The chef displayed a considerable ego, aiming to put a unique spin on traditional Tuscano cuisine. The red mullet had an intense fermented flavor, while the beefsteak fioritina was served in a raw, unchewable form. The tiramisu, presented in a cheesy tube, seemed more of a gimmick than a genuine attempt at innovation. Despite being in good company, we collectively agreed that none of us would revisit any of the dishes on the menu. On a positive note, the staff were attentive, and the selection of wines and champagnes was commendable
