Little Caesars Pizza

My first time at this location and the experience was good for me. Ordered at the location, waited about 12 minutes as told and it was hot and ready for me. It tasted good. The guy who took my order was very pleasant too. Would be nice to maybe have a chair inside for someone who may prefer to wait in the location for their order to be ready.

Terrible experience! I paid extra for butter parm all over my pizza the man working argued me dow saying they don’t do that on the pizzas! I worked at a little Caesar’s also being a Detroit native I know they put it on the pizzas for an extra charge no problem! He put a sprinkle of parm on my pizza and gave it back to me and I sent it back to him where he wanted to argue me Down even more about add butter parm all over the pizza . As if the butter parm comes out of his pay check I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT This LOCATION 0/5

Amazing fast service fresh and hot pizza! My go too this location the best hands down! And I’m from out of state having been here for years so even if your a local this is definitely the spot I would definitely recommend it

This location has never disappointed me. My first time having the stuffed crust pizza, and it was delicious.

I get a lunch combo deep dish pizza from here at least once a week and most of time its flat and looks nothing like its suppose to look on the menu. Please fix this

This location is definitely not the best. Ordered ahead online and went through drive thru. Was greeted with a “yooooo” and when we gave them our name, the response was “bet.” Pizza was ordered with light sauce and had extra sauce on it. Pizza itself was still doughy and not cooked all the way and had way too much cheese. Crazy bread was cooked and cut oddly so some pieces were over cooked and some were under cooked. Probably won’t be back here.

Didn’t know flies came with the pizza. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. This is a health code violation. Eating here is a risk to your health. The health department will be notified as well.

Good pizza made fresh & hot... Order made very confusing & pricey just to add Jalapenos to a thin crust pepperoni, ($9+.. almost $10)!! *** EVERYONE LOOK UP & TRY LABRASCA'S 5 MINUTE PIZZA, THE BEST! *** Here is a picture of REAL PIZZA, Supreme with Extra Cheese for $20... Almost 2 Inches Thick -- Puts Little Ceasar, Dominos, Papa John's TO SHAME. Once you try it you will realize what a RIP OFF these "Pizza Chains" ARE!

I am not a fan of Little Caesars but my son loves it. This place was busy but the staff was very friendly. They were backed up but kept me in the know, and when my son was thirsty, they offered him a water due to the length of time we were there. Very good service and I appreciate the friendliness.

Very very disappointed to see the pizzas were being made without any gloves. I think what made it worse was that she was also wiping her hands on her pants, operating the register and messing with her headphone buds in her ears. There were a lot of unsanitary practices going on.

I think for thr price it's fantastic! I love that I can drive thru. The pizza is always fresh and great!

Sooo disgusted.... Was eating my pizza and felt something hard while I was chewing. I spit my food out and found a press on finger nail in my pizza... I can scream right now. Why are employees not wearing gloves while dealing with food. If they wore gloves a finger nail would've not been baked in my pizza.

This must be the worst location I've ever experienced. The last 4 times I've tried to pick up a pepperoni "hot and ready" they have told me it's a 20 minute wait. Which is basically false advertising. Then on two other separate occasions after learning my lesson, I placed an order ahead of time because they were for parties. Only I had to wait yet again! What's the point of calling an order in days ahead and paying, and specifying pick up time if you're not gonna even start making the pizza until after I show up? I know it's cheap, and kids love it, but this place is not managed well whatsoever.

Why doesn't this location make their employees use gloves when making food. I literally watch them clean and then proceeded to make pizza without washing their hands.

There's a lot of bad reviews for this place which can be believable. But I've been here once for garlic cheese and I loved it simply because I don't mind the extra butter and garlic which a lot of ppl complained about bc it messed up there pizza but I've received good business so far.

The only reason anyone would ever leave 5 stars is because it's $5.00 and the staff must know them somewhat. Yes--a great buy if you really don't feel like making dinner, but you never know what you are going to get. I come here a lot and always regret getting the pizza. Only 1 time out of a 20 have we ever got any type of decent pizza. They need to remember that Pizza Hut, Dominos and store brought pizza(Totinos) are close by and also have a similar $5 or less pizza experience. You should never have to wait for a so called hot and ready pizza and if you have to wait, you should be given something for your time(Free pizza sauce, 1/2 order of bread sticks, or coupon for $2.00 off next purchase). Also remember to check your pizza. Don't be afraid to refuse the pizza based on looks. Your pizza should always look like the commercials or better--not just some thrown together stuff. Several times they have given us pizza that looks like it was cooked 10 hours ago. Yeah it may not have really been in there for 10 hours but I don't see times on the pizza, do you? I'm always confused every time I come here about marinara sauce. Sometimes they give it to you with the bread sticks and sometimes they make you pay for it. They need to have a proper system in place because 50 cents isn't a lot but I don't want to be charged for something if I'm not supposed to. Also you need to add more seasoning on the bread sticks. They are really kind of bland if you don't. ***Pictures will be uploaded later.

I canceled an order on May 3rd. The person in the store said they would get it canceled and I would get a refund to the card I paid with through the app. Several days went by and I had no refund so I tried to call the store. I have called many times and no one ever answers. I've called customer service three times and they keep saying they will get it handled but nothing has ever happened. I even left a message for a customer service supervisor and they never called me back either. I used to like Little Caesars. It was always our go-to. It has just become the absolute worst! The people aren't friendly, the customer service is poor, the quality is average but this latest experience has just completely turned me against Little Caesars. I will never go back! It's obvious they have A poor work ethic and no pride in their business. They obviously don't care about their customers. I've left multiple reviews, I've reached out through the contact us link online. This location is not in the town where I live but I'm tempted to just drive over there. I doubt it would do any good though. Whatever you do don't go there!

Experiences are everything, especially when you barely even go there. This place is slow, no fast and ready here. I got to the window to order something simple, specially made because I know little Ceasars has a history of giving you something 'quick and ready' which more than likely has been sitting for a while and is dried out by the time you get home. I ordered a pizza - half cheese half sausage... extra cheese and lightly cooked. I wish I could include a picture of what I received. The thing was not lightly cooked, matter of fact it was burnt. No extra cheese was on it. The guy that took my order was acting slow, I had to repeat it 3 times, he kept saying pepperoni when I said Sausage. I don't know what he wasn't comprehending about that word. Then come to find out, the manager Selena said they didn't ring me up for extra cheese, but it was a sticker on the box saying extra cheese, and I paid a lot for some bs! These are the pictures of the pizza they gave me below. Where is the pride now days??? They ended up giving me another pizza that looked exactly the same. Even though I should have gotten my money back, I had a long day and my kids were hungry and my head was pounding. I will never ever go back there again! I'll much rather go to Pizzahut or Marcos or ANYWHERE but this Little Ceasars.

I don't expect gourmet pizza from Lil Caesar's but I also didn't expect every pizza to come out covered in grease and the middles being paper thin because the pizza is so poorly made. I'd rather drive out of the way then 5 minutes down the road to buy piss poor pizza from them again. You can see for yourself from the pictures I uploaded.

This evening I ordered their crazy bread with marinara sauce , as I have on several occasions prior. I got our order this evening and I'm not exaggerating when I saw that all it was bread sticks DRENCHED in MELTED Butter. Tryibg to eat one of these sticks would ve been the equivalent, to sticking a whole stick of butter in your mouth!! Absolutely Disgusting!! I am horrified, that this would be alloerd out of this establishment.

I give this place three stars. I only crave little caesars pizza now, and it's pretty good. But better if you throw it in the oven a little bit longer at home. But Jesus freaking Christ if it doesn't TEAR YO STOMACH UPPPP!!! Not for a tmi but I can't even walk I've been on the toilet all day. Wtf do y'all be putting in that pizza to make it so good but fuck you up later LAWD.

The only type of pizza that is hot and ready is the regular cheese and pepperoni large pizza. There is a menu that states between 4-8 $8 deep dish pizza. I have came here three times in the past three weeks and it is never available to order I was always given it will be 10-15 mins wait. I have drove off twice because of this because and the last time I just went ahead and ordered a $5. This is a busy location so I don't see why this pizza would not be hot and ready to order

Hot and ready is false they never have what I want ready. I always have to wait today they even told someone he would have to pay extra for a fresh pizza that's crazy I think I am done with this little Cesar's our bread sticks were even cold this time crazy

Great staff and they always have the pizza ready in 10-15 mins. Crazy bread is a must with the 2-liter for $0.50 more. I always use them for my group events too.

Really fast service and friendly employees. Pizza is decent fur sure. Very affordable for s large family.
