"This Beaumont charmer of a breakfast cafe delivers the goods: Benedicts topped with everything from cured ham to braised pork shoulder, jammy shakshuka, and an egg-and-cheese on a house buttermilk biscuit. Plus, those looking to live it up mid-week will find a selection of boozy brunch beverages like classic bloody marys. The restaurant’s second location is in a Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard building with a breakfast legacy — the former Cup & Saucer space." - Zoe Baillargeon

"The cozy, 25-seat brunch spot in Beaumont serves lots of vegetarian-friendly fare — biscuits and gravy, polenta with collard greens — but the shakshuka served in a skillet with a side salad is a real gem. Topped with two poached eggs and turmeric feta, a base of savory and slightly spicy tomatoes, peppers, and onions provide an extremely satisfying topping to crispy grilled bread." - Nick Woo

"I was a big fan of Cup & Saucer, and I was really sad when it closed; when Little Griddle opened, I was suspicious, but that was soon replaced by joy. I get the huevos rancheros, but I’m a little extra so I get a side of the French toast." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

Really wanted to like this spot. Tiny, not a lot of seating so there will be a wait- ours was super short. We were seated inside, staff was busy but helpful. Coffee was good. Vegetarian gravy was fantastic. Poach eggs were perfection. Cheesy polenta was tasty. But then there was a hair in the salad. A long hair that was in a big bite and caused a bit of gagging. While we appreciate they took 50% off our bill, we were only able to eat 25% before the incident and we didn't finish anymore after. Understanding that there isnt much that can be done after the fact it never feels good and it would be helpful to have a bit more concern from the staff. Probably won't be back.

I was prepared to write a pretty good review of this place until halfway through my meal. The menu has a lot of great options but one ingredient I wasn't expecting was a 2 ft long hair in my salad. The nausea I felt after pulling this long hair out of my mouth was overpowering. The dismissiveness from staff was unfortunate. However, they did provide a slight discount. Unfortunately, neither of us could continue to eat after this repulsive experience. The staff member that was notified took the napkin with the hair inside it and instead of throwing away and washing their hands they to continued service others without washing their hands. I will not return, and I will not recommend this place. Staff did not appear to be following basic health code standards and the long hair and lack of hand washing represents their cleanliness a standards. I wish I had looked at the food more thoroughly, since the picture I took does show the hair.

Cute quaint breakfast spot. Went in around 11am and it was decently filled but I was able to get seating immediately. I ordered The Classic as well as a B&B. Food was great, the biscuits were phenomenal! Service was also very quick and helpful for only having two people on in the FOH. Would highly recommend!!

What a treat!! The chocolate chip pancake was perfect! Huevos benedictos and the bacon and cheese skillet were amazing. Super flavorful. The toast had the best crunch! Give it a try. They are pet friendly and if you want a meal for your pup they offer you unseasoned scrambled eggs. Staff was super friendly as well!

Google
This tiny eatery has AMAZING atmosphere! The staff is into making sure you have the very best experience with their establishment. I was so impressed with their original dishes and classics like French toast that is elevated to another level. They make most everything from scratch if not everything. Tiny place, had to wait for seating but we'll worth it all! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Google
Fantastic little breakfast or brunch joint! The poached eggs are really good 🤌 I had the Bacon and Cheddar Hash skillet and it was delightful. The staff is very friendly! The only thing is it's a pretty small place so it can get cramped quick. Plan on waiting a little bit on the weekends if you want to get in, but it's easy to wander the nearby shops until you get texted.

Google
Had a wonderful breakfast here, the challah bread French toast with blueberry compote was Devine. Real Maple Syrup! The trucker's breakfast was great with bacon and the pepper jam was super tasty on the biscuit! Will come again!

Google
We stopped here on our way flying home through PDX, as we wanted brunch. OMG. Phenomenal! The combination of flavors was such a pleasant surprise. The waiter didn't take notes when he took our orders, so I was nervous if he remembered all of our "modifications" (no cilantro, etc) The order was 100% accurate. My side salad was so refreshing. The Huevos Benedict was yummy. I could've eaten another serving as it was so good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yelp
Just fantastic. Delicious food, chill atmosphere, wonderful friendly servers! As someone who is a picky eater and loves brunch, but hates eggs, I don't often find things to eat on most brunch menus that are more than just "OK". Little Griddle was the best brunch I've had in a LONG time! My partner and I both ordered the sausage biscuit (I got mine without egg), he got the collards and I got a half order of French toast. Everything was delicious- the biscuit was big, fluffy, fresh but still had enough "structure" to not crumble while eating the sandwich. The sautéed onions and melty jack cheese combined seamlessly with the sausage patty on top. The French toast is the best I've had in the city - thick challah that was not coated in an eggy batter - rather, lightly grilled and had actual FLAVOR! You could taste notes of what to me were vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg perhaps? So good!! Most non-egg items are made as an afterthought without a lot of attention paid to the details, not the case here. The mimosas were also great, with selections different juices - including my fav, mango :) Can't wait to go back!!!

James B.

Yelp
Wow, this is a real gem. Shakshuka: colorful, expertly cooked, flavorsome, and a great serving size. We also got a half order of French toast which was lightly chewy and sweet without being overly saccharine. Service was very friendly, responsive and warm. The space is cozy, small but not loud, and feels like a neighborhood secret. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Yelp
It's been a long while and glad they're still knocking it out of the park. Don't underestimate the side salad that comes with most breakfast entrees. It's a delicious complement and gives whatever you're enjoying a healthy feel. The chicken biscuit is not the handheld kind as there's lots of oozing goodness. And this isn't some pre-fab dry white meat patty, great flavor. Service was excellent. The delicious homemade lemonade is a deal. Lovely spot and overall vibe.

Yelp
I really enjoyed brunch here! Came on a Saturday around 1:00 but had put our name on the waitlist an hour and a half before. Definitely do that since the wait is long. I also accidentally went to the Hawthorne location first so just note that there are two. Great menu, super cool restaurant, very artsy. Get something with a biscuit bc they are delicious. I loved the egg sandwich and appreciated that it came with a side salad for some greens which was also yummy. Our servers were very friendly. Would recommend, above average brunch.

Yelp
My husband and I couldn't have made a better choice for our spur-of-the-moment breakfast outing at Little Griddle this morning. We arrived just after 9 AM on a Saturday, which seemed ideal. We found a table for two in the half-filled restaurant, just in the nick of time! Within ten minutes of our arrival the popular restaurant had a 12-person waitlist. I can't stress enough how adorable Little Griddle is. They pack a lot of cuteness into this small footprint of a cafe with 10-12 tables that stretch from the bright window in the front, to the kitchen window in the back. The ocean blue ceiling has touches of gold trim throughout, and the featured works by local artists help make the space feel extra special. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with a side of roasted potatoes. The presentation was lovely, and the biscuit was expertly made. The meals seem shareable as the portions are generous. Every dish has a vegetarian option, and diners will find a wide variety of breakfast and brunch items on the menu. The overall vibe of Little Griddle is bright and happy. The staff were smiling and pleasant, and very attentive to our needs. I happily left a 25% tip and promised to come back again soon. This may be one of my new favorite breakfast places as it's conveniently located near my home and the food is DELISH!

Yelp
Visiting friends Woke up late, but made it for brunch at Little Griddle. My friend was like we have to eat here. The food did not disappoint. My friend & I ordered- the Shakshuka Skillet it came with: 2 poached eggs, marinated feta, peppers, onions, tomato and stewed spices. And I added vegan sausage. My friend's husband order the Bacon & Spinach Skillet. I also ordered a hot tea, which was basic. I will have to try something else for drinks next time. The food did not disappoint. I will back again when I visit Portland.

Courtney S.

Yelp
I came here with friends for brunch and it was a long wait so we walked to stores and stopped at a coffee shop until our table was ready. It's a very small space but the food was amazing. I had a breakfast burrito that came with a side salad. The mimosas were very good and boozy AF! I tried a little of the aardvark sauce and it wasn't my jam but a popular hot sauce here (not the animal).

Jessie C.

Yelp
Best brunch I've had in a while- I love when a place is able to pull a good shashuka. Come early as parking and seating is extremely limited. The shashuka ($15) had great flavor but somewhat small substance to it. If they added more of the peppers it was suppose to have it's def be amazing. The bacon cheddar hash ($15) was so much portion wise but average flavor. The coffee ($3 for hot $5 for ice) was okay- just wished they had more options as Portland was so intensive with their coffee scene. The seating was small but cute!! Service was kind of slow so I can see why people tend to wait a lot from reviews. Super cute and affordable brunch spot!!

Yelp
Little griddle is such a hidden gem, it's an absolute amazing local brunch spot! The restaurant is very small inside so I always make sure to get on the wait list on yelp before arriving. Parking lot is small but there's street parking. Ordered: Shakshuka comes with toast highly recommend this dish its peppery and the onion and tomato just work so well together. I'd order this every time. Bacon cheddar hash- my bf likes it but I think it can be a bit heavy. Blueberry French toast , we ordered this with the intention of to going it but ended up finishing it at the restaurant loll the toast is so airy and the blueberry jam compliments it so well it's not heavy at all! I think the salad was complimentary but omg I need to know what dressing they use I will literally buy it on the spot!! I enjoyed dining here good food good vibes, tables were a bit too close to each other so its kinda awkward but it's understandable due to how small the establishment is.

Candice F.

Yelp
Love Little Griddle! It's a cozy local spot with art work for sale on the walls. Appreciate that you can add your name to the waitlist via Yelp. My go to dish is the Shakshuka. Also love the salad that comes with your order. They have a friendly staff & tasty coffee bevs.

Yelp
Hands down this place is a must try!!! It is a small location in Fremont with about 4-5 2 tops and 2 4-6 tops. We checked in on our way to the location which worked in our favor as we didn't have to wait when we got there. They do have some outside sitting as well. Warning this place is fairly small so space is a bit tight! Service was good although our order was messed up but it ended up being a happy mistake! They were attentive, quick, and kind. We got two cocktails which were delicious. The breakfast salad is a must have!!! It cuts the heaviness of breakfast. The pancake was to die for! The grits were seasoned perfectly.

Robyn P.

Yelp
Went back for more. I love this place!! Today we got chicken breakfast sandwich and sausage biscuit. It's really loud inside acoustically, but the food and drinks make up for it. Service is friendly and easy going.

Yelp
What a great little neighborhood spot. Wanted a quick breakfast and Little Griddle was great! Enjoyed sitting on the sidewalk/patio to enjoy the day. Our server was quick, responsive and friendly. They were very busy so the food took a minute but it came out hot and fresh. Worth the wait! Everything was delicious and we enjoyed a great meal to start our day.

Alana C.

Yelp
Heading home from the airport we got a brunch craving so we found this on Yelp. It's VERY SMALL inside. The staff was impeccable in their immediate warmth toward us, and continued to be incredibly punctual and welcoming throughout our visit. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes to be seated. The food was excellent, the poached eggs were perfectly jiggly, bacon crisp, spinach fresh, and English muffin was tender and delicious. The potatoes were a bit on the underdone side, a bit hard. Just 1 minute away from being cooked correctly. I had a baileys and coffee with was served in a mug just about the size of my head! It was super delicious with a heap of whipped cream and a dust of cinnamon. Yum. I was disappointed that there was not a baby changing table in the restroom. I had to get down on my hands and knees and lay out my portable baby changing pad to get the job done. Quite gross. Nevertheless, I think I'd return again if ever in this neck of the woods.

Yelp
We were visiting from California and were looking for a breakfast spot. We found this little spot and were not disappointed! The food was so tasty. Full of flavors and ingredients that you would not expect to go together. Such as spinach dip with bacon and eggs tasted great. Service is good there is a waiting list. The ambiance was not the greatest but the food is all worth it. I would recommend going if you're in the area!

Kimberly B.

Yelp
Food was great. Little cute place, tons of local artists' work. I used yelp waitlist and recommend. Service was a little slow due to someone calling out, but so friendly!

Yelp
my faaaaave place to brunch in portland. you really can't go wrong. amazing drinks, amazing food, everything they do they do it so well! small and super cozy space. love the rotating art on the walls and everyone who works here is SO sweet. their veggie sausage is SO GOOD. other highlights: curry hash, bacon cheddar hash, my friends and i are always getting a pancake for the table...aka table pancake. making an effort to review my favorite places this year and this one is in my top 3!

Joy G.

Yelp
Cute place with quick service. Food was very tasty. However my friend just wanted to sub toast for her salad and was told it would be an extra charge. I heard the gal tell people things would be an additional charge a couple times around me, it was off putting. Coffee was just ok. It was a little hard to find based on the sign. We were expecting it to be in the center where the parking lot is but it's around the corner. Had to look at pics on yelp to figure out the buildings in the background.

Cassandra C.

Yelp
One of the best things about this place and my first impression of Little Griddle is the option to join the waitlist ahead of time, from home! When I joined, it told me 55-60 min so I had time to finish getting ready and zip over there. There's street parking and a small lot that was full. The timing was pretty accurate, and we got 2 text messages along the way telling us we were #9 and then we were going to be called soon. The ambiance is really cute! There's craftsy stuff on the walls and a fun blue accent color. The service was good, we got everything we ordered and were checked on! There's nothing else I need from the service, honestly. They were friendly. I like that they have some fun coffee options. My top tier breakfast places also have an espresso bar to have any coffee drink I want with breakfast. This split the difference - it wasn't espresso, but I could get a cold brew latte. And it was good! With simple syrup on the side! The menu has all kinds of options. I usually order a basic 2 egg breakfast, which is what I did here: 2 eggs, sausage, potatoes and a biscuit. I also really enjoyed that I could add a single pancake for $5. All the food was incredible except the potatoes which were soggy, slimy, wet, greasy, lame, malformed triangles. You'll note this is still 5 stars. I can work with gross potatoes when everything else was 12/10. And if that sounds good to you, you'll be in potato heaven here. The table condiments were also top tier! Aardvark AND Cholula? My dream team of hot sauces. The pancake was really tasty, with butter and maple syrup. It was very chocolatey when ordered with choco chips, really good! I think the biscuit was a standout offering with a raspberry jam (I can never remember, if it's pureed, is it jam? There are no seeds and it's completely smooth). I will definitely go back, and I will tell people I know to go here!

Brittnee S.

Yelp
First time and we liked it a lot! Sweet little spot, good food and has a being at your friends house for breakfast feel. Ham Benny 10/10 Blueberry French toast 10/10 Truck stop 10/10 Super nice and chill staff.

Joel R.

Yelp
The food here was great, but unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the treatment we received from the host. My two friends and I, all POC, were asked to leave while the group of four non-POC customers who sat down before us and were just talking were allowed to stay. The host was incredibly rude, and the double standard was blatant. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this place.

Thesla L.

Yelp
Oh my goodness I'm still drooling thinking of how yummy my breakfast was this morning! I would highly recommend coming to the Little Griddle. I found this place by accident and so glad that I did.

Steve R.

Yelp
I hate when reviewers feel the need to embelish their review with hyperbole! This review needed no such exaggeration! Way Too Intense! Be prepared to gulp your food down! Food was pretty tasty, though eggs were definitely on the rubbery side. But my brothers and I won't be back after getting rushed out out the door, barely 40 minutes after being seated. Their mantra should be, "Bring your money and your appetite, but take your conversation elsewhere." Seriously, never before have I heard these words from a server, as the wait staff pre-bussed our table trying to hurry us out the door, "We hate to ask you to leave, but others are waiting so we're gonna need your table now!" No really... that's a direct quote!! While we get that the restaurant business is one of volume, sheesh; how about you try to find a better balance!! Portland offers far too many other choices to risk pissing off your customers like this! Actual Stars Food= 3 Service= -3 Net=  0 To the owner(s), maybe put a sign out telling parties they need to plan to leave immediately once their order has been consimed! At least then your customers would not have any expectations for anything resembling savoring a leisurely meal.

Mary J.

Yelp
What a hidden gem! Absolutely loved having breakfast here this weekend! It definitely is a small place so if you have a group you may be waiting for a while. Table for 2 around 8:45am wasn't bad at all but we could definitely see more people coming after 9am. Street parking easy too. Ordered one blueberry pancake and I will say I have finally found my favorite pancake in all of PDX! Perfect ratio of blueberries to batter, syrup not overly sweet. Also got the truck stop: perfect classic breakfast with eggs, choice of protein, potatoes, and their house made biscuit. Everything on that plate was delicious and I'm already thinking about when I can come back.

Marcus S.

Yelp
Came here for brunch off of a recommendation from out Portland host. A great little brunch spot just off the path of the main strip in the neighborhood. Popular for sure, they'll gladly take your name down and send you a text message when your table is ready which is great and allows you to walk around the area a bit if you'd like. You can follow the progress on the Yelp waitlist which is also nice. Little Griddle is, well little. A couple tables outside and about 6 or so inside. The service for sure is great, all of the staff interacted with were great. My favorite interaction was one of the bussers taking away my now empty "griddle" which your food is served in and jokingly remarks "That food must've been terrible." I got a good chuckle out of that and appreciate the humor. So, what did I have leading to an empty griddle? Started with a Greyhound cocktail - monopolowa vodka, soda, splash of grapefruit juice. Not very strong but fruity. Food, I got the Curry Hash - potato hash with pepper & onion in coconut curry sauce, with Swiss cheese and two poached medium eggs. Everything about it was great. Surprisingly not too potato-y either. The curry tasted great. I regret not substituting my toast for a biscuit, don't make my mistake! This choice was among many other good sounding choices on the menu, so another visit is a sure bet between the food and service.

Matthew H.

Yelp
No frills, just great breakfasts. I know pancakes SHOULD be easy to make well, but few do. Little griddle has the best pancakes in Portland, and everything else is tasty as well.

Myla M.

Yelp
I've now had the shakshouka and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and both were super delicious. So far little griddle has not missed. Will really miss this place when I leave Portland.

Amber W.

Yelp
Strong coffee, good bacon and amazing eggs Benedict's. Also the orange juice is worth mentioning, so so good!!!!

Mason Finn K.

Yelp
Little Griddle is a grand spot for a brunch. My friend Brynn brought me there after we stopped into House of Vintage and we had a great time. I got the biscuits and Gravy sandwich and absolutely loved it. The side salad was tasty and a great appetizer. We also shared the special which was a Cinnamon Toast Crunch pancake. For five bucks it was a great deal and tasty too! The staff were super kind and refilled my water quickly and often. Overall this is a great spot for brunch and I will be back!

Roya B.

Yelp
Definitely use Yelp waitlist when you're on your way, and shop if your wait is long. We waited about 45 minutes for a table for Sunday brunch (party of 2). We ordered: Florentine benedict w/bacon Egg & cheese biscuit sub potatoes 1 chocolate chip pancake coffee As it was quite busy, we didn't get much service. We waited over a half an hour for milk for the coffee, because the waitress simply did not check in on us. Our salad did not come out with the food. The benedict was served pretty room temp, not hot so I'm guessing it was sitting on the line for a bit. The food was fine, nothing to write home about. Would have loved to see the option for hash browns. The sweet dishes were uninventive. The salad was a little boring, and $3 to sub for potatoes when most brunch places include potatoes as an option is a little sad. Overall, glad I tried a neighborhood brunch spot, but not likely to return.

Sarah S.

Yelp
We came in at noon on Tuesday morning and it was crowded. We waited 15 minutes before being seated, but they took our number so they could call us when it was our time. While seated, we enjoyed looking at the local art on their walls for sale while we waited for our food. I enjoyed a curry hash with no cheese as well as their house salad with no hazelnuts. Their curry and potatoes was very satisfying-this was a hearty dish that didn't need any meat or cheese. Their peppers and onions in particular were zesty. I spread everything on the bread they provided. The serving size was perfect-I was able to finish every bite comfortably. I also had some sips of their mango mimosa and some of my fiancé's sausage biscuit-YUM. On the way out, I got a business card of the featured artist. They also featured some coloring previous patrons did. I loved Little Griddle-between them shining a light on local artists and making high quality and unique dishes, they are a hit!

Matthew B.

Yelp
This was our second visit to the Little Griddle. I love that you can make reservations instead of standing around outside waiting- especially since we have kids. The restaurant was packed and we were seated fairly quickly and on time to our reservation. The staff that greeted us at the door and served us at our table were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and tasted freshly made. We really enjoyed our meals and will be back!

mario g.

Yelp
I really enjoy Little Griddle as my neighborhood brunch spot. Good coffee. Great breakfast and even better service.

Brocha E.

Yelp
So delicious and adorable place! Service is friendly and really mind. I had the excellent bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hot chocolate complete with whipped cream and marshmallows merchandise is available to purchase! Pro tip: sign up on their wait list online, this place is tiny and there can be a wait, but its worth it!

Melissa S.

Yelp
I loved everything about this cozy gem of a find on Fremont! The eclectic food is as comforting as the vibe and coziness of this place! This was a suggested destination of Alex Guarnaschelli from the food network! I'm so glad that I followed her lead, because it didn't disappoint!!! I tried the cheesy polenta breakfast bowl! What a majestic symphony of flavors!!! The chef is a Picasso of food!!! My daughter had the veg country gravy with house made biscuits! Absolutely delicious! The flavors danced in your mouth! It's also astounding to find a breakfast place that offers so many vegetarian choices! They also offered a choice of a delicious heirloom green salad, or country potatoes. I swear they hit every mark of upscaled food choices! How often are you offered a delicious side salad with your breakfast! This place totally gets my every food love offering!!! Thank you little Griddle! I'll definitely be back!!! Our server was Blossom!!! She's was a beautiful, attentive, kind server as well!

Wendy S.

Yelp
The food was amazing here. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful and the pancakes are huge and delicious! I had the bacon and spinach skillet which was to die for. The cream sauce and panko crust pair very well together and you get the smoky undertone from the bacon in every bite. My cousin got the veggie hash that came with a romesco sauce that had a very complex flavorful profile. It was smoky, creamy and had a ton of spices coming through. Our kids loved their plates as well. The English muffin was very thin, soft and buttery. The skillet and hash both came with a side salad, which was awesome to cleanse the palette once in a while because those dishes do get a bit heavy. The pancakes were very soft and airy and HUGE. We both thought $4 for a cake was pricey, but it was actually worth it and we probably only needed 1 to share. They have a little parking lot, but there's also a lot of street parking in the area. FYI, this is a very small and intimate brunch spot so you'll want to join their waitlist on the website.

Victoria F.

Yelp
An amazing find near the PDX airport! We stopped here after we landed and we're STARVING when we arrived. The menu was creative and extensive. The curry hash caught my eye and it lived up to my expectations. The eggs were perfectly poached and the toast was delicious. They have a small space but are able to accommodate bigger groups by splitting tables! Everything our group ordered looked delicious and I would most definitely recommend a visit!

Luis R.

Yelp
Food and ambiance was amazing. We were visiting from out of the area and wanting a nice brunch. Food and mimosas were great and service was excellent. 10/10 recommend.

Rebecca F.

Yelp
Cute place, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. They also accommodate substitutions which is always appreciated! Highly recommend using the waitlist feature on Yelp to minimize wait times on the weekends.

Keizzel C.

Yelp
I would have given 5 stars on the food alone but docked a star just because service was on the slower side during this visit. They were working as hard as they could and luckily we didn't have any set plans but not sure if it was just the day we went but people ended up waiting and then taking food to go because of the wait. As for the restaurant itself it's a super cute and narrow shop. Small tables on the inside so I can see why there tends to be a wait on the weekends for brunch. We got seated right away near the kitchen so we could smell all the wafts coming from the kitchen and it smelled delicious! I got an order of the bacon and spinach skillet with one buttermilk pancake on the side and couldn't wait! As you're waiting you can also explore the plants since they actual do offer them up for sale in case you see one you like and want to take home. As mentioned in the beginning the wait to get our order for a table of three took 40+ mins before it reached our table which to me seemed a little long based on the number of people in the establishment. Had nice chats to pass the time but the hunger was setting in so when the food landed at our table it was chow time. If I had places to be I might not have rated the place the way I did, but again it was good to come here without having to rush. I get the hype with this place because the skillet was super delicious and piping hot that you could burn the roof of your mouth if you eat too fast. I loved the creaminess and it made me feel less guilty with the spinach. Right? I would definitely get it again and even get more bread to dip in the sauce. It was also nice to get a pancake to get some sweetness to balance out the savoriness and I enjoyed it. It was a nice size that you could share, had a nice crisp, and was still fluffy on the inside. I would get both items again if I come back. The other hashes looked popular based on what others were ordering and they can make items veg friendly which is nice. If you're considering coming and checking it out I would recommend it but tip 1) come early 2) maybe don't have any set plans afterwards in case the wait is longer than expected.

Varand O.

Yelp
Good food. Good service (only two wait staff, but not sure the space would allow for too many more. Wait times can get long). Good music playlist. The inside needs to be better ventilated or cooled - quite sticky and muggy.

Julie H.

Yelp
Great vibes! I love the plants. The service here was also really friendly. Delicious egg benefits and salad.

Azi N.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast spot, very cozy and cute. The people working here are always friendly & helpful. Everything here is delicious from their coffee to their skillets & biscuits and their pancakes & French toast are ALL incredible.

Yelp
One of the best breakfast places I have ever been to in my entire life, and that is saying a lot because I LOVE breakfast food. The inside was small and cozy, I'm surprised it wasn't WAY busier but it was also a weekday so lucky us! We were seated immediately and the waitress immediately took our order. Food came out in record time, in full deliciousness and all. Also, you walk by the kitchen on your way to the bathroom -- please do yourself a favor and make that walk. The smell is heavenly and you can peek inside too! (the kitchen, not the bathroom, although the bathroom is cute and Portlandy itself) Food: both dishes were 12/10. Food scene in Portland is truly crazy. I'm a NJ gal so I'm extremely picky with my breakfast sandwiches, but this bacon egg and cheese biscuit HIT THE SPOT! Fresh biscuit, oh my. And the salad was amazing too, fresh drizzle of whatever house made dressing/vinaigrette they had with a touch of walnuts, PERFECT taste and texture! Bf's dish was also amazing, egg was perfectly poached and potatoes were SOOO flavorful! How can big chunks pack so much flavor on the inside? Wish we got to go back but it is our #1 breakfast pick for whenever we do.

Yelp
Amazing little hole in the wall brunch spot I found by accident. Wait wasn't very long and food was outstanding. 10/10! The salad dressing they use is super delicious and the meal was well balanced on flavors. Employees were very friendly and ambiance was lovely. Will definitely be back again!

Yelp
Very very small. Get on the waitlist in advance. Excellent food, it's just a teeny tiny restaurant and kitchen.

Yelp
This place was a cute small brunch spot. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating which is perfect when the sun is out. There was a bit of people waiting for a table and we had to put our names down on a list. We waiting around 20-25 minutes before we were seated in our outdoor table. Our server was also super nice! The food was pretty good. I found their salad really delicious, maybe even more yummy than the actual food. I personally wouldn't put it at the top of my favorite brunch spots. But it is still definitely worth a try!

Yelp
I joined the Yelp waitlist to get a table on a Saturday afternoon. The time estimate was quite accurate and was very convenient. The host was able to check us in the restaurant and seated us promptly. The place is small but packed with guest enjoying their food. I ordered a mango lemonade and the Huevos Benedictos. The mango lemonade was a little more tart than I expected but very sweet and refreshing. The Huevos Benedictos was perfecto! Eggs cooked perfectly, combination of ingredients worked well together, and the side salad was pleasant. The drawbacks I had was that the tables were a bit too close to each other, so it was very difficult for the hostess to check up on tables and move around. I also noticed that the silverware and tables were not tidy upon getting seated.

Yelp
The high quality of the food here has been amazing! This is positively the best restaurant experience I've had in Portland in quite some time. I've tried so many items now. The blueberry pancake was amazing. I usually don't like pancakes but this was over the top. I tentatively took one bite and then polished off the whole thing. The eggs are fluffy, the bacon well-done and so good. The biscuits and gravy were delish, and the sausage was really tasty too. The service has been good each time. The prices are fair. I'd love having breakfast here every day!!!
