We stayed three nights in early May and had booked both rooms for the four of us so had the whole place to ourselves. Only recently opened, the apartments are in pristine condition, with a very high quality of interior design, fixtures and fittings. The beds in both rooms are very large and very comfortable. The suite has a balcony overlooking the street (mainly pedestrianised with a few vehicles passing) at the front. The best feature, though, is the apartment's situation - the view from the rear terrace, which overlooks the whole of the Sasso Barisano, is simply stunning, by day or night. We spent quite a bit of time up there enjoying the sights and sounds and watching the swallows and kestrels swooping||Breakfast is provided in the form of local breads, focaccia, croissants and coffee etc (although they struggle to provide anything other than espresso!) in a separate room. The owner speaks little English but is very helpful. He has an arrangement with the nearest secure underground car park (about 800 m away) so that parking cost only 12 Euros a day (it may be more in high season of course). The owner met us at the car park and led us on foot to L'incanto||The only downside to being right in the middle of things is the inevitable noise, of course - the effective double glazing kept most of it out, but don't expect to sleep after 8am. For us, though, this was more than compensated for by the quality, location and convenience of the apartment, which really enhanced our enjoyment of this wonderful town||||
