Little Caesars Pizza

A complete waste of time ordering from the app. I had to wait 15 minutes after my pick up time only to receive a cold half cooked pizza and herb and cheese puffs. This location is usually packed so parking can be a hassle too. I ordered the pizza and sticks combo,it's not worth buying. The pizza sauce is nasty.

The cashier was extremely rude. He lied about how much change he owed me & when I asked him to give me the correct amount, he changed how much the total was and had an attitude & didn’t even ask my name for the order. They messed up my order and when I brought it back there was no apology. Definitely not going back to this location

This is what my pepperoni puffs look like!!!!!!! What is this mess. Very disappointed…….. waited 10 mins for this the previous ones looked worst than this.

Ordered online for a certain pick up time, I went in 10 minutes after my scheduled time (because the status online was still showing in the oven) and asked how much longer the kid at the counter went to check and I watched him grab my order just sitting out on the counter. Then I got the update that they were preparing my order.... Mind you boxes are in his hand. He then proceeds to tell me to meet him at the door at the side so we can hand them to me... As he opens the door I see about 10 employees standing around in the back. Eventually downgraded this was my second time ordering online and it being over a half hour late while employees stand around. Seems like nothing but young kids that work here and no structure or consequences. I get home eat my pizza and found long plastic pieces in my breadsticks. Very disappointed and I will never return. its beyond disgusting and not safe for my children to eat!

Went to the one on Vernor I had to wait 15 minutes for a hot and ready . After the wait they couldn't make change for my $50 dollar bill. I left empty handed.

They don’t give cups with the big 2 liter sodas. They said they don’t got any cups anywhere. Food is good but honestly the faded sign outside makes it looked closed or abandoned. Amazing prices though.

Had the pleasure of meeting 1 of the managers last night (Bianca) and she was phenomenal and kind and made sure everyone was doing their job to get the customers in and out...It has been a long time going there and I've gotten good customer service but last Bianca made me believe in that place again...thank you

My daughter ordered me a bacon and pineapple large pizza. It was the worst pizza I've ever gotten from Little Caesars! The cheese was like a powdered cheese. And the bacon was terrible! And the pineapple was like a fourth of a cup. Some slices only had one or two pineapples. 2 slices didn't have any. And the taste was awful, I'm so disappointed. Because I haven't ordered from Little Caesars in a long time! It was a waste of money!! I'll go back where I've been ordering my pizza! I didn't see any real cheese at all! 😵‍💫

Terrible environment the workers were all disrespectful. Food was not fresh. The bread was soggy . They had no hot and readys to severe and the line was out the door

Order crazy bread through doordash not knowing it was the little caesars on michigan off central waited 15-20 mins. i get the order open it and the bread hard as fuck no butter at all. Definitely won't be going back!!

My review could be worse but one employee made it worthwhile. I ordered pepperoni cheese bread and was told to wait 10 minutes. I decided to run an errand and returned 12minutes after. My order was never put in to be made. I was upset but remained calm. The employee apologized and gave me a free 2 liter pop of my choice. I waited another 10 minutes and also received a free bag of crazy bread. In all it was horrible but could have been worse. Truthfully this locations lacks cleanliness, customer service and personal hygiene regulations. I don't know if health inspectors check this location but it's gone to waste. There's bulletproof glass installed when ordering but you'll notice bullets on the outside of the windows around the store. It's truly not an ideal place to go for food.

I knew I shouldn't have ordered from here based on the reviews but it was the only place open. Ordered online, arrived five minutes after scheduled time. There were young teenagers working and were talking to each other, the line was not moving. They had no hot and ready waiting and they were telling walk ins and phone calls it would be 1 1/2 wait. I Waited ten minutes and asked about my order. Was told it would be right out....Waited 15 more minutes. When I opened the box...lol. I didn't know pizza was supposed to be shaped that way half of the cheese was bit melted, in desperation tried to take a bite and all the cheese and mushrooms fell off.

Terrible Worst 1 in Detroit. Ordered through the app order was still wrong. Order 2 cheese pizzas they both came with pepperoni. To make it worst the pizza at this location doesn't even taste like little ceasars it taste like the pizza they sell at the gas station. Plus pizza came in some random boxes that didn't even say little ceasars. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.

Pizza is good and bread but I got an expired freaking sauce like wtf do y'all leave them out or what! This crap is bubbling and has white specs inside so damn nasty check your stuff before you give it out!!!!!

Stopped past and had Pizza and bread! They were hot and ready very fast! The bread was so full of flavor! I have been to many locations but this one seems to be a step above. One of the workers (Maybe Manager) whose name is Bill was very nice and helpful with suggestions on amounts to feed my family! He even tallied the total in his head to give me an idea of my cost before I made a decision to purchase and got me with the upsale of additional items. I was glad for the suggestions. The store was older but looked clean and the wait was not long. Fast friendly service for a quick family meal. Grab and go!

Worst place ever they need new management place is ran down bread is always hard as a rock cold food you don't get hot and ready you get cold And nasty not to mention there attitudes never go to Michigan ave and central Southwest Detroit Michigan I'll never go back

Awful. I admit to getting there about 15 minutes before close, but the nasty ass attitude was WAY overdone. After a lot of damns! and heavy sighs and shouting about "why do these people come up in here like this when they see I'm trying to leave!" and I politely told the woman to forget it. I was looking at the dirty floor and haphazard everything else and realized that eating a pizza there would be like playing roulette. Shut this rathole down!

Funny cause we have the worst little ceasers in the world in Rhode Island as well. smudge on all the windows including the soda case. sauce cup holders at counter empty and slots dirty. pizza makes you nauseous after and the management and employees could care less. No return calls from franchisee when i called corporate 2 times. They need to close After waiting 5 mins for someone to come out of the back room a young person with a hooded sweatshirt came out and came to the register and just steared at me til I spoke . After I gave him the money he throws the change on the counter instead of handing it to me. The floor needed sweeping and as I looked around i realized how dirty it was. The pizza looked like it had been punched in the middle when i opened it at home. Tasted funny , made me feel sick for 2 hours after. Corporate sent message twice to the owner who did not phone me. all set with little Ceasers. With this formula, they should be around long.

Definately the worst little ceaser ever. It really needs to be closed, and something else put in it's place. Terrible customer service, slow to get orders out, extremely bad attitudes. Not worth the $5 it asks for a hot-n-ready pizza. Can someone please close it down, and open something else in that spot.

Absolutely horrendous service. Disrespectful and used racially charged nicknames for customers. Defiant regarding speaking to the manager (who appeared under the influence). No name tags and refused to say their names. Several in dirty street clothes and flip flops. No masks or gloves by employees who handled food and money. Literally gave my in store pick up order to a Grubhub driver who "had the same confirmation email" that I did. No apologies or attempts to make it right. The worst service ever and a disgusting representation of Little Caesars. Official complaints with corporate, BBB, City Health Inspector have been filed and will be contacting the franchise owner. This location needs to be shutdown immediately. It's a clear threat to customers health and is blatantly disregarding state mandated coronavirus precautions.

No, no, no and no. Do NOT go here. I ordered a cheese pizza and it was very mediocre, not cooked properly. To top it off, the following morning I had a bad stomach ache! I will NEVER go here again. The signs inside the store had incorrect spelling, and there was dust and dirt everywhere. There was dust on top of the soda fridge and pizza pickup machine. There were no sauce cups in the dispenser. The floor was DIRTY. Dead bugs and dirt all over the floor! I did not want to touch anything, not even the door handle! No one was wearing gloves or masks! NEVER AGAIN. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Only one young man wearing mask, manager had attitude no mask or gloves etc.. will not return to this location

The worst place ever called ordered my food my daughter goes and picks it up and gives her the wrong food I call and the lady was rude and unhelpful she said I could wait to speak the manager the next day I asked her the managers name she said I can't give u that so I asked for her name she said I can't give u that how am I supposed to tell the manager what u just said if I don't know who the hell I'm speaking to umm no honey 20 yrs working with the public I think not hopefully she keeps her job cause that place is the worst I won't be going back at all just straight hood and to respect or manners for anyone

This place sucks always packed, pizzas always under cooked to many kids working there with no supervision.

The worst little ceasars in the WORLD. I ordered over the phone a large pizza with ground beef, bacon and pineapples, with butter parmesan all over. I was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I drove over the in about 15 mins. The cashier said about 8 more mins. 8 minutes turned into almost 20mins. My pizza was never made the only reason I stayed was because thats what I had a taste for. So I waited so I asked the cashier if I could have a free pop for the inconvenience she said I had to pay thats when I got really upset. So she asked a co worker and they both agreed on a free 20oz pop. Finally got my pizza and headed home. Oh the hassle finally over its time to eat. All hell naw!!! No butter parmesan on my pizza so I went right back up there. Two of the employees were laughing n playing it took 4 mins to get butter parmesan on my pizza with only two other customers that had already ordered. So I said to myself ok I'm wasting my time and gas and Ya'll playing. I'm taking a 2 liter this time and I'm not asking for it. Every person Hispanic,Black,white,Arab, that has been to this location know how slow they are and the service sucks. If u can it help don't go here...
