Great tasting menu and wine pairings. They don’t have anything a la carte so you should know what you’re signing up for. Each dish was interesting in its own way and made for a nice rounded meal! A good and reasonable tasting menu for the price though some dishes were not super memorable. Definitely a good stop, but not a show stopper.

Small restaurant with a great standard of food. Flavours are balanced and cooking was great. Had some great stand out dishes - our favourite was the choux. It didn’t blow us away but it was still very good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the food very much. However, we were made slightly uncomfortable by the service. It wasn’t anything that the server blatantly did. He was polite and explained the wines and food well. But we noticed that we were always served last when everyone was being served the same dish that came out of the kitchen, even though many of them had arrived later than us. These dishes all came out at the same time and the small restaurant of customers were all served the same dish during this sitting. We were seated in the middle between other tables so it wasn’t our position. Other tables further and closer to the kitchen were still served before us. He served everyone in random order but always without fail served us last. He also seemed much warmer and friendlier to the other customers. I don’t feel he did this intentionally, but it was enough for us to notice, and it made us wonder why we were potentially being treated differently. We haven’t felt like this in other restaurants before, and it made us slightly uncomfortable as we were the only non Caucasian diners in the restaurant. This bothered us a bit and unfortunately took away from the whole experience that evening.

Very good 7 steps taste menu, and can select tasting wine menu to accompanied the food. Minimalistic interior and modern atmosphere. I did not like the meat in some of the courses but the chef surprise pulled pork was excellent.

We ate the lunch tasting menu and it was excellent. Our favorite meal of during our entire trip to Paris. The restaurant is small and cosy, with the kitchen visible, so you can see some of the food preparation. The dishes were fresh, inventive and beautifully presented.

Exceptionally good food for a very good price. Flavour combinations I'd have never even thought of but work brilliantly. The best-cooked steak I've ever tasted. Service was superb - knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend to all friends visiting Paris.

We had a wonderful time at L’innocence. The lunch dishes are flavorful and very suitable for the hot summer time. We love the zucchini and salmon the most. The service was a little apathetic but I’ve seen worst in France :)

#9 cf list MichelinStarsChallenge (trying every Michelin stars in paris) Cuisine de marché: Seasonal market cuisine creates frequent customers Two Cheffes are behind this very small restaurant (roughly 10 covers). It gives them the luxury to carefully select the ingredients and to be able to adapt the menu (which is Carte Blanche: you don’t have a choice- except if you have dietary restriction). The result is endearing. You can easily see yourself having lunch on regular basis here… if it wasn’t for the fact that booking is a must and seats are scarce. The maître d hôtel, who is not unknown in the little Michelin Star world, does his job professionally. Special thanks to him because he managed a delicate situation when I was there. You ll be at ease with a friend or in couple (I guess dinner is more romantic for the later). You can also have a business lunch with a partner that you already know. Solid one star Update 2022: went back. A new chef is settling in. There’s some influence from the previous chefs, and also some influence from the present manager (he is also moving but later on). Soon the chef is going to take full control and put a new name on the restaurant. So the question is: Shall you go? Yes. I do think so. I think he is clearly setting himself up to be a star contender, with a very attractive price point, in a Bistronomic but with comfort setting. You clearly can sense that there’s potential in his cuisine. I wish him the best and that next year I’ll come to the same address under a different name to celebrate his star.

Quaint unpretentious 1 star restaurant. Beautiful executed dishes that surprises you every time you put them in the mouth. The monkfish was the best I ever had! Perfectly cooked and tender.
