A wonderful experience from the views to the food. Everything was absolutely amazing. From the ambience to the food!!Our waiter was super friendly and helpful to all of our needs. The bread was fresh and delicious, all of our meals came out in perfect timing. And enjoyed every bite. What a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday. Definitely will be back soon !!!

My wife and I had dinner and were very happy with our experience. Food was great. Definitely the best Pork Chop I’ve ever had. My wife loved her scallops too. Even mashed potatoes were perfect. Our server Georgino was great too! The view from our table was very nice. Sat right at the window with a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. Highly recommend!

I been to this establishment when it was another name and didn’t care for the food. Since the new revamping and name change decided to try again. I made a reservation for my partners birthday. We had a beautiful table by the window watching the ocean. We ordered oysters and wine. My partner had the spaghetti and had a special request of Chicken Milanese with was a huge chicken cutlet that was delicious. Definitely will be stopping by again.

Google
Very nice place. The atmosphere is inviting. Looking through the large windows at the sea while dining is the attraction (although yesterday we were fogged out). The menu is a nice variety of Italian fare. The calamari was very fresh and cooked well. The meatball appetizer was delicious. Very good wine and drink selection. Prices were fair. The rigatoni bolognese was quite tasty. The pesto pasta was made well. The waiter was nice and got our order correct. A little on the slower side with retuning to the table but overall not bad service The apple dessert was a nice sweet treat after dinner. Will definitely return

We were seated immediately after we arrived for our reservation. It's was several minutes before our waiter arrived . Giovanni was great about making suggestions. Everything was delicious and perfectly timed . The sea scallops are proportional for an evening meal. The atmosphere is perfect overlooking the ocean and Steel Pier. I appreciated being able to see our food being cooked and great ambiance. Excellent wine selection.

Google
I really enjoyed our dinner at Linguini By the Sea. The food and drinks were stellar. I especially enjoyed the views. I loved the bright and open feel. Unlike Ocean Steak which feels a bit more regal and dark, Linguini seemed much more brighter, airy and familial. Totally different vibe. Both great options.

Google
We were excited to try this restaurant located at the Ocean Hotel in Atlantic City! Our waiter was nice, attentive, and friendly. However, I wasn't satisfied with my food. Despite that, the restaurant offers a beautiful view of the boardwalk and the beach.

Google
I have dined here a few times over the summer. I'll be back again very soon as the experience was excellent. The PEI mussels were exceptional and every other appetizer and main course that I and friends have tried were quite good. Also, the atmosphere and views are very nice as is the service. and.....very reasonably priced. And.....at least there are a some patrons that are somewhat well-dressed, in this day and age of sloppy appearance being the rule rather than the exception.

Yelp
We were brought to our table by Hannah Our waiter was Amanda & she was was terrific. Wife had the Bolognese , and I had my reliable chicken parmigiana with rigatoni Nice bottle of San Genovese Saw Gregorio who waved hello

Yelp
The last time we had this restaurant, it had a different name: Dolce Mare. We spent a few days of the Christmas holiday at Ocean Casino, and most of the restaurants were closed that week, which provided only Linguini by the Sea as a fine dining option. We were very happy with our dining experience and the cocktails were top-notch. The best we had during our trip to Ocean Casino. Linguini By The Sea provided an exceptional dining experience for our family of four adults and four children. The staff ensured that everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, felt welcomed and catered to. The restaurant's elegant yet relaxed ambiance, coupled with its stunning ocean views, created the perfect setting for our family dinner. The menu featured a wide range of Italian classics with modern touches, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. What stood out most was the restaurant's attentiveness to our specific needs. They accommodated food allergies with care, offering clear guidance on ingredients and ensuring that our meals were prepared safely. For the children, the staff provided child-sized portions of pasta, which included options like buttered noodles and spaghetti marinara--simple, delicious choices that satisfied even our pickiest eaters.

Yelp
We went there on a Monday night. Ambience and staff were great. The burrata tray was very good. Ceviche was a little tough. All of the seafood were not only cooked but over-cooked. I had expected raw seafood but can hang with cooked. But it was rubbery. We then had the linguini vongole and the chicken parm. Both less than overwhelming. Linguini was so bland I had to add salt. That has not happened to me too many times before at a restaurant. Generally the clam juice should impart plenty of flavor. Such a simple dish and delicious when done right. Chicken parm was also tough. We were in the mood for some comfort food and had some memorable chicken parms. This was not comforting chicken parm. As for wines, had 2 of their special wines by the glass. Super Tuscan was great. The amarone not as good. All in all, the food did not live up to the ambience.

Yelp
LBTS has a beautiful location with a perfect view of the ocean. The decor is tasteful and modern. As with most locations with a view, sometimes the food suffers a bit. I won't say the food was bad, but there were some points of being underwhelmed. Appetizers: Ceviche- seafood was chewy Octopus carpaccio-a bit busy Entrees: Grilled salmon Veal Milanese Dessert: Pear tart- just ok Our experience was good but somehow lacked a wow factor we were expecting.

Yelp
While staying at Ocean Resort, I had made a reservation at Linguine by the Sea. I have never eaten there before and wanted to have dinner there. We had arrived and after a quick wait we were seated at a table near the windows. It was a nice view of the boardwalk. We started with some of their specialty drinks and they also have an exceptional wine list. Then we ordered some appetizers. We started with the meatballs and calamari and was also brought some freshly baked rosemary focaccia bread with a sweet butter. Everything was delish! The meatball was large enough to share between our group and the calamari was crispy and served with a wonderful dipping sauce. Our entrees came out shortly after we finished our appetizers. I had ordered the bucatini alla carbonara and it was amazing! Pasta was cooked perfectly and I loved the pieces of pancetta. We enjoyed our meal very much and the service was exceptional. Def recommend visiting Linguine by the Sea during your next visit to Atlantic City!

Yelp
We went here for Valentine's Day and sadly, it was terrible. I got the chicken parm & as soon as our waiter put it down you can tell instantly that it was not fresh, no sauce. They took a pre-cooked cutlet & threw cheese on it. Sent it back & picked up Chinese food. My husband got Marcella he said it was tasty but his 1 piece of chicken was very small. Our service was ok. Won't be back.

Yelp
Very good meatballs - tender almost melt in the mouth quality. Very good branzino - the price seems high but actually it is very meaty and the bone totally removed. Not fishy at all. Delicious salmon too. Perfectly seared and moist inside. Everything at this restaurant was on point including the atmosphere. It is very nice and upscale creating a feeling of adventure/ being on vacation somewhere nice. The calamari could have had larger chunks of squid but the cherry peppers and the smoked remoulade sauce was great. All the sauces were awesome including on the steak and the braised leek tortellini. Gourmet stuff that's hard to replicate at home.

Yelp
We had a very mixed experience coming here last Sunday. Pros: Meatballs were so delicious. Comes with four of them and so very tasty. Espresso martinis were also very well done. The bread and butter was also super yummy and seasoned and salted nicely. Cons: my scallops had an incredible tough texture and I got nauseous after my first bite. Considering they were $42, I wish I would have just stuck with my $16 meatballs. We asked for margaritas but mezcal instead of tequila (the waiter wasn't familiar with the term mezcalita) and for some reason we were charged $30 per glass for those drinks when we spent $17 per espresso martini. Even though we were one of the first couples in the restaurant, our server basically ignored us once a large group came in. Nobody is perfect, but the servers spilled a huge tray of drinks next to us, stepped on my tote bag which was tucked fairly close to the table (no hooks) and it took over 20 minutes for us to get the check once asked for. Both my partner and I waited, both used the restroom, waited some more, and then had to wave them down repeatedly. Overall we felt this spot was overpriced for the value.

Yelp
I don't understand the low reviews this place has. We thought everything was GREAT! 5 stars all around from the food to the service to the atmosphere. Wonderful evening.

Jessica R.

Yelp
Let's just start with the view!!! It truly is oceanfront dining when you're in this restaurant. That alone is worth the visit to this establishment. It's amazing to sit, eat and enjoy the views a d the same time. Service was amazing. Our waiter as well as the staff helping with the food and plate clearing were extremely attentive. We don't have to ask really for anything, it was all anticipated and quickly retrieved if we did need anything. The food and wine flowed the whole time. The food was very good, but very pricey. It's definitely worth it to try at least once, however for the weak at wallet I would not recommend returning frequently. Definitely a bucket list visit for us.

Kevin K.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate friends birthday. It was on a Saturday nite, the place wasn't pack at all.. Sat down, and waited 10 mins before our waiter came over to introduce himself. Bought us menu and walk away. 10 mins later, came back asked us if we want to order any drinks. By then we already know what we wanted. So we place the order at the same time, cuz we don't know when he will be back. Appetizers came pretty fast. But our main course took forever to come. Again, is a Saturday nite, and the place wasn't busy at all. Overall the food are just ok. But I do like their bread. Service need lots of improvement.

Shawn C.

Yelp
Located in the Oceans Resort, restaurant is vibrant and fast paced. The salad and pasta we ordered were spot on and would highly recommend them. Meal served with blocks of garlic bread with great flavor. Large wine and ale list. Servers are attentive to your every need. This is a must try during your next visit.

Yelp
We so baldy wanted to like this place, especially because we often stay upstairs and have been doing so more frequently with our PRIME status. However, we will not be returning to this restaurant after our first and only dinner experience on Saturday Jan 6th at 6:15 pm with server Giovanni and the remarkable Amanda who came in and really turned our experience around as best as she could. So lets begin with the facts: Party of 7; greeted immidiently by Giovanni, where I specifically stated we were first timers, usually dine at other fine dining options such as IL MiLino located in Hard Rock*, and that we were looking forward to a remarkable evening to leave a stellar review about. I laid all of that out there and the service still flopped. Giovanni came around for drinks, we said sparkling water please, and some of my party proceeded to place cocktail orders. My husband excused himself for the restroom and his drink order was almost missed AFTER he told the server, but his friend reiterated his order- the dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives. Waters come out, Giovanni skips 2 of the men, including my husband. The cocktails come out, the dirty martini tasted watery, the drink appears to be clear, and he immediately sent it back. Giovanni quickly retuns with what appeared to be the same cup, just added olive juice, making the drink taste like watery olive juice. Giovanni was then ready to take our appetizer and main course orders and I didnt like the vibe. I could tell that my husband was pretty annoyed now so I quickly suggested that I have a private word with the acting GM. Based on his demanor, his dress code, and his name tag, I assumed the manager of the night was an older gentleman sporting a tan suit and I was correct. During our conversation, I noted that I just wanted my husband to enjoy his night and that his impression can still be changed if some of the service got tweaked. I described the less than service above being passed off as top tier and why it was offensive given the fact that my table was indeed of minorities and we felt we were being rushed for many reasons. I would never accuse anyone of treating my party differently IF I hadn't been exposed to his service to his remaining section. I did mention that we were earshot of another server, one who we could hear doing a phenomenal, outstanding, top tier job at how she handled her table and took excellent care of her section. The manager said I must be refering to a young lady name Amanda and she was impeccable in her charisma, her outstanding knowledge of the menu and the accuracy of the orders. She was the prime example of the service we assumed we were going to recieve prior to the complaint. Amanda was amazing, we even stayed for dessert knowing she would not be able to offer coffee due to water issues. I looked up and saw Giovanni, as well as 2 other servers standing near the kitchen entrance, where a shorter male server, wearing glasses and some facial hair blantenly pointed to our table with a not so friendly gesture and walked over to his point of sale station. That was very uncomfortable and rude to any patron, especially ones who complained about his co worker ( Giovanni) he was just conversating with. This was extremely unprofessional. We still enjoyed our service with Amanda and our bill was $$$ and she derserved ALL of her tip! Amanda could teach a class with her combined hospitality and professionalism for fine dining, hats off to that young lady. The cocktails were average at best. Food was good, everything tasted freshly prepared and came out hot. We ordered the meatballs, ceased salad, and the oysters- all tasted pretty good and no complaints. I had the carbonara; another had the steak, another had the scallops, another had the chicken parmigiana, salmon with side of broccoli rabe ( a tad bitter). We also ordered dessert based on Amanda's recommendations. We really did like our tiramisu and the pear dish also went over well.

Yelp
Terrible food the ceviche is the worse The quality of food is Costco synthetic Like similar to sbarrows Don't come here too expensive for the quality of the food

Brandon T.

Yelp
My wife and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary on 10/14. It was relatively busy. We ordered an appetizer to share and it came out quick and hot. The bread was delicious; I had the Brazino al Forno with a side of Spaghetti pomodora. Both were delicious and perfectly executed! Cute restaurant with a beautiful view of the boardwalk and ocean!

Tracey D.

Yelp
Delicious, delicious, delicious! We showed up 45 minutes early for our reservation because we had show tickets at another casino and I was worried about timing. The hostess was so kind and accommodated us. Once we sat down, Eva came over and was amazing! She was attentive and overall a great waitress. From bread service to dessert it was phenomenal. The honey butter was delicious and the calamari didn't have the traditional red sauce but was sooo good! Our entrees were also quite yummy and I left so full. Dessert was average but everything else was spot on. We arrived at 5pm and by 5:30/5:45 it was getting busy so I'm glad I arrived early. Buon Appetite!

Yelp
We went to Liguini By The Sea to celebrate my birthday. We had a table overlooking the ocean that we had requested and ordered the Winter Wonderland prix fix dinner. After paying, we noticed that the military discount applied only to our drinks. When we asked our waiter about it, he was puzzled and said he would get the manager. When the manager came, he told us dismissively, that there was no discount on specials and claimed that it was written in the menu. He went to get the menu to show us, and it was not printed there. He just said that is the policy and left. It was at this point that a pleasant dining experience was impacted. We have eaten at most ot the restaurants at Ocean since it opened and have never before been denied the discount for my military service. I do not understand why a manager, who should be committed to customer satisfaction, would fail to find a way to encourage us, as customers, to continue patronizing their restaurant. Yelp
I just came solo and sat at the bar. Joe, the bartender, was great at making cocktails and catering to everyone coming in. I had the burrata platter which was lovely, accompanied by red wine. Afterwards, I had the strawberry panna cotta. It was deelish, small but just enough to cleanse the pallet. To the left is the ocean which is lovely to watch while dining. This place is classy all the way. I'd LOVE to return!!

Peggy S.

Yelp
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here last week. The tuna tar tar appetizer was delicious! The waiter was attentive and funny. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and drunk people fighting on the boardwalk, but hey, it was free entertainment! Wouldn't expect anything less on a Jersey boardwalk on a Saturday night! Lol! Seriously, the restaurant was beautiful and a place I would come again to celebrate a special occasion.

Frankie R.

Yelp
Excellent restaurant at the Oceans Casino! Great service and great atmosphere coupled with some really nice views out onto the water. Linguini by the Sea is a must try if you're in the area. The star of the show were the burrata boards and the fresh focaccia. I could make an entire meal out of this alone. The cheese was so fresh and the means were thinly sliced to perfection and of high quality, not overly salty at all. I had the chicken Milanese and I have to say it was wonderful. The portion was huge, I ate it for lunch over the next few days. It was tender, not overdone, and tasted great. I have to knock off a star because my moms pasta dish was subpar at best. The eggplant was bland and chewy and there was so much cheese clumped together in the dish. That was for sure a disappointment. Overall, everything else we tried was great. I will be returning.

Dolly M.

Yelp
Beautifully appointed decor and magnificent sweeping views of the Atlantic! Dolce Mare is exquisitely designed to create a wonderful atmosphere. The mosaic flooring reminiscent of Italian terrazzo and cobalt tomes, echoing seaside blues! A very fabulous setting for a fine dining experience. The food did not disappoint.. We were a table of six, and each of us loved our meals. Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. I'm thrilled that the original architects of the former Revel put such fine workmanship into the creation of a such fabulous space. As an aside; I must add while we were enjoying our fine dining, outdoors for miles on the boardwalk... AC hosted A LeBlanc dining happening outdoors and I was really pleased to see this major event held in AC , and drawing such a large elegant crowd of revealers !

Phil E.

Yelp
Beautiful upscale restaurant in Ocean casino. Perfect views on a beautiful night. Flavorful pasta and salad were had by my wife and I. A bit expensive but worth the spend for a special night

E K.

Yelp
There are only 3 "fine dining" restaurants at the Ocean, which is just not enough. After dinner last nite, I'd say there can only be two.... Ate at this place and find it just shameful what comes out on their plates. My wife ordered the scallops with spaghetti squash. Crazy - 4 scallops on a very small pile of spaghetti squash - $42 before Tax and tip. It looked like an appetizer. The cost of squash is $2 a lb or so. The scallops weren't large by any means, probably 20 to a lb. or so. What the price for a lb of scallops? $28 to $30 a lb.? So what's that? $6 of scallops and 25 cents of squash for $42??? And when I ordered the chicken parm, the server tells me that it comes alone, would I like to order (purchase) a side of pasta? I said no on principle - I've never ever in my life been in an Italian restaurant that served chicken parm without pasta. And $30 for a piece of chicken with some cheese and sauce? Chicken breasts are what? $5 a lbs? And how much does the cheese cost? $10 a lb, tops? So a quarter lb or so of chicken which not a lot of cheese together with sauce can't cost more than $5 in ingredients for $30. What? With spaghetti at $2 a lb, a quarter lb is 50 cents! You can't add to the plate? Between our two dishes there was enough empty space that you could have put both dinners on one plate and it wouldn't have looked too crowded. With two sodas, two coffees and one dessert, with tax and tip - $180. The food was just average to average minus. Nothing special. At least make it up by putting out a respectable plate! Bottom line is that we could have had a couple of slices and cokes for $15 and been more satisfied. And certainly more full. What a waste of time and money!

Cory K.

Yelp
Amazing! The view from the restaurant is amazing, as it looks over the Atlantic Ocean. The service is top notch and the food is delicious. Reservations highly suggested!

Carol R.

Yelp
A solid choice inside Oceans hotel for quality seafood and fine dining. You can view into their kitchen through large glass windows and see how everything is freshly made. Service and ambiance are great. Would definitely recommend when in AC! Yes it's pricey, but expected when you're dining inside Oceans hotel.

Sonia P.

Yelp
The restaurant is very pretty with a cute waiting area before you get seated . We got there earlier than our reservation and it wasn't a problem . The food was well prepared . I recommend the mussels; the tortellini and the seafood pasta dish . The bread is soo good . Best part was the service the waiter was so attentive and patient with us and most importantly really watched out for our food allergies . He also explained the menu very well. I would totally be back and ask for Georgios 's as our waiter .

Michele B.

Yelp
Not sure where to begin? Begin with the positive. Outstanding view and ambience. Too bad you can't eat atmosphere. Food is maybe mediocre but always consistent...mediocre. Hostess's and front bar very unprofessional. Perhaps a bit retraining on all the above.

Arlene Y.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Beautiful views and atmosphere. We ordered 2 cosmo mocktails. Our server brought them over, one in each hand. By the time he put one glass down, he spilled a little. Ok, no one is perfect. We ordered a pasta entree to share as an appetizer. It came in one bowl with no serving utensil and we had no plates. The server noticed quick enough about the plates and brought plates for us. No serving spoon though. I had to use my fork to push it onto my plate. It was messy. Our table was bussed after that and he took away everything. Our entrees came. Guess what?? No utensils to eat with. We called the server over and he brought us utensils. I ordered the halibut and my friend ordered the branzino. Both were dry. For a fine dining restaurant, this place did not meet the standards in both food and service departments.

Jamie S.

Yelp
First time here. Was seeing a show in the hotel so it was very convenient. Everyone was very kinda. The menu was straightforward, unable to make substitutions though. I got the chicken which was very simple, slightly underwhelmed. It served its purpose.

Laura R.

Yelp
The service was good. My pasta came out a little cold. Desserts were mediocre. I would t spend that much money on them again. The food was flavorful. The appetizer was probably the best part. I don't remember our waiters name however he was delightful. Was our first time there, not sure if I will be rushing back.

Tina S.

Yelp
Tina's take: 10/10 This place met my expectations. They started us with bread to the table with butter, I am not sure if we were hungry or not, but it was too good. We were embarrassed to ask for more but they happily gave it to us. We got a few appetizers including the charcuterie board, octopus, and fried calamari. The artichoke hearts that came with the octopus was delicious, calamari was standard. Our dinners were very good as well, unfortunately the phone did not capture them. If I was staying in ocean again, I would definitely recommend this place.

Meredith W.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant, and a great view! The service was good. We had the Tuna Tartar and it was delicious. The drinks were good, but our entrees were not as good. I had the Scallops wrapped in speck and it was extremely salty, and the scallops were a little over cooked. My husband had a pasta dish that was good but not great.

Theresa E.

Yelp
We had calamari and meatballs for our appts. Best calamari I ever had. Meatballs were great also! Dinner was pasted with roasted eggplant. Very good

Tammy M.

Yelp
Great service and delicious food. The view is amazing... nothing beats a great dinner looking at the ocean.

Shay B.

Yelp
rrible spot. They bought out my raw oysters with out any sauces or Tabasco. We waited a good hour for our main food to come out. The worst part was that we were seated before four different tables and unfortunately they got their food before us. I got the pasta- it wasn't anything crazy. The chicken parm was good though!

Patrice N.

Yelp
Celebrated our 2nd anniversary here . Drinks were very good . Place is beautifully decorated ... our server was great . The tuna tar tar was so good . Everything was fresh and tasty . We enjoyed our experience . Would definitely dine there again .

Carmen J.

Yelp
This place service was amazing, my family was a party of 14 on a Sunday and they seated us almost in immediately. The ambiance was really good, really clean place and perfect for any occasion. The price of the food was good and the lobster salad the chicken parmegianna super recommended. Some of the plates were a little salty and lack of seasoning to be a upscale restaurant still need to work in the food that's what I'm giving 4 starts. I will def coming back to this place.

Dr V.

Yelp
Located in the ocean casino. Nice atmosphere overlooking the ocean, although quite loud. Great service, although the meal took a little longer then expected to come out. The comp bread was very good. Got the pesto pasta which was good. The veal was nicely breaded and tender, but dry.

Gerald F.

Yelp
The meaning of Dolce Mare is " sweet sea " There is nothing I tasted reflecting this title. Seeing the many clam trawling vessels out the window how could I not order clams and linguine? "Manila clams" I asked? "Yes" with "homemade pasta" was the response. And " it was a good size meal. " Sold. That was at 6:35. At 7:30 our entrees arrived. 6 miniature dried out clams. No broth. Dry pasta. A dash of dried parsley and one milligram of red pepper flakes. When I asked for salt, pepper, cheese, and red pepper - then added the oil from the bread - it should have been pretty obvious this customer was not impressed. $24 for; $1 of clams. .12 cents of pasta. And a great view of the sea, but without tasting it. Great places in AC at less cost, better service. Italian=Simple good. Tasteless=bad. This was tasteless. I left 1/2 the dish. No one asked. I don't complain. And my party? Both had giant tasteless veal chops. "Mehhh " was both responses. "Where's the sauce?" The chocolate cake was still frozen. Mehhhhh at best. You Can do better. ( And by the way, none of the pictures are of current offerings. Not even close. Looks better long ago. )

Rae H.

Yelp
This restaurant is not worth what they charge. The food was fair the service was fair the only thing the restaurant had going for it was The view and even that was fair. I have been to a number of restaurants at the shore and unfortunately this one I will never go back to.

Jennifer O.

Yelp
Fabulous cuisine, spectacular view & impeccable service! Wanted to go again while staying the week @ Ocean Club but the this restaurant wasn't available until after our departure date! Be sure to have reservations! Recommend the caprese,, calamari, tortellini! Yummmy!

Rich K.

Yelp
Horrible dinner experience, being a restaurant manager/ chef, we had never have such an unpleasant experience. Server took our dinner order but never came back to check in on us that's 1. Waited forever for our entrees that never came, meanwhile guests around us all had their dinners and were on with their desserts. Server never checked on us , when we finally flagged him he was kinda nonchalant about the whole thing , yet he didn't really care to check on our entrees ... No manager was even present on the floor, they all looked like they were hanging out in the kitchen , not a worry about their unhappy costumers... Not one manager in sight, extremely unprofessional and I will never set foot In this "pop corn joint" Management has no clue what the hell is going on in their dining room

John R.

Yelp
Outstanding service paired with great food. The TUNA TARTARE - avocado, cucumber, plantain chip, Mediterranean salsa, was very tasty for a simple dish that can sometimes be completely uneventful. For the main meal, the TRUFFLE RAVIOLI - spinach & ricotta, butter sauce, was very good, but I would try something else next time around. It wouldn't have normally been my first choice but seeing it mentioned in some Yelp reviews swayed me towards it.

Mama Y.

Yelp
Quick midweek family get away at this newer resort .... Ocean and decided to go to Dolce. Quite attentive staff, asked for window seat and would have been perfect if the fog wasn't that thick tonight! It's a small menu, all drinks on one side and other side food. We ordered for apps, beef carpaccio, tuna tartare and octopus. Tuna : pretty presentation, but a bit salty Beef tartare: truffle sauce elevates this dish Octopus: very small piece, disappointing given how much they charge for this dish. Sits on top of hummus and barley but quite tasty. I would recommend octopus out of the 3 we ordered. Mains Chicken Parm, rigatoni, seafood pasta, beet salad. Good generous portions. Pasta was a little over cooked but pretty tasty. Chicken parm portion is huge. I would say these choices were fair and would recommend. Drinks a little expensive but understand as it# hotel restaurant. Service was very good, and for hotel quality would recommend. Just didn't want to leave resort so convenience factor of course. I would recommend if your lazy like us !

Yelp
It's always painful to pay top dollar and receiving average service and food. The dishes fell flat, all the way from the bread and butter, to the halibut (with no flavor at all), a very disappointing mignonette sauce for the oysters, to the one-note dessert. I think the presentation was great but they definitely need to work on the menu and add salt, spices, and some acid. Needless to say, will not be coming back here. Ambiance was beautiful, but definitely does not match the food experience.

Yelp
My experience was extremely disappointed. We waited an outrageous 1.5 hours for our food, with no updates or apologies from the staff. When it finally arrived, the food was lukewarm and lacked flavor. Despite the staff being polite, the overall service was disorganized and slow. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Yelp
The food was very good, the service was outstanding and our window seats overlooking the Ocean made for a very nice dinner.

Yelp
How could anyone suggest this restaurant has good food. So bad. Ruined our night out. Nice view. Food sucked.
