"Just outside of San José del Cabo, this farm to table, open-air restaurant is the showpiece of Chef Guillermo J. Gómez, who displays his affection for local ingredients on a menu divided by garden, sea, roots, and live fire. Begin with bread crafted from blue corn and organic whole wheat then grilled over a live fire and set with a puree of seasonal vegetables. We weren’t sure what to expect walking into Limo—honestly, the menu had me a little nervous at first since it didn’t look like my usual go-to. But wow, were we wrong. Every round of small plates we ordered was absolutely incredible. The flavors, the presentation, the creativity—it was all just spot on. Our server was great and took the time to explain each dish, which made the whole experience even better. Then came the main dish: the BERKSHIRE PIG “MATAMBRE”. It was brought out by the head chef and owner, Guillermo, who personally described it to us. You could tell how much he cares about his food and making sure guests have a great experience. That kind of passion is rare and really stood out. To top it off, the general manager came by at the end to check in and make sure everything was perfect. He even asked if there was anything they could improve next time—which honestly, there wasn’t. The ambiance was awesome, the food was next-level, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. This place is a gem. If you're on the fence, go. You won’t regret it.

Loved this place. A compound at the end of a dirt road. A beautiful outdoor dinning area adorned by the scent of mesquite and other wood smoke. Our server, Christian was so simpatico and knowledgeable about the dishes and preparations. My ravioli with eggplant filling was to die for. The menu changes often. The dessert, a merengue creation was awesome. Good mescal selection too. They host weddings on weekends so best to check their schedules.

An Exceptional Culinary Experience Our first visit to Limo was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and every detail thoughtfully executed. Each cocktail and dish showcased remarkable flavor and presentation — the steak was perfectly prepared, and the Tormenta mezcal cocktail was simply sublime. A truly memorable dining experience — we’ll certainly return.

LOVED this place!! The outdoor space is very cool. Playing great music all night. Great service, very nice people. The food is very good. We spent $250 for 2 people including wine and 2 cocktails. Highly recommend the steak and the beets.

I just had one of the best meals of my life. Not an exaggeration. I am blown away. The chefs and all the workers here are virtuosos, true masters of their craft. They create a new menu every season. We had an oyster special with pork I think, and ordered another round as soon as I had my first bite. The roasted jicama was amazing, the squash, the cucumber salad (how can a CUCUMBER salad be this good?!), and the matambre. Oh the matambre. Unbelievable. We are both gluten and dairy free and they accommodated all of our needs perfectly. They even made a banana soufflé for dessert which was truly phenomenal. I really can’t say enough great things about this meal. The service was very attentive and personable as well. Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. It’ll be one of the most memorable culinary experiences any person could ask for.

We enjoyed our anniversary dinner there last Saturday night. From start to finish the meal and experience was excellent. We started with one of their craft cocktails, and it was delicious and unique. We ordered several of the sides and starters each one was beautiful in presentation and delicious. The Pan de Brasas, blue shrimp, salad, celeriac and leek, and Constitution Valley Asparagus were the sides we ordered. We also ordered the Chaegrilled octopus and Berkshire pig “Matambre” I highly recommend both. The people there are nice and provide professional service. This restaurant definitely deserves. It’s Michelin listing.

The most amazing flavors, ambiance, and service. Every dish was meticulously manicured to perfection. We ate so much and loved every second. The best restaurant in San Jose del Cabo by far. And can’t express enough how helpful, knowledgeable, and impeccable the staff was.

Absolutely OBSESSED with this place!! If you are in Baja you MUST GO!!! From the moment I walked in, I was in love!! The whole experience was just incredible. The location is BEAUTIFUL!! The staff couldn’t have been more warm and welcoming, and the food? Out. Of. This. World. Every dish felt like a celebration of flavors…you can tell each ingredient was thoughtfully chosen. The drinks were phenomenal, shoutout to the mixologist and the bar setup around that stunning tree? Just WOW. It’s like dining inside a dream…a chic, rustic old-west farmhouse with incredible style and decor. I’m still dreaming about the banana soufflé (what a dessert!), the shrimp salad was so fresh and flavorful, and the wood-fired pork was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. 100/10!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Huge thank you to the entire staff for making this such an unforgettable experience and for being so thoughtful with every little detail. Can’t wait to come back!!!
