Lilli Midtown

My husband and I have lived at Lilli for over two years, and I can honestly say the people who work here are wonderful and the reason to live here. You can tell that they really care about their jobs. Ty & Rodney are always really responsive if there’s a maintenance issue. I’ll submit a work order and within 24 hours it’s resolved or on its way to getting resolved. I also just like the smaller feel of this community, and I think that’s why people choose it. The leasing staff and concierge are friendly/know who you are and are available if you have a question or need to get your package. It’s a great place to live.

Jacob is absolutely fantastic! Not only is he professional and incredibly responsive, but he is always ready to help anyone who needs it. He’s truly an added bonus here at Lilli. Whether you need a good laugh, help with packages, or support with an unexpected issue in your apartment, Jacob is there with a warm smile and a positive, can-do attitude. He makes living here even better.

Lilli Midtown has been an awesome place to live. Sophie and Raven are a huge help and always super friendly. The building is great, and they host really nice resident events that make the community feel welcoming. Highly recommend!

Jacob was amazing! The building is very intimate and well kept. With only 7 units on each floor I love the privacy. As an apartment locator when I tour my clients the upkeep of the building is important and I ask many questions about this. Jacob answered all questions thoroughly. Moved into the building in August and it’s been a great experience so far! The leasing team is incredibly friendly and helpful — Sofie made our entire move-in process so smooth and stress-free. We recently attended a resident event, which was such a fun way to meet our neighbors, and we even got to see Raven there, which was wonderful. Looking forward to the next event!

This was the best experience I have ever had when it pertains to apartment viewing. Not only were the units great but the service members were impeccable. Rayvon, the property manager, was authentic and personable. She was very patient and diligent in making sure that I found exactly what I was looking for. This experience was beyond consumerism but dives deeper into the personal wellbeing of where a community thrives!

Not the "Luxury" Living Experience That Was Promised I’ve lived here for a full year, and unfortunately, the experience hasn’t lived up to the “luxury” standard that was advertised during the tour. One of the biggest disappointments has been the heated pool, which was completely unavailable and non-functional for the entirety of my lease. It was a major selling point when I signed, but it was never actually usable. Other advertised features, like rooftop A/C, were also unreliable or poorly maintained throughout my time here. These aren’t minor perks—they were key amenities that influenced my decision to lease, and it’s frustrating that they weren’t properly maintained or prioritized. I also want to point out that many of the glowing reviews online appear to be from people who only toured the property, not from actual residents. Once you move in, the reality is quite different. The focus seems to be more on making a sale than on delivering the level of service and quality that’s promised. If you're considering leasing here, I recommend asking very direct questions about what amenities are fully functional—and how long they’ve been that way. My experience fell far short of what was marketed. Also considering the amount of money you're paying to live here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The value simply doesn’t match the cost, and there are better-managed communities in the area that are more transparent and consistent in what they offer. Especially if you're already paying luxury prices.

I had the pleasure of touring The Lili Apartments today in Midtown Atlanta, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I stepped into the building, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Rhonda, whose professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail immediately set the tone for a top-tier experience. She made me feel like a valued guest from the very first interaction. The tour continued with Sophie, who was equally phenomenal. She walked me through both a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom unit with enthusiasm, deep knowledge, and a genuine passion for the community. Sophie answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire experience feel personalized and effortless. Together, Ms. Rhonda and Sophie truly went above and beyond to showcase not just the beauty of The Lili Apartments, but also the high level of service and care that comes with being a part of this community. These two ladies made an outstanding first impression and are a shining reflection of the excellence The Lili represents. If you’re considering making The Lili your next home, you’re already in amazing hands.

Lilli is a great, safe place to live. Devon, who is the main manager in the leasing office, is very communicative and efficiently solves any issues that may come up. Kelly and her team excel in keeping up with maintenance. Michael, Yaz and Raphael are stalwarts at the front desk, making sure deliveries and guests find their way to your front door quickly and smoothly. I've been at Lilli for about 6 months now, and I have not been let down with their service. It's the crown above the beautiful units you'll find here. My only note would be I wish the front desk staff in the over week night and weekend evenings were more consistent. It would elevate the building tremendously, making it feel more like a community.

I've lived here for three years and loved every second! The building is so safe and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I love seeing Raphael when I go by the front desk or need to grab a package. Our management team and staff truly make this place a home. I couldn't ask for a better place to live in Midtown!

Gods saving Grace! I'm Thankf for the Lilli Midtown. I'm a past resident of 3 years and I recently bought a new home. I've been looking a particular W-2 form. I communicated what I was looking for to to the front concierge Raphael J Holland. He went far and beyond to ensure that this document got to me. I am forever bless and thankful that we have good people out their that still respect truth and integrity when it come to representation of the Lilly Midtown.

Someone broke into my boyfriend's car in the parking lot. Smashed his window. There was nothing in the car. This is a dangerous place to live and they should take more concern for their tenants' well being.

This place was heavenly. The view was spectacular and the location is great.

I've had the opportunity to live in the Lilli Midtown for a year now and I absolutely love it... The Property Management and Staff (Christine, Gentry, Brieon, Madison, Tyler, Mike and Ray) are all AMAZING. The amenities are great and well maintained. The apartment units are spacious and beautiful. I would recommend and suggest the Lilli Midtown to anyone who is seeking an awesome place to live.

Love living here! Amazing service and common areas are always immaculate. Communication is very good with all staff. Professional and prompt service with all needs from parking to maintenance to lease changes or what not. Wonderful place to be and welcoming community.

I've lived here for the past year, and it's amazing! We have a wonderful view with a modern feel. The leasing team gentry and Matthew are fantastic, understanding, and responsive. Our front desk staff is also friendly and helpful! The amenities are consistently well maintained, and the work/repair staff is always extremely prompt. We love our location and will miss this place when we move! The one complaint that's not really Lilli's fault is that they share a parking entrance gate with the hotel next door, which sometimes leads to longer wait times to exit the gate. Lastly- very LGBTQ+ friendly

The photos you are looking at are the unit I am in. The place is stunning, the location perfect and the people at the Lilli are wonderful. If you're looking for somewhere to stay and want the feel of a high end condo without having a mortgage, then this is the slot for you.

Just wanted to give you all a high five on your customer service! I feel like you all are really going above and beyond especially during these times! The newer front desk concierge (Byron I believe is his name) has been over the top courteous and his professionalism is exceptional! And Gentry, per usual, is phenomenal! Thank you to you and your team for doing great work. It doesn't go unnoticed!

Gorgeous building inside and out. Great service. Only problem (for us and others) is the noisy AC unit on top of a building on Juniper Street. We picked an apartment facing east so that we could enjoy the balcony without the traffic noise from Peachtree Street and now we don't even want to open the window because of this high pitch noise, much less spend any time on the balcony. We didn't notice this when we toured the building because we saw an apartment higher up, plus it was raining. It is also disappointing that management won't have their lawyers look into this to see if the hospital building is legally required to have a less noisy AC system.

Grade A complex in my book! The facility is beautiful, modern, clean and definitely secure. The staff delivers top tier service to the resident community. Christina, Taylor, Gentry, Kevin, Mike, Breon and the entire Lilli staff do a great job of making Lilli feel like home. This place is my ideal blend of community and privacy. Gym, pool, rooftop club house with amazing views of Atlanta. The location is convenient also. It's at the edge of Midtown and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Train station is 2 blocks away. Plenty of food and grocery options in the area. I park my car in the garage here also and have never had to think twice about its security (garage is double gated). Like I said, Grade A complex!
