This facility is the best i have been to and i have been to quite a few easy in easy out nice and quick…. good job guys

Open 7 am fast unloading delivery appointment only 30 minutes late $275 no parking Cleen restroom

No overnight parking. Truck stops with 20minutes of the facility but if your not paying for parking or getting to them by mid day trying to find a spot is gonna be hell. Facility is clean and the have available restroom. And vending machine in the shipping/receiving area. I run container so take this as you wish. Unload time for me on average has been anywhere from an hour and a half to 4 hours. My loads are floor loads so the need to be palletized and shrink wrap once unloaded. But for my they take a good minute. They do drop and hook for container and regular 53's but you have to work that out with your company and them.

This is an epitomy of excellence in humanity and professionalism! Had a 2pm pick up, i called shipping office just to familiarize myself with where i am going to,. Shipping associate was very kind and professional and gave me all the necessary information i needed.I arrived at night a day before and packed infront of a gate. Was awaken early in the morning by a gentlewoman - Ms. Yolanda with a gentle tap on my truck door. Thinking and waiting defensively for an attack as it always happens in most of other facilities that we normally pick up but instead this precious lady was very professional; patient, kind and eager to help. She directed me to a dock door at 6am for a 2pm appointment and was loaded quickly and off i went. Thank you so much Ms. Yolanda and your entire team for your kindness and professionalism. BE BLESSED 🙌

Corporate needs to come here and take some notes. It feels like all employees used to be truck drivers and know that time is off the essence. I was given a door before my appointment time and loaded very fast. They are very respectful, efficient an did I mention free coffee? I shouldn't include restroom, but there's a real one, so keep it clean drivers. Thank you, Lineage Jacksonville

I should up at 7:45 am for a 11 am appointment, the associate at the desk Tavari put me directly in a door. It’s 9 AM and I am getting paperwork. Can’t get no better 5 star all around…

I have been loading trucks out of this facility for 5 years and there is none better! They run their operation with excellence and treat everyone with dignity and respect. They understand the importance of getting trucks on the road and not holding them for hours. Yolanda and Tavari are two of the nicest people I deal with in this business! Very efficient and are always willing to work with me when I have a tough situation.

Arrived an hour ea early put me in a door. Before I had the brakes pulled Dan was out to chock and pull air. Great staff nice place to load. Top notch
