Little Bigs

This was my first time eating here and will never go again. I found out about this place from a facebook post shared (which is the picture on the right) and thought i needed to try this honey pepper chicken Alfredo so I drove 30 minutes to get it and try the pizza. I got home and opened up my pasta (that i ordered extra sauce for) and see the picture on the left. Which has NO honey pepper sauce whatsoever let alone any extra. So I call and tell them and the employee called the owner her solution is the next time i come in that she will give a container of sauce. Not a credit to retry the item made the CORRECT way or offer a refund. When asked for the manager to call me back the employee said she will relay the message. The manager has still yet to make a phone call. Very POOR way to run your business. Especially for this to be a customer’s first experience who drove close to a hour round trip to try it. Very very disappointed!!!

The food is delicious but unfortunately we have experienced 2 hours wait times for delivery three times now. Until delivery times are improved we will be ordering pizza elsewhere. Both times we called to check the status and were told the driver was just about to leave which certainly was not the case. While I understand being busy can impact delivery times 2 hours is quite excessive.

The pizza, boneless chicken wings, and wedgies are amazing. You won’t find better pizza anywhere. I haven’t had a calzone yet, but I will. The crust is freshly made each day, not some frozen crust. They do not skimp on the toppings. The workers are helpful, polite and hard working!

This is mainly a carry-out business that serves up good food. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and was told it would take about 35 minutes. I apologized for call, cause I was 5 minutes away, and said to cancel. The gentleman that took the call asked me what my timing was, I told him 20 minutes... "we'll make it a rush order". I got there early, paid, and waited in car. The manager brought it out to me and it was delicious and perfect. Will be back due to great service and delicious pizza!!

Food is awesome it just takes a while to get, like an hour or longer when you get delivery at times. Would do better if they had more than one delivery person would possibly speed things up. Other than that I highly recommend the food.

Food is always absolutely delicious and generously made. The owners and staff are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond for special request. We order enough to take advantage of the point system they offer! Best pizza shop for miles!

Saw a Facebook post about their wings and decided to give them a try last night. They're a little on the pricey side, but they were outstanding. I had to wait a little longer than what they told me, but they were busy and seemed somewhat short on staff at the time so I don't mind. I will definitely be getting wings from here again in the future. Oh, and they certainly do not skimp on the sauce.

I have ordered from Little Bigs close to 100 times. Needless to say my family loves this restaurant! The owners and staff take pride in their food and it shows. Some of my favorites are the Traditional Wings, Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and the Honey Pepper Chicken Alfredo! If you are extra hungry the deep dish "Big Buff" pizza is truly one of a kind and will NOT disappoint! Have a sweet tooth? Their dessert pizzas are incredible....and addictive! You really can't go wrong! Everything on the menu has been tested and crafted with care. On the rare occasion that something is not correct with my order Little Bigs has ALWAYS made it right! As long as there is a Little Bigs in my town they have my business. Thank you Little Bigs!

Stopped here for lunch on a Friday after seeing some social media posts about their pizza. So the boys and I drove out. Upon checkin we were told that there would be a 45min wait for the food as the guy there was the only person working. How does the management allow that? They were busy too. Get my guy some help! We wanted to try it regardless and it turned into more like an hour. I really liked the pizza - we got a pepperoni and a Buffalo chicken pizza. The crust curb was great and for just a one-man team the pizza looked like we were the only people there. Even though ordering bleu cheese I didnt detect any on it - Hatt said it was sparse. The pepperoni was good - had a nice array of spices on it as well. Overall this place was good - I will be back and I'll call in ahead of time. I guess they don't take deliveries during the day ?

Called, to make an order. Phone isn't working the greatest, but you didn't have to start laughing on the phone and telling me you can't hear me, thats unprofessional and very rude.

Holy smokes what a delightful little find. Just found Little Bigs in the far back corner of a shopping center in Fort Ashby's. Clean casual eat in or carry out. The crust and sauce are made fresh daily and that makes all the difference. The pizza pies are a generous size if I had anything bad to comment on its that slices are a little thin. But do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Pizza was really good. Salad was a proper italian salad. Wings were some of the worst ive had in my life.
