Imagine, you have never been in France and that trip is on your Bucket list. Visiting Little Gourmand will give you a chance to add some reality to your dream. Here you can find Made in France goodies to expand your food pallet. Or, maybe, you already put a checkmark on that trip and miss France dearly - here you can revisit without a hustle of continental travel. Along with satisfying your gastronomical cravings you will be reminded that driving there is a next skill level. The same goes for parking. I enjoyed my imaginary and very real, micro vacation. It was full of flavor, hospitality, variety, and opportunities.

This little place is a gem! 💎 The lunch we had was wonderful. Ham/cheese/butter on baguette for one and ham and cheese on croissant for me. Both were delicious! The shop is FULL of European foods and candy. It is especially tempting with all the holiday surprises. We were warmly greeted and checked on while eating and shopping. Many items are in French so the team wanted to make sure we knew to ask questions. Will be returning!! 🇫🇷

Google
I catered Little Gourmande for my French market themed baby shower and had such a wonderful experience! Guenievre was extremely responsive and helpful in providing details for options. I ended up getting assorted mini viennoiseries, mini fruit tartlets, and macarons. They were such a hit and also elevated our charcuterie table so much! Having lived in France before, I can vouch for the pastries being top notch!

Gayle L.

Google
Guenievre is an incredibly thoughtful and can-do business owner, and just a generally wonderful human being. When I couldn't find a passionfruit cake for my son's wedding, I remembered her incredible Mona Lisa passion fruit and mango tart. She worked with me so I could make a little "cake" by stacking the small version for my son and daughter-in-law, onto the larger for the 8 guests! The newlyweds LOVED it, and so did the rest! It got SO many compliments! I was so glad that a little chocolate sign came with, and all the Nashville residents took screenshots so they could visit the Little Gourmand! Merci! Merci de tout coeur!

Google
We had an amazing French experience here. We tried the éclairs (soft and very flavorful), the mushroom quiche (delicious), and a parmesan pastry (not sure of the name, but very good). The juice was also high quality. We bought some macarons, and every flavor was unique and delicious. The owner also recommended two very special marmalades (a little pricey, but worth it). Definitely a must-visit in Nashville!

Google
A short visit for me but was so sweet. Their staff were so friendly and promptly answered all questions. I order way too much pastry and one specific ham croissant 🥐😊. They are so delicious and not overly sweet. Absolutely be going back here.

Google
We love this sweet little French bakery. It hold a special place in our heart. The food is amazing, our favorite is the ham and cheese croissant, Neapolitan millefeuille, and many other treats are all delicious. The owner is always there, checking in on us. This is an amazing shop that we recommend to many of our friends!

Google
Tucked away (charmingly and quietly) off Bandywood, this delightful little place sells a wonderful and thoughtfully chosen array of French foods and sweets. They also sell sandwiches, soups, quiches and other simple and delicious lunch and breakfast fare. My favorite is their classic ham, Brie and butter baguette sandwich. Just absolutely perfect. Grab a Gini lemon-lime soda, a bag of chips and a sweet and sit outside (or in if it’s 90+) and sit back and enjoy. It’s really a hidden gem in Green Hills. Highest rating!

Yelp
If you love French pastries, you will love this place. I got there 30 minutes before they closed. There were not much left in pastries section. I got the last Eclairs, pear tart, and tomato soup. Wow!! They were delightful!! I will be back for sure!! Hopefully, I will be able to try the Millefeuille/Napoleon next time.

Yelp
It was a nice quaint shop in a beautifully small area. Had a nice selection of food but went with the sweet and savory pastries. All three were nice, flaky and buttery. Enjoyed the almond crossaint the most. Will definitely be back again!

Yelp
Sandwich was very good (I got the last one by the time I got to the register at 1pm). Line moves very slow.

Yelp
Nashville and its suburbs are lacking in high-quality, European bakeries, so I was thrilled to discover this spot. I had my first experience at Little Gourmand this week with my daughter for lunch. This particular spot is a market & cafe. This is such a charming place! It's very tidy and organized, and the food is very good. I had a baguette sandwich with meat, brie, and butter, and my daughter had a little pizza on a croissant crust. We shared an eclair. The market is so special, we purchased some French chocolate, tea, a giant French shortbread cookie, and four macarons to take home. The macarons are delicious, each one unique in flavor. My daughter and I take little nibbles at a time and "ooh" and "ahh" over the thoughtfulness that went into creating them. She and I bake together often, and we deeply appreciate a quality baked-good! The two women working were very kind and helpful, and the French gentleman working was a delight to chat with. I have a soft spot for international markets and food. I believe it's a privilege to step into anothers' culture for a bit, experience the food, music, and goods. I love being transported to another world! I dearly want this bakery to succeed - our community as a whole will be better for it. Having traveled to Europe, I cannot imagine the limitations the owners must face with acquiring ingredients, training pastry chefs, and pleasing the Southern-American palette. My only wish is that they someday expand into Brentwood; so they're a little closer to home!

Yelp
Went on a Saturday just after opening. Everyone was so welcoming and happily answered all my questions. Parking was easy with many available in the front of the complex that had the feel of a small town shopping experience. I got pastries and a chocolate bar: an almond croissant, eclair, apple turnover and a Milk Boy chocolate. 10s across the board for this place. The patisserie was charming and had seating inside and outside. Can't wait to go back for macaroons.

Yelp
I LOVE IT HERE!!! i highly highly highly recommend both locations apple pound cake: 8/10 i have been to their other location in berry hill and didn't realize it wasn't their main one, i was so excited to try this location. it is so cute here they have beautiful little tables and a whole selection of gift type snacks to buy. the owner was so nice! the apple pound cake was delicious. i got there late in the day so they were out of everything which i was expecting. i will be back here in the morning and leave another review on their selection. at the berry hill location i went towards closing and they were still fully stocked basically. i am also not sure what else they would have at this location, it seemed the other location has more display space? but maybe i just need to see it when it's full and so we will see.

Yelp
Since moving to Nashville this place has been one of my favorites. Sandwiches, bakery and snacks are so delicious. Live a good 30 minutes away but well worth the trip.

Yelp
I can understand how this place can appeal to a certain segment of the population, but it's not going to appeal to the coffee loving public. It's more women's shop, not a coffee shop. Coffee is not too good, and even the store's inventory is targeting half the population ( women ). If you identify as a woman you're going to love this place for its knickknacks. Not it's coffee.

Yelp
So we stopped in here today at about 3:45. We apparently need to come earlier next time. There were not too many fresh offerings left but we did score some Macarons an Eclair and two Croissants!! Oh, and a $11 chocolate bar! The staff were SUPER nice, answering questions and not judging. It was a nice pit stop for some luxury items. (They had caviar in a fridge!!!! - Next time!). I wish I had asked about their sandwiches but we were in a hurry. Please stop by, beautiful little shop, tons of jarred goods I will purchase next time, and delicious goodies!
google avatar

Brittany R.

Yelp
So Authentic. I love the fresh food and REAL ingredients. I will be back! (The baguettes are amazing.)
google avatar

Renee B.

Yelp
Love this place. I have loved everything I have tried at this restaurant. The sandwiches are amazing, I am not a fan of macaroons but theirs are amazing. They have fantastic caviar. The service has always been great. It's a refreshing space. Highly recommend if you are in Nashville. Really feel like I'm in a small cafe in France every time I visit. Love this place.

Yelp
We stopped in for lunch on a Friday on our way out of town. I'm glad we did. Unfortunately, they didn't have many of the baked goods I saw in other reviews. But what we had was awesome. We had the croque monsieur, leek and parm pastry, mushroom and feta (I think) pastry, tomato mozzarella quiche and a pistachio eclair. Loved every single thing I ate. LOVED. It was worth fighting traffic from downtown to get here. Shop is really cute. The owner was very kind and service attentive. There's a small parking lot for easy parking, but I imagine this fills quickly on the weekends.

Gordana M.

Yelp
Their food is so authentic - the best patisseries in Nashville and the area. The service is outstanding. Everything about both locations is supreme. Highly recommended :) One location is a typical French supermarket with cute coffee tables and chairs where you enjoy freshly made pattiserie and relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere .Both locations bring French ambience to Nashville. Outstanding. Gordana

Yelp
Cute french shop. We got some macaroons and they were delicious. The service was great. Shop worker was very knowledgeable.

Yelp
Y'all... damn damn damn. Woooo. Ok. Here we go! Those macarons were the bomb! Jesus Take the Wheel! I swear I was tasting real strawberry and real lemon and the marscapone... Om to the freaking G! Yes I got some other stuff... But who cares! Those macaroons were heaven! So this is the other stuff I bought. Raspberry tartlets, basil and EVOO crackers, sparkling apple and pear juice, apricot and lavender preserves and salmon rillettes! #DateNightStarterKit But whatever you get, please make certain to pick up some macaroons! It will not be a regret. Guaranteed!

Yelp
Super cute store! Great pastries! The staff was super friendly and explained all the different options. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Very Authentic French Treat Shop The proprietor is a real French guy. The shop is decorated in tons of French paraphernalia. $51 out the door for 18 macaroons was the birthday mission of the day here. The macaroons were good quality here.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was excellent and the food the best, my grandkids love it especially my grandson he said the pastries every single one were good and wants to go back for more

Yelp
I know, you hate Greenhills, as do I, but this little shop must be added to your "try asap" list. This tiny cafe has a limited menu of mostly petite desserts, homemade baguette sandwiches, quiche and soup of the day, and several coffee/tea options but don't think the flavors are shorted. Our baguette sandwiches made us long for Paris and we vowed to come back to try the croissants and desserts in the future. The sundry item section is extensive and perfect for a last minute hostess gift or to find that unique spread you want to add to your charcuterie platter. I wanted all the jams, jellies, mustards, but refrained from getting too carried away. Go here and get your fill of authentic croissants and baguettes and pick up that jam you've only heard about on those fancy cooking shows. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I think I've found a new addiction with this place! It's the cutest little space with little tables set outside like you'd see in Paris. There are so many goods available in the market and the fresh menu items are amazing! I got myself a Paris Deluxe sandwich plus some macarons and I can't wait to go back for more. Honestly, I haven't had macarons or bread this good since I was actually in Paris. The owner and staff were so nice and took the time to look and see if they had a black currant jam in store I've been looking for even when it was a busy Saturday. He also held the door and thanked me for coming in. Great food, market & service makes this place a new favorite spot!

Yelp
Absolutely amazing place to go. My husband and I have gone 2x and we plan on going there from now on frequently. The owner is there and he is very helpful and the staff are so sweet!

Yelp
I can't say that I have ever had a croissant that completely blew me away, until now. These are made with true passion. I really don't know what to say other than wow. You need to try these fresh treats! Everything was amazing.
google avatar

Kiley K.

Yelp
This place was such a fun find! The owner looks like a rock star and was so friendly and polite, he held the door for each customer on their way out! There are so many neat foods and ingredients here, it was fun to just walk around and look. I ultimately decided on some yummy graham cracker like cookies with a chocolate filling peeking out through a happy face cutout and some of the macarons. Omg I was totally blown away by just how delicious and pretty the sea salt caramel and passionfruit macarons were--the best I've ever had! I also enjoyed the other packaged cookies when I got home but nothing can compare to the tastiness that is their macarons, they are a must-try!

Yelp
I am very happy to find this place where I can buy very good eclair in Nashville! The store is owned by French couple and makes you feel really authentic too. Inside has a lot of French / European food and stuff. When I went, there are only few kinds of eclair, which not sure if that's what it is most of time or I just went bad timing. Hope in my next visit, I see more kinds of pastries and cakes.
google avatar

Yelp
While waiting for my hair appointment at One10, I spied this lovely patisserie and decided to check it out. And, wow. The croissants (I got 1 butter, 1 chocolate and 1 almond, to share, of course) are out of this world delicious. The cakes and macarons are just gorgeous - as are the ladies working there. Super friendly service. Glad I found this gem.

Yelp
This review is for a visit I made a few months ago, but this place made an impression on me! I was in search of some tasty pastries, and Little Gourmand had popped up on my IG timeline more than once, which I took as a sign to follow them, and eventually make my way to their shop. They have two locations - I visited the one located in Green Hills. A small, intimate shop that doubles as a grocery and a cafe, I spent some time at the counter, gazing in dreamy awe at the selection of pastries. They also make hot sandwiches. They have a much larger selection at the Melrose location, from what I understand, but I was satisfied! I ended up with a lemon tart, and an eclair. The shop was empty when I arrived, so I was able to grab a table and sit, taking in the ambience. The owners were very sweet, and would check on me periodically as I munched away. People came in and out during my time there, but it never got super crowded, which I loved, because it felt like I had the place to myself. This cafe definitely made a positive impression on me, and I look forward to going back!

Ace G.

Yelp
The best patisserie in Nashville! The breads they are selling is by Chef Emilie - The best breads in Nashville, too!
google avatar

Sara R.

Yelp
This place is tucked away and oh so cute. The people working there are so nice and even opened the door for me! I can only imagine how hard it must be to wake up super early to bake everything super fresh your customers. Baking is HARD! With that said, I ordered an almond croissant and felt it had a generous amount of toasted almonds. The inside was flaky and delicious but the outside just tasted a bit burnt to me and I ended up only eating the inside. Wasn't my cup of tea but the inside was super yummy. I think I would just try a plain croissant next time. Prices are a bit expensive but again I can't imagine how labor intensive it is to run a bakery.

Yelp
Food is amazing. Service is amazing and friendly. Ambiance is very quiet and relaxing!

Yelp
´Tis the season to place your Yule Log (Bûche de Noël) order! I am so glad that Little Gourmand sent a reminder e-mail as it had totally slipped my mind. If you've never had this iconic French dessert, I assure you that this is the year to try it! This past Saturday, both stores offered complimentary tastings of the two options - the Saint Germain was beyond light, airy, and oh-so-chocolatey and I was completely amazed by the explosion of fruit flavor from the Pigalle! I choose to order the Pigalle but only because I've had the chocolate Bûche de Noël in years past - it was an extraordinarily difficult decision because they are both so incredibly delicious! I'll be picking mine up Christmas Eve and it will be a great way to enjoy the holiday. Et comme d'habitude, les propriétaires étaient gentils et gracieux. J'ai profité mon café, les macarons, et mon sandwich - tous étaient merveilleux! Je vous recommande ce magasin pour tous vos besoins alimentaires français. (And as usual, the owners were kind and gracious. I enjoyed my coffee, the macaroons, and my sandwich - all were wonderful! I recommend this store to you for all of your French food needs.)

Yelp
I visit Nashville often and stay in an area close to Greenhill. Today I was looking for a coffee shop that has a croissant and found this cute little shop! It's a market place with French goodies and a bakery that sells croissants, financiers, quiches, macarons, and a few other patisserie items. There are seats alongside one corner of the store. The people who work (2 French people-couple?- and one clerk who also seemed to speak French) were so pleasant and helpful. And I love hearing French language! I got an espresso and an almond croissant to eat in and took a Lyonnais sandwich to go. * Almond Croissant ($4.50) was superb - a lot of sliced almonds with marzipan inside, great texture and flavor. I like it more with a crispier, flakier texture, but I still enjoyed this one very much. * Lyonnais sandwich ($9.95) was fabulous! It's a very simple sandwich made on a baguette with dry salami, gherkins, and salted butter..but everything was of great quality, and the proportion of things was very much to my liking. Salted French butter was great! * Financier with raspberries was also excellent. Great almond flavor and soft texture, perfectly baked. * Espresso was fine..(a bit weak for my taste...but I'm very picky about my coffee!:)). They only have espresso or Americano. No cappuccino, etc. I also purchased a butter cookie tin that was so pretty! It's a really cute place that serves well made baked items and sandwiches. It's well run. It seems maybe a bit pricey, but I don't mind it and will definitely go back. It brought me fond memories of visiting cafes and bakeries in France, and I think that's what exactly this place is trying to do.

Yelp
I love Paris for many reasons....the wine, gorgeous landmarks, etc...but my all time favorite thing to do while there is consume exorbitant amounts of jambon-beurre baguette sandwiches. Readily available, these take out Parisian sandwiches are always the highlight of my trip. Sadly, it's been impossible to find elsewhere outside of France....until now. The lovely French couple behind Little Gourmand exceeded my wildest expectations in offering traditional French snacks. My jambon-beurre featured real French butter, French ham & a nice slab of Brie...instantly transporting me back to Paris! Perhaps, even fresher than most I've had in France. The prices are higher than France (of course) but I'll GLADLY pay it since they are bringing in the freshest ingredients. Can't recommend this place enough. They'll even playfully speak in France to you while running transactions.

Yelp
I had been looking forward to coming here since our trip to the other location a couple months ago. We went to France for my French-Canadian husband's 30th birthday in 2019 and have not traveled internationally since, and I have been craving some culture so badly. This place has it! We were immediately greeted by a man with a French accent, I'm assuming the owner, who engaged in conversation en Francais with my husband and I. We had brunch - my husband had a ham and cheese sandwich and I had the ham and cheese croissant. I had some lovely organic apple juice from France. Then I went crazy in their market. Beautiful imported French teas, preserves, spreads, sweets, kitchen towels, etc. I left with some great breakfast tea bags, a beautiful kitchen towel, some horseradish mustard, a box of Bonne Maman fruit tarts, and my favorite, some preserves from La Chambre Aux Confitures. I can't even describe my excitement when I recognized the label on an item on their clearance table. I bought a box of preserves from La Chambre in Paris and was ecstatic when I saw a familiar label. The preserves are divine! I bought multiple beautiful French pastries from their display case, and a young woman and the French gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name!) made sure everything was packaged appropriately for travel, as I was bringing these back with me to Kentucky. They did forget to put my pain au chocolat in the box! I didn't notice it until I got home, but I am certain that when I return, they will take care of it for me. Please check this place out. It is a diamond!

Yelp
Wonderful French shop and cafe. A hidden treasure of Nashville. I will be back again many times for both shopping and the cafe. If you're looking for unique and thoughtful gifts, come to this shop. They do gift wrapping, too!
google avatar

Kendall R.

Yelp
What a delightful hidden spot! They have a French grocery section, a few bistro tables and chairs, and a bakery. I popped in to get my friend a treat to celebrate her engagement. I settled on 2 macaroons: blueberry lavender and hazelnut chocolate. The blueberry lavender was absolutely beautiful! A friendly French man came out and explained what every sweet in the case was, which was so greatly appreciated. I cant wait to come back here and try some breakfast!

Yelp
Make a mini escape to France by visiting this specialty shop and bakery in the Green Hills area! The retail store side is stocked with many imported items such as olives, lemon curds, mustards, snacks and sweets. The bakery display had croissants-plain and chocolate, a few pastry options-savory and sweet, as well as some prepared sandwiches. We went with plain croissants and the aroma as we opened the bag was so inviting that we couldn't even wait to try their buttery, flaky goodness! My only negative is there weren't many pastry options but we were there later in the day so next time we will definitely arrive earlier. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and I can't wait to go back to spend more time there!

Yelp
Such a cute cafe/shop. Great mushroom soup and fantastic baguette. Little shop there to browse while you wait.
google avatar

Yelp
Had so much fun having my lunch there today. My baguette sandwich was excellent and a chocolate waffle espresso cup was just as delicious as espresso itself. Lol Very pleasant atmosphere and very attentive owners. I recommend and will be back myself for more delicious French meals and products.

Yelp
Do you ever feel instant nostalgia when you walk into a place? That's how I felt today after stumbling upon Little Gourmand. Having just come back from a Europe trip, I've been yearning for a chance to go back, however I think I've found somewhere to keep me happy before I go back. The smell of fresh baked croissants and the smiles on everyone's faces made me feel so at home. I started off with a classic espresso and chocolate twist, and oh my goodness they were both AMAZING. The flaky twist loaded with chocolate melted in my mouth. Afterwards, I got a chocolate croissant which was equally mind blowing. To finish off the experience, I got their special Raspberry Macaroon stuffed with sorbet and a French blood orange soda, both of which blew my mind. Can't believe we have such a hidden gem in our backyard. The service I received was exceptional and smooth, I felt no rush to leave and will gladly be coming back.

Yelp
What a cute, hidden gem in Green Hills!!! Absolutely recommend that you visit. I'm a lover of all international spots. This place spoke to my soul and took me back to my trip to Paris! Owners are very friendly and kind. It's literally a little piece of France in this shop/market/cafe. Wide variety of goods. They have sandwiches, pastries, sweets, and drinks available for purchase. Loved being able to order delectable pastries and sweets to enjoy inside at their cafe tables. Recommend trying the rum ba ba!!!! It's infused with rum with an extra shot you can squeeze into it. The heavily accented (love!) owner told us a story about when he & his family would eat the Rum Ba Bas after church, because they didn't drink on Sundays, haha! Visited before Bastille Day, so the store was decorated in full French colors and flags. Sad we didn't get to make it back to the party. Heard it's a big event with hundreds of attendees and live bands playing French faves. A must go!!!!

Yelp
This place is awesome. Very authentic. Desserts are handmade with love. Every time I go, I enjoy my experience. If you like French food and French vibes, go here....the shop in Green Hills.

Yelp
Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? The food is amazing and I have known this for quite sometime because Little Gourmand is an option with Postmates and Uber Eats that I have ordered many times to work. I appreciate the options they have and the eclectic selection of food. I always get the vegetarian sandwich, truffle chips, a few macaroons, and espresso. I was in Green Hills running errands and decided to stop and see the location and WOW - so amazing! Not only is there a small seating area inside where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere and eat, there are many different cooking supplies and fun options in a grocery type setting. I was pleased with the service I received from the man who helped me check out. As I was checking out, I noticed that they had a "best of yelp" card proudly displayed behind the counter! Adore this! I will absolutely be coming back here for more than just lunch.

Yelp
If you're taking notes on how to run a business - stop by this place. Everything they do should be an example of how to take care of your customers and to provide the highest quality of goods and service: 1. The owners/staff: They have become our friends. They're kind, compassionate, and they'll take care of anything you need. Not on the menu? They'll create it. Have a request? Consider it done. Want to practice your French? Happy to accommodate. 2. The Food/Pastry: Everything... everything is imported and of the highest quality. Flavors are expertly paired, pastries are decadent and balanced, and the grocery goods will make you want to take a course at Le Cordon Bleu. A taste of the real deal - France's finest. You'll find anything you need to impress and prepare a delicious meal, to boot. 3. The prices: fair! I can only imagine what it costs to import what they do, and they manage to keep the cost reasonable and offer sale items that are a real deal! You get the same quality food and pastry that would require a flight to Paris without the travel fees ;). 4. The atmosphere: the music is fun and authentic and the cafe feels like an authentic French cafe. The bistro tables are adorable and the grocery is well organized and meticulous. 5. The service: it goes hand in hand with the staff. They'll remember your name after even one visit. They're attentive and kind - reminding us why the French are known for some of the finest cuisine and food service in the world. Even during COVID-19, they're open and feeding us delicious things. Even though you can't fly to France right now, stop by and support them, because it's as close as you can get (and you'll make some dear friends, too).

Yelp
Each week I order a loaf of sourdough from Little Gourmand. I pre-ordered a loaf for Thursday of this week. On Thursday I received a text reminding me that my sourdough was available to pickup. I arrived within the hour to be told that my bread had accidentally been sold to a gentleman who was supposed to pick up at their Melrose location. They then told me that I could drive across town (in rush hour traffic!) to pick-up his order, which wasn't even the same as mine. I told them that wasn't possible for me and asked if they could make a new loaf for me for the following day. They apologized, and I told them mistakes happen and it wasn't a big deal. That evening I called Guenievre and confirmed that my loaf would be made since the prior interaction was with store employees and not Guenievre or her husband. She responded with a text confirmation. The next day I went to go pick up my loaf and spoke to the two women from the day before as well as her husband. They apologized again, and I told them it really was quite alright. However, I am a firm believer in businesses taking care of their people and in my situation I was not taken care of. The loaf for that week should have been comped, discounted, or something extra should have been thrown in for my trouble of having to return in the middle of Christmas traffic. With other patrons in the grocer browsing on both occasions I did not feel the need to ask for a discount, as I have never experienced a time when a business messed up and then didn't immediately try to rectify the situation. My graciousness was taken advantage of and I left shocked that I was walking out with a loaf (they couldn't make the one I wanted next-day) that I had paid full price for. On Saturday I called Guenievre and politically expressed that I was disappointed with the transaction and she immediately wrote me off, coldly telling me that she had customers, she had already apologized ten times, and that she wasn't able to do anything more for me since it wasn't her bread (PSA she owns and operates the store, so poor excuse). Then she told me that if I needed to order from her again I would need to do so online. When a company makes a mistake, it should be followed with appropriate action. I handled each interaction with kindness, yet I was not taken care of--who suggests sending their customers to another store location to PURCHASE someone else's order?! I didn't want to write this review because I do sincerely enjoy Little Gourmand's breads. But when I have sent several new customers their way I can no longer do so in good faith. There are too many other good bakers in town to support and I'm not going to stand for Guenievre being defensive and rude to me. EDIT: Guenievre, your response shows that you're failing to hear me. Mistakes should be accompanied with a discount, at the very least, or otherwise an *extra something thrown in* or a comped item. Instead, you're blaming customers for bad business decisions. I should not be put out because you fail to set boundaries with how customers can place orders. Additionally, customer preference is not something that should make FOH uncomfortable. I expressed a distaste for white bread and said I wish the other flavors were more commonly sold at the Green Hills location. Your husband followed up with me Friday, and I told him that I was not a fan of the white bread loaves, but that I also do not gravitate to white bread at large. Perhaps take customer feedback and apply it to SWAT analysis because this could be an opportunity for your company to grow instead of get defensive. And lastly, you are a business owner engaging in B2B with Chef Emilie. It IS your responsibility to rectify mistakes beyond an apology, and telling me over the phone that your hands are tied because it's not your bread, and then to state on Yelp that "I [have] done everything I [can] to help" is simply not true nor ethical.

Yelp
I LOVE Little Gourmand. It's pricey but absolutely worth it for what you're getting and what you're getting is authentic French pastries! The macarons are lovely but the mousse cakes are out of this world!

Yelp
Little Gourmand is without a doubt one of the most magical and truly special establishments in Nashville!!! If you have yet to experience it you simply MUST!! Everything they create and curate is done so with so much love you can literally taste it!!! The warmth you're greeted with by the owners is so special, and their FOOD is off-the-charts exceptional. Each time I am fortunate enough try something new it is my new favorite... That is until the next creation!!! One thing tops the next ~ but no need to pick favorites ~ just try them all!! They are open for pickup AND delivery during this time!! Make sure to support local! There's simply no way NOT to be transported to France with every bite.... It will be love at first bite!!!

Yelp
Do not go here if you are avoiding bread or on a diet, it would be pure torture. One of the few places in town you can get a proper pate sandwich and a croissant. Heaven on earth and pretty authentic french food. You can not go wrong with anything on the menu , and they have a nice selection of french gifts and food for you to take home. My only complaint is that parking can be a little tricky.
