The 38 Best Restaurants in Mexico City

"Ling Ling has one of the most amazing views in the city. Located on the 56th floor of the Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City, the restaurant overlooks the iconic Chapultepec Park and Reforma Avenue, making it ideal for an early dinner or pre-dinner drinks. The menu is a melting pot of Asian influences, including Japanese, Cantonese, and Thai. Try the crab dumplings or the truffle wagyu gyoza while enjoying the signature cocktail: A Lady to Remember, mixed with vodka, lychee, and aquafaba." - Natalia de la Rosa, Daniela Galarza

This is one of my favorite spots in Mexico City! The views are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the city. The staff is fantastic, special shoutout to Mario and Antonio, who were incredibly attentive and made our experience even better. The drinks were top-notch, crafted perfectly, and the food was just as impressive. Everything we ordered was delicious and full of flavor. From start to finish, the vibe here is unmatched stylish, welcoming, and memorable. Highly recommend for a great night out in CDMX!

Celebrated our 10th anniversary in CDMX with our kids. Ling Ling was so accommodating. Loved the elevator ride to the 57th floor - felt like it was part of the dining experience. They offered our girls blankets when we sat down. Music was playing - it was very festive! The food and drinks were outstanding. Loved the recommendations. Highly recommend!

This was our first time at CDMX and my partner took me here for our anniversary. I had heard great things about the restaurant and it lived up to the hype! The ambiance was amazing and I was especially impressed by the level of customer service Miguel and Antonio provided. They took care of us so well throughout the entire night. I thought the sushi was just ok, as I’m used to high quality Vancouver sushi, but it was still worth the try! My favourite dishes were the grilled octopus and the jasmine tea smoked short ribs

I was expecting more. We ordered around 10 different dishes and it was kind of a hit and miss, some of them were really good, some of them were very bad. Around 7 different cocktails, most of them were very good. The view is amazing, the place is cute, the service/staff can improve. The “terrace” (a very long hallway with the tiniest tables) is a little uncomfortable to dine; maybe it’s better for only drinks. On the super bright side, it’s a super Inclusive place, very welcoming!

Amazing. It's simply amazing. I would not have thought that mexico city would offer Asian cuisine (with a slight Mexican twist) with this much flavor. We went all out. Baos, dumplings, bone marrow rice, ramen, soft shell crab, chicken wings, etc etc etc. Tried it all, finished it all, enjoyed it all. Phenomenal tasting food. The mesh of flavors were perfectly incorporated with one another. The sauces elevated the already rich tasting food. The acidity, the sweetness, the saltiness, and the oilyness all complemented each other that just provided bliss to the entire experience. The staff may have been a bit overattentive, if that makes sense. They would, at times, put clean plates on our table that we wouldn't use, take them, then put new plates of the same ones we hadn't used. Strange, but I respect the work ethic. Back to the meal. Crispy, crunchy, chewy, juicy, tender, fresh, savory, and my list can go on. It was all fantastic. Truly the highlight of all the food I had in Mexico city strangely enough. Highly recommend.

5 stars all the way! This was my first time in Mexico City and my partner really wanted to try this place. We were celebrating our anniversary. We made a reservation for 8 people and we ordered 58 items! The food was so delicious and very satisfying. I especially loved that I didn’t feel bloated or gross afterwards. My favorite dish was the Szechuan Rib Eye and the steak/tuna tacos! Those tacos were the BOMB! Oh and this was my first time having an expresso martini! It was soooooo delicious! Saul and Jose Luis were fantastic. Super nice and friendly. For a table of 8, they did not skip a beat! The view !!!!!!! 53rd floor at the Ritz! Spectacular views, great ambiance, I can’t wait to come here again!

The vibe here is Polanco light meaning dress to impress but you can relax. The sushi was fantastic and the views were stunning. Let’s talk about the views from 50 floors up of one of the most beautiful cities. It’s stunning. I highly (no pun intended) recommend this restaurant. Make reservations and enjoy the time with your friends or loved ones.
