The Detroit Shipping Company Food Hall Is On the Hunt for a New Vendor | Eater Detroit

"The forthcoming Little Caesars Global Resource Center is facing delays reportedly because its 14-foot-high, pizza slice-shaped windows are cracking; sources say air handling units above Chris Ilitch’s soon-to-be office are causing so much movement in the building that the windows are affected, and the company has offered no comment." - Brenna Houck

Hire management that actually knows what they are doing. Train them better. This dude seemed like it was his day as a manager, like someone just threw him in the pool not knowing how to swim saying u got this.. he did not have it. I've been a manager at cassanos pizza. Donatos as well as pizza hut. Give me 2 days in that store training those employees and the so called manager I guarantee that will the best store in dayton. We My husband n I came in for 2 hot n ready pepperoni pizzas n an order of crazy bread. They guy said 10 min. Didn't even put our order in the computer but the 3 people after us he did. Then put ours in. 45 min later. We were still waiting n the 3 people n 2 more got theirs n left. I have literally never been more disgusted with a place in my life. It took the man 20 min more to refund my money n never even gave us a receipt. I don't even wanna give this store 1 star. It doesn't deserve it.

Hope this finds the right person Terrible customer service! The worst I have ever had. Picked up pizza prepaid with the portal. Took everything out of the box. Got home and didn’t have my pizza bites. Called to inquire they said apparently I missed it out of the portal! I’m telling you there is no way I missed it. But I can’t prove that so moving on! I asked if they could credit the 4.99 to my account. Keep in mind I order from them at least twice a month! I’m a family of 6 so my orders are not small!! They refused to credit my account and said I would have to come and pick them up! Well you have lost a customer for life over 4.99$. Very very unfortunate! Further more the guy told me it happens all the time that people forget things in the portal!! Well if it happens all the time fix the problem! Put the order in a bag! Change the port look! I don’t really care but fix the problem don’t let it affect your customers. This was your manger she was rude and wouldn’t let me finish my side of the story was found and determined she was right and nothing her staff did was wrong! You should do better very unfortunate

We, like many, grew up loving little Caesars pizza for authentic Italian spicy style by especially the hot and ready concept where the flavors continue baking in. However we recently had a bad experience as: trusting little Caesars, we ordered 2 deep dish with bacon, combo green, banana peppers, then disappointed we couldnt get our mushrooms as canned so they never bake right but stay rubber and change the flavor of the pizza to wet and rubbery instead of toasted and earthy. Next problem was the deep dish was barely done so none of the onions and peppers ever toasted to release their flavors and to top off the bad experience, it was all cheese and couldn't find any sauce so it was thick and dry with basically raw onions and peppers. Not like dominos that came out sauced, toasted and with fresh toasted mushrooms. Little Caesars got to get up to speed on the more expensive build your own pizza, especially the very wrong slimy, canned mushrooms ruining fresh onion and bacon. On top of it all, little Caesars is charging $9.+ For 8, very (punny)wings! Which causes customers not order wings again, but make own while waiting for pizza.

Everyone has to be based somewhere and Little Caesars is based here in Detroit. This is the corporate headquarters of the Little Caesars Pizza company. There's no pizza to be purchased here, sorry! Little Caesars was founded in the Detroit suburb of Garden City in 1959 and moved to downtown in 1989, eventually settling here at the Global Resource Center in 2018. Well known for their iconic "Pizza! Pizza!" slogan, Little Caesars has been a quirky, enduring part of American advertising since its debut in 1979. Originally meant to promote their two-for-one pizza deal, the phrase was delivered by a cartoon Caesar character and quickly became synonymous with the brand's value-first identity. Oddly for a company known for pizza and based in Detroit, their pizza is generally not "Detroit-style." They do offer a "Detroit-Style Deep! Deep! Dish" pizza that is a nod to the city's iconic square, pan-baked style, featuring a thick crust with crispy edges and cheese that stretches to the sides of the pan. That said, the rest of the menu is more mass-market interpretation. I'm not a huge pizza consumer, but I do enjoy it now and then. When I'm not on a keto diet. I've had Little Caesars and it's good for "chain" pizza.

Wooster, Ohio little Caesars never have hot and ready pizza. Nor do they wear gloves or wash hands. A lady working there had dough all caked all over her the back of her jeans on the butt, of all places. It took 2 hours to prepare a doordash order. I filed a complaint with doordash and the employees. I just won't go there anymore. I would rather pay more at papa John's.

I used the app, which assigned my order to Doordash, unbeknownst to me! We didn't get our order, and when we called was told not their fault and hung up on! Do not use the app unless you are going to pick up your order. I had a $59 order that was given away. This was for my grandchildren. Their mother had surgery today. Shame on this situation. I was told by my son there should have been a picture of the address it was delivered to. Nope. And nothing clearly stated I would be getting my order through someone else! Do not order from the app unless YOU are picking your order up.

My son and I went to Little Caesars Waianae on Sat 10-25-2025 since there was a Farmers Market in the parking. As I entered a male employee ignorantly stated to "leave and get out," because they were not open. I requested for a manager and that same male employee later stated he was the manager, but refused to give his name. I stated the door was open and as a manager he could have been more polite about it. I also reminded the manager that if there are camera surveillance in the business, the "eye in the sky," is helpful for both sides of the story. It escalated, the police got involved and I would "NEVER," go back "EVER." I took this unfortunate situation, to the Little Caesar's Corporate level, to ensure they are aware of the type of employees that represent their business. I am now awaiting feedback from the Little Caesars Corporate Customer Service Manager level and will offer to provide a portrait and video of the rude Manager.

Please look into your Trenton, Mi. Location. Consistently we have been made to wait an additional 30-45 minute for our food. Then we get the food home and it’s thrown together messy, very little toppings, undercooked, overcooked, you name it. This place is horrible! You need to investigate what’s happening there. Do better!
