Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered two extra most best pepperoni pizzas. One was stuffed crust. Waited 15 minutes then was told my order got lost in the system. So after 15 more minutes I get my order. When I get home and open them, my question is where's the pepperoni? They have less pepperoni the a regular pepperoni pizza.

I ordered a pretzel crust and there was salt all over the pizza :( I love salty things but several slices were inedible :(

The pizza had no taste, the crazy bread had a different texture and taste. Seems like the dough has changed for the worse. You can also tell there is no near enough cheese. I will not be getting anything from then for awhile.

STAY AWAY NOT WORTH IT. I just got served raw dough pizza and krazy bread. I overheard the teenagers talking behind the counter saying "this looks effed up", but I guess everyone gets raw dough today.

We have been eating from this little Caesars for years, the pizza is getting worse and worst each time we get it from here. The pizza is 85% of the time cold, over cooked 95% of the time. You can tell when a place is confident in their pizza making skills vs this location that is not. Unfortunately we have waited months to leave a review in hope it would change but I seem to not have changed much. Not sure if it’s because they have teenagers working here..

Paid extra for pretzel crust and only got salt to tell the difference. The driver was awesome. The pizza not so much. This store is on a sketchy gas station plaza but the people who work there are awesome. The store is way to busy for the limited staff

Ordered 2 stuff crust pizza’s 1 pepperoni 1 cheese asked to added Parmesan and herb butter to pepperoni. They did not add the butter and gave me a hot and ready pepperoni(was cold) which I didn’t order but charged me for stuff crust. Then I called back up there and now they are not answering the phone. They have kids working in the store definitely unsatisfied won’t return and suggesting change or they will begin to lose more and more customers.

Food was good hot and fresh. Employees were nice and polite. However, I called in my order before going to pick it up. While paying I realize I was charged a $3 convince fee for calling ahead. I guess you can no longer call the store it is routed through a call center that charges you. There's nothing said about it being a call center or there being fees associated with it.

I had a craving for crazy bread and ordered just that and thought it was going to be super fresh early in the morning when they opened and I was so wrong. Worst Little Caesar's I've ever been to BY FAR. The bread was so over seasoned where you couldn't even eat it and the entire bag was soaked. The bread was barely cooked to where it was like play-dough. I walked back in to ask for "THE SAUCE IT COMES WITH" and he said, "Oh I'm gonna have to charge you for that". What the hell? That's supposed to come with it. I'm no cheap stake but, that's bs. Go to any other little Caesar's over in this location BUT, this one.

I've been to several Little Caesars and this one is by far the worst. Employees don't know what they're doing, management is clueless and couldn't care less, and food quality is crap compared to other Little Caesars in the area. They need to clean house at this place. Total garbage.

The absolute worst little ceasers. They use doordash to deliver and so when the dasher took the order and sat in the parking lot eating it then cancelled the order. There was nothing I could do. We visited the store and they shrugged it off. The store phone is busy and costumer support is busy too.

Christian was so so unprofessional. He was obviously busy and I wasn't trying to rush him. He asked me if I was Patrick, I said no, I told him my name and asked him if he could give me an idea of how long it would be, before my order was ready, because we had a trailer and we're blocking. He said he couldn't give me anything. It's like you can't give me an estimate so I can drive around so we are not blocking customer. I cancelled my order, I understand he couldn't give me an exact eta, but I was trying to make sure I wasn't blocking or in anyone's way.

Wow. Tried to call corporate number and it hung up after 15 minutes of waiting on the line. So they get a review. they did not have any hot and ready pepperoni pizzas and said "for a dollar more we do have these extra pepperoni/ extra cheese pizzas. Otherwise you will need to wait 15-20 minutes." he literally told me "it's what management and corporate is wanting them to do" to increase sales of their new pizza as it is an inconvenience for people to wait. Well... your regular hot and ready should be available as well otherwise false advertising. Won't be going to little caesars for a long time. This is a really deceptive tactic and hopefully ppl will either not give business or only order cheese bc this pizza as I thought was disgusting with how much of the pepperoni was on it.

Awful managers not just one all of them. We ordered our Pizza at 5:30 we were told they lost our order and we then waited until 8:00 for our food! Worst part is the manager refused to do anything to make it right including refund us so we could leave. Basically if we would have left after the first hour they were fine with stealing our money! This place is the worst run little caesars I've ever been to!

Absolutely flabbergasted at the rudeness and stupidness and down right ignorance of the employees at this facility this evening. Walked in to order a simple pizza from their "Hot and Ready" menu. Of course their "Hot and Ready" pizza's never are. I purchased the pizza and was told it would be 10-15 min. for my "Hot and Ready" pizza. OK so went out and waited 10 min. and came back in and waited another 15 min. What did I observe? They gave my "Hot and Ready" pizza that I had paid for and had been waiting for to another customer. When I finally got to the counter I asked where's my "Hot and Ready" pizza. "We don't have it. We'll put in another one, it'll be 10-15 min." Ah no, give me my money back. Another 5 min. wait for the woman to actually come to the front and provide a refund. So after over a half hour of dorking around I leave without my "Hot and Ready" pizza. Time for the owner of this franchise to directly get involved and hire employees that can actually do a job without stupid moronic excuses.

I was given a fresh pizza in a timely manner and I must say the service was stellar. I was greeted politely by the clerk; I could see my pizza coming out of the oven as the worker boxed it. While I was there another customer had requested to speak to the manager and I am happy to say he handled the matter with utmost professionalism and I believe his name was Tony. I would gladly go back to this Little Caesars any time I'd like a
