Little Caesars Pizza

Been wanting to try these Crazy Puffs because it looked so good. When we opened the box it was super burnt ! So dry in the inside , barely any meat or cheese. Location is not it. Lots of people hanging out , outside of the location looking so suspicious. Don’t really like coming to this location but it closest.

Ordered stuffed pretzel crust pizza. They sent a nlrmal pizza with asalted crust and zero pizza sauce. 🤦🏾‍♂️ i called customer service and they offered a 25% refund. I said no. Either send the correct pizza or give me a full refund. Now i have to wait 12 buisness days for my refund

Getting the right pizza is a 40/60 chance. Sometimes everything is right and delicious but mostly you pay extra for stuffed crust and you get the regular.

They're sooooo slow with the food. You can order online ahead of time, even the night before. It still takes FOREVER. It wasn't even in the oven until 20 mins after it was supposed to be ready.

Literally the worst Little Caesars location I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been here probably over 20 times each time I place my order ahead hoping that I will have a different experience in the last. I don’t know maybe I’m insane because I say doing the same thing over and over, but expecting different results is the definition of insanity and that’s exactly what I’ve done with this location. I have never had a worst experience with any food establishment in my whole entire living, which is quite a while if you consider how often humans eat and this is the absolute worst every time I’m waiting over an hour even if it’s just for one pizza every time the pizza is horrible quality every time. Something about my order is wrong. Every time there are homeless people outside, begging for money Every time it’s incredibly hot inside there every time you don’t even know where the line is because the workers don’t try to help at all. They just let people fight for themselves to come up to the register. This is just horrible immediately or you shall forever be cursed.

Stomach was in pain and knots for two days after eating here. It's very dirty. Tons of homeless hang out directly in front. And I saw the employee closing new pizza boxes with people's pizza in them with the front of his pants directly where no food should ever be in contact. Disgusting store and location.

I ordered here on 3/24/24 at 644pm via the app. Per the app and email my order was to be ready at 711pm. I dont know what they did to my order but it was a train wreck. I ordered a 5 meat, a pepperoni, deep dish cheese, and 2 orders of the new cheese and herb puffs plus a 2lt root beer. What I got was a burnt beep dish, 4 meat pizza, and pepperoni puffs and a pepsi. Im not sure how a place can become so disorganized. You make whats on the screen. If you get backed up shut down the app, door dash or stop counter orders. It should not take over an hour for pizza. I have reached out to their corporate and they dont care. I would of taken the items back but i knew it would take another hour to fix the order.

The people that work here are sometimes very rude and very unprofessional but the pizza is good for the price.

MAKE VEGAS GREAT AGAIN. This place had no good reviews, but is completely packed and busy. So they have business! Try ordering online makes it easier on both ends.

Yall know you should have thrown the breadsticks away and not served them. Yall seasoned these and bagged them knowing they were not edible. Burnt and hard as a rock.

Worst. Experience. Ever. Ordered online hoping it would be a simple pickup, maybe a small wait. 45 minutes later, there's 19 people waiting (some have been here for over an hour), they're breaking down the kitchen, people are continuing to walk in, and employees are ignoring everyone. 3 customers now have walked to the back to try to get SOMEONE'S attention. The only time you can talk to someone is when you're ordering, and even then it's a sh!t show. There's 6 pizzas dead in the window, and it just doesn't stop. This is absolutely ridiculous. Most are waiting on a single pizza. What the hell little Caesar's.

Came here at 6:59 pm was told that my order would be ready in 30 mins. Go in at 7:30 to check if it was ready, but I was told that we had to wait 10 more minutes for the last pizza. When we waited the 10 mins and asked for an update they said they couldn't find our order! Ridiculous! There was only one person at the from who didn't really check to see if orders were ready. Multiple customers would have to peak on the back and call out to the other teammates so they could be serviced. Worst experience don't come to this location unless unless you wanna risk them telling you your order will be ready only for it be "lost".

Guy was really rude they the pizza was cold. And he said that it was fresh and he said he was the manager but he had no tag

I ordered a pizza on my phone app at 5:27pm stated my pizza would be ready at 6:07p. Got a notification that it was ready at the given time so I walked in. I didn't receive it until 6:40pm The small lobby was packed with unhappy people that were there waiting on there online orders that also stated their orders were ready for pickup. Not one of our pizzas were available/ready nor were any in the pizza portal. I asked the cashier and gave her my name. She had someone in the back look for my pizza. There were about 40 boxes of pizzas that were ready all stacked up on top of each other getting cold. I mean why not put them in the pizza portal where they can stay hot and people can easily get there pizzas and be on there way and avoid the people piling up in the lobby getting impatient and frustrated? The gal in the back finally found my pizza under about 15 boxes of pizzas. It was almost cold and one side of it was smashed against the box. At this point I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to get my pizza and go home so I did. This place can definitely be ran smoother and efficiently. There was a lot of staff working but they were all running around like chickens with their heads cut off stressed out with all the disorganized chaos and unhappy customers wanting their pizzas. What's the point of ordering ahead if you still show up having to wait over 30 minutes on a pizza that's ready but piled up in the back getting cold! On a good note the staff was still nice even though obviously stressed out.

It's not cool to leave low star reviews but hopefully this encourages management to step their game up and address some of the concerns that are expressed by many on this platform. Now, there are no complains on my behalf regarding the staff, they try and maintain their composure while dealing with a lot of orders, at least that's what I've noticed while being there waiting for my small order to be ready. This is affordable pizza and I can vouch for being a good pizza most of the time that's why we will always come back to purchase; hence the place always being conglomerated, physically and with orders. I am a bit upset that I placed an order on the app at 430pm for it to be ready by 530pm, I show up at 550pm and they did not have it ready until 630ish... boy that is a two hour wait time! I had people waiting on me for dinner and to have to wait such a prolonged time it's not only disappointing but also a irritating and maddening. There has to be a way to maintain an order on the orders, either that or expand the business to the next building over and add more ovens, the money is there but the care for the consumer might not be. I'll end up going back but sheesh... seems like I have to place my order 3 hours in advance

Placed an order online and once we got the notification that my order was ready we headed out. We got there and my husband went in and they told him (very rudely) that the order was not ready and he had to wait. Ok so then why say it's ready?!? We still had to wait an extra 10 minutes and for what? For raw pizza! We got an extra most bestest pepperoni and a 3 meat pizza and BOTH were raw and cold! The cheese wasn't even melted. Does the owner not care about his customers and what they receive? Apparently not because nothing is being done about hiring people that just don't care. Horrible customer service, long wait time, and raw pizza...absolutely disgusting. Never stepping foot here again!!! Get your stuff together Little Caesar's!!!

beyond disappointed and disgusted with this store and its management. I ordered through the app, paid through the app and expected to be updated through the app. I waited 1 hour exactly, and then was advised by a worker to come to the store and found out. Then I did such, I get there and I am forced to wait in this line for 20 minutes because they were so brutally understaffed, and being demolished by the quantity of orders they had received. For me to finally get to the front of the line to find out my order has been done and outside of the pizza warmer. I had been waiting at home to be updated about my food for me to finally get home to my family with cold BURNT pizza and not even the pizza I ordered. I would appreciate a refund. This is such a shame and my business will be taken to another establishment. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone and I have been able to write this entire review. I think you should have me run this store and situations like this would not happen.

Well, I remember when Little Caesar's pizza was ready quickly. 20 minutes later! Meanwhile, everyone else is served quickly. A specialty pizza should be ready. It's dinnertime!!!

Second time giving this location a shot since I moved to the area. First time the pizza was TERRIBLE because it was overcooked, dry, cheese did not taste right and crust was stiff as a rock. I also had to wait 20 minutes extra for an order I ordered on the app which was just a normal $5 pepperoni pizza. I believe in second chances so I gave them another shot. Nothing has changed. Pizza was the same as I described above. I also had to wait also 30 minutes extra for an online order. I've had similar experiences with other locations near me and I believe I will no longer be a little Caesars customer until I move out of the area.

I have ordered from them 2x with the app and picked my pizza up from the pizza portal and I have not experienced 1 problem. This place is always extremely busy and there is not enough room for people to even stand sometimes. So glad they have this option and there is basically no wait time. Order your pizza on the app, pay, pick a date and time. Once your pizza is ready, they send you a code via email and the app. You go and enter the code and the door pops open and you take your pizza. Even better that you can even customize your pizza on the app. I still like pizza hut but I love the convenience of having the pizza portal and can pick my order up whenever I want to. And the pizza isn't bad just thing sometimes it needs to be cooked longer. But I'll pick that option next time.

I work customer service myself and know how false yelp can be at times so I never leave reviews. But every single time I order from this location I come across some sort of problem and I'm tired of it. This was my pizza today. Does no one ever check them?

I don't even wanna give this place a star...went into the other day I notice they are making pizza with no gloves. Disgusting....I won't ever come back. The cheese pizza I got was burnt so I threw it away. Don't eat here

They had the front door locked when I arrived. I called and they picked up, before I could say anything the guy who picked up said to give him a moment. I sat there and watched for the next 10 minutes as the guy did absolutely nothing before noticing me watching through the window to open up. The order was suppose to be a curbside pick to boot. Terrible customer service!!

They must've been mad back there today plus my pizza was burnt to the max! They need to pay attention to what they're doing

I have never had a problem order and or the had any problems with the pizza's their, unfortunately today I went in and ordered a cheese pizza and cheese bread and the girl behind the counter didn't open the boxes as they usually do. I didn't even think about it grabbed them and left. The cheese bread was extremely hard not able to eat and the cheese pizza was a hard pepperoni. I called to let them know and was left on hold for over an hour. And NO ONE answered. Never again will I order from them.

I don't know why this place has only two stars, the pizza is amazing here, is not like every other little Caesars the ingredients are fresh and that is what makes my supreme pizza taste great. I LOVE IT!

Terrible place!!! Ordered online and they forgot to add my 4 dipping sauce for my crazy bread!!! I called the support line and they were very rude and did not help me at all. They also hung up on me and said "adios amigo" very rude!!!

I took my sister here today and I was amazed at how many people were in the place, not wearing gloves or masks. I stayed in the car but the people who were concerned waited outside so they got go in as customers came out. The only problem was people were just coming up going ahead of them? My sister told me that a young customer inside asked the cashier why weren't they practicing social distancing in there store and her reply was that "We are washing their hands? Crazy! This is the reason the Governor doesn't want to open Nevada back up! People who don't care! I'm posting this everywhere! I should've taken a picture!!!

We use Little Caesar's because it is fast and easy to get our order. We use the portal. The past 2 times we have ordered pizza, crazy bread and crazy sauce with cinnamon bread for desert. Little Caesar HAS NOT giving us the crazy sauce with our bagged order. I have called and instead of them trying to fix their error by telling me next time I will get crazy bread or something.. They say "oh sorry do you want to come back and get the crazy sauce" Heck No that isn't good customer service at all. I am not going to leave home to go back because your employees can't get the order into the portal correct.

I had bought some crazy bread . Not knowing they were burnt. They were really hard I couldn't bite them. I was more embarrassed to return them. Then they were to sell them like that. I strongly think they should pay attention to what they are cooking. I will not be buying crazy bread no more

The 3 stars is for the quality of the pizza. We ordered 6 of the extra most bestest online 2 hours prior to our desired pick up time of 5:45. We also paid online, so need to hassle at pick up time. Arrived at the location at 5:40 stood in a line of over 15 people and advised of my order. I was told my order was "NOT" ready and it would be about 4 minutes. Mind you at this time after waiting in that line, it is passed the pick up request time. I waited 8 minutes, then asked again about my order. I was told another 4 minutes. I finally walked out the door with my pizza's at 5:56. 16 minutes after arrival, 11 minutes passed the order time, that you had a 2 hour online notice of. There was plenty of staff on hand and it was a busy "fight night" Saturday. My thoughts on this are the staff on site are not trained on how to execute the orders in a timely and organized fashion. As you all know all L.C. locations are small and are not comfortable for people to stand in a line of 15 deep. This is a corporate problem, not a local problem. We all know L.C. company is aware of this, and they will never fix the issue; have to save $$$ some how. I prefer the extra most bestest over the basic $5.00 pizza. The pizza was good, hot and fresh, so you all know I will be back. My complaint is this; make a disclaimer on your ordering process that says " your order is for a desired pick up time only, there is not a chance it is going to be ready when you walk in the door unless you arrive 20 minutes late. Most of the people in the location were complaining and many left without ordering. One lady began to yell, "why should she wait in line for pick up, when she ordered online and it should be ready when she walks in the door." They got her pizzas to her right away! I could have yelled and fussed to, but what for.

I've been coming to this location on and off for the last few years and it's been all downhill. This is the 2nd time in 2 consecutive visits that my online order has not been ready in over an hour after being quoted 25-30 minutes. You can tell the staff is frustrated with whatever is going on back of the house. There's been a full lobby of about 8-12 people waiting just as long as I and all you get as a response when you ask for an estimate is a generic "It's in the oven" answer. I order from here out of convenience when I'm short on time but this location defeats that purpose. I should've learned not to order from here after their pest shutdown, but that's on me for believing in second chances.

They move so slow !!! Literally not hot and ready. I order on line and still had to wait more then 20 min for it !!!! Seriously they are so unorganized . How is there no manager to be able to control the staff and be more organized. And to top it off the gave me the wrong pizza !!!!!

Worst customer service!! Mike, the manager, had no idea what was going on. Waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas!! I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes, found out they didn't even have my order in the back!! There is more, but I'd just say, go to another location!!

This store was incredibly rude when I called in to purchase a large amount of pizzas for a nearby high school. I was rushed on the phone and spoken to in a condescending manner and when I told the person over the phone that they were being rude, she hung up on me. Too bad for them because this would've been a continued partnership with Little Caesar's where we would've continued spending a lot of money. Oh well, guess I'll take my business to Pizza Hut.

I come here all the time. But today was just not a good experience. Inside was full of flies. Even the cashiers had to be waiving the flies off. I ordered some wings and pizza. The size of the wings is getting ridiculous. It's pretty much just the bone. The size of the wing is like baby carrot plus they where one step away from being burnt.

The customer services sucks and the manager Katie (I think that's her name) was very rude and unprofessional. They messed up my order and then had the audacity to get an attitude with me because I was asking how much longer it would take. I waited 30 minutes for then to fix it.

look don't get me wrong the fucking pizza is exquisite. hold on right there lemme tell you something. me and a couple of the bois walked in around 6:25. when we hopped out the car we saw there was a big line like usual. once we got in we ordered around 6:40. we ordered 5 regular large size pepperoni pizza. so while we waited some other customers who ordered after us who ordered 5 pizzas as well got their pizzas first. this happened twice other customers got their fucking pizza before us. it was around 7:15 when we got our pizza but the stupid bitch at the counter gave us 4. soooo we had to wait for our 5th and final pizza. when we got the pizza it was 7:25. now tell me this what the fuck am i supposed to do when waiting for my pizza for a FUCKING HOUR!!!!!! especially in a cramped stupid small compact area. - shaun

Came in to order a stuffed crust pizza, something happened where the system didn't catch the order but was charged for it. Instead of keeping me waiting and not mentioning my ordered was messed up, the young lady told me that they would make it and I'd have to wait a little longer. I could have easily gotten upset but because her customer service was awesome I decided to wait for them to actually make my pie! Service with a smile can go a long way! Thank you for being great!

The debit card machine is broke AND they don't have any change in the cash register. So if you don't have exact change you're screwed. On a Saturday afternoon what kind of business operates like this. The girl at the register is overworked and no one is helping her. The phone is ringing, line out the door and her coworkers are moving at a snails pace. They suck!!!!

Pizza was good management sucks. Double charged for pizza gave paperwork showing double charge and manager doesn't even have decency to try to make right. Won't be coming back to this location

This is a good place to go for very affordable and fast pizza. Their $5.00 pizzas are always ready to go, so you don't have to wait long unless there's a line. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and there's ample parking outside. We had to feed a small crowd, so Little Caesars' pricing is easy on the wallet. I have been here several times already and have never been disappointed with the taste. My only wish is that they would expand their choices for their $5.00 menu.

I used the pizza portal to save time and arrive there and pick my pizza up as soon as I got there. The little caesars app notified me my order was ready to pick up at 4:50pm I get there around 5:15pm and my name is not on the portal I ask the cashier where was my order, she tells me I still have to wait a little more!!... I was already wondering why I had to wait when the app had notified it was ready to pick up. I waited and waited thinking how unorganized these people are working not keeping up with their orders. It was already 5:45pm and decide to ask again. The cashier asked others didnt know what answer to give me. So another cashier steps in asks me my name looks over the pizza portal and hands me my pizza telling me my pizzas were in there all along!!!...I waited that whole time with my pizzas being ready. What a waste of time.

You cant go wrong with the popular $5 hot n ready pizza from lil ceasars! My kids cant wait to get outta school to go get pizza at the end of the week! Then they had to go and 1up their menu with the new $6 bestest pizza! Absolutly amazing.. Such a different taste of pizza.. My family loves it! Only real complaint i would say is outside the building happens to sit a whole lotta loitering homeless folks.. Always beggin for money and surrounding the door usually.. I jus wish they would go loiter sumwhere else considering that parking lot is super small and 9 outta 10times crowded. But hey..the lines inside usually move qyick!!

This little caesars sucks. I asked for a fresh pizza and I got a cold, rock hard pizza. After not only receiving this crap, I asked for extra cheese and butter on the crazy bread and I got shut down with a disgusting attitude. Worst customer service! I made an online order. It said it was completed and ready to pick up. When I got there 5-10 minutes later they had sold some of my order and I had to wait for them to make more. The purpose of placing the order online was so I wouldn't have to wait. This location sucks!

Okay this Little Caesars is down the street from where I live covenant . Very busy and no place to stand in side, I know it is busy but give me a break I ordered last week Sat or Friday and waited 1 hr. I only had a mushroom and sausage well done I know it might takes longer but a Hour. So I tried again yesterday same order well done told the girl please put some sausage on it . Okay order came out sausage and mushrooms well got home sausage and pepperoni really and I did look at it and I thought it was mushrooms . I am not happy their is know excuse for anything like this to happen . Net the people making pizzas do not wear gloves but their is a hand sink with in 50 feet okay but this is still not good, How hard is it to get a order right . Where is the manager. I ordered a thin crust and said Do Not Cut well it was cut reorder it again . This place need to get it together. To small for their customers . People lining out the door.
