Little Caesars Pizza

I love little caesar’s food but they just keep getting worse and worse at making food and there’s never any compensation for their mistakes, my pretzel pizza wasn’t even cut at all, my other pizza was cut very poorly, they didn’t even fill my marinara cup halfway, and there’s little to no cheese at ALL on the italian cheese bread, i’m extremely disappointed and upset i wasted $50 on food made this poorly i cant even express it fully, and this isn’t the first time either this is consistently how poorly they make the food and the store is so out of my way and far out i never go back to say something. i am fuming and i don’t think ill ever be getting little caesar’s again considering how normal it’s becoming for the quality to be this poor.

I made the mistake of giving them another chance. Last time the pizza was burnt. This time the stuffed pretzel crust just cheese pizza I ordered was completely void of cheese and or sauce on the center 2/3rds of the pizza. What employee thought this was acceptable? I wouldn't leave without checking your pizza if you order from them.

Ordered 2 hours ahead of time. I get there and the cashier was yelling at a customer. At least 10 people waiting in line behind him. The customer said he wanted a hot & ready pizza. The guy that worked there said we don't do that no more. That's the slogan hot & ready, what is this guy even talking about they should have pizza ready to go for customes. I talk to the other lady that worked there and asked if my order was ready, she said that they were still making the puffs for the order. I had to wait 40 more mins for these puffs. So we take our food and go home. The pizzas are cold and burnt, not just a little like black on the bottoms. Pizzas are hard as a rock. This place sucks, the staff is rude to people. This is the last time I spend my money at this place.

I ordered at 545 pm the order was to be ready by 6 mp maybe little after 6pm I was not able to pick up my order until a few minutes before 8 pm they forgot to put my order in and they are always 2 or more hrs behind at this location. And what is real messed up is that they let you place a order before telling you that you have a 45 min wait that turns into a 2 hr wait. Worst place ever to order any good and then to top it off they are very disrespectful to their customers that are asking for their food or a simple time frame. Worst place ever they need to bring new management or close their doors. It's a shame what they call fast food at this location nothing fast about it and that's supposed to be little Caesars thing good pizza HOT AND READY. BUT ITS NOT... and its a everyday thing every day

Drive thru is closed and pizza ordered isn't even half the quality looks nothing like what's advertised and half the toppings in description. Orders right but quality isnt.

Pizza is made perfect to our specifications as we had great experience with ordering in store and online. We came in and the wait was long only because it was a Friday but are not complaining as the price was great as well as the food. Loved the food and the customer service has been good both times. Highly recommend Little Caesars for you pizza and wings. So good!.

The employees were so amazing the guy seen i had kids and asked me if I wanted him to cut my pizza into smaller peices then normal. The girl with brown hair and tattoos was such a sweet heart to my kids and offered them some cookies with my permission. Who ever is working on December 17th 2025 u guys are rocking it! Thank you!!

I live an hour+ away. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni puffs thingys. They were over baked. There was an actual crispy overdone spot right in the middle of the pizza. It appeared that there wasn't much for leadership because there were 5 people present and many of them were holding up counters! The front windows were filthy! I'd have had one or more of those washing windows and doing a deep general cleaning. The drive-thru was closed and the place looked deserted. Maybe some window signage?
