Where to Find $1 Oyster Deals Around Boston

"Mediterranean steakhouse and seafood spot Limani Grille is selling $1 oysters Monday through Friday, from 4 to 6 p.m., at its bar and lounge area. Apps like the fried calamari and spanakopita are also half off during this time." - Erika Adams, Rachel Leah Blumenthal

Google
This place was a huge surprise and what honestly made our experience was Mario, our server! He was funny, attentive and helpful with the menu. It’s rare to find servers like Mario in the Boston eating scene and he made the experience what it was. The lamb chops were my favorite, they were cooked perfectly medium rare, the spanakopita was top notch. All the food came piping hot which of course is always a plus. There were a lot of great appetizer options and I wish I tried more! Will definitely recommend to others!

Google
Overall really great experience, from the atmosphere, location, service and food. The place was bright and airy, tables were spread out, not tight and stuck up like most places in seaport. Very clean, not a smudge on the widows down to the floor, and the bathrooms were spotless. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried a few shareable items, and some drinks. Really great, its a must try. Wish I got more pics, we were too busy enjoying.

We celebrated a birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing. After a slight mishap with my reservation, Francesco, the manager personally called me and resolved everything. SAVED THE DAY! The staff is so warm and welcoming, I appreciated their assistance so much. The food is probably the best in seaport and we had the best time. 10/10 recommend especially if you’re a large party, it’s so fun and the staff really brings the restaurant to another level.

Google
Very cute place. Very nice, willing to accommodate large groups. Great lunch special that is budget friendly. However, idk if I would recommend this place overall. I ordered the dips for a pre-fixed app, which were decent, a solid 8. I ordered the lobster linguine for an entree (a $14 upcharge) and the lobster was overcooked! Significantly!! Chewy like rubber. They were aware because one person in my party had it remade and it was a totally different taste and texture. Honestly barely edible. The server, Mario was a little bit rude. I was asking him for recommendations for food and his response was, *deep sigh* " if I tell you chicken or steak which one are you going to pick." Understand the resturant was empty except for my party of 15, and two other small parties of 4, so there was no rush. The drink was decent, but I think this place needs to have menu consistency. The sorbet was also not good and tasted very artificial. I am giving this place 3 stars because the lunch deal CANNOT be beat! In Seaport is fantastic, better service and fresh food would take this place to the next level.

Google
Great atmosphere and great food! We reserved ahead to make sure there was no wait but when we got there it was not really busy but I encouraged booking ahead. The service was a bit slow but that was fine. The portions are big for one person so you might want to share if you don’t eat a lot. We ordered the Filet Mignon and lamb chops (medium) they came perfect 👌🏻fried calamari that is perfect for a part of 4 and two drinks 🔥 Definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Google
My friends and I used to come here all the time — this really was our place. We loved the cozy atmosphere, the authentic Mediterranean/Greek food, and the friendly service. Unfortunately, our most recent visit felt like we walked into a completely different restaurant. The prices have gone up, and the menu now includes items that don’t make sense for a Greek/Mediterranean spot. It feels like they’re trying to take the restaurant in a different direction, and it just isn’t working. The biggest disappointment was the service. The manager no longer greets guests, which used to be a small but meaningful touch. And when we were leaving, the hostess and a couple of employees were laughing and talking at the front desk and didn’t even notice us (a group of people)—no eye contact, no goodbye, nothing. It felt careless and unprofessional, especially compared to how things used to be. The music that just doesn't fit there. It really seems like the place has changed ownership or something major shifted behind the scenes. After years as loyal customers, we left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. Sadly, we won’t be coming back. It’s time to find a new favorite spot.

Google
My friend and I went here on a whim, and turned out to be such a good choice. Mario was our server and I will never forget what he did for us. He not only made us laugh the moment we walked in, he was very helpful with suggesting what entrees to get, and he was so patient. Definitely would come back not only for the beautifully presented food but just to get a good laugh in my day! Thank you so much for this experience! Just to add I would recommend the calamari for an appetizer, the lamb shank comes out in a large portion wonderfully oriented (so if you are a fan of lamb I would 100% get it but it holds a mild flavor even with the sauce so if you want something spicy or more adventurous I would ask Mario for recs! and the rice that comes with is very seasoned), as well as the sorbet for dessert! The flavors are mango and raspberry that compliment each other with the sweetness of the mango and slightly sourness of the raspberry. I am not usually a fan of fruit flavors but today I was made one! Truly amazing experience def recommend!

I loved the location and ambiance, reminded me of Europe a lot. Food was delicious. Highly recommend octopus and shrimps for appetizers. Will be back for sure

Yelp
I had a great time at Limani! Loved the ambiance, the vibes, the music, the service, and our food. After being seated in the cutest booth, we were served warm bread with fresh cut basil for our olive oil. A nice touch and a good start to our dinner. I got a glass of rose so I can't comment on the drinks, but my friend got a mocktail and enjoyed it. We got the zucchini chips as an appetizer which we liked. For dinner, got the Chilean sea bass, absolutely loved it! Cooked perfectly and the additional favors of the other ingredients (corn, pancetta) brought everything together beautifully. My friend got the lamb chops - she thought they could've been a little more seasoned, but when she asked for more of the balsamic glaze (there wasn't much on the lamb), that brought the flavors together better. We came here for a fancy girls night over a good dinner and drinks and got exactly what we were looking for.

Yelp
After opting out of our initial reservation at a nearby restaurant, we decided to dine here for lunch on my birthday after church. Aesthetically, it is beautiful. On this Sunday afternoon, it wasn't too busy inside. We were able to be seated immediately. Joseph was our server and he was really friendly and helpful with our questions about the menu. My family decided to order from the prefix lunch menu. I went with: Octopus - 9/10. This was so yummy! The octopus was tender and flavorful. The dish was pretty filling. Lobster linguine - 7.5/10. The lobster was juicy but the sauce was a little bland/basic. I took it home and spiced it up. Karidopita - 8/10. This walnut sponge cake was rich and not too sweet. My family enjoyed the salmon. They also liked the crab cakes but wish it a little bigger portion. My sister liked the lamb chops but found some parts to be too fatty. The fries were hot and crispy. Thanks for a lovely birthday lunch, Limani! I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
I came here for lunch with my family for my sister's birthday on a Sunday. Luckily they took our last minute reservation as because we had to cancel our original reservations at a restaurant a couple blocks down. We must've come in between hours as the restaurant was not packed which works for me. The servers and hostess's were all kind and welcoming. The restaurant is aesthetically appealing. We ordered a bunch of food from the menu. I ordered the following: Crab cake: 7/10 Lobster linguine: 8.5/10 Raspberry and mango sorbet: 10/10 The price was reasonable for the lunch menu. My only complaint was that the service was eeexxxttrrreeeemmmlllyyyyy sloooooooowww between each course and we would often awkwardly wait a long time to be served the next dish.

Yelp
This was a great greek spot. Loved how they decorated inside. Service was attentive. They have a nice 30 lunch deal, get to choose a starter, main and dessert. That is the option I opted for lunch. Got the greek salad(pretty simple flavor), tenderloin kebab(I did ask for medium cook but it was more well done and steak was hard but good flavor) I loved their take on tzaziki, and walnut sponge cake. We also got the cauliflower which i LOVE LOVED. Cooked to perfection.

Yelp
I would like to start off by saying, I did not get the best service right when I walked through that door, but I really enjoyed the food. So I gave it a 3 stars for the food and deducted the 2 stars for the service I got. Service: I was a walk in guest and asked if there was any tables, the host told me it was fully booked tonight (even though there was literally so many empty seats). I walk out and check online to make a rsvp. There were so many tables open from 5-8. So I made a rsvp and walked right back in. She proceeded to tell me "Im glad you guys cane back there was a cancellation on the rsvp". Ok... got seated orders taken, appetizers came out within 10 minutes. The entree took 20, not too long not too fast I guess was just surprised. When we got the food, they didn't even ask us if we needed anything else nor did they notice that we were missing a fork. Had to wait a long time just to get someone to get me a fork. Towards the end we were waiting for our waiter to get the check and takeout boxes, but he was no where to be found. When the manager walked by I asked if he could get us the boxes, he said he will find someone for me. He never even did because the waiter finally came back and I had to ask him again. Service was just slow. Food: I really enjoyed the octopus, it was full of flavor and easy to chew. The fish was very good as well. The steak was not bad, if only they had better steak knives. I could barely cut mine with their steak knife... Ambiance: as we were leaving it did get more packed. The bathroom was pretty neat and clean. I liked how big and roomy the restaurant was. The lighting wasn't too dark, and lots of window views from every corner.

Yelp
This restaurant had great ratings but disappointed. It's clearly popular but the food was not that great and the prices were higher than warranted. Nice decor but painfully loud. Customers were shouting at each other over the noise. I had the lobster over linguine. It was ok, nothing special. The red sauce was apparently a Greek sauce and unusual. It may have been great but it did not appeal to me. The service was sufficient but unengaged. The hostess was kind, busy, and attentive. Too bad they don't let her train the servers. This will be one and done for me.

Yelp
Food superb. All dishes were the proper temperature and visually appealing. I hate when food tastes better than it looks. Look good AND taste good is what kitchens need to strive for. Limani Grille ‍ Ambiance excellent. Sat in a fishbowl booth I call them. You look out into the entire restaurant. And everybody looks at you too . We beat the rush barely. But no waiting on our meal. Everything was timed impeccably. One note our server never asked if I wanted a wine refill. That's my only issue. But it didn't take away from the overall experience. I would definitely go back again when in the area of course. I just couldn't muster up the excitement to give 5 but it's a very strong 4.4!

Yelp
Excellent service and wonderful food. They were great with our kids and very accommodating. Fish was well prepared.

Yelp
I had been a loyal customer since Limani opened. They used to have great waitservice and good maitre de. Since then they have had about 6 different maitre de's and cannot seem to keep good wait staff. Even the the well known Limani Chips we ordered today were soggy and not crisp like they used to be! The waitservice person was terrible and rude on top of all this. She even brought the check before we even were finished eating!!! I had heard they were going out of business and would not be surprised if they did. They have lost me as a customer!!

Yelp
I came here because I saw this on the Boston calendar and it was Sinatra night. I love Frank Sinatra so naturally, I had to make a reservation and was a wonderful experience. The place was contemporary chic and was packed. We were seated at a nice booth, and there is a great view of the restaurant and far away from the band where I can have a conversation and listen to some good tunes. We ordered the grilled octopus and tuna tartare to start which were amazing then I had the best chilean Sea bass and sampled the lamb shank which was a fall of the bone experience. Dessert was big enough to share for two. I had the orange cake and it was amazing. The music in the background was great and on their break they put Greek traditional music on and the staff was waving napkins in the air and I squeezed a little Greek dancing on my way to the ladies. I really want to give this place five stars, but there was a delay to get our cocktails first because the appetizers came out beforehand. Our server grabbed them immediately when he was aware. Then he almost forgot the our tuna tartare because he wanted to ask us if we were ready for the main course and we reminded him we're still waiting for the tuna Tartare. The server gave us complimentary cappuccino which were not great, and we got them spilt on the saucer and we asked the helper if he can give us a napkin. Instead of just giving us a new saucer and wiping the cup, he just placed a bunch of cocktail napkins on the saucer to soak it up. Lastly, when the bill came, the second Prosecco's was charged $17 versus the initial $14 Prosecco I had. The server did offer to give us a difference in cash, but we just wanted to inform him. Also, he also accidentally broke the candle votive but had it swept immediately. Overall, we did have a good time there and the staff was nice, but they just need a little tweaking to make this a five star experience.

Yelp
I came here for happy hour two days in a row and it was nice and quiet during the weekdays, despite being here for a conference at the Omni. Christina, the bartender, is so sweet. She recommended the sliders and they're definitely tasty and very tender. The buns were soft and moist. The duxbury oysters were fresh and delicious that I got them both days. Would love to come back and try their other food options next time.

Yelp
This place was top shelf. It took us awhile to get there but once we sat down - our waiter was awesome. The service, the lighting, the atmosphere all very pleasant. I was there with a group if 5 men (from work). Everything was very nice. I shall return. Thanks again o all for a superb night.

Yelp
It is good. It is, admittedly, quite expensive. But you are in Seaport. When in Rome, my dear. Tomato and Halloumi was our favorite dish. Moussaka also good. Grilled octopus, just not my favorite on account of the strong fennel taste. Would leave 3.5 stars, erring on the side of 4
google avatar

Yelp
Food was mediocre and service was abysmal. We sat for hours without acknowledgement from our server. After 40 mins of not being offered drinks, a server who wasn't on our table finally thankfully came to help us, which was not his job. This place totally missed the mark. Would not recommend coming here.

Yelp
Such a great spot for a nice dinner! A little pricey, but worth it. We had drinks, appetizers, and entrees and walked out ready to explode. Portions were huge, but although I didn't love my dish, service and ambiance were good. I'd definitely go back and try other items on their menu!

Yelp
Popped in here for a late lunch with a couple friends today. We didn't have reservations but we were able to be seated immediately. We split the grilled haloumi and octopus starters which were excellent. I also really enjoyed my avgolemono soup but I've never had it with carrots and celery before so it was a bit more of a chicken and veggie soup. Still yummy but not quite what I was expecting. Our server Mario was fantastic. Attentive, friendly, and he always kept my water glass full which matters a LOT to me. Dishes were cleared when we were done but I never felt rushed. I would be happy to be back for a more substantial meal in the future! Great spot in the Boston restaurant scene.

Yelp
I regret our experience at Limani. That is in the best sense. We ate too much. It was all good. Our party of four consisted of two runners who would be doing the Memorial Day half marathon twelve hours later and our respective spouses (college roommates). I was worried we had ordered more than we could finish. Nobody listened. We just about did it. I hate to waste food. I was more than prepared for the race. We had chopped salad, the chips, lobster mac and cheese, chicken meatballs, fava beans, mussels, and a whole fish. The salad had a few tiny peppers, round ones that were just right for me but too hot for my wife. The chips are made of zucchini and eggplant, alternating, served with tzatziki, cut so thin it must have been done with one of those scary mandolins and fried by someone whose hand and timing are experienced and perfect. The lobster made and cheese is what the runners consumed for calories. Although the chicken meatballs are not my favorite dish, these were about the best I have tried. Fava beans are something I always think to myself I ought to have more of. The mussels were the smaller type my wife favors. The fish was great, fresh and at a midpoint between flaky and meaty and fishy and not. I had non alcoholic beer. That is a product that has been improved greatly. The complimentary bread was served with their house brand olive oil. The server was attentive. The manager (or maitre d or more important server, in a pink jacket from the Miami Vice catalog, a compliment and not a criticism -- I'd like to have one of those) came by to check on things. They were busy. That's a good sign. The whole neighborhood was bustling. As a New Yorker, I get to Boston maybe every other year. I don't remember this area as being so popular. It is good to see. PS My friend finished first in his division. I finished at the back of the pack, but I passed people successively as the race progressed.

Yelp
WORST EXPERIENCE ON A RESTAURANT. STAY AWAY There are better Greek Places in Boston. We go there at least once a month with different companies from work and with different families. so we decided to go this Sunday with some friends and their families and called to make a reservation. The manager named PETER told me that you to give us your Credit Card and if you cancel we will charge $50.00 for each guest. So I said this is absurd and I am your customer and his response was " That's how we do business here !!!. So i told him that you have not ask us before for Credit cards when we made reservation and he said well thats chnged now . The irony of it was that he said if you want you can go to the other Limani and they do not ask you for Credit Card. ( So basically the other Limani is Dead slow and they can't treat Customers badly there yet. I explained to my Company that we were not going there and how they treated the customers and they all agreed that we should not step foot there again. We all can see why the place is empty almost every night.

Yelp
Outstanding! Very nice decor! Friendly host staff and manager. Bar is well stocked and hosts a good selection of wines and spirits! Servers were friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and also about the wine list as well as the specials drink menu. Food was amazing! Some of the best grilled octopus I have had to date!!! Ret of the apps were also amazing and for entries, I went with the lamb shank, outstanding.! Try the burger!!! Over all all the food had great flavor and proportions! Well worth it. I very much enjoyed my dining experience and look forward to my next experience here!!!

Yelp
Came with a group of 4 during our trip to Boston and had a good experience. Greek food isn't my favorite, but everything was yummy. Only issue was that I think my chicken may have been a bit undercooked--it was pretty pink in the middle, so I didn't finish it. Didn't get sick though, so no issue!

Yelp
After a long morning of meetings, my team went out for lunch at Limanis. It's a nice interior with plenty of seating and a nice vibe. I appreciated the lunch special - $30 for an app, entree, and dessert. The tomatoes in the Greek salads we got were huge, accompanied with all sorts of veggies but no lettuce. My salmon entree was flavorful, and the dessert (raspberry and lemon sorbet) was yummy. Service was fine, my waitress kept filling my glass with sparkling water even though I kept asking for still. Overall 3.5/5, good value for lunch but otherwise I like other places in the area more.

Yelp
This place was fantastic! We work for a Greek company so 7 of us made a reservation while in town for work and it didn't disappoint. We had quite a variety of food and shared it amongst ourselves. The staff was great and attentive and even gave us some dessert at the end which was a welcome surprise! We all loved the food and drinks, below is a list of what we ordered: - Limani Chips - Pikilia (dip sampler) - Tomato Salad - Moussaka - Feta wrapped Phyllo - Shrimp Saganaki - Octopus - Grille Halloumi - Lamb Shank - Lemon Potatoes They also gave us the following for dessert: - Deconstructed Baklava - Karidopita - Portokalpoita The highlight for me was the feta wrapped phyllo, Limani chips, and the dip sampler... and of course the desserts! They even brought some sorbet for one of my coworkers as he is allergic to nuts. We will definitely be back, hopefully next year!

Yelp
I went with my friends to celebrate a birthday on a Friday night. We ordered a bunch of different apps and entrees to share. My favorite was the octopus; it came out very tender and flavorful. Everything was so delicious. For drinks, I ordered the Aphrodite, which was strong and so pretty! Service was attentive and friendly. I loved the beautiful interior. I'm looking forward to coming back again!
google avatar

Sophia G.

Yelp
Food was spectacular. The octopus is a must; perfectly tender. The halibut with the tomato sauce was amazing! But, the new dessert Pear and Figs was SHOWSTOPPING. Fall flavors, pear was poached perfectly and the figs added a nice textural contrast. The Pavlova was a not a traditional pavlova, but was still amazingly delicious, light and fruity. Coffee was surprisingly delicious too. Ambiance was modern but classy.

Yelp
A Disappointing Experience Marked by Poor Service- While the food at this Mediterranean restaurant is passable, the overall experience left much to be desired--particularly when it came to customer service and professionalism. From the start, interactions with the staff felt dismissive. Attempts to resolve an issue were met with excuses and a lack of accountability. For further context: We celebrated with a group of 10 for a birthday dinner. When it was time to close up our meal The waiter apparently placed the bags on the floor. When we noticed two of the bags were left. We quickly went back to the restaurant and they informed us that they were closed. After calling multiple times the next day (Saturday) we weren't able to get through to anyone. After calling multiple times--on both Saturday and Sunday--the response was inconsistent at best. I finally got ahold of the manager Sunday A manager eventually offered to "check security footage" but admitted there was "nothing they could do." While still remembering the bags they found at the table at the close of business. As a group of 10 we spent a lot of money at this restaurant just to be treated with such disregard. One of the most glaring moments of unprofessionalism was the handling of takeout orders. Rather than placing the bags on a counter or in a more sanitary location, the staff set them directly on the floor--an unacceptable practice for any establishment that claims to uphold high standards of service and etiquette. When we requested something to be done about the food we left, they refused to accommodate us, stating they were "already closed." Beyond service issues, the food itself was decent but not exceptional. In a city with no shortage of excellent Mediterranean restaurants, this one fails to stand out besides the aesthetic. The appetizers and entrees were fine, but certainly not worth the subpar treatment. Worse, our server was abrupt and cut us off when we had questions, making the experience feel very rushed and impersonal. With so many other options in D.C. offering both quality food and exceptional service, I can't say I'd recommend this place to be top 10 Mediterranean/Seafood in the city . A restaurant is more than just its menu--how customers are treated matters just as much, if not more. Unfortunately, this establishment falls short on both fronts.

Yelp
We had guests in town for the Easter weekend and decided to go to Limani Grille which is just across from the ICA. It is a gorgeous space and the service was beyond compare. Mario was so attentive and helped us decide what we would like best on the extensive menu. We started with some freshly made bread with a fine olive oil for dipping and, to share, the Limani chips, grilled calamari, Maryland crab cakes and lemon potatoes. The spiked cucumber lemonade, red sangria and some glasses of wine were a nice lead in to the lunch of either the avgolemono soup or lentil soup and prasini salads with chicken. The coffee with the desserts was very satisfying on a chilly spring day. Definitely will return!

Yelp
Flavors - 3.5/5 Textures - 4.5/5 Presentation - 3.5/5 Value for Money - 3.5/5 Would return? No I went for lunch to try their $34 fixed menu. The food here is good and very well executed, although I'd say more mediterranean than Greek. The flavors are basic, there is nothing new, innovative or interesting about it... but again well seasoned and balanced. I tried their crab cakes and trio of dips as appetizers, both very tasty! Warning that the crab cake is one bite. Then I tried the Dorade fish and Salmon for entrees, just basic grilled fish with lemon and steamed veggies. Cooked to perfection though! Dessert was a cinnamon walnut cake with ice cream and the sorbet, both good but nothing too exciting. I wouldn't return just because their menu is not that exciting.

Yelp
Inattentive and indifferent service! My friend and I sat for over one hour at a table near the kitchen (so they definitely knew we were waiting and ignored us) and we had to ask two staff people and the maitre'd (who put in the wine request) before someone came to take our order. People who arrived after us received their meals. This lack of service was not smart from a business perspective on their part, since we occupied a table for over an hour without any beverage or food other than the complimentary bread. I sent a complaint the next day through their contact form, and then followed up again two weeks later. I still haven't received a response so now I'm posting this review. Also, be sure that you don't accept the booth outside of kitchen, since it is hot and not well-ventilated. This is not a place for a quiet meal--it's a noisy atmosphere with poor acoustics. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience because of their blatant lack of hospitality. There was no effort to compensate the poor service or offer an explanation regarding why we had to wait while others, who arrived after us, did not. (My friend had made a reservation through Resy, so we were not walk-ins.) Quality of food is fine but portions are haute cuisine-small, which we expected and that would have been fine if the service had been acceptable. We still tipped 20% because we know how much staff depends on gratuities. We were incredulous at the lack of management and customer service, and they continue to show indifference by not responding to me in the aftermath.

Yelp
Amazing service, great food and drinks. Loved the tempura cauliflower with truffle oil and the sea bass. Beautiful interior, lovely evening!

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with great staff, food was so good and of course the three course meal at only $30 made it more worth it. I loved the ambiance in this place, every staff member was very friendly and happy to serve us.

Yelp
The food is SO FRESH and so delicious. My waiter, Frank, was very friendly and bought out the fresh whole fish for me to see how it looks before they got cooked. I absolutely love the seafood here. The fish was very smooth, melt in my mouth. However, the fish is big and I was very full halfway through my fish. The music was a bit loud with a full bar and restaurant was located next to the river at seaport. It's a great place for a hot date, group gathering. This restaurant also make their own olive oil in cool blue long bottles.

Samantha S.

Yelp
Food was great - all presented well and tasted even better! We started with the chips, lobster mac and cheese, chicken meatballs and tomato salad. Drinks were also delicious we got the Cucumber Martini, Watermelon Margarita and Sangria. Ambiance inside was amazing we beat the crowd and our Waitor Mario was great and super attentive and helpful as we were deciding how much to order for the group. Overall great experience and will be returning!

Yelp
This is a lovely restaurant in the Seaport District with amazing cocktails & incredible service. I took a group of customers to Limani for dinner & we were all thoroughly impressed. We had everything from octopus to sea bass to lobster linguine. Everything was prepared perfectly & served within a reasonable time frame. The General Manager came by the table a few times to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend! For the record, we visited in the late fall of 2023. I'm just behind on my reviews.

Yelp
Such a GORGEOUS restaurant in the Seaport! Theo and all of the staff are just lovely. The decor is so warm and welcoming. Every time I go in there I feel like family. And the food!!!!! Omg! It's insanely good! The Grilled Shrimp are like no other! And the Lentil Soup is a favorite of our whole friend group. This stunning spot is a winner on every level and I'm so excited to have it near my home!

Yelp
Good food! Great service! Good for groups! Cocktails are insanely good! They didn't split our check, we had to pay everything in just one card! Other than that, Great Restaurant in Seaport!!

Yelp
Food was AMAZING. Drinks were strong, my favorite drink was the spicy watermelon martini. I think I had 4. I had the cucumber one but it taste like juice so I ordered another one - the waiter didn't take it off my bill. The food - We were a big party of 17 and had one of everything appetizers.... My favorite was the Brussels spouts, fried cheese and Mac and cheese but they were all yummy amd So good. I had the lobster linguini..... OMG! Amazing.... And a big portion! Hands down amazing restaurant!!!!! Everyone's dish was amazing. The lamb,, halibut, scallops, even the burger was awwwwww.... Now the service - Tomas was our waiter until the bill came then we saw another side of him we didn't care for. From us wanting to pay for the bill and he basically gave us the rules when we were trying to inquire then very dismissive when we had questions and walked away. We gave one card and was told that the card was declined - which was not true. He then had a brief argument with my friend saying she took the check. When she told him harshly I DONOT have it. He went back and found it - where he left it at the register. He then ran the card again. This morning her card had been charged 2x. And it went through. He came back and made a smart remark about us doing something to make it work. It was a CC what could we do??? - and he kept the card the entire time. Then one of the party at the table asked for a drink and he was again dismissive - I closed your bill. We found our way to the bar and ordered more drinks. The think that erked me was he that he got a $350 tip and didn't say thank you. We spent 2200.00. The owners and chef are doing a great job!

Yelp
Food was excellent - Service was exceptional! On extremely short notice, Limani was able to accommodate our party of thirteen this past weekend. We were seated immediately at a large comfortable table. Olive oil poured and toasted bread served as we reviewed the menu. Our waiter provided excellent guidance on what and how many appetizers to order - - - he was spot on with six for our table + 2dz Oysters. Mains were all well prepared and everyone enjoyed their meal. The women bussing our table kept water glasses filled, on an extremely hot day. Kept the table clean and organized. We never felt rushed but we were always moving forward. We had: Limani Chips - excellent fry and good tzatziki. Octopus - grilled with plenty of care. moist. Onions caramelized. Gigantes - Only miss of the night. Under seasoned Lamb shank(s) - unctuous succulent lamb with orzo melting in you mouth. My order was perfect! Fagri for two - expertly grilled and served tableside. Salmon and swordfish - expertly grilled. Lamb chops - don't sleep on the greek fries. Lobster Mac - popular with the table (pro tip-dunk greek fries in extra cheese sauce) Really, a very enjoyable dinner. Would highly recommend.

Yelp
I've been here a few times hoping thing would get better but I have to say each time the food was just ok. We started with the lumani chips which were really good. I then went with the lamb chops. ... oh man. Started off all wrong. Meal was supposed to come with Greek fries, nope they got that wrong. When I mentioned it to the waiter no, let me check on it, fix it, nothing, not even an apology. The lamp chops were cooked well but lacked taste. And yeah we'll that was it.

Yelp
If they could ratchet down the prices and ratchet down the music volume (why not some Greek music, by the way?), this could be 5 stars. Well prepared and well served somewhat above average Greek food, but give me a $7 piece of Baklava, not a $15 "deconstructed" baklava. And I don't need to spend over $40 for a basic roasted lamb shank with some orzo. One of the hostesses, while very nice and pretty, did not, however, speak much English and she could not answer some basic questions. But a fun place overall, with good food, so we will be back.

Yelp
I had a great birthday here! The dip appetizer was the best and very filling, so I ordered a small salad for my main dish. The only complaint I have is there was no TP or soap in women's restroom

Yelp
This place is not good. Terrible service. Food was not great at all but it was definitely overpriced. I do not recommend. I wish i could say something nice so, they had nice lighting fixtures.

Yelp
Bar service 10 out of 5! Great atmosphere! Grilled shrimp, saganaki, village salad & Chilean Sea Bass out of this world!!! Had a great time & can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Waitstaff was attentive. We were in a bit of a hurry and were very direct I've to waitstaff. They responded and delivered food and drink quickly, as we requested. Good service. Drinks were a bit pricey - averaging over $15 per drink. Enjoyed the MANY appetizers and variety of sharing items...some Greek and some traditional. Crab cake was small but all meat (no filler). Calamari, spinach pie, and octopus were good sharing items.

Yelp
Had an early dinner (4pm) with two friends. Food was excellent! Fresh and very tasty. Tomato salad & octopus appetizers were fantastic and the Chilean Sea-bass was a great entree. One of our people got the Lamb Shank with orzo = also VERY good! (Tender) Service with Marley was informative and smooth. Beautiful restaurant and would highly recommend. Try the table side Tiramisu which was whipped up personally by the manager. Excellent all-around!

Yelp
Arrived on time and got seated right away and then waited 30 mins for our drink order. Stinks took 20 more mins to arrive. I loved the octopus and grilled veggies. The lamb chops were awesome too. As well as the dessert. Our waiter screwed up so many times that it made for an stressful evening not enjoyable. We ordered two lamb chops and he brought one and salmon. Had to wait for the other lamb. Never brought us a second round drinks, but everything made it on the bill and then had to wait for it be corrected. The place is pretty. The air conditioning wasn't working well and they had the door open. The worst Patt of it is the music I felt like I was in a club in Mykonos in the 90s. Loud loud loud. It was like having a badly served meal in an old Greek disco for $200 per couple.

Yelp
Went for an Anniversary Dinner. Sat in a lovely comfortable booth. The service was very good. The food was good, not amazing. We ordered the Limani chips as an appetizer. This was delicious and would order this again and again. Our entrees were the lamb shank and the Chilean Sea Bass. The portion of the lamb was large and it tasted very good, but missing some depth of flavor. The orzo was cooked a perfect al dente and was quite flavorful. The Chilean Sea Bass was very underwhelming. The portion was quite small and the fish on it's own was quite bland. A combined bite with the purée, Brussels and bacon it was much better but still, missing something... The drinks were good, and overall the meal was nice but we won't be rushing back.
