Seems good for overnight if your not finding parking at the 3 truck stops near by . Weekend it was a drop hook only guard in yard. S/R office was closed . Came at 8 pm another time S/R paper was asking for US DOT# and MC# so have them before checking in . Guard doesn't check the loaded trailer leaving so you better make sure your seal and trailer # and PO# Match up .

We had a bad but good experience loading and unloading. When loading got some product by error and had to make the trip from SA back to return the product. The supervisor I charge was nice enough to approve the product to be unloaded on Sunday and that made my day to be able to go home with another load. Thank you keep up the good work!👍🏽🚛💨

Plenty of space to maneuver for parking/docking. Bathrooms are clean for the most part. In driver lounge they offer coffee and has 2 vending machines along with TV and a few chairs at a table. Overnight parking is allowed! Buttttttt!!!!! I've been here since 1030am for an 11am appointment. Took 3 hrs to get docked then another 4 hours before they started unloading me. Insanely slow and really inconsiderate of drivers time. 😒 SMH 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Arrived an hour early and got a door right away. Check in is near the flag poles. We were unloaded and leaving under an hour after appointment time. Staff made it easy. Bathrooms and small lounge available if needed. Overnight allowed.

Don't bother showing up early. They won't get to you until your appointment time. They had lots of doors open but made me wait 7 hours until my appointment time to unload me.

Don’t know why everyone give 5 stars to this warehouse, they deserved zero star Waste of time Pickups from this warehouse are consistently late; I hope they improve their timing.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a cold storage facility. First off, their loading times are terrible — expect to wait hours even if you show up on time or early. No sense of urgency, poor communication, and zero accountability from the staff. To make matters worse, when they loaded my trailer, they ripped the inside wall of my reefer. No apology, no responsibility taken. Just sent me on my way like nothing happened. Now I’m stuck with the repair cost and downtime — all because of their negligence. If you’re an owner-operator or a small carrier, I highly recommend avoiding this place if you care about your time, your equipment, and your sanity. There are better-run facilities out there that actually respect drivers and treat your equipment like it matters.

Been here since 1030 for a 1400 appointment, it's now 1830 and I still don't have a door, and the girl in the office could care less says they'll get to me when they get to me! This place is terrible doesn't care about drivers time at all..AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
