seated at the bar, which was not bad, at any case. Ambiance is bustling, at least at peak times: busy and loud. The menu is pretty slim, so I recommend checking it over before going to be sure there's something you would want.

Linda Smith G.

Yelp
Food, service and ambience were all excellent. We will continue to do business there..

Spencer H.

Yelp
This restaurant is a Fort Worth tradition. Their are not many places where the owner walks around and asks you how your food is and remembers you when you come in. I also noticed throughout the night that he knows many of his customers and takes the time to thank them for their visits. . I have been coming to Lili's for years. I went through a phase where I wanted to try everything on the menu. . Live music in the bar, consistently good food, and great desert.

Steve S.

Yelp
Came here the Wednesday before thanksgiving for a wonderful little date night. There was a piano inside and some music being played which added some nice ambiance to the evening. We ordered the Lemon pepper chicken with prawns and the dirt risotto with scallops. Both meals had wonderful flavor and it was obvious that the meals were from scratch with fresh ingredients. They also had an excellent selection of wines and beers. Our server Rudy was a delight and provided excellent suggestions and insight. We will definitely be back

Julianna G.

Yelp
Love this place for an intimate date night, but their Lili pad is also great for bigger groups! Gorgonzola fries are the best starter and you have to have the Lili's donuts with the coffee ice cream for dessert! Cant go wrong with any of the entrees! They typically do a great Valentine's special menu too!

Cindy H.

Yelp
We were at Lili's for Easter brunch and were so disappointed. The ahi soba salad was not good at all. Other dishes were rather bland. It took forever for our food to arrive. This has been a favorite stop for us in the past, will definitely give it another shot in the future.

Sam P.

Yelp
I am back to business travel and it's always exciting to find great places with food that is both delicious and healthy and Lili's Bistro is a great pick! It's a small cosy almost quaint spot with a menu that features a mix of good old fashioned comfort foods and sone unique finds such as a salad made from green tea soba noodles! I decided upon the Tzatziki medley featuring tabouli and Bulger and berries, with pita and house made Tzatziki! It was delicious and a refreshing take on a lunchtime salad! Service was fast and friendly. Tables were a tad too close together for my liking but it was a nice lunch experience! The

Bo B.

Yelp
Best meal I've had in FW since I've lived here. Delicious food. Cool vibes with the live music. They are good enough to be busy so get a reservation if ya can!

Fran S.

Yelp
We drove from Dallas to ft worth and had heard about this place thank God you made a reservation because when we got there there was already a line to get in the door. The food was absolutely amazing and honestly I would probably drive 30 minutes to eat there. They had a nice little jazz band going on and we had a cute little seat the food was absolutely exceptional everything was cooked perfectly and the wine was amazing

Mike W.

Yelp
Updated hours for some months now. Yes open mon and Tues, closed sun, open Sat evening. Look at their most recent post.

Hannah S.

Yelp
Hmm... what to say about Lili's Bistro? 1. Go there. 2. Order anything you'd like, it's hard to believe they could make anything your tastebuds wouldn't want more of. 3. Say yes to dessert doughnut... 4. Leave a 5 star review and feel great about it! ***Special Note*** Excellent date night option, you'll look like a class act!

Vici M.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in for dinner. The atmosphere is very cozy and intimate with a live piano player in the background. We opted for their version of Shepherd's Pie, which was the special that night, and we were not disappointed. We will be back to Lili's again. This is a $$$ dollar sign restraunt, BUT worth every penny.

Aaron F.

Yelp
I don't know how I have lived in Fort Worth for so long without coming here. From the top-- walked in without a reservation and was sat within seconds on what appeared to be a busy evening. Staff was over the top -- had great recommendations on appetizers, entrees, and desserts. We got the apricot Brie and it was a great salty-sweet combo. I was pleasantly surprised how much I really liked it because I am not a HUGE BRIE advocate. Nonetheless, let's talk burgers. The buttery buns and delicious patty. Gorgonzola. Crispy fries. Oh man. It was great. Finished the night with a fried doughnut/coffee ice cream recommended by our waitress... have mercy. Everything here is top notch. I will definitely be back.

Daytona M.

Yelp
Y'all... the GNOCCHI I dream about it. I went for my birthday and I had the best time. Funny enough-- it was also my servers birthday:) she was the best !!!

Jeff K.

Yelp
Foods the best you'll get anywhere, service second to none with servers taking care of you from the moment your in your seat, and ambiance is so so inviting with a grand piano player in the evening that will make you feel like your his only customer.,,,, and so affordable.

Valeria C.

Yelp
This is our 2nd time coming to Lili's. We hadn't been out in over year since COVID hit and we decided our first spot to go out to eat had to be Lili's. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday. We went around 5:30 and we were one of the first to arrive for dinner. The waiters were wearing mask. The restaurant looked clean and safe. We started with the Brie which was so amazing. I love the mix of sweet & spicy. Then I dug into my gnocchi. I couldn't finish it all because I ate a lot of the Brie. My husband ordered the chicken & shrimp lemon. He said it was delicious. So glad we were able to visit Lili's again. Overall we had a great 2nd visit experience.

Brianna H.

Yelp
Food: fresh, healthy food options available. Service: lovely and with a smile. Ambiance: my new favorite lunch spot off magnolia The donuts are a MUST!

Lida G.

Yelp
We decided on small plates and desert. Crab cakes were perfect, Armadillo egg/ avocado was creamy, I would liked it little spicy. Everything was great. Apple pie was awesome! Absolutely recommend this place!

Amanda Y.

Yelp
I came here for my birthday dinner with my husband. Our waiter was great. Very attentive and helped with some questions I had since it was our first time. First my husband and I ordered the Apricot Jalapeño Brie which was yummy even though I am not a fan of brie. Next my husband ordered the Porterhouse Pork Chop which had great flavor for a pork chop. I ordered the Tomato Tart which I was very excited about. When I received the tart it was cold inside. I told the waiter and he was very sweet about it to fix it. I was very disappointed that the manager did not come over to talk to us about. I would think this establishment would have at least apologize. After receiving the tart back it was very yummy and love the flavor. I would say I would come again but my husband and I were not very impressed!

Jan H.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. The shrimp I added to Cesar salad were really good! Ambiance was great

K S.

Yelp
I love this place. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often! The food is so delicious and well prepared and I love the vibe of the restaurant. I first discovered Lili's in 2012 while in town for business and go every time I can when in Fort Worth. Great place for date night or dinner for 1 at the bar.
