Not the "Luxury" Living Experience That Was Promised
I’ve lived here for a full year, and unfortunately, the experience hasn’t lived up to the “luxury” standard that was advertised during the tour. One of the biggest disappointments has been the heated pool, which was completely unavailable and non-functional for the entirety of my lease. It was a major selling point when I signed, but it was never actually usable.
Other advertised features, like rooftop A/C, were also unreliable or poorly maintained throughout my time here. These aren’t minor perks—they were key amenities that influenced my decision to lease, and it’s frustrating that they weren’t properly maintained or prioritized.
I also want to point out that many of the glowing reviews online appear to be from people who only toured the property, not from actual residents. Once you move in, the reality is quite different. The focus seems to be more on making a sale than on delivering the level of service and quality that’s promised.
If you're considering leasing here, I recommend asking very direct questions about what amenities are fully functional—and how long they’ve been that way. My experience fell far short of what was marketed. Also considering the amount of money you're paying to live here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The value simply doesn’t match the cost, and there are better-managed communities in the area that are more transparent and consistent in what they offer. Especially if you're already paying luxury prices.
