I ordered a short-sleeved crewneck sweater from Lingua Franca as a holiday gift for my wife, and sadly it went badly astray due to a UPS error - I think it wound up in an entirely different part of the country. On the downside, this was a limited piece and could not be replaced; on the upside, the staff at Lingua Franca very graciously re-embroidered a new long-sleeved version (which should have been more expensive) and shipped it via 2-day express at no charge. Great customer service and communication, and the sweater itself is gorgeous. Thank you!

Beautifully crafted designs, on quality knits. So worth the wait. They really followed my request for my newest sweater to the smallest detail, making it personalized for me with the text where it looks best on my body type. Super great service and customer care!
