I whent to pick up my order with my service dog and they didn’t allow me to pick up the order with my service dog… here is the LAW Am I allow to go in a little Caesar’s pizza to pick up my order with my creciste dog? Yes, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you can generally bring your service dog into a Little Caesars restaurant to pick up your pizza. Here's why: Public Accommodation: Restaurants like Little Caesars are considered places of public accommodation under the ADA. Service Animal Access: The ADA requires these places to allow individuals with disabilities to be accompanied by their service animals in areas where the public is allowed to go. No-Pet Policies: Even if a business has a "no pets" policy, it must still allow service animals. Service animals are not considered pets; they are working animals trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability. Important Considerations: Service Animal Definition: A service animal is specifically defined as a dog (or sometimes a miniature horse) that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Behavioral Control: The service animal must be under the control of its handler at all times, typically through a leash, harness, or tether, unless it interferes with the dog's work or the handler's disability prevents it. Exclusion: While businesses generally must allow service animals, they can be asked to remove the animal if it is not housebroken or if its behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others. Limited Inquiry: Staff may ask two questions if it's not obvious that the animal is a service animal: (1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? They cannot ask about your disability or request documentation or a demonstration of the tasks. In short, your service dog is allowed in a Little Caesars, just like any other place where the public can go, provided the dog is well-behaved and under your control. Please instruct better your employees

My daughter and grandson love the new pretzel crust pizza, but remember to order with no red sauce for the best flavor of cheese and pretzel

They took WAY too long. Me and sister came in around 530 and are still here at 550 waiting for our food.. there was like 6 groups of people that came in and got there food right away and was out while we been came and still waiting. One manager was talking to one more literally the whole time we been waiting while the other girls take orders. It’s literally only two people and 1 person been talking to 1 man since we been here not doing anything. Really pushed me behind schedule n I am not a happy customer

Horrible ! I broke the wings apart to show the store supervisor it wasn't well done . She was very rude and loud to me . I asked for wings well done and I got Wings not cooked in the middle . Very Disgusting ! Was not able to get refunded! PEOPLE make sure to check ✔️ the inside of your chicken before leaving that place!

I ordered the pepperoni cheeser cheeser and was very disappointed. The toppings were only in the middle of the pizza with mostly crust showing around the outside. I brought this fact to the counter worker's attention and she said that's how it's made. Don't waste you money on this pizza.

Did a order of a Slices-N-Stix and once it arrives , was almost completely burn , to the point where you could not eat it because of how burn and hard I lt was. Don't even know how they send a pizza like that.

Yelp
Surprisingly good, I would love it more if they get beef for a topping meaning hamburger meat.

Yelp
If you say, "you get what you pay for", then Little Caesars is a pleasant surprise. They are not known for being gourmet, but the portion for the money and actually the taste of their pizza is surprisingly better than we expected (better than some of the chains). We have always been pleased with our food from this location.

Yelp
HOT-N-READY PIZZA! CRAZY BREAD! WHAT?!?! I almost crashed pulling into the parking lot because I could not believe that a Little Caesars was in Springfield, MA. Best $5 in 5 seconds pizza around.

Yelp
Ordered from this place it was nothing great at all. The pizza was cold the wings were not cooked all the way. Everything was terrible would not recommend ordering from here

Yelp
Little C's (as we call it), is not gourmet pizza. What it is, though, is fast and super cheap. We usually take advantage of the $5 Hot-N-Ready pizza (pepperoni or cheese), though I read the last time I was, that they have the Deep! Deep! Dish pizza on Hot-N-Ready at select times and for a couple extra bucks. PROS: -fast -inexpensive: $5 dinner for two -pleasant workers -Deep! Deep! Dish worth the extra couple of bucks CON: -fast=sloppy. Your pizza may not be pretty. You also may need to stick it in the oven for a few minutes to ensure it's hot all the way through. -fast=careless. Make sure to check your order before leaving. They often forget to include marinara with crazy bread purchase. Eatsa Pizza!

Yelp
Good pizza always fresh. I always ask them to cut my veggie pizza or cheese with a clean knife and they always do. Very nice service and friendly for a chain. It's not anything gourmet but good enough if you're looking for a pizza in under 5 min and you're in the run. $5 will feed two grown hungry people. I always come here for my four kids when we're between after school events and they need to eat. $10 for all four... Where else can you get that.
