Lilly's Café

We were fortunate to host a private event at Lilly's beautiful, newly expanded café. Lilly and her team were extremely kind in preparing the very cute space, providing coffees, pastries, and delicious cakes for our special day. The coffee is great and we really enjoyed the chocolate mousse cake. I highly recommend this gem of a coffee shop and will be back to try their new gelato!

Cafe de Olla & the horchata iced latte are delicious. They have a variety of pastries. I got 4 different ones, and they were all good. It's a pink vive coffee shop, pink everything inside. I also loved that they have many different options for purchase on mugs, cups, tumblers, and other items. They were all very pretty & cute.

This bakery has to be the pinkest store I have ever been to. Putting that to the side I say the service is very welcoming and presentation is second to non. As small as the location is, it has a lot to offer. Now with that being said. I didn't find the bake goods to my liking, I don't know if the people in that region prefer their style over regular baked goods, for ex. I ordered a coffee cake and a tiramisu 'cake' - so what I got was cakes that had tiramisu flavors, sort of. and a cake that had a coffee taste. And I also ordered a vanilla cone, but the filling was more of a butter cream type than like an eclair filling type. So it's not fair to judge on my bias. But I will compare it to other details from other small cafes. I found that the baked goods tasted like they were baked from the night before and not in the morning like some others do. It's not stale but it's not as appealing as other cafe offerings. I do want to note that this location does offer a certain collection of KETO treats which is hard to find in a bakery type location, so major props for that.

Very cute local shop and owner/ staff was friendly. Lots of fun cups and pastries availavle. But I did not expect the drinks to be as sweet as it was. I didn't think to ask if sweetness is adjustable, which was my fault. Would be great if they ask customers since the default really is just too sweet. I had to toss my drink 😔

I came this weekend to try it out, and now I’m obsessed! Their coffee is absolutely delicious. My husband says their cold brew is the best he’s ever had—it’s made exactly the way he likes it. As for me, I’m in love with the Horchata Latte! It’s hands down my favorite out of the three drinks I’ve tried so far. We love this place so much and will definitely be regulars from now on!

What a great way to start of a morning. We found this place because it’s the nearest to the ball park. We took one step into this business and fell in love with how well put together it was. The pastries inmediato just caught your eye. The selection of coffee definitely wasn’t lacking. I had the Mazapán Latte and boy is it delicious. The owner Lilly was super nice and helpful. She also went as far as to recommend a lunch place. I love it when local supports local. If you are near by you have to visit!!! Oops I forgot to mention we also got a chamoy candy apple.🍎 🤤

Used to like this place but the lady that puts her hair in a bun had such a rude attitude. OMG!!!! HAIR IN CROISSANT— When we got home my mother in law was eating her croissant and found a long black hair in it in the middle of chewing 🤮🤮🤮

They had a nice selection of keto based items, including donuts and banana bread. I opted for the keto chocolate donut and a cappuccino. Friendly atmosphere and good vibes. Will definitely return.

First time coming here for my girlfriend's birthday and it was a great experience! One of the best mocha latte's we've ever had! I grabbed the oatmilk one and my girlfriend got the almond one, both were so good I got to try both and very delicious! They were gone within minutes, that's how good they were made. Very welcoming and Spanish speaking also as an FYI! Will definitely recommend! And will be back soon!

Such a cute coffee shop . Everything is pink , and girlie, this place definitely has something for all of your sweet tooth needs . Let's support our small local businesses. Their Customer series is fantastic, there is no seating indoors, and only a couple tables outside. So definitely a To go situation. The coffee is fantastic. Many flavorful options, my favorite is the horchata latte, I've also had the vanilla iced coffee, which is also amazing. You really can't go wrong. The Chocolate croissant also stands out, Definitely give this place a try , they also just added ice cream to the menu . Very happy customer here.

I'm a bit perplexed on what rating I should give this "bakery". Clearly the pastries are not made in house. I saw cakes from Ralphs and Costco. Their macarons were in the box came they from. Which really made me wonder are any of the baked goods baked there? The upcharge for the cakes...eepp. The fancier baked goods like the croissants are most likely from Bakers Kneaded. Since they look almost identical to Bastion Bakery. The service was none. No greeting, just basically what do you want. Maybe because I was Asian? Or are they like these to all patrons? I purchased a few pastries and thought they were mediocre. The drink however was good. That earned a star for the review, saving it from 1 star. The store is small, enough for 5-7 people to line up length and width wise. It's true that some things are aesthetically pleasing. Their little knick knacks are things I would purchase. I regret not getting the teas on the shelf because I won't be going back there. I really wish the customer service was better. This would have made everything better. Consequently the lack of service and pre-made pastries were a no. Their heart straw would have been nice as well.

I ordered the cafe de olla and it was insanely sweet. A cafe de olla is made with pilloncillo and is supposed to be sweet but this one was definitely over the top. I tried the banana bread and it was also overly sweet. Service was good. If you want to sit and enjoy your coffee there are only a few tables outside, no indoor seating. Space inside is actually quite limited.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! That cafe is cute but don't let that aesthetic fool you. Went in yesterday and spent $30 on 2 drinks and 2 pastries... well if that wasn't enough at midnight they took another extra $3 for I don't know what maybe self tip? Cause they never told me about no card fee. To top it off the drinks and pastries weren't even good if you want to waste your money come here!

I'm a coffee lover with a passion for exploring local coffee shops, so I had to check out Lilly's Cafe. It's definitely a cute spot! The coffee was good, though it didn't leave me craving more. However, if you have a sweet tooth, their pastry selection is worth checking out. The service was excellent, with friendly staff, and they offer limited outdoor seating.

Cute novelty café to stop by for all the pink girlies! But pastries aren't good.. Café is small and beautiful, limited seating outside by the sidewalk. There was a small parking lot next door but not too sure if that was for Lilly's Café. Street parking available. Staff was nice. Fruit Tart - was ordinary but not good, custard didn't seem to have any flavor either. Lemon Cake Bar - really wet but cake wasn't moist, it was dry and soaking in a lemon syrup. Gelatin that berries were sitting in wasn't good either. Rose Pistachio - was DRY and tasted off. We ended up tossing it. Mocha Slice - was also DRY and tasted off. Cheesecake - decent and ordinary.

We tried the tiramisu cup and some lemonade. The tiramisu was good and so pretty! The lemonade was delicious a little on the sweet side and also very pretty too! The service was fast and friendly! Parking was easy and the store is gorgeous with lots of things so if you're looking for a cute mug or gift for someone while you get your coffee this is definitely your place!

I love this place the owner Lilly is courteous and friendly. I love my favorite drink Macha with Strawberry. She always knows what I like . I enjoy the pink store and the new Gelato is amazing. Lilly is always fun and treats me like family . I love it here. I totally recommend this place xoxoGigi

So this place is fairly new to the area and my partner discovered it through social media. Lilly's is a nice modern cafe here in East L.A. with an elegant ambiance and very pink store. They have a variety of specialty drinks, coffees and specialty pastries. We tried a few items of theirs and everything was great. The service was great too. If you want a nice snack and drink come try them out.

Very cute bakery in LA with plenty of delicious pastries to choose from. They even have vegan options. I opted for the mango and mocha slices. I highly recommend this hidden gym.

This spot is SUPER cute. I definitely recommend getting coffee so that they give you a heart shaped straw :) I was wired so their coffee is GOOD! They have a ton of pastries but I highly recommend getting your pastry warmed up! The almond croissant was my favorite! Btw it's Latina owned and they were very patience with me while I chose my desserts. Great service!

Pistachio bun did not disappoint. Most definitely will be going back. It had great flavor and most definitely had feeling inside. I also must mention the service was great.

Gorgeous cafe! A great addition to the east Los Angeles area. Nestled on Cesar Chavez amongst other small businesses, there is nothing like Lilly's Cafe! Stroll in here to get your fix of caffeine. Aesthetically pleasing and your eyes will surely be entertained by all the things you'll find here. Baked goods, candies, chocolate, gummies, anything sweet your heart desires! I tried the chocolate chip walnut cookie. It was SO GOOD! Maldon sea salt flakes complimented the rich chocolate chips. I want another one. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, and while it didn't quite nail the matcha flavor profile I always look for, I still enjoyed it. My coworker ordered the horchata latte with oat milk and she said it was really good. We also tried their superseed cookie. This is nothing like you'll ever think would taste. It's got all the seeds you can think of: flax, chia, sunflower, nuts, and dried cranberries. It was DELICIOUS! Looks like it wouldn't be good, but you need to try it for yourself to know what I'm talking about. We met the owner and staff. Everyone was very friendly and ready to help us with our selections. The only con is no private parking lot, it's all street parking on this side of town. I'll definitely be visiting frequently to try other things.

Absolutely lovely cafe!! The customer service was amazing. Lilly's cafe has such a variety of pastries and drinks, the aesthetic is SO cute and I literally have no complaints whatsoever. They're working on expanding to their area-presumably a seating area. Whatever the expansion turns out to be, I know it'll be a great addition to an already fantastic cafe! Im definitely going to bring my mom here. 10/10, and it's also very reasonably priced. :) Also, HEART STRAWS?? Adorable!!!

I wanted to support a local business but sadly was very disappointed. Ordered the mazapan latte, matcha with strawberry cold foam and a pistachio bun. Everything was expensive, which wasn't surprising. I went in expecting to pay small buisness prices and I was okay with that. I ordered the smallest sized drinks and one pastry and paid over 20bucks. Both drinks tasted like watered down coffee. My mazapan had zero mazapan flavor. We threw away both drinks and took a bite of the $6 pistachio bun and spat it out. Please don't waste your money here.

One of my new favorite shops. Everything was sooooo delicious. I loved my pastries and mazapán latte. My favorite though was the pistachio pastry. AMAZING

We love Tamales Liliana! When we found out they had a cafe we had to try it! Atmosphere was super cute! Service was great. Pastries look amazing, but taste was not good. We were extremely disappointed. We order: French Napoleon- altogether weird taste Coffee Cake- did not taste like coffee, whip tasted soapy and weird. Vanilla bean cupcake- frosting had a weird taste, cake was dry very blah! Vanilla scone- did not want to try it On the positive note we did see people order their coffee. :)

This place is a joke. The coffee tasted terrible -- bitter, watery, and just plain bad. For how expensive it was, I expected something decent, not something that tastes like it's been sitting out all day. The food wasn't any better -- stale, cold, and completely overpriced. Total waste of money. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else

First time here and staffs are very sweet!! Also their matcha is really good !!! I would definitely recommend and come back !:)

Where are all my pink girlies at? Lillys Cafe is so IG worthy and so is their coffee! New cafe that opened up in January. The cafe ambience is decorated pink and white, so cute but the real star is they're delicious baked items that put Starbies to shame and the prices are just as comparable. I posted a biscotti iced latte for around $6.50 (venti size). I was blown away, it tasted just like a biscotti. I also ordered a pistachio cream filled bun warmed. All I can say is that I wanted to make a u turn and go back, ha. They definitely have more of a variety and those other guys plus they have keto options including donuts that will entice your belly to try. The girls are friendly and will answer any questions you may have. On the plus size, they have all kinds of cute accessories & cups you can buy for yourself or as gifts. This is definitely my new spot. I need to try some other delicious pastries and other coffee flavors. Lillys cafe has cute little bistro tables outside of you prefer to just chill and people watch. There's no parking lot or a drive through so just park on the street.

Lilly's cafe is a small and nicely decorated cafe that offers coffee and delicious pastries. I enjoyed a cafe latte with a pistachio pastry. I loved the pistachio filled pastry. It was the best. The service was friendly and fast. Cool little cafe to enjoy a coffee with a friend.

To be completely honest I was disappointed. I love their restaurant next door, Liliana's so much, but this wasn't what I thought it was gonna be. The outside is really nice and their sign is very cute. It's a tiny location with no inside seating and just outside seating for 2 or 4 ppl. I got a small vanilla latte with oat milk. $7.25. They have three sizes. For a small that's really overpriced. I don't mind paying that much for coffee, and I do for a Large at other chain shops. The flavors Just wasn't there. I wanted my latte to taste like coffee and this was just a super sweet artificial vanilla tasting drink with a hint of coffee. I wanted to like it but it was lacking so much. $7.26 for a small isn't worth it. Starbucks will give you a Venti for that same price and it will taste like coffee. Again, this place is super cute, but not worth the price for what you get. They have a lot of pastries to choose from, but decided to skip out on desert today. Maybe next time I can try something and give a follow up review. The girl at the counter was super sweet. She deserves the 5 stars for her customer service.

Please do not waste your time visiting this establishment! This is one of those "aesthetically pleasing" places and that's as far as it goes! The coffee is so sweet it's as if you're drinking coffee creamer and the pastries are just over priced Ralph's and Costco bakery items that taste stale. Also, BEWARE OF THE LABUBU'S BEHIND THE COUNTER THEY ARE CLAIMING TO BE AUTHENTIC! We asked multiple times before purchasing if they were legit because it seemed kind of off for a random little cafe to be selling LABUBU'S but the owner swore up and down they were authentic! We ended up purchasing 2 and after opening 1 it was OBVIOUS that they were FAKE! We took both back trying to get a refund for the false advertisement and the owner said no she could only refund us for one because the other one was opened and there was "nothing she can do with it"! After going back and forth for about 10 mins they finally gave us our refund. Personally if this was my business and I was selling something I was told was authentic then a customer returned it telling me it wasn't, I would be extremely apologetic and embarrassed and I would've gave them their money back with no hesitation! It's unfortunate that I was there trying to support a nearby small business but it turned out to be one of those places where instead of showing love to their community they rather rob the people that are keeping their lights on!!

Not to be confused with Tamales Liliana's next door, Lilly's Bakery is a local instagrammable cafe. My friend shared with me this cafe via Instagram and we happened to pass by on the way from running errands. They were open on Easter Sunday and street parking was surprisingly easy to find. It's a small cafe with a lovely pastel pink interior, mainly for pick up and go. The glass display is filled with a wide variety of pastries. They consistently restock the display but since they're made in house daily, they have limited supply. I wanted to try the Pistachio Croissant but they were out so I got a French Napoleon and a Mocha Iced Latte. My friend got the horchata latte and a capirotada. The mocha latte was okay, tasted like your average mocha, they did ask if I wanted chocolate in the cup which was a nice touch. Ultimately it ended up tasted like a chocolate milk. I must say, I would come back for the horchata latte, it was a winner and had much stronger flavor. The Napoleon was very decadent with a generous thick layer of cream. It was beautifully presented with the strawberry and blackberry topping and a drizzle of dulce de leche but it was much sweeter than other Mille Feuille. The three ladies working were very nice and welcoming, making sure we got our correct orders. A line formed out the door as we waited for our drinks but our patience paid off.

Cafe is super cute just really small so it's more a grab and go not a sit down place Service was great staff was very friendly and attentive Recent for my 3 starts i didn't like the pastry I got I purchased the French napoleon and it was dry and I don't know if anyone else experienced this but the top part tasted like some type of edible perfume or fragrance I also thought it was pretty pricey for the location and quality.

Expensive pistachio croissant with zero taste. Cheap ingredients:(. Very disappointed.

I love this spot! Their Horchata latte is sooo good! I have also tried the Strawberry Matcha but if you are a super big matcha fan, this may not be the exact place to get one. I have also tried some of their pastries but unfortunately the do taste kind of stale :( The staff is always so sweet as well! I love how pink and aesthetic the shop is!

Found this place on Yelp near my work and thought to give it a shot. The service was great and the 2 ladies behind the counter were very nice. I ordered a couple of mini cupcakes and the pistachio croissant. The mini cupcakes were great and weren't too sweet. The reason why I am giving them 2 stars is due to the pistachio croissant having mold. The croissant was cut in half and had a pistachio spread. Once I opened the croissant, I saw specks of mold in the middle. I hope to give this place another try but please check your baked goods before selling them.

I love their drinks here and its such a cute place to look at~8 I would definitely recommend this place especially if you are a girly girl lol.

Omg coffee is so yummy the starwars dupe drink. It doesn't taste like the Disney one but honestly I think it's better and I don't even like cafe de olla. But dam it was yummy. I've tried their cookies and cream latte also yummy. It is a bit cramped and small inside but suck a cute place for a lil cafecito. Service is quick and easy, they encourage me to post on my story about the coffee which I thought was cute lil but yeah hecka yummyyy And love the heart straws

So I saw tuxedo chocolate cake slices and it looked EXACTLY like the tuxedo cake Costco sells. I even said that to the young girl working there and she didn't say anything. I don't think their pastries and desserts are made there. I think they purchase them elsewhere like Costco and just sell them in slices. I purchased a couple of cupcakes so I have yet to try one and see if it's moist and not dry. The interior is beautiful and d very clean.

This one of the cutest coffee shops. I've been here a few times because I love supporting local small businesses. I'm a fan of their pastries and they definitely have a huge variety for you to select from. They even have a few vegan options. The workers are so kind and friendly and answer any questions you may have. They have a couple table outside to sit and also have more seating at the restaurant next door. I'm not the biggest fan of their coffee but that's just me. I like very strong coffee. The coffee is good if you're looking for something light and sweet !

This is such a cute coffee shop. It's very pink and very girly.. The iced dalgona coffee is delicious it's sweet but not to sweet. They sell a variety of pastries, cookies, and small treats. They also sell cups, tea, candy, and a variety of cutsy things..

I love this place it has a really cute aesthetic and the drinks and food are really yummy! 10/10 would come here again.

Very fun place, the service was amazing! I encourage you to talk to the staff, they're very welcoming and friendly. The actual cafe is gorgeous! It's all in the details. Heart shaped straws, gold-toned doorknobs, and pretty signage tie this place together. I also really enjoy the items that they sell, they really fit the theme of the cafe. Overall: loved my pastries and drinks, loved the commitment to a theme, and really enjoyed the service!

After days of wanting to stop by today was the day! This Cafe is simply adorable! It's clean, cozy, friendly & delicious. Their Horchata iced cafe is delicious! I had their almond croissant, this cookie that has seeds I can't remember the name but it's delicious I also bought a fruit tart :) They also have keto donuts, so if you are looking for a treat that's keto friendly this is your spot guys. I also bought a chocolate chip cookie which is pretty big that I will eat later lol they do have many other options which I will have to try later on. I was very pleased with the friendliness and awesome customer skills at this place. It does make you want to go back. There is street parking and 2 spots inside a parking structure next to the shop. The 2 spots are along the wall of the business. Just in case you don't find street parking.

I have been here a few times and love coming here. The pink aesthetic is so cute! The baristas are always nice and welcoming as well. Lilly's cafe offers a variety of pastries, coffees, and matcha lattes. I highly recommend the Mazapan latte with almond milk !

Drinks were great! Service was excellent she was sweet and helpful and I loved the atmosphere it's such a cute place, desserts I got were also really good.

We stopped by Lilly's Cafe and were delighted to see such a cozy beautiful space that served so many kinds of drinks and some amazing pastries . I highly recommend the cookie covered in seeds, pepitas, sesame seeds, flax seeds..... and it was so moist and delicious!! Also all the baked goods looked amazing and we tried the banana loaf and the pumpkin spice cupcake. Both wassuper delicious. I plan to return very soon and try the coffees, especially the horchata cold foam!! Also she has so many adorable cups for sale from Dodger mugs to Disney and lots of pink goodies. This place is amazing. They have the most delicious pastries ever and is finally in my neighborhood. Something that I love! I like the bakeries around but most of the bread is just the same bread and this has so many different pastries. Thank you

This place is so cute ! The staff was super friendly and welcoming ! They have a good variety of drinks. I got the the horchata latte with an extra shot of expreso . It was delicious they also have goodies , a lot of yummy desserts and many more cute stuff! Shout out to Lilly and Alejandra for being so sweet and helpful I will definitely be back! Go support them

The customer service was the absolute best!! It was my first time here and the lady told me all their specialties and helped me decide on what to get. I got the horchata iced coffee and a tiramisu slice. The horchata iced coffee was so delicious! I got it with almond milk. It wasn't a strong coffee taste and was more sweet which I love!! The tiramisu slice was quite dry which disappointed me because it was like $4 something. The top part which is the cocoa powder was pretty hard and flakey and the lady fingers weren't soaked in espresso like a tiramisu should be. Butttt I am definitely going back to try some more pastries because there were too many to choose from and to only grade the whole store based on that one dry pastry, it wouldn't be fair. And also the store was super beautiful and pink!! And very intagramable!

Slices and coffee were delicious, ladies attending are very attentive and friendly, decor was beautiful!! Loved the items they also had on wall for same, mugs, teas. Will definitely come back!

Delicious drinks and pastries, I got a raspberry matcha and my fiancée got a mazapan latte.

Do not come here!! Save yourself the 30 min wait. There were only 4 people ahead of me and I waited half an hour to order. The two baristas were nice but again concerningly slow. The food was definitely not worth the wait and the coffee was mediocre.
