My wife and I liked our first time trying Little Bettie pizza. We had the Road to Excess and the Thud Butt. We bake our own pizzas once or twice a month and like places like Aldo’s, so we tend to like unique pizza when we try new places. This was very tasty, was ready for pick up pretty fast, was priced fairly for quality ingredients, and reheated well the next day as good pizza should.
I did have an odd situation that showed me how good their customer service is when things don’t go to plan. I happened to do an online order on the last day that they used that service, so I ordered, paid, and was given a time for pick up. I got to their BB king headquarters location, and there’s no order from me. It’s easy to have good customer service when everything is running smoothly on a weekday night that’s not packed, but the night manager and staff really handled this well. They let me know why the order never came through, got my order in fast, made it right with the refund and new order, and offered me a drink. They even made sure I had someone’s contact info who could fix the refund issue if the vendor didn’t do it reasonably fast. It ended up hitting my account the same night, but that was thoughtful to not send me off without any way to get the problem fixed.
At no point did I feel like I was being mislead or pushed to the side. Nobody made excuses or wasted energy on extensive verification of when I ordered or if I really paid already. I had the receipt on my screen, but they didn’t make me put effort into fixing a problem that wasn’t anyone’s actual fault.
I left not long after I would’ve anyway with good pizza and having tried a new to me beer (their Oktoberfest is very good). Now that their online ordering is with a different vendor after Feb 2026, I’m sure we’ll order from here again.
