Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill

Limegreen is our new favorite family friendly restaurant near UT Austin! They serve delicious customized rice bowls, infused with coconut, with refreshing veggies and toppings. I loved the chicken and my daughter loved the tofu. The freshly brewed passion fruit tea was a wonderful surprise - refreshing and flavorful. The restaurant is bright, kept immaculately clean and all of the staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

AUTHENTIC AMAZING food and lovely staff!! I was missing authentic food from home and this place was exactly the same. Flavour and portion sizes were perfect and for a very reasonable price too! They also have REALLY GOOD Vietnamese coffee and passion fruit lime tea. The owner is also SO FRIENDLY, make sure to say hi! Limegreen brought me back to my home. I HIGHLY recommend. You can tell they pay attention to quality, freshness and cleanliness too. I recommend the combination: rice noodles, five spice chicken, house fish sauce, mixed green, carrot, cucumber, peanuts, fried onion+garlic, lime, green onions, onions. ALSO: Rice noodles, chilli honey chicken + steak, crispy onion+garlic, green onions, mixed greens, spicy mayo+sweet tangy sauce. I would rate this place a TEN/TEN.

My boyfriend and I shared the tangy chili wings and each got separate bowls. We both really enjoyed them and they load them up with protein and rice which is great for the price. The wings had a great crisp and flavor, not too intense with the chili which we liked a lot. The service was great and the place is very cute and inviting! We definitely will come back again.

Great food and service! I’ve been here several times and it never disappoints. They have the best iced Vietnamese coffee in town and a delicious passion fruit tea. Honestly, I’ll drive all the way from San Antonio just for the coffee. The wings and the steak are also excellent and highly recommended. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the service is exceptional. Hope they open another restaurant in San Antonio in the future!

Perfect spot for UT students and everyone else who works in Austin downtown ! Limegreen Southeast Asian Grill has a great variety of fresh options, and the portion sizes are perfect—you definitely won’t leave hungry. It’s super close to campus, which makes it an easy go-to between classes. I had the bowl with steak today. The coconut rice was soooo good! Staff are super nice and this place is very clean and cute. 10/10 recommend!

Limegreen Pho is definitely different and worth trying. The broth has a nice depth of flavor, and the grilled steak brings a Texan smokiness that makes it stand out from traditional pho. Fresh toppings like onions and herbs add a crisp balance. Very flavorful, hearty, and tasty — a unique take on pho that I really enjoyed. I will be back for sure!

I've been to Limegreen twice and I've been very satisfied both times. The first time I had pho and the second time I had coconut rice with pork and house made source. The portion was huge, I couldn't finish it and took it home. I especially like the decoration of the restaurant - unique style! You should definitely try it - LimeGreen won't disappoint you.

💯💯 tasty and affordable food. Asian-fusion style. You can customize your dish, which is nice. My fave is coconut rice (which is salty), with tofu and tamarind sauce. You should try the pickled onion and the jalapeno sauce. Really good. Also the passion fruit tea is nice as well. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Ordered a lemongrass pork rice bowl for lunch and it was huge - definitely get your moneys worth! Flavor on the pork was great and the rice was actually a coconut rice, which balanced out all the flavors. (I added multiple toppings and sauces to complete my bowl.) Looking forward to coming back to try their Bahn Mi sandwiches!

I was pleasantly surprised! Except usual fast casual ambiance with a bit more friendliness from the servers. Got the coconut rice as my base, tofu as my protein with cucumbers, pickled onions, their toppings with spicy mayo and coconut garlic. Elite combination of flavors. A big fan of how everything paired together. I would say portion sizes are more for one meal and you can't stretch it out like chipotle. Anyways I'll find myself back!

Wow! what a beautiful spot! The decor is nice, trendy, and up to date. If you've been in Austin for a while, this used to be where "big bite" was located. Some of my colleagues were raving about how delicious this spot is. I was having lunch with a friend nearby so I went with this option. The pho was delicious but they were out of jalapeños and one other item for it when I came around lunch time. I do feel like those elements were missing from the pho taste. They did have siracha packets so that helped! the star of the show was the fried veggie spring rolls and the passion fruit tea. I honestly wish I would've skipped the pho and just got two order of the spring rolls, it was that good -- and crunchy! now the staff, 10/10! EVERYONE was so nice and went above and beyond. Like even going to the utensils bar (far from the cash register) to pack my utensils while I waiting on my order. Very nice, and when they were out of the items for my pho, they offered other items to replace it. I love visiting places where the food is delicious and the staff are just as good. definitely give Limegreen a try for lunch one day.

Wow!! I can't believe I went here 3 times within the same week...it's that good. It operates just like Chipotle or Cava, but it's for Southeast Asian food. The flavors are just so tasty. The staff and owner are also really friendly. I've yapped for hours here with my friends. It's nice that it's so close to Guad. They have some unique flavors like a chilantro aoili and a coconut sauce -- I get these every time. The value is also really good, I'm paying $12-13 for a really filling dinner that hits my food groups. Can't go wrong getting the coconut rice and chicken.

Big fan of this place. It's essentially the CAVA of SE Asian food-- and that's not a bad thing! I got the pork on salad greens and added a bunch of toppings. Really fresh and tasty. The SE Asian flavors weren't watered down despite the format. This is exactly the kind of food we need near campus IMO: delicious, quick and healthy. My only suggestion would be too have some precurated options. I'm just too lazy to pick all my toppings and would rather choose a set that works well together sometimes.

As a UT Austin student, I was quite excited to hear that a new restaurant was opening up in Wampus. They also take BEVO pay, so that is amazing! The restaurant itself operates similarly to Chipotle or Cava in that it's a build your own bowl situation, just Limegreen is asian. It has a vietnamese flair to it with the marinated pork and it feels like those vermincelli noodle dishes at vietnamese restaurants. I got the chicken which was tender and flavorful. The asian flavors really do come through! I give it a 3 stars (okay) rating because the variety is quite limited. Unlike in Chipotle or Cava where you can put as many toppings as you want, Lime green limits it to 5 toppings. Their topping options are also not too special like cilantro, cabbage, green onion, etc. The sauces are good! It wasn't very busy when I went, so it was fast because it is a line system. Lots of seating to eat there. Water and sauce station as well. Overall, I would probably come back if my friends wanted to go or if I am in the mood for an asian inspired salad and want to use my bevo bucks.

Loved my first visit to Limegreen! Such a cool idea because I get to build my own pho bowl! I got the beef pho and it was good, rich broth, tender beef, and super fresh toppings. Friendly staff, clean space, and definitely a new pho spot to try out if you're ever in the downtown Austin/UT area :)

I really liked the rice bowl with chicken! Their sauces and Vietnamese coffee are also very yummy!

I went tonight and the woman who helped serve me was absolutely wonderful! I was a little lost in what to order since there wasn't much of a description on flavors but she was patient and helped me pick. Tastes nice and the chicken is very good

The service was amazing! The food was good and fresh and seasoned well. I thought the pork was really tender and the noodles were cooked well and didn't feel dry.

This is a delicious new asian cuisine spot in West Campus. Lots of options to choose from and you can build your own bowl. The staff were very nice and I could tell they cared a lot about their customers.
