Chef Zoi Antonitsas Leaves the Much-Delayed Little Fish Project | Eater Seattle

"I had been following the Pike Place Market seafood spot Little Fish, which aimed to be a full-experience destination like neighboring Beecher’s Handmade Cheese and the Seattle Fish Guys, featuring windows into a microcannery to reveal the seafood preservation process and an open kitchen to show the team at work. A series of successful pop-ups in 2018 previewed offerings such as gravlax, scallop crudo, and an albacore tuna nicoise. However, construction delays in the Marketfront expansion — which also houses retail and production facilities for Honest Biscuits, Indi Chocolate, and Old Stove Brewing Company — repeatedly pushed the opening (initially targeted for summer 2018, then late 2018), and after more than a year of delays chef Zoi Antonitsas announced on Instagram that she was pulling out of the project, citing "continued and ongoing delays"; Eater Seattle reports that chef Bryan Jarr is still attached but that the path forward is unclear." - Gabe Guarente

Amazing selection of unbelievably delicious sushi. We ordered for six for our daughter's birthday and there was definitely plenty for everyone. We had three large party platters delivered to our house for a party we were hosting. Neil in the office, went above and beyond to organise and deliver to our home which was outside of their normal delivery radius. The party platters were absolutely amazing! They were delivered in bamboo plates that I was able to transfer directly to my table and the presentation was beautiful. The sushi itself was amazing, my guests absolutely loved it. 10 out of 10 on every front from service to delivery to food, cannot recommend them enough!

I ordered a selection of sushi & two heat at home dishes with rice from their new autumn menu. I had already heard from friends how good this food was so knew it would be something to look forward too! Was really delighted with just how delicious this was - having lived in Singapore & Taiwan and travelled extensively in the region I know a bit about Asian food. I cannot recommend this highly enough it’s beautifully prepared and packed arriving in tip top condition. The portions were generous (we have enough sushi for lunch tomorrow as none of our choices had raw fish) and I am already looking at the menu for a delivery when my daughter comes to visit. Thank-you to Neil & his team. You have created something really special.

I ordered from Little Fish Sushi Restaurant and had a great experience. I wasn’t able to go to the door, but the young man who delivered my order went above and beyond to help me. He was unbelievably kind and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and was particularly enjoyed by my grandchildren. Highly recommend

Honestly, the best and you’d think the Sushi came directly from Novikov. A superb presentation, fresh ingredients and presented beautifully too. We all had a marvellous evening and polished off the bites with some crisp AIX Rose Magnum.

Just delish! We would highly recommend Little Fish Sushi. The sushi is of a high standard, totally delicious and beautiful. Our order was delivered within the time set and we had the most lovely evening with friends enjoying all the different bits we had ordered. It was a total treat!
