"A young couple (she was born in China; he’s half-French, half-Italian) have settled in this quiet residential district where they now run a tiny yet successful restaurant with around 20 seats in the dining room and a few small tables outdoors in summer – booking is essential! The menu includes various types of Chinese ravioli as well as dishes described by the couple as “migrant”, in other words “which draw inspiration from different cuisines from around the world, not only Asia but also the Mediterranean, France and Italy, with Emilia Romagna at its heart”. Examples include Peking-styleMora Romagnola coppa ham and pink Adriatic prawns marinated in mirin and soy sauce. The menu changes daily in line with market availability and the inspiration of the chef. Drinks include tea, beer and a small selection of wine." - Michelin Inspector

If you love dumplings this is a new experience. The quality of the ingredients and balanced flavours is what you will experience. The classical pork dumplings made me the happiest and the desserts. You will need a reservation as this place is fully booked a lot of the time. Great experience and the service was really nice, staff was patient and made good recommendations.

Good but not great. Like others have said, given the hype, we expected a better dining experience. The pad thai was innovative and delicious. The classic ravioli dish was fine, but seems overpriced as compared to what’s available at other local Asian restaurants. Shaomai special dish was interesting but uneven. Cerasuola wine a good value at €23. Panna cotta was delicious. Additionally, the vibe just felt a bit off. Perfunctory service. Didn’t seem like staff were enjoying being there. And the harsh fluorescent light in the cooking area needs some adjusting.

A Decent Meal, but Missing That Special Touch We had high expectations for Ling's Ravioleria Migrante, especially with its Michelin Guide recommendation, but unfortunately, it didn’t fully live up to them. While the food was good and well-prepared, it lacked the depth of flavor we were hoping for. The dishes were enjoyable, but nothing truly stood out. Overall, it was a decent experience, but we were expecting a bit more in terms of taste and uniqueness. Still, it might be worth a try for those curious about their take on dumplings and noodles!

We have been so delighted to experience the cuisine of Ling's Ravoleria, the flavours were well-thought and balanced, combining many cultural traditions. Every component of our evening was perfect, and we had a really good time. We understand why it is in the Michelin guide, and it is there to stay! For any big eaters: you will spend more than the 30€ Google indicates, but the price is worth the quality:) We will go back:)

Stunning place, and one of the most memorable meals I've had. Inventive, honest and delicious. They've done a fantastic job making a wine list that worked perfectly with East Asian flavours, and the Service was attentive, warm and welcoming. Cannot recommend Ling's enough!

One of the best restaurants I visited in Bologna. Great food, great service. If you sit outside, just note it can be a bit of a busy road with scooters and traffic passing by. But it's a lovely restaurant.

Delicious food, made with fresh, high quality ingredients. All recipes are fun twists of traditional dishes, ideal for those looking for new experiences in town. Everything we had was delicious, but the Buncha Hanoi was something else, perfect balance of salty, sweet, citric, and really interesting textures going on. Make sure to book in advance!

Good orange wine and natural wine. Good variety of sake, tea, drinks. Food is pretty good
