Little Caesars Pizza

Location is mostly reliable, but very frustrated by the lack of options compared to the location on 380. I end up driving 5 miles to the 380 location vs this one because they have plenty more options and their pricing is WAY better (literally 30%-40% cheaper: $1 for crazy sauce vs. $1.59 here... or $9.99 for stuffed crust vs $14.99 here... or $4.49 for Italian cheese bread vs $6.49 here). I don't understand the business principle of limiting so many food options or the 30-40% premium in price (because for me, it drives me elsewhere). Oh,

This is an honest review. As soon as I walked in, the cashier was speaking rudely of another customer. The customer was not in the area to hear her. There is a drive through which is great if you order a head, and or want to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you. Inside, I ordered and paid for a classic cheese pizza, the cashier recommended to go through the drive through. I waited in the drive through close to 25 minutes, which is fine, but I handed her the receipt again so she can hand me the classic cheese pizza and when I got home I saw pepperoni. Please be sure to check you're prior to leaving.

I ordered a pizza and on 03 27 for delivery. Little Ceasars gave me the wrong order. I requested for it to be remade, but they said that they couldn't. I have contacted the door dash several times. It is a month later, and still dont have a refund. I went to the store. The manager Sam was rude and uncooperative. I will not be returning to Little Ceasars.

I ordered a cheese sauce pepperoni pretzel pizza, which I've ordered from here before without issue, however, this time, the pizza looked terrible and i even told the manager that. It looked like a pizza they were getting ready to throw away. I work in a bakery, and if ANY of my breads looked like the dough they used for this pizza, I would throw it away immediately. I called the store to see if they could remake it or give me a refund for it, the employee laughed on the phone and the manager was extremely rude, telling me that he made the pizza and it was fine and that I didn't know what I was talking about. It took my boyfriend having to talk to the guy for them to remake my pizza, but I'm way nicer than my boyfriend.

Went to try the new bacon pizza bites. The guy tried to charge me $18 and some change for 4 of the pizza bites advertised for $3.99 for 4 online. They're also only advertised for $9.99 for TWELVE. I clarified multiple times what I was asking for and he told me it's because I added 2 ranch and that they are $4 EACH. Is he pocketing the extra money? I don't understand how they can get it SO wrong. I drove away cause there's no way I'm paying that much for tiny pizza bites. Super disappointing.

Don’t go here they deserve zero stars my pizza was cold the manager went back and fourth with me as if they did something right. Pizza was dry and cold….Their argument is that they’re privately owned. They literally did NOT WANT to compensate me for their mess up. Go to a reputable company that can fix the issue and cater to customers…

The brand is HOT & READY. I have gone to this location maybe five times and each time there’s is a wait for a the basic pizza.

Update 12-16-19 went at 9pm bought 2 pizza and one of the pizza had mold on them. When I called up there the Rudy lady answer the phone and said pizza was hot and fresh i said no pizza was cold i live not even 5 mins away and the pizza was not hot or fresh had mold. Wow really they where no help on the phone. STAY AWAY from here. Never ever ever will i be going back! Worst little caesar's ever. They absolutely never have anything hot and ready. Gone throughout the week multiple times and at different times and they never have anything ready. The woman working window always say 15 to 20 minute wait, when actually that turns into 30 to 45 minute wait. Longest I had to wait was 54 mins for 2 pizza and some crazy bread. This place is ridiculous, stay away from here. Update

After several bad experiences with other Little Caesars locations in other states, my family had given up on our go to pizza chain. We moved to Frisco in March and have not had it here yet. I have been wanting a hot and ready and crazy bread for at least a week now. So I decided today was the day. BEST hot and ready I've had since pre covid! Thank you so much Little Elm team for making my day. I'm a Detroit girl and LC is a little piece of home for me when it's done right. The crust on my pizza was fluffy and soft, the presentation was neat, and the cheese was just a little brown in places. It was perfect! I will definitely be back.

Let' me get this straight- we pull up to the drive thru place an order, worker tells us nothing is ready but we pay for it. You tell the customer to park and someone to bring you your order But when it's ready you DONT remember NOR do you know the car they drove! At least get their name, make and model We pull up to the drive thru to avoid going inside- THE PIZZAS ARE NEVERRRRR READY, please do better!

Only came for the call of duty XP and was afraid to after making jokes on my stream about them saying the recipes machine is broken( so they could steal my code) That literally is what happened today!!! They will lie to you about your receipt so they can keep the code themselves!!! ABSOLUTELY UPSURD!!! The only reason for coming!!! Never coming back!!

I've loved Little Caesars for the last 25 years! Turns out they aren't quite the same. Hot and Readys are no longer $5.55, they've gone up to $8.00. The guy working said that happened around COVID... well here we are and people are back in the world again so can't we adjust the prices back down? My biggest problem is that they wouldn't answer the phone when I was calling to place the order. In the past I've had to wait for a good 20 minutes for my hot and ready to be ready, so I wanted to make sure they had them ready mad advertised. But instead I had to order at the window and wait again. When I asked why they didn't answer the phone, he said they only answer if someone is available and it's been busy. At 4:00 pm. When the parking lot was empty. Anyhoo! We will just go to Cici's and have their buffet for much cheaper next time.

I went through the drive thru asked for a hot and ready, the box did not feel hot at all. As soon as I got home i opened the box the pizza was not hot it wasnt even look warm. But i notice or what appears to be a bunch of minors running the place so Im not surprised. U should never let kids run a restaurant without any adult Supervision and when i say an adult, i mean 40 and older.

Just stopped in for 3 orders of bread sticks. They were hard and burnt so I went back in and asked for a fresh batch. What I assume is the manager, was rude and arguing with me. He said some were burnt but he threw those away. And didn't want to make a fresh batch. He finally walked away shaking his head and saying something under his breath. Heaven forbid I want fresh food. I've came here several times but the way this was handled was very off putting, and will think twice before coming here again.

Ridiculous customer service and it seemed it was from the manager or the owner. His employees gave me the wrong pizza and he made it seem like it was my fault because I wanted what I PAID for! He was short with me by saying, here and yep! After the yep, I was about to let him have it! I told him, it's not my fault, rget you some competent employees or work it yourself! Ridiculous! Never again, the pizza dry anyways, if I wanted cheese toast, I would've made it at home! My dollars matter, not your dry pizza! Marco has just opened near me, so bye!

This little Caesar's location doesn't close until 10. I called to ask when was the latest we could place an order because we were waiting for people to get off work so I was trying to coordinate when to place an order to have it about the time our friends would get off work. They told me I could place an order at 9 but after 9 they don't accept orders after 9. And although I though it was silly they don't accept orders after 9 considering it's a fast food place and I worked it a full pizza/Italian restaurant in Allen that would only cut off orders 30 minutes before close, I said that's fine and then I tried to call back at 8:58, which is JUST OVER AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE, and they won't answer their phone? I call a couple of times and they answer and tell me they won't accept any orders at 9:01. I told them y'all told me I could place an order at 9 and I was calling just before AND at 9 o'clock but they refused to answer their phone until it was 9:01 so they could say they won't take any more orders. Just utter ridiculous bulls**t. I'm not trying to place an order 5 minutes before they close like people did to me at other places I've worked. I tried to place an order an hour before and I even called BEFORE their cutoff mark but apparently, they just let their calls go to voicemail until the cutoff because "hey give us paychecks but heaven forbid we serve customers within an hour and a half of close". No place I've ever worked in the industry operated with such garbage customer service my managers would have read us the riot act for this type of garbage. UPDATE. Called back and asked to speak to a manager about my experience, dude said "he's busy" I asked really? Y'all stopped accepting orders 20 minutes ago so please get the manager. Dude then relies "he's washing dishes". So they don't have any new orders to do, they have employees there, and yet the manager is doing what every restaurant I've ever worked at, was anyone BUT the manager's duty? Doesn't add up. They either got employees sitting around doing nothing while the manager is doing the side work or the manager is the reason they have such sorry customer service. Missing the Allen location right now for sure, never had a complaint about the Allen location.

This place is trash. They canceled my delivery order and didn't even tell me. When I called they refused to put a manager on the phone and turned their phone off the rest of the night. I tried calling back and they still do not pick up their phone! Have some decency and pick up the phone and resolve the issue like a real business.

Joshua is amazing. He is a huge reason why this place is successful. My food was perfect! Even when they are busy, they keep up! This will now be my pizza fix local!

Omg. I am so P'd. I just sat in the drive thru line for 25 mins, and when I finally got to the window, they told me they are out of everything.... EVERYTHING??? Really?? On a Friday night at 7:15??? What crap. They need to warn people sitting in that stupid line. Waste of time.

Wanted to give this location a second chance, but was disappointed and received a refund. I placed my order online and went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived they were pulling 2 of the 3 pizzas out of the oven. They left them sitting in the open and not heated. The third pizza was wrong and they offered to remake it. This took an additional 15 minutes while the original 2 pizzas were sitting out in the open and not put in a heater. By the time the third pizza came out they had no crazy bread. They offered to make some while the 3 pizzas are getting cold out in the open on their cutting table. I was the third person there to get a refund. Sad business.

Joshuas customer service is spot on! Great asset to the team! The pizza was the norm for little caesars, but Joshua made our whole night.

I'm a Little Caesars fan, but this location is not great. Pizzas were dry and seemed they'd been sitting a while. The ones in IL and VA always had plenty of sauce and cheese and were delicious, but guess our LC days are over here in TX.

While the workers in the drive-through are very polite and the food is always hot... But it's never ready! I just waited 10 minutes in line only to be told that I needed to pull up and wait another 10 to 15 minutes. Ain't nobody got time for all that!

Good pizza, great price , friendly service that answers their phone to take order when i callednot everyone goes on a app or online to make an order ... i was driving so i called number and ordered , 1, 2,3 easy .. also they have drive up window to pick up , very convenient too

Pizza was not cooked all the way. Manager said oh well. You took it. I won't take it back. Worst visit I ever had. They got one star because you can't give a neg 5 David. they need new management.

Prompt and courteous service. There isn't a lot of space on the inside for people to wait for their orders, so the employees will bring everything to you curbside. This is a nice touch that is given with a smile. Food is consistently fresh and made to order. We never find overcomes or under heated menu items. Tasty crazy bread is my favorite! Deep dish pizza is always a delicious choice.

During this visit, I ordered a specialty pizza and the person who took my order told me it would be an 8-10 min wait. Which i accepted. I waited and he gave me the pizza fresh! Usually when I come here the regular cheese or pepperoni pizzas are fast and I've never had a problem with the staff. PLUS the pizza was well worth the wait!

If you come through the drive thru for a hot and ready and they don't have them ready do not fall for their trap of having you pull up and park to wait! Absolutely ridiculous! We were told a ten minute wait, after we came through two other cars parked along side us to also wait. 30 minuets later and still no order, both cars that came after us were given their orders. Still waiting! 45 minuets later and we finally got our hot and ready (1) cheese and (1) pepperoni pizzas!!!! If you are going to have people wait in the parking lot make sure you know who's order goes to which car! And first to order first in the oven! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME! This place is obviously not prepared to serve what they are known for and advertise. Pizzas that are hot and ready.....

Visited this location on Tuesday 7/10/18 at 6:53 pm. We asked for 1 cheese, and 1 Pepperoni... Half way home i wondered why the pizza didnt feel very hot in my lap. Opened the box to find out the pizza was not even cut and was ice cold. I thought CiCis pizza was the worst in the industry, now im starting to think otherwise.

Don't know why I paid extra for stuffed crust just to drive home and realize they got my order wrong. Probably won't be coming here again. Looks like the company doesn't really care either.

The pizza is always tough to chew. Today I purchased a cheese pizza to discover it is burnt & hard. Why do I continue to return to this location?! Convenience.

Detroit style pizza... is it the best out there? No... but man, does little caesars hit the spot when you are craving for some comfort pizza. The dough when cooked properly gives way to a fluffy crust- which is also part of their breadsticks and NOBODY has better bread sticks then Caesar's. The pizza sauce obviously has sugar added to it which again makes it so cravable-- you gotta have the pan pan-- Detroit style deep dish that is gooey and has a nice crunch to it because of the oil they slather in the deep dish pan. If there's one thing I wish they had it's delivery-- because if they delivered they could become a serious force in the pizza wars. Caesar's does innovate you have to give them that-- they've evolved hot and ready to the next level. You can order via the app to something called the Pizza Portal which all you have to do is scan the code and pull your pizzas out when you pick up, really neat use of technology. Hopefully we will see a stores open on the 380 corridor soon.

I started going to Little Caesars about a year ago and loved how easy it was to order and pick up. The last 3 or 4 times that I have gone there, I was told it would be ready at a certain time. Every time, it wasn't ready till about 20-30 after the estimated pickup time. In return for the inconvenience, they offered me nothing. I am going back to Dominoes. I will miss the cheaper prices and the stuffed crazy bread, but I am highly disappointed with the lack of service and communication from this company.

Store is clean and drive thru is convenient but never have anything ready. If you stop here always call or order online before or will just be waiting. I have yet to be at this store where they have crazy bread or pepperoni pizza hot and fresh either cold and stale or waiting.

Refused to sell me pizza's. Last night, I wanted 2 pizzas from here. Schedule states open until 10:00 pm. The man that answered the phone stated, "we are closing in 10 minutes". This was at 9:18 p.m. He said he was letting everyone go home early to celebrate the new year. I will never attempt to be a customer at this location. They do not wish to sell pizza's.

The "manager" at this location is terrible!! I placed an order through the website for delivery and the wrong order was delivered. I called and spoke to someone and they said the person whose order I received was there and they apologized. He said he couldn't deliver it but would leave a note for a credit for my order but I'd have to pick it up. No problem mistakes happen. I called while I was out Saturday to order the replacement pizzas. This ridiculous manager gets on the phone and says I already got the pizzas two days ago. I explained what happened and he said you already got them and hung up! I tried calling back and they wouldn't answer. Rude, unprofessional and cowardly. Own up to your mistakes!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Manager Mark was rude, wouldn't take my order over the phone that I've placed several times before. He claimed he had never heard my order, so it sounds like he claims to knows every single order that this restaurant has taken, ever. He called me "ma'am" twice on the phone, once after I corrected him and told him I was a man. I told him that I believed he was being rude to be rude. He wanted me to come out to the restaurant,pay for the order, then wait for it to be made. When I explained that I have a terminal illness (acute lymphoblastic leukemia with a t-9 cell variance and Li Fraumeni syndrome) I heard him say "I don't care". When I asked him why he said it, he berated me and asked me "how do you know *I* don't have a terminal illness?" I asked for the owners number, he said they don't give it out, I asked for the corporate office number and he started talking down to me, when I interrupted him to ask for the nu,her again, he was short with me and told me to get it offline. I have never been more insulted and spoken down to in my life. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE, I can't say that enough.

This location cause for divorce? Can never get order correct, poor customer service and the pizza usually tastes like the cardboard box that it comes in. Why do I continue to patronize this establishment you ask? Because my wife insists on ordering from them and then subjects me to the agony of having the privilege of picking it up knowing that there will definitely be a problem of some sort. I just picked up a pizza ( which was not ready ) and was told that they had made a mistake and put pepperoni on the whole pizza instead of just 1/2. OK we can take the pepperoni off. Got home and discovered that they had put all of the ingredients over the whole pizza instead of half and half and the dough was still gooey and under cooked. Typical! After I got back home from picking up a replacement pizza, I told my wife that I refuse to ever go to this place again and if she insists on ordering from them, she could go and pick it up herself!! Not a good situation. Obviously the owner of this franchise could care less after reading all of the bad reviews.

Me and my wife went through the drive-thru and ordered a pepperoni and supreme pizza. After we paid, they asked us to pull forward to the parking spot and they would bring it out to us. We waited and waited. After about 30 minutes of sitting in our car, I grabbed the receipt and went inside. I showed the employee working the register the receipt, and asked if our order was ready. He then walked to the back to see how much longer. While I was waiting I could see and hear the employees goofing off in the back. The front register employee returned and said it would be another 8-10 minutes. I was very disgruntled at this point and asked for my money back. We were very displeased. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

I order the pepperoni stuffed crust deep dish pizza and when I go to pay for it I point to the picture and the cashier doesn't tell me that, that isn't the pizza I order. I have her throw my receipt away assuming I got the right pizza. I get home and dive right in taking the first bite out of the crust and low and behold it's not stuffed crust. I call the store back up and Sterling (who took my order) says, "uh...have you eaten it yet?". I say yes, I took a bite out of it. He says, "do you have the receipt?". I explained that I asked the cashier to throw it away. He gen tells me, "next time we get the order wrong, don't eat it and keep the receipt but there's nothing they can do for me." Not acceptable.

This location's phone is never working properly. Yet it is open and ready for business?!? The drive through has always been efficient and staff is friendly, but not being able to order is silly and inconvenient. Especially with a large order.

Love this location! The staff is always friendly and it's so close to my house, whenever we don't feel like cooking our first choice is to drive over and get a $5 hot and ready pizza!

My favorite pizza spot! Thus little caesars has it all!! From fresh pizzas to wings. I am obsessed with this spot. The owners are the nicest people ever. 10/10! Would most definitely recommend

"Hot and Ready" my arse. Nothing ever hot and ready here. If you're looking to kill 15 or 20 minutes waiting for a mediocre pizza, this is definitely your place. Otherwise, stop at a grocery store, buy a pie, go home and pop it in the oven... you'll eat just as quickly. Maybe sooner. SMDH

Can I do less than 1 star? What is the name of your pizza? "HOT N READY". What the f does that mean? Means there should be pizzas hot and ready to go! Not a 15-20 minute wait! Must have crap management

This is a very unsanitary place, with poor customer service would not recommend going here the lady literally climbed through drive through window and kicked my mirror. She was rude to my child and had vulgar language if I could rate it 0 stars I would terrible experience.

I called earlier and placed my order and showed up at 9:58 to pick it up and your employees pretended to ignore more me at the window I have never seen more poor service than that and trust me I work up the road and I will let my employees know and my customers about the way you turn away Business and profit I am very disappointed but it's ok Pizza Hut and domino's are up tell 11 and your owner should be very ashamed to allow this behavior at his business

A hot pizza for $5 is great for nights when I'm in a pinch and the pizza has always been pretty fresh for us.

My family found this place convenient because of the location, however when we ordeeed the pizza we had to wait 10 minutes (even though they were "hot and ready") then when we received the pizza there appeared to be a bug in it. I don't even want to give this place 1 star
