Highly enjoyable dinner at this intimate, welcoming bistro, obviously well - loved by local diners (it was full on a damp February Monday evening). Short menu focuses on local ingredients. Savoury creme caramel with Fourme d'Ambert cheese was luxurious. Homemade pâte en croute was delicate - each of the ingredients tasting of itself. The 12-hour beef fondant was melting and creamy. Pan-fried hake was perfectly cooked with tasty vegetables selection. Service was charming; prices are very reasonable. Overall, a very enjoyable evening. Thank you!
