Delicious ice cream great friendly service! It's a shame is closing down 😖 Because of the construction is going around in that area! Closing down around October 16 is a shame 😕.

My friend and I went here after seeing it in tiktok and it did not disappoint. The shop is so cute and the staff is so friendly but the ice cream is so mind-blowing. It's creamy and sweet. The also have Gelato and hot cocoa balls. Will definitely come back

Walked and was instantly greeted with a warm welcome from Linda. She let me try different flavors and was a delight to talk to! The place has over 30 unique flavors and they all looked scrumptious! I will definitely be back here soon!

We’ve come here twice in less than a week. If we lived closer, it’d probably be more! They have an amazing and delicious assortment of ice cream (our family faves are Graham Central Station, Blue Panda and Minty Mint Chip) and their customer service is the cherry on top. Linda and her employee (Crystal?) are welcoming and friendly and they encourage you to try samples before you buy. I highly recommend supporting this small business!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Linda, the owner was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in! She let us try a handful of flavors, gave us background on each and gave excellent recommendations! There are options for everyone, even have gluten free choices. The store is clean and decorated so cute. Definitely our new favorite ice cream spot and we will be going back often. Awesome family owned spot, highly recommend!

We are so happy Lincoln Ice Cream opened in the neighborhood. The shop is adorable and very clean. Linda (as well as the other woman who works there) is very friendly and kind. We discovered a new ice cream flavor we never had before — graham central station. My daughter LOVES it and she pops in all the time. I noticed a comment below about the ice cream melting too quickly, but we have never had this issue. It’s always been cold and creamy and yummy! The prices are fair for what you get and we always get a generous portion. I am happy to support a local business, especially one where I can tell the owner is trying very hard. Also, the little plaza just south of the shop is a great place to sit and enjoy your ice cream.

Great ice cream parlor in Lincoln Square! Came to try the Superman ice cream and was not disappointed, this was real deal Superman take it from a Superman connoisseur :) The strawberry was also really good and the service was really good. Very cozy and good vibes. Owner is very friendly, lets you take your time choosing and trying flavors if you're new to them! Definitely recommend. Come support this local ice cream shop. Scoops are very big so it's worth the ride and sweet tooth.

What a wonderful ice cream jewel in Lincoln square. We visited after a sushi dinner and didn't know what to expect. We love that it is family owned and local and their flavors are original and different. Beautiful store with interesting and topical decorations. A lot of people miss their additional flavors in the cooler to want the right hand side. That is where the coconut and other mixes are located. The only slightest appointment was that when we asked for a taste of a particular flavor that we were told there were no tasting spoons for the next few days and therefore there would be no tasting. Having said that we bought quite a bit to go and I was particularly impressed with their peach ice cream. There was ample parking across the street and it was an overall very fun experience.

The owner is literally the sweetest woman on the planet. Not only that but the ice cream was genuinely so amazing, I had the best orange creamsicle milkshake and my partner got a home-made brownie with ice cream on top and it was 10/10. Go support if you can! Great locally owned small business and the scoops are hire so it's well worth it.

I have seen this shop when running errands recently and wasn't sure it was still open. Today I drove to an appointment across the street and it opened just after I got there. Street parking isn't going to be too difficult around here most of the time. The shopkeeper is welcoming and friendly. I had to peruse the flavors for a minute or two because there are some that I'd not seen before. I landed on cold-brewed caramocha and the midnight caramel river flavors. Two scoops, which were GENEROUS scoops. Had to save some of the ice cream. She gave me a taste of the graham cracker ice cream, which I had considered since it was an unusual flavor, and it was good but not probably one I'd get for myself. I did really like the midnight caramel river one that I chose, and the caramocha got a thumbs up too. Regarding the caramocha, I was told: "It's not an overpoweringly coffee flavor, but the coffee was definitely there; it melded well with the other flavors in the ice cream and was well balanced. It was lovely."

I had no idea Hershey ice cream was so good until trying it here! Their most popular flavor is Graham Central Station, which has just the right amount of caramel to go with chocolate-covered chunks of graham cracker cookies. All the other flavors our group tried were also really good!

An okay summer ice cream option. It's all Hershey's Ice Cream which, if you've ever had it, it's an okay brand, in the middle, safe, on a flavor level of baskin robbins, but nowhere near as many options of treats, and also not corporate. They serve standard size scoops. The store is small and has a cool cute aesthetic. The person working here was friendly. Only venmo, zelle, and cash were accepted when I went with my family about a week ago, not sure if that's always the case. It did force us to buy 3 brownies (the only thing that they had other than store merch) to be able to break a $100 (3x 2-scoop ice cream, 1 dipped cone, 3 brownies brought us to about $40). They forgot to give the brownies before starting to serve the next and only other family in the store, and super quick and friendly to finish us after a polite reminder. At home the next day, the brownies sucked (not many sweets go uneaten here between my wife and I plus our 3 teens, but 2/3 of the brownies got tossed after we all tasted a piece). Considering all things, but mostly just the ice cream; 3 stars seems to hit the nail on the head.

The woman helping us was very friendly and even offered whipped cream and a water bowl to our dogs! We definitely recommend this place for its hospitality and variety of great flavors.

Me and my wife went here to get some ice cream . We felt very welcomed by the personal .The ice cream from the Heresy brand is awesome my wife had the Graham crack crunch and I had Black Cherry and they don't cheat you on the scoops that they give you.

When George's in Andersonville closed, this summer was left without a sweet nightcap treat. Upon scouring the maps for an ice cream spot, we stumbled upon this cute little ice cream shop. The flavors of ice cream made by Hershey's - which is unique to this town. The owner is super sweet and helpful with flavors and generously let us try multiple samples. I wish it was closer to A-ville so I can hit it up all summer long!

This place is absolutely amazing. There's a huge selection of flavors and they all look great and all four I tried were absolutely delicious. The biggest problem is trying to decide which one to get, which can be resolved by coming back to keep trying stuff! The service was also great and super friendly. They don't take credit cards so just be prepared to pay cash or venmo/zelle and you're golden. Try the graham cracker! Excited to go back.

The vegan ice cream was good, and the attendant was sweet but there were two issues I encountered. The most significant is that I have a child with a nut allergy and she wasn't willing to clean the spoon in the sink, after taking it out of the water that mixes with all of the ice creams, because that is for the vegan ice cream, she said. That was frustrating and risky. Additionally she didn't understand that I wanted a double with two different flavors, she at first gave me a double with the one flavor then when I explained I wanted two scoops she put them in two separate cups. Not sure we'll come back unless desperate for ice cream in the area.

My husband and daughter went in around 8 pm on a Saturday in Summer . It was empty just us and the young woman behind the counter. During our trip they were not accepting debit or credit. They only took zelle Venmo and cash app. I don't know if that's still the case but carry cash if you go. My husband broke a large bill to pay but had to get 3 brownies in order for them to take. The woman did forget our brownies and we reminded her. The ice cream isn't the best just generic ice cream. I had pistachio and butter pecan. Aside from brownies and hot chocolate bombs there were no other treats there. The place was clean and had a nice theme.

We love coming here and the owners are great. I purchased hot chocolate bombs as gifts as well as for the family to enjoy. They have marshmallows inside and my favorite is the Abuelito, which tastes like Mexican chocolate, hint of cinnamon, and maybe a bit of spice (not sure, maybe chili?). It's satisfying and sweet but not overwhelmingly indulgent. My son likes the Oreo flavor. This one melts well and doesn't leave a bunch of chunky gooey bits floating around in your milk. I have had hot chocolate bombs at other places but I like it here the most.

Wanted to check out a new ice cream spot and loved, loved, loved this place! There were so many incredible flavors to choose from I had a hard time picking just two so I'll definitely be back to try more. The owner is wonderful and truly passionate about the business, she was so kind and friendly!

The ice cream flavors & quality are AMAZING! They had flavors that I haven't seen since my childhood like Superman and Playdoh, plus others as well as vegan options! Also, Linda is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet!

We were disappointed to arrive at this ice cream shop that received such great reviews to find it serves cheap Hershey's ice cream.

If you haven't tried ice cream from here, you are missing out. Lots of variety, more than 20 different flavors. Linda is great, she recommended us some of the best selling flavors and we got two of the hot chocolate bombs on the house. There is easy street parking, place is always nicely decorated.

We stopped by on our way out of Chicago for a quick sweet treat. We were the only ones there, were helped quick and even got to try a couple of samples. They were super nice and the Italian ice was awesome!

We **LOVE** Lincoln Ice Cream Co! And are so happy we have a local, family-owned ice cream parlor in town and within a stroll's distance. Wonderful variety of flavors to keep you coming back for more, not to mention a great menu of non-ice cream snacks and pastries. Linda and her husband opened this gem in 2020 mid-pandemic, and yet their spirits are always high and welcoming. So be sure to stop in today, bring your friends & family too. You won't be disappointed.

Ok so first of I saw one review where it said they have cheap Hershey's Ice Cream, Dude is out of his mind. I can say that with all the different flavors they offer defiantly one of the best Ice Cream Shops I've been to. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, stop by and try it for yourself I promise you will not be disappointed. Service, many different flavors, Non-Dairy also and Cost I can say that I've gone more than once and will continue to go. I make my drive from West Chicago but defiantly worth it, Linda is such a great person and I'm all about helping the small businesses. Shop is very clean and nice looking, take some great pictures there with Friends and Family. Take my word you won't regret it.

Absolutely love this place! The ice cream is phenomenal! I live about 45 mins away but I gladly travel to Lincoln ice cream to satisfy my craving for ice cream. My son loves little blue panda and of course Superman flavor. My personal favorite is Strawberry Cheesecake I love that this flavor is so creamy and rich! The place is also clean and the owner is always friendly and accommodating.

What a great find on a Saturday evening! Linda let us try several flavors and they were each excellent. The graham cracker flavor was a particular favorite. I'm already planning my next visit!

I love this store, the variety is great, the owner is just as sweet as her treats and she's super accommodating to all her customers!! Love this ice cream shop! There are a variety of flavors both traditional and some not so traditional. The Graham cracker flavor was fun to try. There is also Italian ice and it's delicious. I got my first hot chocolate bomb from here and had a blast with it at home. It's worth stopping by for sure.

One star for not having a public bathroom available for paying customers. If you own a business that caters to family, particularly children, you should allow customers to use your bathroom.

I stopped by Lincoln ice cream for the first time today and was really happy they were open on the Fourth of July! We got the mango Italian ice (hit the spot) and their famous graham cracker ice cream in a waffle cone. Excited to come back again soon this summer

Visited this lovely ice cream shop for the first time this past weekend when the weather was in the 80s and sunny! What a delicious treat! I'm so glad we have this cute ice cream parlor in our neighborhood, and am even more glad we finally discovered it! We walked over on Sunday afternoon and there was a bit of a line outside due to COVID restrictions and them only allowing a few people inside at a time. No big deal, I'm glad they're being safe! Once we got inside it was definitely worth the wait! I got a strawberry sundae with two types of strawberry toppings and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. My brother got one of Linda's signature home-made strawberries and cream (which she makes herself!) parfaits. That cream is to die for! We will be back and hope Linda and her shop will be here for a long time to come!

Linda and the rest of the crew at Lincoln Square ice cream company are always ready to dish out great ice cream, great customer service, and the baked goods are sweet (pun intended). My family and I love coming here and helping a local business is just a bonus.

Awesome little spot! My family and I stumbled over it just because it was a local spot which was just walking distance from where we live. Even though Ice cream can pretty much sell itself, this spot's customer service was on point. The lady helping us behind the counter was nice and helpful. Another guy came from around back to greet us and handed all 4 of my kids gum off the display rack. We all got ice cream or milkshakes, while I was waiting I noticed they had little Hispanic street food menu. I ended up ordering some "Elote" with Flaming Hot Cheetos. I would upload pictures, but I finished the elote before I could get home. We will definitively be back soon.

So happy to have found this place when I did a google maps search for "ice cream." It's a bright, friendly space on a quiet stretch of Lincoln Ave. The owner could not have been friendlier, and of course the ice cream was wonderful. There are also Cuban pastries and jarred candy for sale. Go here, get some ice cream and walk along Lincoln Avenue while you eat it. It's the cornerstone to a beautiful evening.

Social distancing is enforced, so wear your mask & be ready to wait your turn. So glad to have this new family-run spot in the neighborhood!

very sweet shop owner!! had some yummy ice cream today. the shop owner was very friendly and personable. i haven't tried the HOT CHOCOLATE BOMBS (hello??? delicious!!!) yet but i plan on coming back. definitely recommend!

I love that they have dairy free options- had a scoop of delicious chocolate chunk! My partner had a strawberry milkshake that he also thoroughly enjoyed. The owners seemed really friendly and responsive to questions. Looks like they have some really great other options too if you are looking for more than just a simple scoop of ice cream like me. Lincoln Ice Cream is a hidden gem with excellent ice cream and even better customer service! We stopped in on the 4th of July to try an ice cream shop we've never been to before, and I'm so glad we did! I can see why the Graham Central Station is their best seller, as it was delicious and not like other ice creams I've tried. The girl helping us was great at her job and overall a joy to talk with. We also took a couple of their fresh baked brownies home for later. A great find on Lincoln Ave!

We came by on Halloween and were so impressed! They carry hershey's ice cream which is good, not my favorite. However, everything else looked amazing. We tried one of the cuban guava pastries and it was delicious! The ambiance was super cute and I can't wait to go back and try more.
