Little Caesars Pizza

Maybe I'm biased, maybe I'm not. I like Lil Ceasars for the value and the taste is not bad neither. I got a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza for $9.99!!! This is a great deal and the pizza made my day and filled me up. I almost payed $9 for 2 slices of pizza at another place. What's not to like. Learn the app, save money.

I just really want to thank the young gentleman with the glasses and blue shirt who worked in the evening 01/09/2025. Thank you so much! No really. The way you treated us. How you helped resolve our problem. 🙏🏽🙇🏽‍♀️ My kids had what they called the best pizza. Cooked to perfection and you didn't make me feel bad. I'm a very, very anxious person and scared that when a mistake happens you're made to feel bad but not with this gentleman. He took care of us and explained that it was ok and we could get a fresh pizza. You had the best customer service. **I found a review of someone talking shit about this gentleman. Which is where I got this picture from (the review). As someone who works in customer service you can go cook a meal in your house. Don't take it out on the guy for doing his job. Mealtimes are stressful, work is stressful, talking to people is draining, and 100% of the time customers are the A-holes! The term "the customer is always right in the matter of taste" not "the customer is always right. Get it right people. Just wanted to add that. Thanks 👍🏽

I get it's little Caesars and I get the employees work their because they need a job and that's who called them back and not cuz they really want to work their but none the less it's a job and they should act professional... Whent In for a pizza, restaurant was empty the cashier who " helped " me (his name was Roberto S that's the name on receipt ) tells me it would be about a 15 min wait for the hot and ready pepperoni pizza , I assumed they ran out and were making a fresh batch so I was like it's ok I'll wait .. asked for my receipt stood in front of him next to a lady also waiting for her pizza About 2 min after I placed my order I see more customers coming in, ordering pepperoni pizza paying for it and receiving one right after. I saw this happen for about 5 min or so a total of about 6 customers came to the store ordered a pepperoni pizza and got handed one after paying I know they weren't mobil orders since I literally herd some of them ask the cashier do you have any pepperoni pizzas and were handed one after paying yet my name wasn't called out letting me know if my order was ready. So after about waiting for 10 min I walk up and ask is my order ready and Roberto S. walks up to the warmer and hands me a pizza .. I was literally in front of him the entire time not ones was i let know my order was ready so what I'm guessing happened was the fresh batch was ready soon after I ordered and instead of forfilling the orders of waiting customers first they started to sell the fresh batch to customers walking in and making new orders . To me I find that extremely unprofessional, I get it you don't like your job and don't want to be their yet it's a job none the less and your the face of that restaurant so nice to see how little Caesars hires people that make people wait for their order because their to lazy to call out a name to let someone know their order is ready and just wait till the customer asks about it for them to receive it ... I literally missed my bus waiting for that order when it was just sitting their cuz dude didn't feel like calling out my name and made me wait for about 10 min. And I even tipped the dam dude, definitely won't be doing that no more if I ever go again. Sad thing is Ive worked in the restaurant field for over 6 years and I know exactly how much tips help but not ones have I ever made a customer wait if their food just cuz I want to be and anti social shut in that doesn't like talking to customers and would rather much be at home playing fortnite or Roblox... But need a job for them v bucks.

The delivery guy took a very long time to deliver the pizza, causing it to be horribly cold and hard. I asked for delivery to my door, no contact, but he still stood there and rang my doorbell (why? If I don't want contact). The delivery man handed me the pizza with the words "oh my god" and then insulted me in Mexican. For what? For the fact that I ordered a pizza ? Is this the kind of service you provide ? I found the courier info I needed and the video of my video doorbell call. I'm prepared to deal with this in the legal field.

We doordash pizza from here 2 or 3 times a week. Always fast and awesome pizza. Love it. You can't beat their prices and the flavors are so delicious and we always have them add the garlic and parmasean flavered topping on it for a big flavor boost.

The employees are great, super kind, and helpful. The wait time is always long, unfortunately. Unless you order a regular peperoni pizza, then they have a box ready other than that it's a wait for other orders.

HUMAN FINGERNAIL IN PIZZAS I’ve been coming to this little ceaser’s for years but no longer. I ordered three pizzas one stuffed crust, one classic, and one supreme. Stuffed crust and classic were fine. But after reheating a supreme slice within the following days I bit into a HUMAN FINGERNAIL embedded into the dough. I called to file a complaint or get a refund was denied and told the only compensation I’d be able to receive was another pizza of the same kind. I went ahead and called Health inspectors, the FDA , and to corporate that they retrain all employees or just shut down. This is food we give to our kids as a treat from time to time and to have the fear of finding human finger nails or even worse is disgusting. Never buy from here if you want clean and safe food to eat.

I came a hour before closing and was told they couldn't make any crazy puffs which is why I came I then wanted chicken double cooked to be told no can't do it. So I walked away with nothing thanks for nothing. Customer service here is awful.
