So many dreams came true walking into the store! I have never been inside an actual Lilly Pulitzer store and it was so much fun to see the vibrant colors and patterns all throughout the store! The service was very nice and I enjoyed working with the woman that we did. Their selection is smaller than what they have online and I was sad to see some of the pieces that I saw online not in the store. However there was a wide variety of things that I hadn’t seen before! The dressing rooms are towards the back of the store and are very big and spacious! There are also sitting areas back there which makes things more comfortable.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to the Lilly Pulitzer store in Palm Beach was truly disappointing. The staff was shockingly rude and dismissive, even though the store was not busy, which made it feel intentional. The environment itself was uncomfortable and poorly maintained: the air conditioning was broken, making it unbearably hot, and there was even a leak dripping from the ceiling. The store looked messy and neglected, which is not at all what you’d expect from such an iconic location. I had really hoped to love this store, especially given the history of Lilly Pulitzer in Palm Beach and the opportunity to design a custom dress here. Unfortunately, the experience was such a disaster that I would recommend avoiding this location altogether. Instead, I strongly suggest visiting the Palm Beach Gardens store, it’s spacious, updated, and staffed with people who are genuinely friendly and helpful.

My children gave me the best birthday present ever This store went beyond my dreams. I was able to design my own dress. With champagne in my hand and the best advice ever. The whole crew was amazing. Beautiful store. Nicely decorated. Attended networking event here. Not a Lilly P. fan but store is a sight to see. Jewelry and cashmere items are gorgeous!

Such a great experience for an out of town Lilly fan! The staff were all helpful and friendly. They even gave my fiancee a beer to drink while he waited.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience visiting this Lilly Pulitzer location! The customer service is exceptional! What a beautiful, fun environment! It is very evident that the ladies who work here love what they do. They are the absolute sweetest! We so enjoyed talking with them, and I found some beautiful pieces. Highly recommend!

I went on a solo vacation to Palm Beach and one of the main items on my list was visiting the iconic Lilly Pulitzer store. For those who don't know the history of Lilly Pulitzer, she started her career with a juice stand in Palm Beach, the juice would stain her clothes so she asked her dressmaker to make a colorful dress that would camouflage the stains. The watercolor dresses became so popular that Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis even started to wear it. Jackie O. wore a Lilly Pulitzer dress in a feature in Life Magazine and soon preppy ladies followed suit. The rest is history! I trekked to the store and it was a girly girl's dream come true. At this location you can get a customized shift dress starting at $500. I loved looking at all the watercolor artwork in the store. Their dressing rooms were all so cute and girly too. I picked out a beautiful shift dress that I ended up wearing to my Goddaughter's baptism earlier this month. I love this brand and I hope they continue to thrive for years to come! Please open a store in Northern California!

This beautiful signature store on Worth Avenue was pristine. Yhe Lilly florals, helpful sales women and surprisingly street parking right in front. I came early on the first day of their up to 70% off sunshine sale. There were mostly size zeros and size 14+. If I were an XX small or an XX large I could've done very well. There were many formal dresses and only a few tops & bottoms. I tried on only 3 bottoms, there wasn't much here to start this annual sale. But, I did find an unusual, casual & fun pair of shorts for 50% off so my trip would was not a total loss. There appears to be so much more online, it was disappointing.

1-15-24 As a Lily lover for me to go to Lily in Palm Beach is like going to the mothership. In fact there is things you can get here you can't get any where else. 1. You can get a Lily bag of your choice hand painted. 2. Custom make a dress chose a silhouette that is best for your body type. Lately there was new pieces here I had never seen before any where else. So if you love Lily your life isn't complete without visiting this location on Worth Avenue.

If you're a Lilly Pulitzer clothing fan, you should know that this clothing brand was born not too far from the Worth Avenue store and completely by accident. A Palm Beach local and socialite, Lilly Pulitzer ran a citrus juice stand, using he husband's produce, nearby to Worth Avenue. Squeezing citrus - oranges, pink grapefruit, limes and lemons, proved to be messy work, and her clothes were the target. Lilly enlisted a dressmaker to design a dress that would camouflage the spills and splatters, and be comfortable and cool. The first brightly colored shift dress became so popular, selling almost off her back, that it outsold her juices. Born was the Lilly Pulitzer clothing brand that is known for brightly colored, patterned resort wear. Today this clothing line outfits infants through ladies of all ages, shorts, beachwear, to party dresses, accessories, hats, and shoes. My favorite clothing item are their linen pants - perfect for Savannah, Georgia summers and temperate autumns. I scored a new pair of linen pants with sailboats on a navy background. Yay! This Worth Avenue store has a wonderful inventory for all ages and is fun to browse! Enjoy the creative tropical murals complete with real seashells as accessories!

Today was my first time in the store. Everything was displayed beautifully and it it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I came in because they were have advertising a sale of up to 70% off and the catalog has lots of things that I just needed to see. Unfortunately, there were actually very few things here on sale and none of them interested me today. The things I did like didn't they didn't have any in my size. I guess when it's only a three day sale I was hoping for a larger selection.

It was a good experience. Was hoping they had different product than my home location but they did not. My daughter did have fun taking pictures inside the store with her Lily dress.

I've been to this location several times. It's a beautiful store, with seating scattered around for husbands/friends who are waiting for the Lilly lovers drooling over everything. The sales associates here are very friendly and helpful. They handled my returns, exchanges and new purchases with no problem. This location is much larger than my store at home and the selection was wonderful. They had everything I wanted in the sizes I needed. This is the only location where you can order a custom dress in your choice of several styles, fabrics and trims. A wonderful shopping experience.

Great Etta V-neck Maxi dress in Low Tide Navy. The print and colors are better in person than as pictured. I really enjoyed wearing it and found it to be consistent with sizing, extremely comfortable, and a great look for daytime or casual evening look. The V-neck is discrete as are the double side slits, and it's very forgiving. I'm planning to order the Mizner Red Maxi. Please make more Etta V-Neck in sort or maxi in other patterns.

The store is adorable, with amazing designs, spacious dressing rooms, and a wide array of clothing and sizes! I found something I loved instantly, and received a free gift with purchase as well. The employees are helpful and efficient, I will return!

What a beautiful store and I'm not even a Lily fan! It's beautiful on everyone else but not my style. Palm Beach is full of LP wear! The pinks and the bright colors are all aronson! The colors in the store are beautiful and uplifting. There's a nice place to sit on the front and take a chill break. They even have clothes for little kids so you can match your child! Glad to see they are following Covid protocol. Makes employees and guests! And sanitizer is around the store!

This is a near duplicate of the Lilly Pulitzer store on Las Olas in Lauderdale. It's a store filled with women's clothing of smashing colors, smart design all being of the height of Florida fashion. The staff is also some of the friendliest and most accommodating you'll ever find. But besides the fashion and colors at Lilly Pulitzer there is also a certain good quality. In fact a quality I find to be far superior to other high end stores such as Gucci where to me, quality is near nonexistent.

I believe this store was recently renovated and wow! Definitely a Lilly lover's dream! Not only can you browse the newest catalog offerings and check out the colorfully painted fitting rooms, there is also an experience only available at this store on Worth Ave, if you have the extra cash to burn. You can design your own custom shift dress! There are 4-5 fabrics to choose from and you get 1 lace placement I believe, with the ability to purchase additional for an extra fee. The custom shift generally runs about $450 I believe and only so many dresses will be made out of each fabric before they end up swapping them out for new prints. The girls here were so nice as well. A large group of Lilly ladies came to PB for the weekend and they were so cordial and welcoming, it was great!

I have visited this location several times and it is like a showroom, gorgeous all around. The ladies are always sweet and helpful and acknowledge me every time. I work at one of the other locations and they are always friendly when i call them. You are going to love the juice stand and the make your own Lilly station. Go and see for yourself!

I have always loved Lilly Pulitzer so of course coming to this store was something I have always wanted to do. The day finally came and WOW. The store was immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. The girls were so sweet and very helpful! I left with everything I wanted and that alone was a surprise because my husband tagged along........ can't wait to come back!!!!!

Have always really loved Lily clothing. However, after the seams by the buttonholes in my silk shirt tore away from the button and manager at Palm Beach store refused to stand behind the product I don't feel like I can shop there anymore.

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. Ashley searched for the items on my list and let me know none of them were available at the store. However, she offered to call other stores to search for the items I wanted. I so appreciate her help and great customer service. I highly recommend going to, calling, or emailing this store for any of your shopping needs, especially during APS! Thanks so much again!
