She was able to answer our questions about online gift cards with ease and speed. We will definitely be coming back here to buy more toys!

I ordered a duffle bag for my son for Christmas. The order shows “APP” as the initials to be listed. The bag I received has the letters “AAP”. I have tried to contact the store via email several times and have yet to receive a response. No one answers when you call. I was super excited to give this to my son but now he is short a gift and I’m out $100. Was really hoping this company would make the situation right but at this rate, I doubt I’ll hear back from anyone.

Update: the jacket finally arrived and couldn’t be any cuter. Very happy with the purchase in the end, must’ve been the holiday chaos that caused shipping issues but glad they found it and sent as a rush. Unfortunately had a disappointing experience with an order on a custom jacket and hat. I placed the order on December 5th and was able to see that a “label was created” for UPS the next day but there is still no progress with this order. I haven’t received any responses from the multiple emails I’ve sent but did receive a response back from an Instagram DM. Little Chicken claims there was an issue with the mail and that they would make a new jacket as a replacement but I still haven’t heard back if this will happen. Ultimately would love to receive the custom jacket & hat and happy to update this review if it happens! I hate writing a negative review but it seems like it could be the only way to make this order progress!

Had a custom jacket made for my niece and it is SO adorable! I couldn't be happier with the final result. Also, they were extremely accommodating to my rush order request and had the jacket made quickly! Definitely give them a try!

If I can give zero stars for customer service I would. I ordered a denim jacket for my Granddaughter on 12/15. I have not received it yet, this was one of her Christmas presents. According to my confirmation email shipping label was created on 12/21. I tried calling over a dozen times, someone picks up the phone, then hangs up. I did email with a response three days ago, will look into it. So disappointed, either you mailed it or you didn’t. Please respond, think twice before you purchase from this establishment.

What an amazing experience purchasing the Levi’s jean jacket for my niece! Communication was quick and accurate- and even though they were restocking inventory they delivered on time as promised! My niece LOVED the jacket with her name in pink and glitter and the patches I chose. I added a few of my own patches to customize it even more. I recommend highly!

Can’t rave enough about the quality of the custom Levi denim jacket I originally ordered for my toddler granddaughter, and I just ordered another one. Customer service is exceptional. I opted for an emailed preview of the design before it was sent (worth the extra charge for it!) because I was then able to make several changes to the original design. Response time was lightning fast. I highly recommend this company. The toddler sizes seem to run a little small so I suggest sizing up.

never received my order but payment went through my c.c.statement and theres no way to get in touch with this company, they don't answer the phone...impossible!!!

The store is EMPTY, literally, no one is there. I can't get a jacket I had delivered there, but was marked 'picked up'.
