Limelight Snowmass

I travel plenty and speaking from experience, Limelight Snowmass gets a 10 across the board. From the moment we arrived everything was absolutely wonderful. Parker (Johnson) personally escorted us in from the garage, Miguel Delgado, one of the managers treated us as VIPs and made us feel welcome and cared for during our stay. He was terrific. The rooms were LOVELY and the breakfast - excellent. Just a beautiful stay in a fabulous location and hotel. |HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Limelight never fails on delivering a wonderful stay experience. The rooms are the best thought out I've encountered in my many years of traveling. It makes things pleasant for the entire family/group staying in the room. I love the separate toilet, the 2 sinks, kitchenette area with another sink, table with bench seating, mudroom entryway with plenty of hooks for gear, etc., chargers on both sides of the bed. It's all perfect and makes things so comfy. Limelight should be a best practices hotel. The staff was all amazing. The manager is doing a phenomenal job of running this hotel!!!

This isn't a 5 star hotel so I don't expect that, but this seemed more in line with a Hampton inn than a Limelight. ||Our check in experience was really rushed and the staff member seemed stressed. The room carpet was worn and needs replacement. Mattress enclosure was ripped and the sheets have seen better days. The breakfast included was nice but also low quality food. Coffee was good though, and the employees working the breakfast area were prompt and friendly.||Pool was nice. Overall the reception and front desk were not very helpful or friendly however. I called to ask for housekeeping to please come since we missed them and the lady sternly told me she couldn't guarantee they would come immediately..... I never asked for them to come immediately, just that they come back since they had texted me saying I could request this service. ||Overall I'm trying the Viceroy next time we come to snowmass. Not impressed with Limelight.

They are truly an Award-Winning Team that puts families first and ensures that kindness, thoughtful details and care lead all interactions and engagements to ensure quality and authentic human connections. We had an incredible time from the warm greetings each day from the early AM breakfast team, to the afternoon details of children event bookings to the late-night evening requests for slippers and hot tea-makers. Our family had an exceptional experience which is why my family and many families call this circle a home during the summer months. We appreciate the workers at Limelight as they represent community culture and Colorado hospitality in the most exemplary fashion. The rooms are cute and the staff is friendly. Good CO vibe. I’ve stayed here a few times since 2022 and my concern is whether the construction in Snowmass will ever end. One whole side of the hotel overlooks construction. Otherwise, on my last stay the bathroom fixtures needed repair, there was no water in the room, the soap dispenser didn’t work, and I’m not fond of no-name shampoos etc at a 600 night room. On my very last stay, as a stranded passenger when ASE flights were cancelled due to weather, the hotel wouldn’t waive the “resort fee” despite my checking in at 9pm and leaving at 6am. My bill was over 700. I found this bad faith as a returning guest and I probably won’t be back.

Incredible hotel in Snowmass and the staff were absolutely the very best! Loved the free buffet breakfast every morning and my cold beers with Kyle every afternoon:) Thanks Limelight for the perfect June vacation to Snowmass. Limelight hotel is excellent and their staff is super friendly and helpful. The concierge Tom Rice helped us book great restaurants and tours. I recommend that you connect with before coming, and he will create your dream vacation, just as he did for us.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience left me no choice. I called with a simple question about a reservation, and the agent hung up on me. I wasn’t rude or difficult—I just wanted information. If this is how they treat potential guests, I can only imagine what actual service would be like. They’ve definitely lost my business.
