Chick-fil-A Isn’t Testing Out Chicken Wings in Atlanta or Opening a Location of Virtual Restaurant Little Blue Menu | Eater Atlanta

"A delivery-only concept owned and operated by the Chick-fil-A corporation, Little Blue Menu is a virtual-restaurant conglomerate named as a nod to the blue menu once served at the original Dwarf Grill; it features a group of virtual brands including Chick-fil-A, Outfox Wings, Flock and Farm, Because, Burger, and Garden Day. A location is already open in Nashville and another has been reported to be in the works for College Park, Maryland, but the company says it does not currently have plans to open Little Blue Menu in Atlanta." - Beth McKibben

We drove halfway around the Washington beltway to try this unique experience brought to us by Chic-fil-A called Little Blue Menu. We had to sample a few of the offerings that can only be gotten here such as the Blue boba, a Pizza and a Burger! The iconic flavors of CFA melded into a 12" pizza was #1 on the list to try. Its crispy, crunchy crust topped with cheese, chicken nugget pieces, iconic pickles and a drizzle of chic-fil-A sauce turned out to be a surprising flip of the script. The burger that was enjoyed was the Swiss mushroom burger. I can see why Swiss is the first word in the name. It was ooooozing with Swiss cheese! Besides the cheese there were also grilled mushrooms & onions, a smear of truffle garlic aioli ( which I could have done with out), atop a perfectly cooked smash burger on a warm potato bun. We washed it down with the Blue boba which tasted like a tart blue Sprite with some sweet blue boba balls popping in your mouth surrounded by some sweet cold foam. The entire restaurant is blue themed rather then the iconic CFA red to go with the theme of Little Blue Menu. The tables were clean, the vibe was fresh and new, and there was even a cozy blue sofa and coffee table to hang and create some unusual content for your socials if you're into that. I'm not sure why they call the menu "Little" because it's much more extensive then their standard menu. I might have to go back and try the wings and sweet potato tots.

This is the experimental kitchen for the Chick-fil-A restaurant chain. It is set up like a Chick-fil-A, but the menu offers many things that a regular Chick-fil-A would not. But you can still get a few of the standard Chick-fil-A offerings. The staff are very friendly and services fast. Free parking. This is the only restaurant of its kind in the world.

I came in really wanting to enjoy this place, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. The wings were extremely salty—especially the Sweet Kick wings, which overwhelmed the intended flavor. While the batter was crispy, it crumbled too easily. The dark color of the wings made me wonder if the frying oil needed to be changed. The portion size for the fries was also quite small. On a positive note, the blue boba drink was delicious and refreshing. However, the overall meal fell short of expectations, and the excessive saltiness made it difficult to finish. This was not a great experience for me.

I had a great experience at Little Blue Menu in College Park! I ordered through the Chick fil A app, and the process was smooth. The staff were friendly, and the food came out quickly. I tried the Chick fil A Pizza, which was an interesting concept. The flavors were good, but the chicken dried out a bit, and I wish there was chicken on it. Still, it was tasty. The real star of the meal was the Sweet & Kick Wings with White BBQ Sauce easily the best wings I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. I would absolutely come back just for those wings. I also got Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Bites. The onion rings were great, definitely worth ordering again. The sweet potato bites were okay but not as memorable. For dessert, I had a Lemon Square, which was decent but nothing special. Overall, I’d recommend checking this place out, especially for the wings!

Google
Wonderful experience! We drove 2 hours to get here and it was well worth the drive. We ordered the Signature Burger, French Fries, Traditional Bone-In Wings, and Lemon Pie Bar. The burger was juicy, fries were crispy, the wings were tender, and the lemon pie bar tasted homemade! Everything was seasoned to perfection and delicious. We shared just how much we loved the food with the manager and executive chef and they gave us a free Chick Fil A pizza and a gift bag! They were so kind and made our trip all the more pleasant. We’ll definitely be back!

Google
I loved the decor, the staff was friendly and patient. The food was not as I expected. It arrived lukewarm and the hash browns were darker than I am used to, and we're not crispy. I pressed them on a napkin to extract as much oil as could before rating, and noticed how not just greasy but old grease was used to cook them. My son and i were so excited to visit this place as we are used to daily Chick-fil-A but do not live in that area. Needless to say I was disappointed. The burrito was a good portion but the chicken did not taste quality. I literally removed the chicken to eat and did not finish my meal, because the taste was off. This experience for me was 3.5/5.

Google
I loved my experience at Little Blue Menu. I ordered most of the items that are exclusive because I wanted to make the most of my experience. My favorites had to be the sides: onion rings & sweet potato tots. The sweet potato tots are the perfect crispness and went great with the white Bbq sauce. The onion rings were light with good breading as well. The pizza was decent, especially for the price. I wasn’t a big fan of the burger, it was a standard smash burger. The boba exclusive drink was amazing and I’ll be coming back for that!

Little Blue Menu: A Mixed Bag with a Side of Disappointment Little Blue Menu offers a charming outdoor setting, but unfortunately, the experience falls short in several areas. While the pepperoni pizza and lemon bar were definite highlights, the rest of the meal left much to be desired. The service was notably slow, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Additionally, the limited flexibility for modifications proved disappointing, particularly for those with dietary restrictions or specific preferences. The food itself was inconsistent. The sweet potato tater tots, while flavorful, were served lukewarm, diminishing their appeal. The wings were undercooked, leaving them rubbery and lacking in flavor. The burger, arrived well-done and dry. While the outdoor seating adds a pleasant touch, it's a significant drawback, especially during inclement weather. Given the combination of slow service, limited customization options, and inconsistent food quality, it's unlikely that I'll be making the drive back to Little Blue Menu anytime soon.

Yelp
It had been a while since I last visited Little Blue Menu, so I decided to grab lunch while waiting for my boyfriend during his doctor's appointment across the street. The menu had a few new items since my last visit, and the one that immediately caught my eye was the Chick-fil-A Pizza--topped with chicken, Chick-fil-A sauce, and pickles. I'd seen another Yelper's photo with only one pickle per slice, so I ordered mine with extra pickles. I chose curbside pickup and didn't wait long before my pizza was brought out. I drove back across the street to eat while waiting, but when I opened the box, the pizza that was supposed to have extra pickles didn't have a single pickle on it. I went back to have it corrected, and I'll be honest--the process wasn't smooth. They said they would remake the pizza, but I'm almost certain they just added pickles to the original one. That alone wouldn't have been a big issue, but by then the pizza was noticeably cold. Cold or not, it was still delicious. The crust has a great Parmesan flavor, and the pizza itself is a good size--perfect for sharing. It fed both my boyfriend and me with no problem. In fact, I liked it enough to go back less than a week later for another one and a pepperoni pizza too. Despite the hiccups with the order, Little Blue Menu still delivered on flavor, and I'll definitely continue trying their new menu items.

Yelp
This is located on route one in front of College Park, the parking is separate from the shopping center so you do not have to pay for parking which makes it super convenient. The structure and the set up is similar to any Chick-fil-A. Somewhere with any Chick-fil-A, this is also held with a higher standard of service, attentiveness, and speed. There's a lot of fun things on this menu that you don't find any other Chick-fil-A you have pizza and burgers and bone and wings and sweet potato tots . I personally only got the bone in wings and it was pretty small a little disappointing. The flavor that I got had a good kick to it with spice but overall they could've had more crunch with the wings and larger (as small as like dominos wings) 2.5/5 Overall meh

Yelp
Most of your favorite Chik-fil-a items but soooo much more! Get the chick-fil-a pizza! It is delicious. This place is so clean and the staff treats you like guests in their home. Give it a try!

Yelp
Took me long enough! I heard so much prior to finally visiting on my own. They recently re-opened after some renovations to allow seating! I did a carry-out order! They offer more than the usual Chick-fil-A menu. Pizza, burgers, wings, onion rings, sweet potato tots, brussel sprouts (just to name a few). To my knowledge, this is the only Little Blue that exists! College Park is a perfect location for this unique concept. I ordered ahead on the Chick-fil-A app and my food was ready when I arrived shortly after. I got a burger and sweet potato tots. Loved it! A bit on the pricey side but that won't stop me from coming back again. If you haven't been, check them out!

Yelp
We were visiting family in Maryland and this place was 10-15 min from their house. We decided to buy a few things from the menu so we can try most of the menu. They sell normal Chick-fil-A items but we went with the things we cant get at other locations. The Chick-fil-A pizza although it sounds weird it was actually really good. The wing flavor was good but I wish they had more of a crispy skin, sweet potato tater tots were good, we dipped them in a garlic parmasean sauce. My neices enjoyed the Boba drink. Hands down we all agreed the burger was probably the best fast food burger we have had. The patty was juicy and flavorful. They had different kind of burgers but we went with the standard one. We would be back. The staff was nice and patient considering we took a while to figure out all we wanted to order. They have a cute inside and also an outside patio. Cute spot to try....definitely don't eat more chicken.... Grab a burger!!!

Yelp
Of course you gotta try a Chic-fil-A cheeseburger right? I tried a Mushroom Swiss burger, and it was delicious, in the same way their chicken is yummy. I don't know how to describe it, other than 'Diner style', which is a good thing. I also got 6 Buffalo Chicken Wings. The flavor was nice, but they were quite drenched in the sauce. Messy but good!

Yelp
Little Blue Menu was a delicious find on a sunny Saturday! My husband and I devoured the pickle chicken pizza, dragon fruit milkshake, hot wings, sweet potato tots, fries, and a hamburger - everything tasted so good. When we went in late May, they only had outdoor seating but it did have with built-in umbrellas and spinny chairs. They're currently under construction, but we're eagerly anticipating the reopening!

Yelp
I was super excited to finally give this menu a go. I literally tried to order (almost) everything that I can't typically get from my normal chick-fil-a run! After about $83, it was a successful grab. Let's talk about the ordering process because it's important to know that there are no inside seating options available. They do however have tables set up outside for those times the weather is more forgiving. With this, I decided to go inside and order and when I opened the door, there were so many people waiting, I ordered using the app (just inside). They were actually quick with getting through the line of customers waiting and those waiting to order. My total wait time from order placement to counter pickup was 38 minutes. I did not have any expectations and given my large order, I figured it would take some time. Once we got the order, we headed back to the car to eat (it was dark and a little too chilly for outside dining). We quickly noticed some of our wings were missing. I sent the hubs back in (thinking it would be quick), but he ended up waiting about 20 minutes before I called him to leave the chicken behind. I hate that he could not enjoy all the food warm, but they managed to get him some hot chicken once he told them to "never mind". This was the main reason I knocked off a star. It would've been nice to expedite this mistake so other ordered items could be enjoyed while hot. As far the food, I really enjoyed trying allllll the items. My absolute favorite item was the burger followed by the cheese pizza. I wasn't able to eat everything (which was never the plan), but I managed to try everything I ordered. The cinnamon roll was not bad and warmed up good the following day. I would love to try them again focused on my favorite items. The drive was a bit much with the traffic. I would suggest you visit, go earlier rather than later, and you must get the burger (if that's your thing). xo

Yelp
Came here with my brother -- glad we tried it, but could've lived without it. We tried the burger -- it was good, but not wowing! wish it had more seasoning, but the sauce was good. We also had wings -- ranch tasted like tzatziki, lots of dill. There are definitely better wings out there. We expected it to taste like chick fil a chicken, but it doesn't taste like chick fil a seasoning at all, and they were not crispy I'd say try it but don't have too high expectations.

Yelp
Not going to lie, I was expecting a full restaurant with seating. However, I got a bunch of people lined around the wall and a weird ordering area in the middle of the shop. Soon as you walk in it feels like you're at the end of a crowed line, only to realize they all ordered and are in an awkwardly silent wait. The cashier looks around smiling trying to be professional, but the whole thing is honestly funny forreal. Then you order and join the awkward wait. No music at all, just ambient sounds and your thoughts. Today I ordered: Bacon burger: 7 out of 10 it was delicious, but i got more sauce than lettuce and the bread was soggy on the bottom. Traditional Wings: 8.5 out of 10 Small wings with big flavor and tender. They don't even need the sauce forreal. Onion rings: 6 out of 10 Waffle fries: 3 out of 10 I love the O.G. Chickfila fries, but these were either breaded, refried or old. They didn't taste how i'm used to. Blue Boba Breaker: 9 our of 10 Fire! We got a few more things, but thats the majority. At the end of the day, I enjoyed my trip here and so did my daughter. Next time i'll try a pizza, but if I got to be honest it's thing wings for me. The rest of my fam missed out, and are salty so i'm already setting up for my return.

Yelp
I went to check out the infamous Little Blue Menu in Maryland about 20 minutes away from where I live in DC. We tried a few different things on the menu: 1. limited edition 'Blue Boba Breaker' which is topped with a cold foam and is a sweet refresher. 2. Bacon cheeseburger 3. Tradition Wings (yes they have boneless options) 4. Sweet potatoe tots 5. Chick-fil-a Pizza 6. Assortment of normal sauces and seasonings but the sauces that was new and favorite paired with the pizza is the White BBQ sauce. It's a creamy sweet but not over powering sweet bbq sauce. The food was delicious!!! The burger to me felt comparable to something like Steak & Shake if you are familiar. The chick-fil- pizza is pretty good. Something worth trying but the white bbq sauce with it makes it better. I do wish I tried the cheeseburger pizza instead which is currently limited addition. The wings were the BEST. Something worth trying!!! As I mentioned they have an assortment of seasonings, sauces and bone in or out options. If you are able to make it to try a Little Blue Menu please do. They have sweet treats like lemon bars, Cinnabons and all the normal chick-fil-a treats and shakes. They have the full normal chick-fil-a menu if you would also like to mix and match menus There are other pizza options and just plan cheese or pepperoni if you are not interested in trying a buffalo chicken pizza, burger pizza etc. The sides include thick cut fries or regular chick-fil-a waffle, onion rings, sweet potato tots, regular chick-fil-a option sides. This was fun and different and also convenient. You can order on the app and also apply points just like a regular chick-fil-a. The app is helpful to have because any limited edition menu items will be uploaded and up to date on the app which you may miss in the actual store. The service was helpful, recommendations from staff was helpful, ambiance is an in and out pick up spot. There is outdoor seating if it's warm out!

Yelp
Here's the deal, in the mastery of doing the same thing over and over again very well, there exists a desire to try crafting other things (cuz why not???). So before I spray poop all over the Chick-fil-A concept, I personally commend AND support new ventures to keep the entrepreneurial spirit alive. Therefore, I'll try to keep my feedback constructive. Ok. First thing to know is that LBM is a take-out joint. They have outside seating, but think of the format as something similar to Sonic or Checkers/Rallys. You can order through the Chick-fil-A app, using a food delivery service, or live with a human that has a heartbeat and breathes oxygen. I used the human option cause I had questions bout the food. All that said, the service isn't necessarily the Chick-fil-A "thank you my pleasure" stuff you're acustomed to cause it's mostly non-confrontational. 3.5 stars on the service and facilities. Noting really bad but nothing really outstanding either. Food wise. I just created my own buffet and ordered all kinda stuff. Burger - no lie, 3.9 stars for me. My only 2 issues were 1) on first bite, the sandwich seemed more damp than it needed to be. Felt like they watered it so the vegetables on the sandwich would grow. 2) I wish I would've got a double. The bun is too much for just one patty. Fries - standard CFA waffle fries. No review needed. Chicken Wings (bone in) - 4.1 stars. My batch was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and surprisingly seasoned well. I hope everyone else gets the same cook I had. Onion Rings - 2.5 stars. These were a greasy no-go for me. Taste was ok, but they seemed like they were refried or not fried fresh if that makes sense to anyone. The photo I took kind of shows the detail. Sweet Tater Tots - 4.5 stars. I could pop these ALL DAY! This was no doubt the best thing I had. Just for fun, I dunked a few of them in Polynesian sauce. It was the one! Cinnamon Roll - 2.7 stars. I just want sweet tater tots. The cinnamon roll is an obstacle. The icing wasn't favorable and it chewed more like bread and didn't dissolve like most cinnamon rolls I've eaten. Boba Breaker - 4.3 stars. This was refreshing. Once the cream settled in AND I had the correct straw (make sure they give you big straw), it was on and poppin'. The blueberry and Sprite soda go hard the cream! For those that never had a bubble tea, you will literally such balls through a straw - you've been advised! I would say my experience rounds up to 4-stars. But the average is probably 3.8 or 3.9.

Yelp
With the latest remodel and reopening, I enjoy Little Blue Menu much more than previously. The inside is spacious and sleek, it looks really nice. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, Jeremiah is super nice. I feel as though the food has improved which is great to see.

Yelp
As a Marylander and former Terp, had to finally try this place even if it meant driving from NoVa. It's an interesting spot. Absolutely no seating other than outside, so we ended up eating in the car because it was freezing in early March. The service was bad -- like never seen before bad for ChickFilA -- we ordered curbside and sat for 20 minutes and it simply never came. We ultimately went inside and asked for our food; packed with college kids on a Friday evening. The food made up for a lot of it though. The chickfila pizza was the star of the show, exactly as good as you'd expect. The burger was pretty good; kinda like a Shake Shack burger or of that tier. I also loved the boneless wings, the "spicy" one actually had an ok kick to it which surprised me. Finally, the onion rings were decent and the fries were mid (would've rather had waffle). The special sauces they have were ok, nothing stood out. Overall, I'm glad we tried Little Blue Menu. I'd probably get it more often if I was a student, particularly the pizza and boneless wings. But given the 40 minute drive and poor service, it'll probably be a one-and-done for me unless I'm back around CP.

Yelp
This is a very interesting little restaurant. The inside is not very spacious, but there is plenty of seating outside. My friend and I ordered: Chick fil-a pizza Smoked wings with garlic Parmesan sauce Sweet potato tots Onion rings French fries Cookies and cream milk shake Lemon bar Overall, everything was okay. The pizza was decent, but the crust was so chewy that my jaw was tired after eating 3 slices. The wings were so cute and small. They were tasty. The sweet potato tots were crispy, but a little too sweet. It tasted like they added sweetener to them. The onion rings were really crispy and battered well, but I would have preferred sweeter onions. And the fries were starchy and cardboard-y. The milkshake was good! And the lemon bar was mediocre. Overall, this was a great trip. It was fun to come out here, try different items, and see what chick fil-a had to offer. I think it's worth a visit, but don't have high expectations.

Yelp
Nope not worth the hype at all. The burger was decent ... the pizza was trash literally..... the regular wing I didn't like... the spicy wings were good. We mobile ordered so no ratings on service or ambiance .

Yelp
So excited to finally try this place!! I love chick fil a! We of course got the Chick fil a pizza. Note: THE PIZZA DOES NOT COME WITH A SAUCE BASE, you have to ask. We opted for tomato sauce as our base. We also got a large fry on the side to top with the pizza. Lastly, we got smoked wings. I enjoyed everything. The chick fil a pizza is good but wouldn't eat again. It's one of those things you have every once in awhile for nostalgia. Great service as well and we only waited 10 minutes for our food.

Yelp
Finally made it around to trying this place! Love the outside the box chick-fil-a menu. The sweet potato tots were very good. Sweet and savory just like they should be. Only thing missing was a signature sauce pairing. Bone-in chicken wings. LOOKED amazing, but had no crunch and were not very flavorful. Will have to try again, but was not very impressed the initial visit. Cool expanded chick-fil-a menu! Def recommend. Will try pizza next

Yelp
Have you heard of little blue???!!!!!??????? Chic-fil-A fans get in here!!!!!!!! How exciting!!!!! I heard rumblings about the chic fil a off menu restaurant - little blue menu restaurant where you can try different kinds of potential menu items... pizzzzzza!!! chic fil a pizza....naaaah, not like how you thinking.... i ordered onion rings, chicken wings, regular chic fil a menu items (salad and a berry drink). The regular menu items are packaged with chic fil a logo packaging. The food was a miss....onion rings overcooked/ burnt...wings undercooked with sauce on the side (lemon pepper dry rub). I didn't eat wings so I can't give you my thoughts - but the rest - blah at best. Well worth the experience!!!

Yelp
This is a ChicFila that has the normal menu plus some extras. It's annoyingly down US1 and parking can be rough if you get there at peak times. There is NO indoor seating. The interior will fill up with people waiting for food. They do have about a dozen tables outside in two separate locations. Staff inside are nice as expected. I tried a bunch of things with some friends. The overall verdicts were as follows: -Smoked wings are not bad, but nothing amazing. -The CFA pizza is not great. crust/dough is just not good. The toppings are interesting, but the sauce overpowers. Needs bacon maybe to balance it out. -The burgers are the best thing on the menu, lol. -the lemon bar is too much -they did me a solid on making a frosted dr pepper, but it was too watery IMHO -sweet potato tots are good -onion rings are decent too All-in-all great for the UMD students, but this is not a destination location IMHO.

Yelp
So I was pretty excited to try this as a lover of Chick-fil-A I thought one that has "and more" would be a good idea. So let's get to it. Love that there was a parking lot and the outdoor tables had umbrellas, so another win. I feel a lot of times establishments put seating outside and have no umbrellas so it's almost unusable on a hot summer day. Once inside, I was curious to try their pizza, "reg fries," and burger with my go to summer drink of lemonade and a peach shake. The wait was a bit longer than what a fast food place would be. But I think that has to do with the extra items on the menu they have. Inside there isn't seating, just an area to wait for your food and bathrooms. While waiting I saw the staff was doing quick wipe down cleaning which I liked. So normally at a fast food, I think I normally wait 5-10 mins. For this location, it was more 10-15 mins. I've read from other yelpers if it's busy it may even be 20 minutes. I thought the price of the additional items were reasonable. Especially the pizza considering the size. But how did I feel about the pizza, burger, and fries? It was all alright. It's fast food so I'm not expecting 5 star dining. Everything was okay but not memorable. I finished my food so that's something. I drove 45 mins to try it lol. I think as it is a fast food, it's probably great for those who live nearby and are just getting something to go; especially college students since it's nestled quite close to the college. For someone who's a little further, it was nice to try it and say I did. But to return? Maybe only if I'm ever nearby and don't know what to pick.

Yelp
We went to Little Blue Menu by Chick-fil-A in College Park for a day date today. It's serves traditional Chick-fil-A foods and new items Chickfila is testing - burgers, pizzas, wings, and pastries for example. A few tips - it is right next to University of Maryland so be mindful that college students are everywhere. Parking was easy though. Though the location looks large, there is no indoor seating. All their tables have big blue umbrella, but it was raining during our visit so plan accordingly. You also order via the app and pickup at location - they have a few TVs to show where your order is in line. We ordered the Buffalo pizza - it had Buffalo sauce, ranch, and Chick-fil-A nuggets. My boyfriend loved, I thought the Buffalo sauce was a little thick. I don't love pickles but they did have a pickles pizza with cheese and nuggets that looked awesome! We also tried the pizza roll which was Chick-fil-a's take on a calzone - it was my personal favorite! 10/10. I would have liked utensils provided though - eating with hands was a bit messy. We also had the chocolate toffee cookies that were just okay - I probably should have ordered the Icedream cone instead. Overall great experience and we will definitely be coming back (we paired this with Ikea to make a full day in College Park!).

Yelp
My wife and I are HUGE fans of Chick-Fil- A!!! They do so many things right, from outstanding customer service and product consistency to flavorful chicken and amazing milkshakes! So when I discovered they were experimenting with a new restaurant model that includes burgers, pizza and bone-in wings, I was 100% down to give them a try! What we discovered is Little Blue Menu has a ways to go to meet the standard its big brother Chick-Fil-A has carefully crafted over the years. Let's start with... THE EXPERIENCE Little Blue Menu is basically a take out restaurant with an outdoor seating patio. NO INDOOR SEATING is provided. Instead, it is more of a waiting area for phone orders and walk-in's. They really embrace the call-in and driver oriented delivery clientele by providing drive-up curb service as well as a special pick-up entrance and parking. However, service is SLOOOOOW!!! On our visit, the walk-in entrance was manned by ONE cashier and the wait time to receive your meal was much longer than we expected. Since they cater so much to call-ins and deliveries, the kitchen is very busy fulfilling orders. We ordered some of everything out of sheer curiosity, which also added to our wait time. We particularly focused on items we can't get on our Chick-Fil-A menu back home in Atlanta. Our critique of each is as follows: CHEESE ON CHEESE BURGER DOUBLE AND BACON CHEESEBURGER - The meat itself actually had decent flavor (albeit somewhat salty) and a great bun, but the patties were dry and compact instead of soft and juicy. On top of that, there were a lot of charred remains of previous burgers (or possibly onions), almost as if they didn't scrape off the grill before adding new patties. The charred pieces were bitter and unsavory. You can see them clearly in my burger pics. (2.75 stars) BONE-IN TRADITIONAL WINGS AND SMOKED WINGS - We liked the traditional wings better than the smoked, but neither was worthy of a repeat visit. I half expected the traditional wings to have the same flavor as the nuggets, but they didn't. The smoked wings had a weird flavor that I honestly couldn't decide if I liked. Also, the winglets for both were small. (2.65 stars) CHEESE PIZZA - It was okay. Nothing special or noteworthy. (3 stars) ONION RINGS - Also just okay, but might have been better had they been hot. The waffle fries we received with one meal were also cold. (2.75 stars) BLUE BOBA BREAKER - A refreshing carbonated blueberry flavored drink that I really enjoyed, but it did get mixed reactions from our group of four. Half of us loved it while the other half said it was okay, but probably wouldn't order it again. (4 stars) LEMON PIE BAR - A sweet and sour treat sure to please anyone who grew up loving lemon-heads candy! This is practically the pastry version! (4.5 stars) STRAWBERRY SHAKE - Hands down one of favorite shakes anywhere! (5 stars) FINAL THOUGHTS I'm hopeful this is just a beta store designed to learn and make improvements to both service and products that will eventually match their high standards at the regular Chick-Fil-A locations. Little Blue Menu is a good concept, but IMHO it really needs some tweaking.

Yelp
So check it out this is "little blue menu" created by chick-fila. I'm not sure what with the name but there are diffenent items on this menu than that of the original. They actually have pizza here! So we got the bacon burger. This burger was a 7/10. The bacon was so thick and it was damn near perfect. The burger was nothing special but it was tasty. I also got smoked wings. The picture I posted doesn't look that good but these wings are really good. These come with a smoked bbq sauce and currently this is the best sauce of all franchises to me. Service. Now we waited a good 30 mins for our food. When it came out the food was warm not hot. And my order was off. I won't blame this on them. Although i mentioned no dairy on my food. There was still butter on my bun. But most places don't acknowledge dairy allergies so I'm Not sweating that. So they made me another sandwich. Told me it would be 6 minutes but it was about 15 mins until it would be ready. I got my fries which were cold by the time I got to the car. They were very friendly and no one had attitudes. When my next sandwich came out it had no bacon... so I waited another 5 minutes. I wasn't happy about that but I felt like there was not enough people in the back cooking. There was a gold flow of folks coming and going. The line didn't not let up. A few people left because there was no where to sit inside. It was a bit windy. What I did not like is that you can only eat outside. The place looked pretty big but that is the illusion. There is a pickup entry for DoorDash pickups and an entry for customers. This would probably be nice for the summer but please bring more workers because you gotta know this place will be packed. It's chick fila! We will come back when I gets warm.

Yelp
Why on earth did I go on a Thursday evening during the second week of the college semester?! I should've known I'd be in for a wait, haha. This time, the inside lobby was open and I was able to go in and place my order. Treat O'Clock isn't over, and guess what Little Blue / Chick-Fil-A just got back?? Their banana pudding milkshake -- that's right! There was a drizzle starting, but some folks were sitting at the covered tables outside and didn't get wet. They weren't all full, and I could've waited there if I wanted to. I chose to wait inside because they had quite a few new (to me) things that caught my eye. There's a variety of 11" pizzas that are around $9-$11. One of them has the signature nuggets on it -- that MUST be fantastic. One of these days, I am going to have to try it. They also have a blue boba drink that looks so refreshing! Welp, that's an easy one... my order for next time has already been decided. I can't wait to come back and try these things! And yes, yes the milkshake was everything I needed -- though it took longer than I would've thought. But there was quite the number of people in front of me waiting for orders.

Yelp
Blew my mind seeing Chick fil a pizza! And it was pretty good - I think the pizza oven dried out the chicken a bit but it was still good and it smelled amazing. It was definitely busy and with no indoor seating it made for an awkward wait. I put in my order through the app so at least I didn't have to stand in line but it was still a longer wait than usual at Chick fil a - partly because of the line and partly because the pizza takes longer to cook I expect.they have some other stuff on the menu like burgers and wings plus a bunch of milkshakes - I'd def stop by again if I'm in the area so I can try some of those!

Yelp
You all know I LOVE any Chick-Fil-A but this little blue has to get better. I tried once more to eat off their new menu. The burger was RAW! I literally vomited once I realized it was under cooked. Super disappointing. Like my first review, I'll stick to their normal menu.

Yelp
Be sure to have the chick fil a app before coming so you can order quickly since the standby line was slow. The pizza with nuggets was so good and definitely felt like a specialty item. The wings were good as well, they are baked we'll and party sized. I definitely did not enjoy the garlic parmesan sauce it had chunks of garlic and an off putting amount of mayo base. The ranch had a strong dill flavor profile and tasted house made! Highly recommend extra ranch and old bay! The burgers were surprisingly good and would totally get again. The blue boba drink was atrocious I'm glad it's just seasonal. There's outdoor seating and service is quick which is nice.

Yelp
Absolutely not worth the hype :( we waited over an hour for food, staff was dismissive of us when we checked in on it after 30 minutes, food came out incorrect and cold. I spent $50 and should have spent that at any other restaurant nearby. Really disappointing for a Chick-fil-A.

Yelp
I have had nothing but good experiences everytime I visit little blue menu. My current obsession is their pizza which are so good and underrated.

Yelp
With this Chick-fil-A restaurant and concept, I was hoping that you could sit down and dine-in. This is not the case. This establishment and location is take-out only, which is such a shame because it is a large commercial space that used to be a diner -- Denny's restaurant and catered to large crowds from the University of Maryland students and surrounding neighborhoods. Nevertheless, a take out or delivery only Chick-fil-A restaurant that has an expanded menu of your typical Chick-fil-A items; including sandwiches, nuggets, wraps, salads and uncommon items such as burgers and wings! I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich meal and burger out of curiosity. I substituted the fries with onion rings. The food overall was delicious. The onion rings were good! The chick-fil-A sandwich was good as expected. However, the burger was good too but nothing special..... pretty much on the same bar as five guys. I went during the rush-hour, near end of the day. So it was a bit crowded and the takeout ordering space was crammed. Definitely not accommodating for large crowds. The inside space was clean and the customer service was great. There were a few tables available for eating outside, but not the best option on this day I came here where it was 35 degrees outside! lol. If you have a long drive back home, I recommend to just eat in the car or snack quickly in the parking lot. A lot of folks were doing so. Will definitely come back during the summer and make more use of the outside seating and dining space which is clearly not the best during the winter season or rainy days. Overall, I enjoyed the food, but definitely was not happy that there was no seating or place inside the establishment to sit down and enjoy your food. I was hoping this location would be like the original restaurant style locations I remembered as a kid growing up in Atlanta, such as the Chick-fil-A "Dwarf House" -- which was a casual diner/restaurant where it all started. As mentioned earlier, this location can get crowded. To avoid the crowds and save on time, I would recommend that you leverage their mobile ordering and pick up service. It seemed to be very efficient and fast. Not to mention, I noticed a number of folks used this option while waiting for my food.

Yelp
This is not a sit down and dine in place. It is only takeout. There were some outdoor tables and seats. Sadly there was a heat wave the day and time we went so it wasn't favorable for us to sit outside. Takeout was kind of slow. Our estimated wait time was 20 mins but ended up doubling the time. The place gets busy around lunchtime but this isn't a bad thing. It's really nice to have such a place in college park now. We ordered mostly items that we couldn't get at a regular chick fil a which included onion rings, the burger, and the wings. The onion rings were nothing special. The wings weren't bad. But the star was the burger. We would definitely order that again when we return, along with trying the pizza.

Yelp
You can order inside if you don't want to join & download the Chick-fil-A app. The guy taking orders was pretty nice and they take your name for when it's ready. Wish they had some kiosks, I didn't see any??? I had the single double cheese burger, had shredded cheddar (that was crispy from the griddle) a slice of American cheese, pickles, caramelized onions & burger sauce. It was ok, the brioche bun seemed crumbly & I wished I had gotten a double and bunless. I also had the kale crunch salad, it was kinda dry and bland. The mango drink with unsweetened tea & diet lemonade was really delicious. The food came out pretty quick! And I ate in my car because they only offer outdoor seating and it was freezing outside. I would probably come here again and try the other fun things they have like the wings and the cinnamon rolls.

Yelp
5 out of 5 recommend as well as placing your order via the mobile app to avoid wait lines. The parking lot is small and very busy due to people coming to pick up orders and eating in their vehicles. We met the manager William today and he is AWESOME!! Thank you for your assistance and hospitality William!!

Yelp
I've only been here for breakfast. Prior to the remodel It was extremely slow, forgetting items, no one would be avaliable. The remodel inside is beautiful but giving them another chance service is still super slow even with ordering ahead. My biscuit was also falling apart and my hash browns were way overcooked. This would be my last choice for breakfast.

Yelp
So I've checked out Little Blue Menu a couple of times now so I can give an accurate assessment. During the colder months it's going to be much easier to find a parking spot and order there while waiting in line. However, whether it's hot or cold out, I suggest ordering online ahead of time since you have to order outside if you order in person. This place is designed to eat outside or take it home. So in the spring summer, yes to eating outside. In the colder months, just be prepared to take it home, unless freezing outside is your thing. The first time I came I tried their smoked wings along with their typical menu items. The smoked wings were pretty good but I wouldn't make this my go to wing spot. I'd have to really be going for something else and wanted the wings cause I was feeling greedy. I did like the sauce that came with the wings as it was pretty unique. On my second occasion I tried the classic burger and the onion rings. The onion rings tasted delicious. They had just the right sprinkling of salt and tasted fresh out the grease. I ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture! As a disclaimer, I'm a sauce person. Meaning I need my burgers to be saucy, like dripping sauce. So, with that in mind, my burger could've used WAY more of the sauce that comes on it. When I got home I added mayonnaise to it. The burger overall was pretty good especially in comparison to other fast food chain burgers. I would definitely get another burger from here along with the onion rings. Happy eating!

Yelp
If you are into Chick-fil-A and want something a little different from their regular menu, then yeah, check this place out. On my way home from work, I decided to stop by and try it. The customer service here reflects the customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for. You wait outside in a line to order and they'll bring your food out to you. I ordered the wing meal and requested all flats, they said they would try, but I ended up with more drums than flats ‍. I got the onion rings as my side with a biscuit and some toffee cookies for my dessert. The wings, to me, were overly salty, and just meh. The onion rings were delicious as well as the cookies and biscuits. Someone told me the burgers were really good, so the next time I'm in the area I will try a burger. Again, if you're into Chick-fil-A, then by all means, give this place a try.

Yelp
Wow! Underwhelming to say the least. Fries were salty and cold. Pizza had wayyy too much cheese it was so thick and also, salty! The wings were good, can't lie about these at all. Crispy on the outside tender on the inside. I don't know if I want to try this spot again or not, I was so excited to try this to be let down.

Yelp
I happened to be in the College Park Area so I decided why not stop at the little blue menu. Lucky for me I mobile ordered..problem...there was no sign point to where the entrance was since I walked in front the back. I just saw a line and then a small door. That had a sign that say rings bell someone will be with you. Now had I know mobile orders were inside the building that probably would've helped. Anyway.. pickup was easy. However... due to my rush in avoid the crowd of hungry other patrons i didn't get a chance to verify that all my items were in the bag I assumed with so many bags that it contained everything. WRONG!! I was missing an additional order of onion rings and an order of the toffee chocolate cookies. Now it would've have been bad if I was local. But I'm not so major bummer. So taste wise.. I pretty much ordered everything.that was no common on the chick fila regular menu. Most of the items. Great ideas but mid execution. The wings without sauce or seasoning lacked. I like the smoke of the smoked wings but the traditional was okay with the chick fila breading and the roasted just needs more kick. Perhaps that lemon pepper may do it justice. The. Mini biscuits I'm not sure what I was expecting maybe less density ? It wasn't as airy as it looked. And not enough honey butter on top. Sweet potato tots.. after having a local places tots these were a bit on the soggy side for me. Burgers..well we know what to do eat more chicken folks cause those burgers were just okay. I love the thick sliced pickles might want to throw those babies on the chicken sandwich. Now I may have forgot to mention I didn't eat all these items at their peak of freshness but I expect that flavor should trump the temperature of the food. Overall I had a mediocre experience at the little blue menu. For a college campus I get it. It fits the environment and atmosphere of the area. You want wings in a pinch sure Chick-fil-A but 7.69 for 8 wings... sure it's like going to wing nights back in the day. You want to mix it up and have a burger with waffle fries sure. All in all great concept need a big of tweaking in the flavor department but not terrible

Yelp
I've been waiting to try little blue menu since it opened a year or so ago. I love Chik-Fil-A and was excited to try this "test kitchen" that was even closer to home. The lobby reminded me of an Amazon drop off location more than a take out food spot. Top- order using the app in advance. You can order there but most folks ordered by app. After waiting a while to get our food, I wished they had a seat in the waiting area, but there was none. The service I've come to love at Chik-Fil-A wasn't there either. It was like a regular take out spot. We ordered things that are not on the regular Chik-Fil-A menu, but the experience did not match my expectations. The best of our order were the smoked wings, not special but I enjoyed them. The onion rings were also decent. The double patty burger (a quarter pound when I asked) was disappointing. The bun was dry and not as good as the buns I love at Chik-Fil-A, and the burger had no flavor even with the toppings and burger sauce. The Chik-Fil-A fries (the only thing we ordered from the original menu) looked the same, but not at all as good as the real deal- they were not fresh- dry and lukewarm. I'll stick with the regular Chik-Fil-A locations. They are tried and true.

Yelp
Not bad! Line went quick but still had to wait like 20 minutes for food. A bit chaotic in the parking lot and waiting to be called. The 1 restroom stall was gross... and there's only outside seating so not ideal for bad weather. Sweet potato tots: amazing. Would come back for them. Original wings: not as crispy as hoped. They're also extra small for some reason (organic and hormone free?). The sauces made up for it though - that Sriracha garlic dry rub is awesome. Brussels: not as crispy as I'd hope. Underwhelming and wouldn't get again. Burger: I don't eat beef but my partner said it was better than most other fast food burgers. The buns were just really thick. Overall - I hope some of these items make it to all chick filas!

Yelp
I love Chick-fil-A however this little blue menu was a fail. I'm not getting the same Chick-fil-A service so that's the first issue and the second issue. The food does not taste that great. There's no indoor seating and the outdoor seating. It's not very accommodating. I ordered the traditional bone and wings and a peach shake and lemon bar. The bone in wings are nothing to brag Home about the taste like some under season chicken but looks great on the outside. The peach shake was great. The lemon bar wasn't bad either. Chick-fil-A does a lot well I don't feel that adding items to the menu that are not chicken are fitting the motto. You're now serving beef. ...

Yelp
I have been waiting to try this place since I saw a video about Little Blue Online! I placed my order through the app about 10 minutes away to lessen my wait because Chick fik A is busy around lunch! To my surprise, I received a notification via the app that my order was ready yay!!! Just a few more minutes until I arrived. GPS tried to route me through an entrance that is blocked by cones (probably to control traffic and not Jam thr street) so I had to u turn and turn at the light to enter the lot. There was not a lot of parking but there is some. I parked and appreciate that the entrances were clearly marked. Regular customers and Delivery drivers. Two separate areas to pickup. I walked up and noticed they do announce the names as they advise in app. Since I already received a notification I went inside and my bag awaited! I decided to try the Bleu cheese burger and wings - red pepper garlic and sweet chili.l sounded like good choices. The burger was amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect but the beef was definitely fresh. The lettuce was crisp, the Bleu cheese and grilled onions definitely there! Those flavors were so prominent I can't tell you what the white bbq sauce was like. The wings were fried well. Breading good. The red pepper garlic was so so good. Great flavor and the spice!!!!! Me and spice have a love/hate relationship so really glad I didn't douse my wings in it. I was disappointed to see the sweet chili wasn't a version of CFA so it still remains unopened but in sure its pretty good. Can't wait to try the Brussel sprouts, onion rings and the mini biscuits! Can't forget to mention that there is seating outside if you plan to eat while there. It was pretty quiet there despite a full parking area.

Yelp
Fellow reviewer @leauxlaa hipped me to Chic-Fil-A's new burger spot...I made plans to GET THERE immediately like many of you!! Be prepared to wait in line, look at the menu before you go (I missed some new sauces, & sweets), & remember...it's a FAST FOOD jont!! . Where I am: @littlebluemenu . Location Reviewed: 7242 Baltimore Ave. College Park M.D. . Menu Includes: Chic-fil-A's Normal menu, Plus Burgers, Bone In Wings, Sweet Potato Tots, Brussel Sprouts, A Lemon Pie Bar, Cinnamon Rolls, & MORE!! . Items Reviewed: Their Bacon Buger Meal (A double patty burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, & pickles on a brioche bun, with sweet potato tots, & a half lemonade half ice tea $15.99). The Burger...DELICIOUS! For a FAST FOOD burger it was tasty. I can't compare this to any Craft burger spots out here, & they needed to cook the bacon more, AND...the cheese wasn't melted. But...I'd choose this over a couple fast food spots. Their Sweet Potato Tots...DECENT. Edible, but a tad bit flavorless, and limp. Crisp these up, & they'll be good to go. Their Half n Half...STAMP!! I have ALWAYS enjoyed Chic-fil-A's lemonade, & ice tea. Their Bleu Cheeseburger (with romaine lettuce, tomato, pickles, & bleu cheese crumbles on a brioche bun $6.99). DELICIOUS! The cheese wasn't overbearing, a nice soft bun, tasty for a FAST FOOD burger. Their Traditional Bone In Wings (an 8 count fried wing box $7.69). DECENT. A tad bit small, but crispy, I didn't know about their new sauces Red Pepper Garlic, Sweet Chili, & Buffalo...it's possible that the sauces would've set the chicken off!! Their Brussel Sprouts (with sea salt, & flash fried $6.49). PASS. I needed more flavor with these...pepper, garlic maybe? . Customer Service: On Point . Online Navigation: Easy . Parking: Rough . Recommendations: Go...try it for yourself!! . Music: YouTube: YouTube-Backyard Band 1/1/99 5 Stars=STAMP 4 1/2 Stars=LIKE THAT 4 Stars=DELICIOUS 3 Stars=DECENT 2 Stars=PASS 1 Star=NAH #Bigschlimsreviews

Yelp
Parking is super limited. I didn't see any indoor seating but there was some seating outside. Food was ready quickly and yes you can order in the app. I got the chick-fil-a pizza which literally tastes like a chicken sandwich with chick-fil-a sauce. Then I got onion rings with a few different sauces, the white bbq and garlic parm. The garlic parm sauce is SO GOOD. Then I got the sweet kick boneless wings and a lemon bar. Wasn't a super fan of the wing sauce but the chicken was still good. If you're in the DMV area it's definitely worth a stop.

Yelp
I was due to be in the area for an event and mapped out how far l Little Blue Menu was, and it was well worth the trip and wait! Here's why: The Buff-lo-Ranch Pizza was a delightful blend of Buffalo sauce, chicken, and cheese on a tasty crust with a hint of garlic. Although a tad salty, the flavors were spot on. Really enjoyed the Buffalo sauce The Smoked Chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, offering a refreshing change from typical fried options. Loved the variety of rubs and sauces! I would actually like to try them all . I could eat those wings everyday. The Signature Burger was juicy and fresh, complemented by a surprisingly delicious burger sauce. Only hiccup was that I was missing the white American cheese the menu listed. Cheese can elevate a sand-which, it was still good though. The Cinnamon Roll was hearty and would be heavenly fresh out of the oven. Overall, Little Blue Menu impressed with its flavorful offerings and welcoming atmosphere/ staff. Can't wait to explore more dishes next time! Join me for the next foodie adventure at @fabfoodieinthecity on IG

Yelp
This is a different Chick fil a. It has pizza, burgers & wings. We live 15 minutes away. We tried the Buffalo Chicken pizza, the chick fil a pizza, the cheese on cheese burger, 2 types of wings & regular fries. It purely takeout. The wait room was packed and the employees were in and out of the kitchen with orders being given out. A customer told me about a tv monitor to check your order. The wait was ridiculously long. Every order is a mobile order. There was no interaction with employees or announcements to give new customers any clue how things are run. The parking lot is super small. The buffulo chicken pizza was over seasoned, the chick fil a pizza was good but they really are not generous with the toppings. Everything else was fine. This is just off University of Maryland campus so it's going to always be really crowded. Maybe wait until June and try it over the summer when there's a small student body.
