"Open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, in the Park Valley shopping center on Camino De La Reina, Little Big Burger was founded in 2010 by acclaimed Portland restaurateurs. The fast-casual eatery serves a streamlined menu of cooked-to-order hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and veggie burgers plus truffle fries and root beer floats. Local beer will be added in the future. Mike Pruitt, chairman and CEO of Chanticleer Holdings, the company’s current owner, operator, and franchisor, tells Eater that several other leases are in the works with another six locations planned for the San Diego area." - Candice Woo

Ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, truffle fries, and a root beer float. Staff is extremely nice, caring, and the food is cooked within eyesight. The food itself is delicious and WAY cheaper than similar restaurants, like Smash Burger.

A burger place with a small menu and average prices. There's indoor and outdoor seating, the staff was nice, and it was clean inside. Everything is given in a to-go bag, regardless if you want to eat there. I tried the veggie burger and truffle fries. The veggie patty was small in diameter. It was pretty thick, on the drier side, but held together well. It's not the greatest veggie burger ever, but it's something for a companion that doesn't eat meat. The truffle fries were fine, not too much oil to give it an overwhelming taste. The food took awhile to come out, and the burger was colder than desired since all the added ingredients are cold.

Serving burgers that cook & cashier say are done to "medium" but are mostly pink inside. Cook has a food handler's card, but does not know what e.coli is. I asked him.

I stopped in for a quick lunch. I did not realize it, but I think they opened fairly recently. Quiznos was in this space next to Starbucks, but they closed a few.months ago. I ordered a cheeseburger, truffle fries and a soda. There were several cheese choices, and I asked for blue cheese on the burger. It came to table and it was perfect. Not too big and cooked perfectly. The fries were just okay and could have been better if I had asked to omit the truffles.

Excellent truffle fries and great burgers - as others have said, the portions are not oversized, but just right to feel satisfied and refueled. A quality burger, fries and drink will cost you about $10.

Fries are awesome and burgers are freshly cooked. Plus you can get a root beer float if you want. And they have the mayo-catsup sauce! What's not to love?!

I think this place just opened recently. There were some start-up hiccups. I had to remind the server about my milkshake and he forgot to put cheese on my burger. Still, he was polite and the food was great. Next time 5 stars.

Amazing fries!!! The burger was small (like the name implies) but tasty. The experienced was ruined however by the girl who took our order and served us.
