Hi my name is Debra Gipson, If you dont mind I would like to make a suggestion. If little Ceasers would brush the crust with garlic and butter, you guys would have the best pizza in the world. Give that a try. With the garlic and butter it would taste a hell of a lot better the next day with the leftovers, instead of tasting like a card board box. I am not putting it down at all, but a little inhancement will go a long way. I know with the garlic and butter you guys will knock it out the park against the competitors, trust me. You already have the muenster cheese which is a better cheese with the mozzarella. Thank You for listening to me. (Go get em little Ceasars)

Your locations need more employees to work the store's, every store i. The metro detrout area has a 20 min wait in drive thru. Fix something instead of raising prices. Jesus fix your stores. Hold you managers accountable

I placed an online order for a custom Detroit‑Style Deep Dish, showed up with my receipt, and the staff kept trying to hand me the $5 pizza deal. Even after I showed the order details, they insisted I ordered something I didn’t. Instead of correcting the mistake, they argued with me and kept asking “cash or card” like I was supposed to pay for the wrong item. The lack of listening, professionalism, and basic customer service was unbelievable. I ended up leaving without my order because they refused to give me what I actually purchased. Extremely disappointing experience. And I didn't want to give a 1 star.

Hire management that actually knows what they are doing. Train them better. This dude seemed like it was his day as a manager, like someone just threw him in the pool not knowing how to swim saying u got this.. he did not have it. I've been a manager at cassanos pizza. Donatos as well as pizza hut. Give me 2 days in that store training those employees and the so called manager I guarantee that will the best store in dayton. We My husband n I came in for 2 hot n ready pepperoni pizzas n an order of crazy bread. They guy said 10 min. Didn't even put our order in the computer but the 3 people after us he did. Then put ours in. 45 min later. We were still waiting n the 3 people n 2 more got theirs n left. I have literally never been more disgusted with a place in my life. It took the man 20 min more to refund my money n never even gave us a receipt. I don't even wanna give this store 1 star. It doesn't deserve it.

We, like many, grew up loving little Caesars pizza for authentic Italian spicy style by especially the hot and ready concept where the flavors continue baking in. However we recently had a bad experience as: trusting little Caesars, we ordered 2 deep dish with bacon, combo green, banana peppers, then disappointed we couldnt get our mushrooms as canned so they never bake right but stay rubber and change the flavor of the pizza to wet and rubbery instead of toasted and earthy. Next problem was the deep dish was barely done so none of the onions and peppers ever toasted to release their flavors and to top off the bad experience, it was all cheese and couldn't find any sauce so it was thick and dry with basically raw onions and peppers. Not like dominos that came out sauced, toasted and with fresh toasted mushrooms. Little Caesars got to get up to speed on the more expensive build your own pizza, especially the very wrong slimy, canned mushrooms ruining fresh onion and bacon. On top of it all, little Caesars is charging $9.+ For 8, very (punny)wings! Which causes customers not order wings again, but make own while waiting for pizza.

I was just delivered the worst pizza ever made from the Birch Run MI. Little Ceasers store. The carton completely soaked in grease and a solid layer of raw doe. When I called the store the manger Matthew blamed my bad pizza on the delivery person. This use to be a go-to for a quick dinner but never again. I would have given no stars but it is not an option.

Unfortunately I won't be ordering pizza from my local LC due to corporate policies. My last order half of it was not delivered. I contacted the "Help" function and was giving the run around for 2 HOURS. They said i MIGHT get back 15 percent of my NOT DELIVERED missing portion of my order. In 3-10 business days. Unacceptable. I paid for an entire order, was never offered a full refund on my missing item, delivery fee OR tip. Then I had to waste 2 hours on a Friday night. Please fix this, LC. This is not a way to run a business and you know it.

Wooster, Ohio little Caesars never have hot and ready pizza. Nor do they wear gloves or wash hands. A lady working there had dough all caked all over her the back of her jeans on the butt, of all places. It took 2 hours to prepare a doordash order. I filed a complaint with doordash and the employees. I just won't go there anymore. I would rather pay more at papa John's.
