Haiyaa… Lindenhofkeller Zürich, finally a restaurant that don’t make dumpling look like prison food. Look at this Knödel - fluffy like Michelin man buttock, bathing in mushroom sauce so rich it probably has UBS account.
Chef Sebastian Rösch and his team - they know what they doing. Proper Bavarian beer, proper Bavarian food, but plated with Michelin technik so pretty, my camera eat first. That flower fish ceviche - carpaccio? More colour than my ex-wife’s closet, and taste better too.
Bread and Brezn service - hanging on wooden stand like Swiss art installation. Even Wolpertinger Hubertus sitting in corner look impressed. When mythical drunk rabbit-deer approve, you know it legit. 😂
Alex and his Team in Service: calm, Kind, friendly, not like other Swiss place where waiter look like they studying for PhD in Ignoring Customer. Ambience warm, cosy, intimidating and but food come with German precision and Michelin sexiness.
Verdict: Lindenhofkeller = five star ⭐️ , make other Zürich restaurant look like sad salad bar at airport.
