Excellent atmosphere and the best service I have had so far in Brussels! All the staff were extremely kind, helpful and friendly and made us feel like home. Food was unreal, especially the lobster roll and the truffle cannelloni!! The piano night and the singer offered us an unforgettable night as well! Also very nice wine and cocktails. The only thing that I was not surprised was the Millefeuille at the end. Overall, I totally recommend that place for an amazing and atmospheric dinner at Brussels!

The atmosphere is cozy and warm, with live music creating a pleasant vibe. However, the food was disappointing – it lacked flavor and wasn’t as interesting as one would expect for this price. The ceviche, in particular, was made with a poor cut of fish, which was quite chewy and full of sinew. The bluefin tuna was probably the best out of everything we got but still could be improved. The service could also be improved: the waiter placed the water bottle on the table rather carelessly and forgot our order as well as to bring the bill at the end. Additionally, the table we were given was not very nice; we were seated apart from others, which made us feel somewhat singled out, even though there were many available tables closer to the live music and other customers. On top of that, the bathroom felt very creepy and uncomfortable to use. Overall, I would not come back, as there are many other places where the food is much more worth its price.

It’s my second time here and it did not disappoint. We had Simone as our server for the night, and she was honestly the best! Very recommended! Food was very good and totally worth the price.

Amazing place to celebrate with friends . It is my first time in here and i really recommend it if you are looking have a nice diner with friends un a festive atmosphere. The food was really good : i have ordered the ceviche as entrée and the steak as main course. Was not disappointed at all. They have a large wine selection as well. The service was excellent as well.

Came here for Christmas Eve dinner and it was the perfect restaurant! We were nervous as it was our first time in Brussels but the staff were amazing, atmosphere was lovely and food was incredible! Couldn’t recommend it more x

The food was excellent, the service a bit less but mostly we didn't know it was a piano bar. We were sitting next to the piano and the singer who, sorry to say was really narcissist, and annoyed if we were not applauding her at each song. Probably I should have known but it was a bit difficult to talk to each other - that can be acceptable and I like music but when you feel like harassed and obliged to applaud and enjoy, no sorry thank you, we were also focusing on our conversation and meal. A pity as the food is really a must try but I will not go back or ask in advance if there is music that night.

Had a fantastic experience at Lily’s! We started with the crispy rice (Nobu style) and the grilled octopus — both were incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. For mains, we had the crying tiger and the rigatoni with truffle, and they were equally delicious. The service was friendly and attentive throughout. But the real highlight is the ambience and decor — stylish, warm, and inviting. I already can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

The place is quite pretty and cosy. But the service and ambiance however were terrible. The music was ridiculously loud, and kept getting louder and louder throughout the evening. We were a party of 5 and we could barely hear what each was talking about without raising our voices or repeating ourselves multiple times or without having the person next to you repeat it to the person next to them. The food was okay, but for this price menu okay is actually very disappointing. You would expected much tastier and flavourful dishes. The cocktails however were really good and well balanced. The service was the worst part. We were sitted on time, next to the bar where all the waiters were standing. They poured us water upon arrival then nothing else. We had to ask ourselves if we could get bread for our table whilst we waited, they gave it us but with no plates so we had to ask that again separately to another waiter. Then again, no one came to take our orders for more than 10-15 minutes (so about 30 min after initial arrival) until we lost patience and reached out to a waiter who was walking by. I am used to a much more attentive and prepared service when I go to classy establishments so this experience was really frustrating. For dessert, my friend asked for a crème brûlée. The waiter put it down in front of them quite abruptly and rudishly, and the crème brûlée was undercooked by far! At the end of dinner, we asked for the bill. The waiter gave me the bill and just disappeared. After 10 minutes, I asked a waiter walking by if we could actually PAY and he said sure, someone would come with the payment machine. Another +5 minutes and no one came. So I got up to ask another waiter again if we could pay and made myself quite insistant this time. This time, a few minutes later we were actually able to pay and leave the overbearingly loud dining room. Overall, disappointing food for the price, terrible service, ostensibly loud music but very tasty cocktails.
