Review for Little Caesars – 386 Shrewsbury St, Worcester, MA 01604 I am absolutely furious with my order experience. • Ordered two pizzas (one without cheese) and both came covered in meat. • Ordered a 20oz Cherry Coke and Pepperoni Crazy Puffs — never received them. • Delivery was supposed to arrive at 8:00 PM. It didn’t show up until 8:14 PM, and I got a text claiming the driver “placed the food in my hand.” That’s a lie. The food was left outside at the front door in the rain while I searched both doors. • When I tried calling the store to fix it, the voicemail was full. No way to reach a manager or anyone. This is unacceptable. Wrong food, missing items, late delivery, and then being lied to about how it was delivered. The driver (Wilky) did not hand me anything. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Since may, ive gone for the hit n ready lunch box every wk at 12, 12:15, 12:30 etc til 2:05 for a total of 11 trips, only once they had the hot n ready lunch box available. Went yest n the so called manager tells me after a hlf hr the pizzas no good then after i told him i'll never come to this ceasers. He sicked a female customer on me verbally assaulting me n my 1yr old gson. I was like, ok. Defended me n my gson while backing out the door wondering if i was going to be physically attacked when a 2nd employee came out. The so called manager, hes always doing register, not manager duties. He just a kid doing an adults job n hes very poor at it. My advice to everyone, STAY AWAY from that little ceasers n eat elsewhere or you may be his next victim

Dull people gave me a pizza with meat, when I ordered a veggie. How difficult is it to read the order!! No substitution nothing and yet these people mess the order!!

1st of all this place is underrated! Little Ceasars is 1 of the few places we can still get decent food at reasonable prices. Diff options to choose from compared to others. I wish there was a little ceasars closer to me! But I will drive a bit just for those yummy crazy puffs!

We are tired of paying $20 and above for pizza. Decided to try and Little Caesars. Fast food pizza was a concern,but it was really good. We also got the cheesy bite thingsgood as well. Service was good and quick. Hot delicious pizza for a very reasonable price. My why the finicky pizza person was impressed as well. 2 large pizzas and 9 crazy thing $ 27 .well done little Caesars

I ordered some pizzas on the way to the park so the family could eat, when I got to the store the cashier told me she didn't have change for a $100 bill. It's always something else at this store. They make the food well, there is no change, it just takes longer than it should.

Lot's of people waiting for pick up and go... friendly workers ... well organized ..we usually get delivery to Westboro worth trip...

Cheesy bread was delicious n my daughter did say the pizza was really good. Both were hot and fresh. The cashier forgot my napkins n sauce 🙄 he also was lacking in personality. They don't use gloves at little Caesars either which will cause me to not go there again.

They provided us 12 pizzas for a birthday party and they were hot and ready at 11 am!

do not buy from here , i bought two boxes of large cheese pizza that was first burnt so i returned and asked for another then found hair in my pizza. Pizza taste like a school pizza.

No one greets you when you walk in, there are no tables so don't expect to dine in. It's take out only basically. The parking is okay. I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and 5 seconds after I paid they handed me the pizza, at this point I guessed it was just sitting on the counter or on the warmer waiting to be handed to somebody. After taking this pizza and eating it, it tasted like it was sitting for at least an hour. It really just tasted like I was eating leftover pizza. I'm not kidding when I say that they handed me the pizza the moment I paid. Next time I'm just going to ask for them to cook it fresh. I'm not going to pay full price for a box of pizza that's been sitting for hours. Nothing special about the pizza itself and I ate two slices and threw the rest away. Probably not going to come back at this location but we'll see.

I used to work there ... and man they used to smoke while doing the pizzas .. i can't make this up the owner even knows this is definitely the worse job i worked at he doesn't even give u some of ur checks the owner doesn't care at all . they do hard drugs but i'm not gonna say much . Please try to go somewhere else . Main st is not much different maybe more ghetto . I'm still waiting on my check that i've been waiting on since like may??

I was having trouble paying online so I could use the promo code, and although they couldn't put the code in at the store to give me the discount they were nice enough to give me a bunch of extra wings and breadsticks. They were very friendly and professional.

Multiple short hairs in my pizza. Absolutely disgusting waste of money. Do not buy from here. This place needs to be inspected this is insane.

Very disappointed with the pizza. I got a pizza and the dough was completely raw and not good overall. Not happy with this pizza or this location.

This is the first time I have been in a Little Caesar's in about ten years and don't feel like I've missed much in that time. Don't get me wrong, my experience here wasn't bad at all, but it didn't wow me either. Let me start by saying this is strictly take out. I believe there was a small bench for you to sit on if you're waiting for your order. The staff wasn't the friendliest bunch, but by no means were they rude. The one thing I did like was the HOT N READY PIZZA. Cheese and Pepperoni Pizzas always ready to go. Made my choice easy and I was in and out and on my way. The pizza itself wasn't great but it certainly wasn't the cardboard pizza of yesterday, and you certainly couldn't beat the price. $5.00 for a 14" pizza, you can't go wrong. If I was in the area and looking for pizza, Id certainly stop in again.

The service was fast and friendly despite the crowd, and the pizza we got was absolutely delicious. However, even though it taken right out of the oven and given to us fresh, we both woke up with food poisoning. I did notice that the employees were not wearing gloves while handling the food, but the rest of the kitchen looked very clean. Despite the food being delicious, save yourself the trouble of getting food poisoning overnight!

The pizza is good especially the stuffed crust. I ordered it and it wasn't even cut up.... Just a large circular piece of bread with cheese and pepperoni... They're lazy and it wasn't even peak time

Shrewsbury Street has yet another pizza place. Little Caesar's! Okay, they are not gourmet, the sauce is okay at best but the breadsticks are addictive. Can't beat $5 for a pie either. Clean ( but it's new so, yeah), parking lot (!), and polite customer service. * Don't be fooled by the Caesar's Pizza on the SW Cutoff. They are no longer part of the franchise*

After the other LC's in Worcester kept overcooking and underbuttering the crazy bread, I decided to try this one. The bread was just right, but they undercooked the pizza! ARRGH! But, for the price, you still can't go wrong for $5 for a large pepperoni pizza or a $9 meal deal which includes the pizza, crazy bread (breadsticks with butter and parmesan cheese), and a 2-liter soda. Like the other one (and probably most other ones), this is a take-out only joint.

Fast and clean take-out only pizza. Make no mistake, you can find better tasting pizza elsewhere, but they are easily the cheapest pizza chain I have ever encountered. If you believe the old adage "There's no such thing as bad pizza," then you can save some money grabbing a Lunch Combo (a savory "personal size" Deep Dish pizza that could easily serve 2 people a decent lunch and a 20 oz. soda) or a large plain or pepperoni (better than grocery store frozen pizza, but not by much) for $5. I only stop by during the lunch hours so I can't speak to the quality of the evening or weekend staff, but the day shift supervisor there runs a tight ship and service is prompt and courtious. Look, I realize I'm damning Little Ceasar's with faint praise when it comes to their food quality, but the price point is simply unbeatable. Competition in the pizza business is fierce and the Hot and Ready $5 model is one way to stand out in a sea of 'za.

This place is pathetic you got these young kids running this place,talking about their drama .. also with their air pods listening to music !!! I'm sitting waiting on a damn deep dish pizza and they literally forgot to make my damn pizza ... the girl in the front is scratching her damn head and not washing her hands disgusting !!!!

I've got to agree with the other reviewers. This ready-to-go pizza is better than several pizza joints in the area and when you factor in the 5 buck price, it goes to near the front of the line. The wings are respectable, too, with nice black pepper on the skin.

Will not be back. The cheeky teenage girl at the counter just assumed my change was her tip. The Buffalo wings had a very strange spice sprinkled on top of them that I wasn't partial to, nor was my sister. The tomato sauce tasted like it was pureed into dirt.

As far as chain places go, this little ceasers is clean& better than others. Everything is typical and how you would expect for cheap, fast food. Just something about their pizza, i don't really care for. The sauce is too tangy and the texture is like applesauce/ hummus. I like to go here when im starving + want to feed everyone, and only have limited money. You can buy a lot for cheap which is nice, but you do get what you pay for. Service is always quick, pizza is always sitting there ready..

For someone who loves pizza, I have always liked Lil' Caesars. Nice, light, doughy crust. Both the regular and the deep dish are great. Can't beat the Hot and Ready price.

I was happy to come here after there dumb commercials. They only get three stars because it's basically fast food style pizza! It's good nothing really to right home about but they do always have fast and friendly service! My orders either place by phone or in person are always ready within minutes which is the real benefit to little ceasers. The crazy bread is gross and not worth the money. The deep dish pizzas are so good and filling you can't eat more then two slices! But truly no matter how much you eat of it clear your schedule for about 5 hours after and the next day because you will be on the toilet for awhile. All in all will be back here again and to other little ceasers.
