We weren’t sure what to expect walking into Limo—honestly, the menu had me a little nervous at first since it didn’t look like my usual go-to. But wow, were we wrong. Every round of small plates we ordered was absolutely incredible. The flavors, the presentation, the creativity—it was all just spot on.
Our server was great and took the time to explain each dish, which made the whole experience even better. Then came the main dish: the BERKSHIRE PIG “MATAMBRE”. It was brought out by the head chef and owner, Guillermo, who personally described it to us. You could tell how much he cares about his food and making sure guests have a great experience. That kind of passion is rare and really stood out.
To top it off, the general manager came by at the end to check in and make sure everything was perfect. He even asked if there was anything they could improve next time—which honestly, there wasn’t. The ambiance was awesome, the food was next-level, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.
This place is a gem. If you're on the fence, go. You won’t regret it.
