Lincoln Plaza London, Curio Collection by Hilton

Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel feels brand new! The manager who I can’t remember his name - Albanian gentlemen was superb. We can’t wait to book again.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my dog and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making both of us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. While I enjoyed the room, I was a bit disappointed to find there was no smart TV, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Really impressed with this hotel. Room very well equipped with TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle hair dryer, iron, usb charging, all the modern conveniences. The layout of the room was very well thought out, the shower was excellent and spacious. Everything was fantastically clean. As others have stated; the staff were very kind and friendly, and the breakfast was top notch. I would certainly stay here, or at another Curio property, again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Plaza. ||From check in to check out - the team were truly exceptional. We actually didn’t go to the room until about an hour after check in as we were enjoying chatting to the staff and hearing their stories. The drinks we had on the ground floor. were fab, as was the lunch. They have an incredible selection of beers; a mix of local and imported. I recommend the Dutch beers as they are brilliant. ||The walk way to the spa area at the time was very basic looking but when we got there- it was indeed pleasant enough so don’t let it put you off. It just a big contrast to the rest of the interior of the hotel which is stunning. ||I noticed the meeting and event space looked great. ||Mrs Davies on reception - hospitality gold. Her manner was effortlessly cool and friendly. She is an asset to the hotel, and went above and beyond that’s for sure. Our room on the top floor was beautiful, spacious and aesthetically pleasing as you would expect from a Curio. If I remember correctly - it was an executive room. ||I missed the lounge as I had other plans that evening, but my friend went. It’s rare for Curio brand to have a lounge so this was certainly a great surprise. The nearest station was 5 mins walk and within 30 mins was in Dalston which was surprisingly quick for London standards. ||Breakfast was great. Again- team were on point. The chef is a character and we had a great exchange. The team knows how to make guests feel at home. ||The hotel is still considered new but they are off to a great start. Hope to be back in the future.

Good value modern hotel, big comfortable room and facilities. No real view from the room, but only 5 minute walk from DLR and say 10 mins from Canary Wharf. All the staff were Friendly, nice pool, gym and sauna as well as underground car park. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was a little small but adequate (but had a spacious separate toilet?). Enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Beautiful hotel that I stayed in recently. Room was lovely, Shower was great, decent breakfast and really nice staff. Pet friendly too which was a bonus. Great location to explore Canary Wharf. Would definitely stay again! Car park was also nice and convenient.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. We are so impressed with all the staff. The people at the front desk are always friendly, smiling and happy to answer any questions. Special mention to Nicola who is always smiling and greeting us as we walk inside the building. The kitchen staff also amazing. The food was so good. Special mention to breakfast chef (Paul) I think his name is. Cooks amazing food and also made the effort to come and get to know us and chatted for about 15 minutes. Very friendly. Amazing cleaners also. Rooms were always immaculate and fresh towels every day. Location is also very helpful, a short walk to canary walk station and the world is your oyster. We had no issues getting around using the London tubes. Thanks Lincoln Plaza, you were great!

The hotel is in a good location with lots of options for food nearby. However, though being rated as a 4 star hotel, the amenities and the room are not up to standards. The TV is outdated and has only cable changed with no option to connect via Google play/apps. The textiles including towels and bedsheets feel cheep and itchy. The shower water gets everywhere and the bathroom remains wet for the majority of the day. There are no fridges or any cold storage of food in the room. The service is nice and the staffs are friendly, but all other fixtures of the room did not provide a pleasant experience.
