I sent this email on August 18, and Marianna, the manager, replied, but nothing was done. So, I will post here so people understand how this place operates.
Dear Linardo Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment.
My friends and I were enjoying our evening at Linardo, at a table outside a venue I personally recommended to them. We ordered two magnum bottles of rosé, spending a significant amount to celebrate. Unfortunately, what should have been a memorable evening was ruined by unacceptable behavior from one of your staff members.
When I entered the club area inside at 2 am to use the restroom, a young male staff member forcefully grabbed the glass of wine from my hand and told me to leave, in full view of other guests. This was done aggressively and without respect. I was left shocked and humiliated as others looked on. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful.
I am certain the surveillance cameras will confirm the incident. Please be aware that I could pursue legal action, as physical aggression and public humiliation are completely unacceptable, regardless of the setting.
I strongly urge you to review this matter, address the behavior of the staff involved, and ensure such treatment of guests never occurs again. A venue of Linardo’s reputation should uphold the highest standards of hospitality, not allow paying guests to be treated in this manner.
