Amazing Dentist, Dr Wang was understanding, caring, and answered my questions and options, and her her associate, Arnold made the experience, easy and made me feel comfortable with the process.. Great office, clean and hi-tech. The receptionist Priscilla, who checked me in and worked with my insurances company helped me understand the process and dealt with them in no time. Without her, I’m not sure how I would’ have gotten through the process dealing with insurance. I recommend the The dentist and offices highly. In fact, I am changing from my original dentist, the Dr. Wang.

Dr. Wang was awesome. I just came in without my insurance and without an appointment. I was having some concerns from some treatment that was done at a different office and she as was so kind a gentle and she was able to adjust my bite. I feel so much better and I’m thankful that her and the staff, Fabian and Priscila, were able to assist me and help me. Definitely will be an established patient moving forward !

I have been coming here for 4 years now. I could ask for a better dentist to help with my TMJ. From the first appointment I knew that I was going to be in good hands. I was able to get a custom TMJ splint which has changed my life. I used to suffer from headaches, jaw and neck pains that made life debilitating at times. I have been pain free now for a few years and I encourage anyone dealing with this pain to see Dr Wang.

I have been Dr. Wang’s patient over five years and am grateful to have a reliable dentist. I used to be self-conscious about my teeth aligning but now I do not hesitate to have a big smile because of Dr. Wang’s close super vision and continuous care throughout my Invisalign journey. Her staff are also very supportive and accommodating. They are very transparent with price too.

Dr. Wang is beyond amazing. Like some people, dentist visits are not pleasant for me. Dr. Wang made me feel relaxed, informed, and truly safe. She did a deep cleaning, and I felt no pain & no discomfort that night nor the next day. I now look forward to my next dental visits and procedures. I even opted in for the Invisalign at an amazing price. Dr. Wang has changed my life. Priscilla has also been wonderful to work with, and has helped remove the stress from all the co-pays and billing nightmares.

So far, everything has been wonderful. Dr. Wang and her team are extremely warm and personable. I received a deep clean, which was extremely successful and affordable AND I am prepping for Invisalign. I'm looking forward to this process!

Great experience w Invisalign procedure. Dr. Wang was informative, great to work with, and is an amazing dentist. My teeth weren't terrible to start with but the end results are undeniable. Everyone tells me my teeth look straighter. They don't crowd in anymore and should hopefully stop any gum recession I was experiencing before the Invisalign. It's a relatively short timeframe for the entire thing also. I had to use Invisalign for about 8 months before I got my now permanent retainers. Minimal discomfort or pain throughout it all. Most people actually never knew I got Invisalign, it's that unobtrusive. Flossing has also become easier. 10/10 would do this again. Thanks Dr. Wang!

I'd highly recommend going elsewhere. Dr. Wang is very stubborn and will only give you one option for care. My new dentist discusses a plan for how to treat my teeth with options. She then went to install my crown but she broke it while adjusting it. She then permanently cemented it in my mouth and then added bonding on the crown to fix it. I then asked about what happens when the bonding inevitably broke off, she said she would keep fixing it. Well, 13 days later the bonding broke off and then I had to go back to get it fixed. I asked to get a new crown made but she kept telling me it would cause a root canal. I've also had another friend who I had sent to Dr. Wang and he had a horrible experience.

Hello. My regular dentist is not in California, and when a crown fell out, I needed to have it re-cemented in short order. Dr. Wang came by way of recommendation. Their online appointment feature was very convenient as well as the process of completing (online) an extensive set of forms prior to my visit. While it took some time to complete all the forms, I consider this a good thing as it provided their office with a wealth of relevant information. I arrived early and was seen immediately. Their office personnel were all very professional and efficient, and Dr. Wang was not only exceptionally good but also very friendly. Dr. Wang didn't just re-cement my crown, but also took the time to make sure my "bite" was proper (and carefully corrected various "high" points affecting the contact of my teeth). From start (and before this with scheduling) to finish, the experience was great thanks to Dr. Wang's expert care (and that of her support staff and other office personnel). As mentioned in other reviews, I knew that the office was not located in a typical medical or dental building but, rather, was located in a somewhat unconventional location for a dental practice. This made absolutely no difference to me as the important criteria for evaluating her practice is the quality of the dentist (and that of the support staff and office personnel) -- and the quality, in my opinion, was exceptional. I had no issues with my dental insurance, and I left very happy, with my crown properly in place, and having met who will now be my dentist when I am in Los Angeles. Thank you, Dr. Wang, and my thanks to everyone in your office.

Dr Wang had all the patience in the world to treat my mom. My mom started having very serious toothaches on a Friday night and we were very lucky to find a dentist can treat her on a Saturday. Dr Wang took her in, did x-rays and explained to us in detail what the issue was and come up with a few different treatment plans for us to think about. Never felt they were pushing us in any way. We ended up doing a root canal for the problematic teeth and tt was a smooth procedure. Since my mom is here visiting from overseas, she doesn't have any insurance, but it was a straightforward process to get everything done at a very reasonable price. Overall I'd highly recommend this place! Also, my mom only speaks Mandarin so that's another plus that Dr Wang speaks Mandarin, which made the entire process so smooth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wang's for 4 years now. She is thorough, attentive, and always addresses my concerns. Her help in dealing with my teeth grinding and corresponding jaw issues has made a huge difference for me!

Dr. Wang is a very skilled and dedicated dentist and orthodontist. After a range of medical professionals were unable to diagnose the cause of headaches I was having, I visited her for my regular dental cleaning. Without mentioning the headaches, when she viewed my X-rays, she asked if I was having any facial pain due to possible TMJ. After going through the diagnostic process, she was able to confirm the root cause of the issue and prescribe a treatment plan which included braces to create space and realign my jaw movement. Once starting the braces, I started to feel headache relief within a month. 1 year into treatment, I am glad she was able to identify the issue and that I started TMJ treatment with her.

I've waited a while before writing this review because I didn't want to write anything in anger and I wanted to get some perspective, but now I feel I must share my experience. About ten months ago I went to Link Dental for a crown and was worked on by Dr. Wang. The tip of my tooth had broken off during the pandemic, but I wasn't experiencing any pain. My trusted, long term dentist (from a different dental practice) suggested that I get a crown to be safe, but he no longer did crowns. I found Dr. Wang's office after doing lots of research and reading lots of positive reviews. When I went in Dr. Wang seemed professional, but as she was examining the tooth she was talking to me about how she thought I should get my wisdom teeth removed (which I was not there for). Later while working on me, she said she saw a cavity there that she needed to clean out. After she cleaned out the cavity she made the mold for the crowns and made an appointment for me to return and have the crown placed. Almost immediately I began to feel pain in the tooth, which I had not experienced before Dr. Wang cleaned out that cavity that she saw. All of a sudden the tooth was sensitive to hot and cold. When I went back to have the crown put on, I mentioned the pain and was shocked to learn that now they couldn't put on the crown because the pain I was experiencing indicated that there was some nerve damage and I would need a root canal before the crown could be put on! I couldn't believe it. I had no pain with this tooth before my original appointment at Link Dental. I contacted my trusted dentist and asked him to review my last x-rays and he said he had not seen a cavity there. Next I had to find a root canal specialist, who did a root canal, but I was still experiencing pain in the tooth after the root canal. I went back a couple of times, but eventually learned that I would have to lose the tooth. Yesterday, was the end of a long, painful, and expensive journey with this tooth. It was removed at the cost of nearly $800. I will now have to heal and pay even more money to have a fake tooth replace it. I am so frustrated because it all started with a chipped corner on my tooth that wasn't causing me any pain at all. Link Dental has lots of positive reviews, unfortunately my experience was not positive at all.

It was my first time visiting this office and I was pleased with my experience. I found Dr. Kim to be very helpful, kind and courteous. She was very patient with me as I ask a lot of questions and I am very sensitive to pain. I will be happy to visit her in six months for my next cleaning!

the interactions that I had with the hygienist and dentist that I saw were less than positive. I haven't been to a dentist since March - so it had been a little under a year due to COVID (not awful) but I was immediately questioned about why it had been that long and was told that my teeth were "so bad" (they aren't). The dentist also told me she was "surprised I didn't have any cavities" which was very rude as well. I was told I needed a deep clean but never saw my X-rays or any evidence proving that I actually needed it. Whatever - fine, it had been a while but I've never had that issue before with previous dentists. The hygienist wasn't very friendly. Certainly lacked bedside manner and then asked if I have ever considered Invisalign which seemed tone deaf (I have very straight teeth) Overall I felt uncomfortable. Luckily I am not afraid of dentists - but if I was, this experience would likely cause me to never return.

I've been coming to Dr Wang for my teeth cleanings and care for a few years now. I had some pretty awful experience with dentists and was so happy to finally find a great dentist! Dr Wang is honest, effective, efficient and friendly! She always gets me in and out but not before she goes over any problem areas. She never pushes for extra whitenings and such. In a sea of pusher dentists in LA, she truly is a breath of fresh air! Parking available in front on the street and behind the building. The office is no frills but always clean. Staff is just as friendly and also efficient.

HORRIBLE experience! I had scheduled a free consultation on cosmetic bonding (BIOCLEAR) and other deferred dental work. The last dentist said it would cost around $12,000. So I was hoping to save some money and this dentist was much closer to my home. I was so excited I was an hour early! I entered the reception area and introduced myself and asked for the routine paperwork to fill out. I was told by the receptionist/ dental assistant (?) that I had to use my smartphone or their ipad to complete the forms. I explained that I have arthritis in my fingers and tapping HUNDREDS of characters to complete the multiple pages would... HURT. So I politely repeated my request for her to print out the form (much less painful with a 'pen' in my hand). She REFUSED! I told her that I had many thousands of dollars of dental work (the BIOCLEAR procedure alone would cost me about $4,000 and i need 3 crowns and a bridge replaced = $$$$ !!!!). Didn't matter to her. She kept insisting that I 'tap tap tap' my info into my smartphone or her ipad. She would NOT take 60 seconds to print out the forms!!! I said... BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! If this is how the receptionist/ dental assistant behaved... I can't even imagine what the dentist is like. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I was assured on the phone that Dr. Wang would be more than capable of solving the problem surrounding a connection in the bonding of a cap to base of the tooth. In the office, I was pressured into taking an X-RAY which they of course billed me for when it was completely unnecessary to the problem at hand. Dr. Wang then proceeded to explain the fix I needed was not easy. Overall, I was charged 89 bucks to sit in a chair for 10 minutes and be informed that what I was told on the phone was not true. I'm sure they are capable of doing cleanings, but if it's anything more than that. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a reason this dental practice is run from a strip mall.

Dr. Wang is very helpful. She is on top of things and get what needs to be done which I like. She waste no time but in a reasonable manner. She and her team also help me with financing options I have - tells me their recommendations and shows me the breakdown. She recommended me with a endo specialist and her recommendation was great too! Had a bad experience with my previous dentist but I'm happy and thankful I'm with Dr. Wang now Their admin team is also VERY helpful. Paperwork is stressful for me and they make it okay and doable for me!

Dr. Wang provides good service and answers questions. However, Jackie at the front desk has customer service skills that are sub par. Granted, during a pandemic things will not be normal, unfortunately, it seems Jackie has not risen to the challenge. I am a new patient and the customer service and commitment to ensuring quality has gone down.

I've used Link Dental for a few years now, and I'd say overall that I've had a positive experience. Your experience, as with any dental practice, varies with the people working there. but the current team is absolutely wonderful-- Charlene and Coty saw me at my most recent visit and were absolutely wonderful hygienists. They offered advice on improving my dental hygiene between visits and were both thorough and gentle in their work. Dr. Wang was very kind and took good care of me as well. I've had friends use this practice for more intensive work than just dental cleanings and fillings, and they've praised Dr. Wang's work as being well done and up-to-date with current dental research/technology. I also appreciated that during my visit they were very transparent about the pricing and insurance coverage on some optional work they wanted to do. They laid out their suggestions without making me feel pressured to agree to treatment that would not be covered by insurance, and were very transparent about how much it would cost me before they started the work. Overall, this is my favorite dental group I've used while living in LA and I would recommend them.

Dr. Wong is the best dentist I've ever encountered. Every experience has been stellar. No pain whatsoever. She's quick, hard working, kind, practical and extremely knowledgeable. As long as I'm local, I will recommend and return.

I can not recommend Dr.Wang enough. I always do research before making any decisions, before buying a car for my wife, I called all Toyota dealers within 100 miles radius. Before getting my dental treatment I spoke with 4 dentists and visited 3 dentists in the palms/west LA area. None of them were as honest, as professional and as caring as Dr.Wang. I went in with severe pain in my molar. Two of the dentists I visited before told me that the tooth had to be removed and it couldn't be saved. Dr.Wang looked at my x-rays and took some more, then said she could save my tooth. I just wanted to get rid of the pain as fast as possible so I asked her to remove my tooth. Then, something unexpected happened. She said that she hates removing teeth that can be saved. She said I was too young to have a few missing teeth and it would really impact my chewing (I am missing another molar). I was shocked, because I could tell that she really cared about my dental health. I've met dozens of doctors/dentists in USA and most of them seemed to care more about how much money they are gonna make at the end of the day. However, Dr. Wang seemed really different. So, I agreed to keep my tooth and I understood the importance of maintaining my real teeth as long as possible. Today I went in for my second visit, Dr.Wang did a root canal and saved my tooth as promised. I feel so much better. Everyone in the office was helpful and attentive since my first phone call. They are all honest, straight-forward and really care about their patient's dental health. I am extremely satisfied with the care and service I received. They explained me bunch of different options and gave suggestions about how to maintain my dental health in the future. I even learned some information about several dental insurance policies. No marketing guy here , not a corporate dentists office, you probably won't see any advertisement. You won't be pressured into doing anything you don't want to. Hands down, the best dentist in the area. They make you feel comfortable with their warm welcoming smile! You can feel the integrity, honesty, and professionalism from the moment you walk in. TL;DR: Honest and consistent dentist with reasonable costs. I went in to get my tooth extracted (I was told it couldn't be saved by 2 other dentists), she saved my tooth. You won't see a marketing guy/lady here trying to sell you bunch of stuff you don't need. This is a small business with amazing staff and great dentist. I will go back and tell all of my friends/family to visit.

After reading all the 5-star reviews for Link Dental on Yelp, I decided to give it a try and I am so happy I did! Dr. Sam was professional, caring, and very pleasant. She made sure to educate me about my dental issue and how to go about making it better. The rest of the staff was also very professional, pleasant, and efficient - I've felt very well taken care of and my cleaning was quick and painless! After having a prior experience with a dentist who seemed to be juggling few too many patients at the same time and, in spite of being in-network and preforming routine procedures, always required additional payments, it was truly refreshing to receive such quality care and have it be covered in full by my insurance. I highly recommend Link Dental!

I don't want to give a super low score for this place because Dr. Wang herself is okay. Yet, it was truly an absurd experience. Stay away from this place if you not are looking for wasting your time or getting scamed. I came in here first for a routine cleaning after seeing good ratings for this place and it was okay. This place does not have a good environment as it is literally surrounded by smoke/vape shops, but I thought it could just be a LA thing. I was then scheduled for fillings, much more fillings than I had before. With my old dentist, he usually skips fillings for some minor issues. I felt a little unsure about that but I thought maybe that was for the best. I was charged for over $400 with insurance for my first filling. I discussed with the front desk lady (who I think might has already left the job) and she FLASHED the bill in front of me for like one second and told me it is what it is. From my past experience, I always get printed bill and someone would carefully explain all the details beforehand. But I never get any printed bill from them. Since my insurance is 80% deductible, I felt overpriced but paid anyway. However, I realized they definitely overcharged me when I got my bill from my insurance, which was less than half than what I paid (much more reasonable). So I called and they realized it was a mistake and agreed to refund me after my next filling. Up to this point, this experience was bad but not bad enough for me to write a review. So I came in again for my second filling and things got ridiculous. The filling itself was okay and Dr. Wang was aware of the refund situation and reminded me of that. When I went to front desk for payment, I told that new front desk lady (I believe) my situation. She looked confused and seemed incapable of dealing with it and asked me to wait for the other receptionist. When the other one came, she and the new one started looking at this together and told me I need to pay for over $500 this time. I already got the bill from the insurance and I know exactly what I needed to pay so I told them there must been something wrong with their system again. That new lady told me I maxed out my insurance so I needed to pay for cleaning. After debates, they realized that I did not do a cleaning this time. I don't understand what this new one thinks but does anyone do their cleaning once a month?? And how would you not confirm what services you did before you bill someone? I was already feeling terrible and decided to not come to this place ever again, but apparently the new front desk was even more upset than me. She stopped using her fake friendly voice and started checking her instagram instead of helping other customers who were waiting behind me for a long time. She shouted that I should call insurance and sort things out and then she left. Why would I call insurance for your mistake? Not sure why she would act like that since she wasn't the one get charged for extra money but I highly recommend her to switch a job because customer service is clearly not for her. The other front desk lady eventually sorted things out, and I really appreciate that considering she has to work with that other crazy person everyday.

I've come here for a couple of years now and the staff has always been pleasant and professional. Dr Wang also knows her stuff and gives me the best advice and options. I was happy to hear they were open two Sundays out of the month. That really helps with my schedule. All of their COVID precautions are in place and they take your temperature, give you gloves and other PPE so I felt very safe.

Doctor Wang is a great dentist. She's very knowledgeable about what she is doing, and pays a lot of attention to every individual patient. I've been to some dental offices and clinics before throughout the years (and believe me they were not few...) and none of them could gain my trust as much as doctor Wang did. All the staff are really friendly and I'd definitely recommend this dental office to all my friends

TERRIBLE experience. I found this place through my insurance and after walking in for my appointment, I was told by the front desk that I did not have the correct insurance. She then routed me to a different dentist down the street, and when I arrived, they actually checked my insurance and turns out I had the correct one to have been accepted by Link Dental. I did not get to see the dentist here but I would not trust the people checking in at the front--she wasted an hour of my life on a wild goose chase after being too lazy to call and confirm my insurance herself to begin with.

Dr Wang is awesome! She's your typical neighborhood dentist that will tell you honestly what your options are and what is necessary for best case scenario. She's easy to book in advance with and always answers her phone! The very first time I called with a wisdom tooth emergency - she answered the phone herself and helped me figure it all out. Now both my bf and I go to her for dental and ortho services - it's been a few years now!

I have seen Dr Wang for cleanings and regular checkups. I recently chipped my tooth. Dr Wang fit me in and fixed my tooth pretty quickly and painlessly

Dr. Wang is one of those genuine kind of people, she took the time to explain every thing, answered all my obnoxious questions and you can tell she loves what she does. My smile has never been better!

I saw Dr. Wang for my dental care for 4 years while living in Los Angeles, and she's my favorite dentist of all time! She took care of cleanings, cavity fillings, crowns, and Invisalign for me, and was always caring, meticulous, and straightforward. I referred several friends to Link, and they love it too! I went here for a deep cleaning on 02/01/14 and it was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist! Dr. Jianghua Wang is so sweet and really exceeded my expectations. Her assistant (whose name I didn't catch) was also very sweet, polite and hard working. I'm pretty sure they are new owners of this practice because I just received some information about them in the mail. Really recommend this Dental Practice!

Great experience. Dr. Wang educated me about my dental health & how to take proper care of my teeth. She also educated my brother about his more advanced dental issues. The appointment was just a (much needed) cleaning, but the experience was comfortable, warm and friendly.

Dr Wang is an excellent dentist. She explains things well and she is honest. She helped me with my problem with grinding teeth and jmt, which was causing me lots of tension in my jaw. She's very honest, too. She's will only recommend work if it's necessary, otherwise she's more of a hands off approach, which I appreciate immensely. Definitely one of the best dentists I have been visiting.

Dr Wang was extremely helpful to me. I really appreciate her trying to locate an endodontist. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time out to explain what needs to be done. She did not rush at all. I recommend Dr Wang to any new clients.

Today was my First time to see Dr Wang. My two daughters have both been to see her and raved about how good she was, and they don't like any dentists they have been to. I really hate shots and I can honestly say today was the first painless visit I can remember. Plus she was so thorough the way she explained each tooth. I will never switch dentists again!!!!

I found Dr. Wang here based on the positive review, so I think I need to contribute a little based on my own experience. I have several big procedures smoothly done here by Dr. Wang: a ceramic crown for the lower right molar which had root canal, and three wisdom teeth extracted (including one impacted wisdom tooth). Definitely, Dr. Wang is an honest, trust-worthy and highly competent dentist that I will recommend to my family and friends. She always recommends the necessary procedures to do based on different oral conditions, and places the patient's needs and feelings at the first place. All my big procedures were smoothly done within a month and almost no pain was felt even with the hard procedures. The office there is clean, quiet and comfortable, with free parking at the rear. Another important merit is their reasonable charges, and clear and transparent billing process which is easy for us people who know little about insurance and billing to follow (They accept PPO insurance for UCLA postdocs). I am so glad that I made the right decision to see Dr. wang and am sure all the good things they said about this place are true. Sincere thanks go to Dr. Wang and the caring staff in the Link Dental Center. Dr. Wang is the right dentist to see! Highly Recommend!

No idea how she's rated this well. I choose her based on location and great rating so I thought I'd share my experience to let people know what they're getting into. I went to see her for a chipped tooth which she filled and did a good job on. A couple of red flags - delayed start time, working on 2 patients at same time, not taking time to explain/answer questions, difficulty understanding her. I thought 'who cares' at least I got the work I needed. I went back to her and things devolved. Very delayed treatment, severe miscommunication, billing me incorrectly (which is mostly front desk problem). She once told me she could "shave down" two of my teeth for cosmetic purpose but when I came in said she wouldn't and had no recollection of the conversation. The front desk accidentally billed me for wrong code making the co-pay more. Appointments I made with her and then when I get there asking "can you see Dr. Sam instead"? Place is just disorganized. There HAS to be a better dentist in the area.

I had to pay out of my pocket for my teeth cleaning. The dentist charged both my insurance after I paid despite the fact that the front desk also assured that they wouldn't send the claim to the insurance company. Still waiting for this to be resolved since they didn't get back to me even though that they said they would.

Dr. Wang is very nice and professional. Her office opens until 6pm on weekdays which is very convenient for me. She also so does braces too. I'd like to recommend her to everyone!

I drive by Dr. Wang's office everyday on my way to work. I prefer to go to small dentist offices since the wait time tends to be shorter than at bigger establishments. This is small and they are open on Saturdays, so I gave them a try. First of all, the office is very clean. As soon as I came in, the receptionist, Tabitha, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She asked me to fill out paperwork since it was my first time there. Dr. Wang came out into the waiting room and welcomed me, offered me water and coffee. Dentist visits make me EXTREMELY nervous and stressed, but Dr. Wang was just so nice and friendly. She's very likeable. I didn't wait long before Dr. Wang called me in. She was very attentive and understanding. I ended up doing a regular check-up (including X-Rays), deep cleaning, and even dental bonding all in the same appointment. I was out of there in an hour and my teeth look great! They also take all types of insurance, which is really nice. I will definitely keep coming back to Dr. Wang! I parked in a residential street nearby, but I believe they have a few parking spots open in the back of the building. Highly recommend.

Extremely honest and trust worthy dentist. I never write yelp reviews, but am going out of my way to write one for this excellent practice and for Dr. Wang. I appreciate her genuine interest in placing patient needs first and her watch-and-wait conservative management. She'll be my dentist for the next few years to come.

As everyone has said, great experience! On my first checkup, instead of just telling me that I had two damaged fillings, Dr. Wang took pictures of them so I could see what was needed and the difference between the damaged and undamaged ones. She explains things very well. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Open on Saturdays, which is perfect for my busy weekday schedule. No complaints. :)

Dr. Wang is the best dentist I ever had! She is such a nice and caring lady who genuinely care about your health and feeling. I have been scared to see a dentist since I was young. I have sensitive teeth and can't tolerate pain very well... However, Dr. Wang helps me to remove my wisdom tooth without pain which is so unbelievable! I had a wisdom tooth that was very painful and infected. I went in without an appointment and they took me right away. Dr. wang was very nice and the staff is very efficient. She removed the offending tooth and I was in and out in about an hour. There was very little pain compared to what I was experiencing prior to going in. I can't recommend her highly enough. I hate going to dentists and was dreading this. Dr. wang and her wonderful staff made it as easy and comfortable as possible. 6 stars!

Been going to Dr. Wang for years now. She's a fantastic dentist. Always looking out for my best interests. I've been so happy to watch her practice grow. Seen a lot of dentists in the last 9 years. She's the only one I've felt comfortable sticking with.
