He really made the experience fun and personal, helping us find the perfect flavors to enjoy. Between the warm service and the delicious ice cream, this spot has definitely become a new favorite. The ice cream at Lily’s is genuinely delicious—rich, creamy, and full of creative flavors made with high-quality ingredients. It’s clear why this spot has such a strong following. However, I was really disappointed during my midday visit when they didn’t have hot waffles available to pair with the scoops. For an ice cream shop that offers fresh waffle cones and sundaes, not having hot waffles ready in the middle of the day felt like a missed opportunity. Solid taste overall, but that let-down knocks it down to 3 stars for me. Hope they improve availability!

Hands down my new favorite ice cream of miami! I’ve tried Anita’s, Venchi, Eataly and many other places and nothing compares!! The quality and taste of the ice cream is insane. So good! And the owner is also the one running the shop. Very nice to see that in Miami instead of all the chain places. Do yourself a favor and come try it out!

This place is so cute! A true hidden gem. Happy I stopped in for a sweet treat. The icecream was yummy! Very creative flavors too. I will be back on Fridays because my girl Elysa told me they do buy one get one on the pints!

They have very unique flavors, and I liked every one I tried. I had the Apple Delight, Wolverine Delight, Soflo Swamp, Strawberry, and more. I really enjoyed their Friday deal where you could buy one pint and get one free. However, when I walked in today, I found out they changed the deal to buy three pints and only get one free, so I left without buying anything. I’d still recommend everyone try them at least once because of the unique flavors, but there are more affordable ice cream options nearby.

Me and my husband had a baby free day and decided to be kids again and get ice cream and it was amazing. And I love love love how everything is made in house and there’s no additives 10/10 my new fav ice cream place :) thank you!

It's always fun to see what new spots pop up in my neighborhood, and the Biscayne Commons plaza is where I do most of my shopping. I discovered this new ice cream shop called Lilly's Handmade Ice Cream, and WOW--it's surely flown above and beyond my expectations. They're pretty new, open just a few weeks, but they've been building themselves up as the best ice cream in South Florida. That's a bold claim unless you're in the know, and I'm here to say they ARE WITH IT. Rich, creamy, and loaded with bits of goodness and flavor in every bite. For my first visit, we went with their current special: BOGO pints in their freezer. Let's just say I had to catch myself, as I almost finished that pint in one sitting. Yup, something I shouldn't admit, but in this case it's a badge of approval. If you look at my photos, they have specials for every day of the week, and since they're freshly opened, you should swing by--because the specials are absolutely worth it.

My friends and I stumbled upon this new ice cream shop after enjoying a meal at the burger joint a few doors down. The ambiance is like old 1950's diner meets sprinkles, it's cute, bright, and welcoming. After trying a few samples it was clear this really was hand crafted ice cream, the quality and depth of flavor were apparent. Though there was a number of great flavors to choose from, the one that sold me was the Dusty Monkey; a brown sugar and banana ice cream with crumbled Biscoff cookies. Think Trader Joe's cookie butter and real banana, it just works. Service was very friendly and helpful. We had no idea it was opening day until after I started writing this. Hopefully this location does well for them.

Took the family here for a treat and we're so glad we did! The flavors were absolutely delicious, creamy, and full of taste. We all found something we liked. The service was just as sweet as the ice cream. They were friendly, patient, and welcoming. We wanted to try this place out and it definitely didn't disappoint. We'll be back for sure!

As soon as you walk in you just smell all the goodness of the different ice creams, they make all there ice creams in house. The worker was awesome at making ice cream decision easier since I wanted all of them lol. It's definitely a sweet treat and didn't disappoint.

We are staying in Surfside and were looking for an ice cream place, but couldn't find one. Lily's was the closest place that wasn't a chain and I'm so glad we found it! The ice cream flavors are unique but not too crazy and the specialty sundaes are so much fun. We got the Nutty Nanna in a waffle bowl and it was delicious! The staff were super friendly, made great suggestions and let us try as many flavors as we wanted before making a decision. It is a cute little shop with a few tables outside and gives you the perfect beachy ice cream shop vibes. We are here for a few more days and are already planning to come back to try another sundae!

The atmosphere and service were nice. Not too many flavors, in my opinion but the ice cream was pretty good. I had the pistachio ice cream. A bit pricey for two scoops but it's Miami. lol
