I cannot say enough positive things about Little Golden Goose! We started with them when my daughter was three and the transition for her was a little difficult but the staff were amazing! They took the time to really know my daughter and her needs, and helped me through the process of helping her transition too. Since starting school here my daughter has grown in incredible ways. She is so outgoing and confident, she has made so many friends and truly has all the skills needed to be successful in Kindergarten. Every teacher and all staff are amazing and know my daughter as the wonderful individual she is. I am so grateful Little Golden Goose was her first school experience, and honestly sad we have to say goodbye! You cannot go wrong with this school for your little one. They are amazing!

I cannot express enough how grateful we're to have found Little Golden Goose for our daughter. After visiting several preschools in the area, this gem truly stood out from the very first moment we walked through their doors. The staff at Little Golden Goose doesn't just teach—they nurture, inspire, and genuinely care about each child's individual growth. They are like family and our daughter feels the same. They all have an incredible ability to connect with the children while maintaining a structured, engaging and "warm" learning environment. When our daughter was going through a shy phase, the teachers worked patiently with her and kept us informed every day. Thank you to the entire Little Golden Goose family for giving our daughter such a wonderful start to her educational journey. We'll miss you! And we know, the foundation you've provided, will serve her well!

Excellent staff, activities, and outcomes. Really helped us complete potty training when other daycare kept switching into pull ups. Awesome events, teachers, space, app, methodology, and follow through. Can’t say enough good things, truly a picturesque daycare/preschool. Miss Jackie, Veronica, Alé, Fatima, Lilly, and Bridget are wonderful. Highly recommend

My daughter has been going here for a couple years now and could not be any happier with how it has gone!! She has loved the teachers, the kids, and now school in general. Transition to kintergarden was easy since she knew the alaphbet, could count past 100, tons of educational milestones exceeded on top of great social skills.

I toured several great daycares in Reno, but when I walked into Little Golden Goose Midtown I knew instantly it was a perfect fit. It felt like home! Not a cookie cutter daycare for sure! Lots of special touches and creative spaces, and the outside play area is AMAZING! So much for little to do, bikes, a huge sandbox with a ton of toys, swings, large playscape, and a playhouse! Little Golden Goose is play centered, but the classroom learning time is also fun and age appropriate. When the weather is nice they do centers & lunch outside as well. They also create many fun opportunities to bring families together throughout the year. The entire staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about the kids and their families. We love everything about this place and it’s truly a hidden gem in Reno. I honestly can’t think of a single thing to complain about—it’s that great ❤️

I can not say enough great things about Little Golden Goose. Ms. Bridget has built a great team of teachers. The team is warm, welcoming, and engaging. The school is also very clean and the days are filled with fun learning activities for the kiddos. The school also has excellent communication during the day. We are grateful for the love and care LGG has provided for out little one. It has been such a joy to watch her grow and learn in this environment.

Little golden goose is a true gem in our community. I was lucky enough to have my twin boys attend for 2 years. The staff is remarkable and truly cared for the boys and always communicated any updates, compliments, and concerns. The boys were always eager to go to school and see their friends and teachers. I feel like they are well prepared for kindergarten largely due to their time here. I could not have asked for a better daycare experience for my children. If you are looking for daycare in Reno, little golden goose should be at the top of your list!

Little Golden Goose is truly the best childcare & preschool; especially for the price. My daughter needed the structure and school setting in order to thrive. She is exceeding expectations going into kindergarten and my husband and I couldn't be more thrilled. Highly recommend! Thanks Bridget & Staff for the experience the last 3 years!

Now that both my son and daughter have graduated, I can share the preschool they went to. Little Golden Goose has been absolutely incredible. Between both of my kids, they have gone there for over 6 years. The owners and staff have been amazing. Life changed and they adapted to the changes with no questions asked; all they said was "anything you need, communicate." All of the teachers through out our years with the goose have been exceptional, Ms Tima has and always will be my children's favorite teacher ever. She got into a bad accident last year visiting her family, and my children cried, they wanted to make sure Ms. Tima was okay. WE are SO blessed she is still here with us today. My daughter LOVED helping Tima with anything in the classroom and Tima knew she could always count on my daughter to help her. Ms Tori, you may feel like you're not recognized enough, but you ARE. You are SO appreciated, loved, and thank you for making sure the school is the way it is. The school couldn't be the way it is, without YOU! Lastly, Bridget and your family -- we cannot thank you guys enough from welcoming our family with arms wide open, loving, caring, and teaching our children for the last 6 years. You guys have gone through changes with us and through all of that, you and the staff was nothing short of amazing, supportive people that we adore. I cannot thank you and your staff enough for getting us through it all and allowing my children to have a safe place, teaching them, and allowing them to grow into themselves. We already miss you guys and I promise to bring them and send cards. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH. I will FOREVER recommend the goose to any family that's needing assistance. I have had golden goose's phone number on my "favorites" list and the app for 6 years, I'm not ready for those things to go away yet. I cannot thank you guys enough.

There are no words to describe how happy we have been to have had our kids at Little Golden Goose for the last 4 years! We have loved working with Bridget, Tori and are so impressed with the care our kids have received. Our daughter is in elementary school now, but our son loves going to school and is always so happy when we pick him up. I commend the teachers and staff for helping him reach his full potential developmentally and emotionally! He is ready for Kindergarten thanks to his preschool education at LGG. I am also impressed with their cleaning measures as our kids were hardly sick with "daycare bugs". We are certainly going to miss LGG and I will continue to recommend this school to every new parent! -- The Casci Family

What can I say about this school besides the fact that it's amazing! My daughter has been here for the last 3 years and has loved every moment here. They do so many fun activities and are great at communicating through their app. They also send pictures and plan a lot of activities for the parents to come as well. They have a Halloween parade/party where the littles get to dress up and feel like they're at a carnival. For Christmas the pre k kiddos have a recital which is ADORABLE! And they also keep the kiddos nice and cool with water days. The teachers we have come to love so much. Bridget and Tori are amazing, they always send updates and reminders for whatever they're doing that week! My daughter has been with Ms Fatima the last 2 years and she's a breath of fresh air. She's amazing with them and loves her kiddos so much! Every teacher here is amazing and id refer anyone here. I'm so sad to take my child away but she's more than ready for public school, this preschool has really prepared her I have no worries that she'll excel anywhere she goes.

LOVE this school, and appreciate them so much. My son has been going here for the last 4 years. When he started he had some issues adjusting to the daycare life. they gave me a therapist referral, since the therapist he has been thriving in school, he is now in kindergarten knowing how to count from 1-30 and say all his ABCs. This school has no only taught my son all that he needed to know to be kindergarten ready. They are also the best most warming and loving caregivers. I can not express how much I appreciate this school and Bridget the daycare owner. 1000 stars out of 5 ! My son was sad to leave. Thank you little golden goose

I cannot say enough good things about this school. We moved from Houston to Reno for one year (July 22-Aug 23) and my son was a student at LGG from right after his 2nd birthday until just after he turned 3. This little gem turned into a home-away-from-home for my 2 year old, and honestly for my husband and myself as well. My son was in a mother's day out program in Houston before we moved, but he really blossomed under LGG's care. They have a very team-based approach to caring for the kids and we got to know and love so many of the teachers, even outside of those specifically assigned to my son's class. I love that they incorporate UNR student teachers as well and we loved and trusted them all so much that we even hired some to babysit on occasion (which was very appreciated since we didn't know anyone in the city!) Bridget really took the care to make sure we knew and understood the school before enrolling and accommodated our out-of-state location by offering us a virtual tour (and another in-person one after we moved!) She is super hands on as well; much more so than I would've expected a director to be! They use the ProCare app for tuition/messages/occasional pictures of my son, which was very user friendly. Everyone was wonderful about recommending activities and events to us as well as they knew we were new to the city. LGG also offers a bunch of experiences (Soccer Shots offered through the school and Spanish classes on Wednesdays, to name a couple) and my son truly looked forward to going to school every day. It really did feel like a SCHOOL where everyone was genuinely invested in my son's growth and this wasn't just a place to babysit him while I worked. Leaving this school was one of the hardest things about moving back to Houston and honestly we still miss this school every day (my son still talks about "Reno school") even though we have a school in Houston. If you are wondering about whether to enroll in this school...DON'T HESITATE. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone who asks.

Little Golden Goose is one of those places that just treat you like family. My son enjoyed every minute he was there. I am so sad that he is graduating from this school. Bridget and her entire staff are absolutely top notch. This staff made sure my son was in a safe environment and made sure he had every opportunity to grow his little mind. From the way they handled the pandemic to just everyday operations Little Golden Goose is truly the best of the best. Thank you to Bridget and her staff for treating my son like family.

I would recommend this preschool. They were very patient and understanding with my boys. I appreciated the weekly progress reports, monthly newsletters, and sending pictures and appropriate updates when needed. I always loved seeing my littles' artwork creations and hearing about their outdoor play. This preschool is wonderful

This place will kick your child out without warning to make room for their friends. They might give you one week notice and no conference or reason. Who kicks out a three year old? No community, horrible lazy pre school "teachers" and terrible new managment. Preschool is the most important time. Wow. I never write reviews and always assume positive intent, but this is devastating. This is the type of business that has no business working with children and gives real preschool teachers a bad name.

The Little Golden Goose is a step above the rest for us! While some local preschools only care about taking your money, the Goose cares for your child, their safety and well being, and will get your child ready to rock kindergarten. As an educator myself for nearly 20 years, I keep my standards high and the Little Golden Goose gets an A+!

After reviewing and visiting many care centers in Reno and Sparks a friend of mine directed me to The Little Golden Goose. Upon meeting the director and visiting the school my husband and I were immediately comfortable and knew this was the place for our daughter. Because it is small they do have a waitlist but we weren't in any hurry so we put our name on. During our wait I berated the director with questions because as a first time Mom and my first daycare experience I was worried. They answered all of my questions and were so patient with me. I can't begin to tell you how amazing our experience has been. We are so grateful for their caring teachers and small homelike feel. I cannot recommend them enough.

This preschool came recommended and I enrolled my son. On his first day (new kids, teachers, surroundings and routine) he was asked to be removed by noon. My kiddo had a melt down and they couldn't handle him....or didn't want to. Now I have been told they pick and choose the kids and parents to make themselves look better. To boot, I was handed references that were from the late 90's! I cannot recommend this facility. It's a shame there are such false facilities out there...kids are more important!

We just moved to the area and were needing a preschool for our 2 year old, my friend that has a child here recommended we check out the Little Golden Goose. With three children, We have high expectations for schools. We were so impressed by the professionalism and care shown by the staff during our tour, we immediately enrolled our son. The owner truly cares about the well being and happiness of all of the children. We are thrilled with all of the social and academic bounds our son has made since being there! Our son is always so happy to go to school, which makes us feel like he loves it just as much as we do!

We were recommended to this preschool by a coworker who had nothing but great things to say but when meeting the staff and seeing the preschool and explaining the struggle my son had in his previous daycare they seem to be confident that they can handle situations like that. First day of school new surroundings new teachers will be overwhelming for any 3 year old but literally three hours at school this daycare called me to pick up my son and to have a conference about my sons behavior. My poor son had a melt down and they just didn't have patience with him and this continued for four months three conferences later. They wanted to give him three chances which means 3 days we are paying them just so our son will be kicked out and if he had a melt down and couldn't control himself within 30 minutes he would get kicked out of their daycare. 3 chances for a three old. When we got to the daycare for this talk my son was the most upset I have seen him and that alone didn't sit right with me and his father because he is not like that. I hate to think my son was getting mistreated or not getting treated with the same patience and respect as the other kids. They just expect every kid to be perfect and the same and that is a horrible way to look at children. Would not recommend this daycare at all I will be letting all my friends and family know what has happened and have them spread the word. Sorry not sorry.

Reading these reviews has helped me realize that the Little Golden Goose, under an inexperienced owner, has a culture of easily giving up on children. The owner has allowed Golden Goose to become a space in which children do not feel valued or loved. The first day I dropped off my two year old in the care of the "co-director," she failed to acknowledge me or my crying child. When I was told my son was no longer welcome at the Golden Goose, there had been no prior conferences, no parent education, and no formal plan to work with us to find solutions to problems he was having. I had never even met his new teacher. This establishment needs to take a good hard look at itself. Is it the children who are the "problem" or what the adults are doing? I hope this helps others who are looking for a quality early childhood experience.

The Little Golden Goose is a safe, kind place that nurtures the whole child. The enchanting school has the nicest collection of kids and teachers in Reno. Coming from Washington state, it was hard to find a place that checked my long list of boxes for I am a kindergarten teacher with high preschool expectations. The staff manages to keep it play-based yet academic. I am happy that my little girl has had this early childhood experience and has met lifelong friends. The director truly is a safety first kind of a leader and for that I am grateful.

My wife and I are so glad we found this place. We have been so pleased in the progress of our child since he started! We appreciate the hard work the teachers put in.

My now four year old started attending Little Golden Goose almost six months ago, and for a child that has been cared for only by his parents, he has adjusted beautifully to Little Golden Goose. After researching for months the different daycares/preschools in Reno and Sparks, I was delighted when my son's therapist recommended Little Golden Goose. We toured the center and spoke to the Director and felt that we had found my son's home away from home. The center is located in an inviting and charming house that has been turned into a preschool many years ago. The owner, Ms. Pat is a delight! She is on top of everything going on with your child and at the school. My son loves his teachers and knows each one of them; he makes sure to say "good morning" and "good evening" to each teacher in the center by stopping by the different classrooms. He has made many friends and loves coming home to tell me about the adventures he had with his friends that day, and of course, showing off his artwork. I was very afraid of my son being negatively influenced and losing his good manners once he started school (as I've heard happening to other parents' children); however, this has not been the case at all! The staff at Little Golden Goose have taught him more in the past six months than I could have imagined. They have reinforced his love for learning by teaching him things that are at his level. Even though the class may be working on a certain subject for the month (ocean, animals, etc.), my son gets work that is tailored to his skill level. Being a child with a hearing impairment, they have been wonderful at accommodating him according to my suggestions/instructions. I cannot say enough good things about Little Golden Goose. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
