"With the amount of Lina Stores around, Londoners can now live on pasta and negronis alone. The Italian chain's latest spot is in South Kensington and has the same formula of pastel green interiors, truffled scrambled eggs for breakfast, and handmade pastas for lunch and dinner. I visited on Valentine’s Day evening. I walked in without a reservation. Fortunately, I got a seat quickly. It was really busy. but, the servers were very kind. My seat was at the bar table with an open kitchen. so, I could see how the chefs cooked the dishes. The kitchen was really clean and the chefs always checked how the food tasted. I had a course meal with three starters, three kinds of pasta, and dessert. My favorite was the pumpkin ravioli. I had a great time here! But I just wonder what time they actually close. I checked the closing time on Google, and it said the restaurant closes at 21:30. But they were still serving food after 21:15. 🤔

They were the most delicious pasta I've ever eaten in my life. I tried a total of three types of pasta. Each one was delicious. Their olive oil bread and artichokes were incredible. It is very difficult to find such delicious food even in Italy. Chef Marco is very caring and talented. It was an honor for me to know him. Mr. Murat, who served us, was both polite and smiling. I'm so sorry I discovered this place so late. I will try to come here. I want to eat all the dishes on the menu!!!

One of the old Italian restaurants, beautifully decorated, really nice menu, lovely staff, dietary restrictions catered to. We prebooked. This is a proper Italian, therefore, the menu is written in sections, and traditionally, you would order from each section, so portion size reflects this, do not come expecting a bowl of pasta the size of a football. The food is delicious, presentation is beautiful. Definitely recommend a visit

South Kensinghton never disappoint!
Tuesday night out in South Kensinghton for the first time, I had one of the best Italian meals, Gnudi, Polenta and crab linguine everything was super tasty, open kitchen is a plus, I will back for sure, strongly recommended.

Lina Store in South Kensington is a delightful Italian restaurant that truly stands out. The ambiance is charming, and the food is simply delicious. We were warmly welcomed by Mina, who provided attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, making it a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a cute setting!

The focaccia wasn’t something revolutionary, however other things were very tasty, and the portions were just right. The staff were very attentive and the atmosphere pleasant. A nice place to grab lunch after visiting the natural history museum

We were lucky to grab a table on an early Saturday evening. Though we were told that we need to be finished within the hour.
Service was great and the food was delicious.
It was served quickly meaning we did not feel rushed.
The restaurant was busy and the atmosphere was good.
Staff were friendly and helpful and respectful when they asked us to vacate the table.
When in South Kensington this is a great place to eat, but book a table in advance.
Thanks for a great meal. I will return.
