Was a big fan of this brand, however many times they made a mistake in my shipped orders. But what really got me is that they sent me a dress I didn't order and not the one that I actually ordered and was publicized on their website. I sent them an email immediately, and there was no answer until I emailed them again a week later. Their response basically was gas lighting me, insinuating that they didn’t do a mistake but if I am not happy I can return the item, instead of actually trying to do something to improve my experience, the least they could have done is not gas light me.
