Where to Eat and Drink Around DU This Fall (Whether You Are a Student or Not) - Eater Denver

"Perhaps introducing some DU students to the joys of this cuisine for the first time, Little India delivers authentic and delicious Indian fare, with traditional herbs and spices imported directly from that part of the world. The naan bread is made in a real Tandoor oven, and the exotic samosas, kebabs, curries and more will leave visitors abundantly satisfied. Find this cozy spot just slightly west of campus." - Gigi Sukin, Paul Albani-Burgio

Looking for an aesthetic tasty Indian Restaurant? This place is IT! the atmosphere was phenomenal and Gian was an incredible server, she just added to the whole experience by engaging in conversation and giving great recommendations. Food was so good i forgot to take a pic, but we got the Chicken vindaloo and Chicken Madras, so good and such a good spice 🔥😏

If you love Indian food, you really need to visit this place. I went to the weekend lunch buffet, and was impressed by the variety. They not only have the usual stuff that other restaurants have - they had quite a few dishes I'd never seen before! The flavor level was a step above the rest, as was the spice in many of the dishes. Even the desserts were unusual. As a major foodie, I'll definitely be returning to this spot!

Google
Cannot really tell how good the food is because there is no way to get a seat. Cannot book online. When we got there, a bunch of people were just crowded at the entrance with no hostess in site. When chatting And asking around the other customers said they are just waiting. No one came to take a reservation, tell us how long the wait is, or explain anything. It seems like only one server was responsible for the entire place. After 15 minutes we just left for a different place. Not a good way to run your business, especially not during Restaurant Week in Denver

Google
The food was delicious! Our server was Deeb and he was so kind and caring. Our table loved Deeb excellent customer service. We ordered the samosas which you can see in the pictures attached. We ordered butter chicken, lamb pansala, combination biriyani, and chicken kabob. The atmosphere was top tier as well they had someone come play music. The art and attention to detail adds to the whole experience. I will definitely be coming again!!!

Google
Was in the mood for Indian so we stopped in for a quick lunch. It was actually amazing! I was surprised by how truly flavorful the whole meal was! I went with something familiar to me but it was still out of this world delicious! My mood completely changed and we enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back. I want to visit their other locations but I truly loved our servers and their personality. Shout out to the whole team on this Saturday afternoon!

Google
Gave them a try after seeing some $12 brunch deal advertisement and left very disappointed. Clueless server had no idea what the promo was and had to look up multiple times what was included and what wasn't. Service was extremely slow even though we were the only people at the restaurant when we went. The main included 4 small bowls of curries and two of them definitely had gone bad and had funky / sour taste. One was not what I ordered. I am not sure how these guys are messing up so bad, the restaurant seemed to have been around for a long time and the decor is good. Food and service were a huge miss and I won't be returning.

Google
This is definitely a go to spot! Started going here almost 2 years ago and every time I’ve been it’s been an amazing experience! Our absolute favorite server is Yaya, he makes each experience memorable and just brings good energy each time we see him! Seriously can’t rave about him enough! The food is awesome. The menu has a little something for everyone. The appetizers are always good and the portions of everything is more than enough! Normally get the Paneer Makhani medium spice level but tried some new items tonight! Thank you Little India off Downing for being the top dog location!

Google
Came here for restaurant week. Probably will never come back again. Took about 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Took almost another 40 minutes to get said food. Food was meh. We got chicken tiki masala which wasn't that flavorful and fairly plain. The special Naan bread was pretty good at least. I got the cheese garlic one. The appetizers were probably the best part of the meal. Coconut shrimp had good shrimp, but the sauce was ok. The chicken dumplings I got was pretty good as well. We came in a little before 9, so they were open for at least 2 more hours, so it was unacceptable for service to be this slow. There was only 4 tables of people when we got there as well, with only 2 placing orders. The other table placing orders got there at 8:30 and got their food after us. They waited over an hour and I watched as 2 or 3 takeout orders get fulfilled before they even got their food. I think they got some drinks comped for the wait, but I felt bad since they were going to be there for almost an 1:30 without even getting food. Takeout seemed to be slow as well, Took them about 20 minutes or so to fill the orders. I suspect the kitchen is severely undermanned since there should be no problems serving 4 tables out of the entire restaurant. They also didn't honor the restaurant week deal. No giftcard was given either and the pricing was off. (Not the 25$) we expected. But at that point we didn't really want to waste more time since it took forever for the server to come by. I attached the receipt as proof. Kind of glad we didn't get a gift card since I don't think I would want to come back anyways.

Yelp
I love the buffet, it never disappoints. Always friendly service for me, always appreciated. The ambiance here is nice, this location is my favorite.

Yelp
Fall from grace! I've eaten at Little India for 20 years. This used to be one of the best Indian restaurants in Denver but no more. A clear change in ingredient quality has been appalling. After a disappointing meal, I gave it another chance but again the quality and taste was unpleasant. I would not order from here again. I don't know if there has been an ownership change but the changes have been disastrous. .

Yelp
First time ordering from here, and I'm only giving a 3/5 because the food was hot and delivered quickly over DoorDash. But based on the food alone, my rating would be closer to a 1 or 2/5. The garlic naan was really dry, tasted old--it was so dry and stale it tasted almost more like a cracker and actually CRUNCHED in my mouth--and did not have much garlic flavor. My partner had the chicken tikka masala. The chicken was tender but because the chunks are so large, it tasted dry and wouldn't be palatable without drowning it in sauce, and unfortunately, the sauce itself wasn't very flavorful. I did appreciate that the saag paneer wasn't too salty, though it was a bit bland and flavorless. The papadam was perfect, although we didn't receive any chutney with our order, which I'm used to other Indian restaurants giving. Overall, the food is decent enough if you're really, really craving Indian food and there's no other fast option. But given the price (~$18 per entree), I don't think I would order from here again. Note: the price of the chicken tikka masala and saag paneer includes rice! We didn't know this and ended up with way too much rice because we'd ordered a bowl separately.

Yelp
Recently visited here with some friends and we spent a few hours eating and catching up! There was a live performer playing some type of guitar like instruments. It was neat! The service was good and quick! The staff was great! One of my friends didn't think her dish had much spice and they came and replaced and redid her dish no issues and it was much better according to her. My aloo goo dish was great! They were generous with portions. Parking is limited but there is neighborhood parking. This a great spot to try in the DU area

Matigan S.

Yelp
I have wanted to try this restaurant for months, and I am sad I didn't go sooner! The service was great, and the food was delicious. Little India also has an extensive beer, wine, and cocktail list. I would recommend this to anyone looking to try delectable Indian cuisine in the Denver area!

Yelp
One of our all time favorite spots for Indian food and it's always an amazing experience. Food was delicious per usual, but this review gets a 5 star due to the REMARKABLE service. Our server was attentive, made recommendations based on our questions, and the entire staff did such a remarkable job. Patio is nice to sit on, even along Downing and in a parking lot (you don't feel that way), and also a large inside dining room. Keep it up, Little India, we love you!

Yelp
We had a lovely experience our first time here! The service was slow at first until we quickly realized it was three employees doing the job of 10! Our waitress alone was helping with to go orders, serving food, and bartending. When she realized we had been waiting a while for our order to be taken she did not disappoint! Our food came out so quickly but the quality and taste of the food was exceptional. She kept apologizing to us and thanked us for being so chill about the slow start and actually comped us for one of the entrees. The ambiance of the restaurant was also exquisite and had live music to boot! Definitely recommend their establishment and would advise going after the dinner rush, potentially around 7pm.

Yelp
Got 2 of these puppies w BOGO on Uber eats. Quick delivery. Dank food. Didn't have to move from my couch. What more can you ask for. Cash money.
google avatar

Mallory S.

Yelp
Great service, good veg options, and I really enjoy their selection. I have better experiences dining in vs taking out (wait time) but takeout portions are larger. I really appreciate that you can get truly spicy food if you like it hot!
google avatar

Allison B.

Yelp
We love coming here and recently discovered they have a new chef. The food was always good, but the spices are more present than in the past and every bite is a delicious discovery. The staff is very attentive and friendly. A must try if you like Indian food.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. I admit, I had a little doubt when I walked in and saw the dark interior, small buffet, and smelled Pinesol more than food - but I was starving and plopped in a booth. I'm so glad I did. The service was amazing. The waiter even turned the heater on outside just for us, brought us drinks so quickly, and just had a wonderful presence. All the people there were such a joy. The buffet may be "small" by American standards, but the flavor packed in that little bar will blow your mind. The food was all perfect. The Paneer was my favorite! And Apple chutney was a great touch for the samosas. Overall I would return to this place over and over again because the food and service were spot on.

Yelp
Great food for a very affordable price. I have been multiple times and the service is always great. Would highly encourage Little India for date night or a group event.

Yelp
Another must while I was in Denver. My fav Indian restaurant. The flavors are unbelievable and the staff and service was great. We love the saag paneer and chicken tikka. This time we hit the buffet and it didn't disappoint. Soooo good! They also have locations by 6th and downtown Denver. Every time I return to Denver - it's a spot I make sure to hit.

Yelp
I invited a girl I met on Tinder out for lunch. She lives right down the street from this restaurant so I figured this was a perfect time to try the buffet I have heard so much about. The second we walked through the door the smell of incense made me smile. We were immediately seated and placed our drink orders. Then we headed to the buffet. The buffet was clean, well laid out and visually inviting. Had I been a meat eater, the buffet would have been heaven. Butter chicken, meat dishes and chicken discuss. They looked so yummy and well made. Sadly, my date and I were both vegetarians so our choices were minimal. Vegetable curry, curry eggs and rice pudding. I really would have enjoyed a fish or seafood curry option since there were so many meat and chicken options. The garlic naan was top shelf, as usual. Our waitress, a young Indian woman, was fantastic and efficient. The bill was reasonable and nobody minded my date and I held hands and were clearly "together". We both felt very comfortable being ourselves inside this restaurant. Please add a fish or seas food option to the buffet. Is vegetarians would sure appreciate it.

Anna A.

Yelp
Unfortunately, the complete disdain and hatred for paying and tipping customers has made this restaurant a no-go for my family. we enjoy their food, but they are so awful to customers who are just trying to pick up their (expensive!) food on a normal night. three strikes and never again. sad, but the customer service is that bad

Rick H.

Yelp
This place is terrible. The waitress coco is lazy and k just wants tips. Sits in the corner with her daughter and looks for the big tables. I was a regular and I will never ever step foot in this place again It's dirty filthy and should be closed down Do t go here it's terrible!!!
google avatar

Raelyn S.

Yelp
Extremely slow service and cold food. We had to send it back. The waiter apologized and gave us a discount, as he was doing his best. The restaurant was clearly understaffed. We were very disappointed in both the service and food after reading such good reviews.
google avatar

Abhinav K.

Yelp
Place has gone downhill. I am shocked by their lack of concern for their customers and quality. Ordered aloo (potato) paratha and it has no potato. What's worse is that the place is predominantly North Indian and I am from the same region. There is no fooling with aloo paratha. When I called up they lied about the "chef making sure there is potato stuffing". No there was none. I have had this item for last 35 years of my life and this was by far the worst aloo paratha in my life. The menu item served does not match the description. It's like having a burger with just the buns. I might give it another try later sometime if they work on customers. PS: There are very few items on that menu which qualify as "Indian". Seems to be more like an Indian fusion to cater to the local crowd.

Yelp
Door dashed it The garlic nan was amazing Chicken curry was very flavorful My new fav Indian place

Yelp
We live somewhat in the area, but this was our first time having dinner at Little India. It was a great experience! The food was delicious, atmosphere was welcoming, comfortable and intimate from the warm low lighting to the sitar playing in the background. Our server, Yaya was, very friendly, charismatic, knowledgeable and helpful. He also sold me on the daily brunch buffet, which I'll come back to try next week. The manager also came over and took the time to make a connection with us. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. Happy to have discovered this neighborhood gem.

Anna G.

Yelp
This is the best spot to go for some wonderful food and experience. Amazing service, which was above and beyond from Rajan. Rajan, we wish you all the good things. See you at the buffet soon. Thank you!

David G.

Yelp
We've been dining here for years and it has always been very good. The servers and owners are always genuinely friendly, the atmosphere warm and lively, with delicious, aromatic food. But on Thursday, we felt that everything had been turned up several notches. The sitar player always adds to our experience, but even the papadam and chutneys we started with seemed far more flavourful and fresh. The main dishes confirmed our initial impressions -- everything had so much more flavour! We asked our server, who said that there was a new Chef. Don't get me wrong -- we have always loved the food at Little India, and have never been disappointed. But this tasted so much more like the authentic cuisine I've had abroad and in cities like New York. We'd just always figured the flavours were "dumbed-down" a bit for the Coloradan palate. The dinner we enjoyed this past week made us want to return even more often than we already do. I've also ordered delivery from this restaurant and can attest to the high quality of the food and attention to detail when packing the order. If you love Indian cuisine, this is a great place to dine. Certainly our favourite spot in Denver.

Christy R.

Yelp
So disappointed in the food, absolutely no flavor- ordered a variety, since it had been a while since I ate there. I can't imagine bland extra hot vindaloo, or lamb curry but that is what I received- it was truly a bad experience.

Khulan M.

Yelp
Arrived at 8:30pm. As of right now, 10pm, we still have not gotten our food. Asked the waiter can you check for our food, didnt say anything and left to the back. 10 min later no word. Never experienced anything like this especially for a restuarant thats not even consideted high end or fancy. Everyone left and we were the only 4 there for like 2 hrs with no food.
google avatar

Liz B.

Yelp
Had the lunch buffet. It was delicious! Lots of choices and veg options, too. I would come back but I don't live in Colorado!

Michele P.

Yelp
Had dinner here tonight. What a treat Coco took such good care of us, she was a delight. Had a few new dishes We had not had that she recommended. Everyone here was so nice and helpful.
google avatar

Michele R.

Yelp
Food and service was fantastic! Vinu took great care of us. The samosas and garlic naan were yummy!
google avatar

Asko B.

Yelp
It is never fun to rate restaurants with one star but I don't feel bad about it anymore. Take out food should be spot on especially when you drive 15 min one way. Getting home and finding that the food is just gross makes it fair to give an honest feedback. I ordered Lamb Masala and the meat could not be more chewy. Gross! Garlic Naan was old, cold, hard and sour. Sour part is what makes me wonder since I have never eaten sour Naan. Will not recommend this place.
google avatar

Regal M.

Yelp
Let's be honest. The food is good. It's good enough to come here for. The ambiance is good. I like this place. Well, I like the food. Here's the deal. If you want to have the food from here, don't call, don't Uber eats, don't GrubHub. Their delivery, to go food, order ahead, etc.. is a totally and complete s-show. There's a chance they will forget you entirely. There's a chance you'll get someone else's food. There is a chance you will be completely optimistic and tell your wife you'll have a quick drink at the bar while waiting on your to go order - 6 drinks later it's ready. That's not good. With that said there are better places to eat because the stress is not worth it if there is an episode of Breaking Bad waiting for you at home.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
I don't know what happened to this location, but this is the worst indian food I've ever had... $18.35 for the buffet. the roti were dry and flavorless. Everything Bland. I hope this changes back to when the food was delicious.

Aurora S.

Yelp
My family and I came into eat an hour before closing. We all pretty much ordered the butter chicken since that's the favorite dish, one person ordered the tika masala. Not only did they serve us so late, but the food was all delicious.
google avatar

Brad B.

Yelp
Absolutely under rated local Denver chain of great food. The staff is always so kind and really appreciate your business. I go with the classic Tikka Masala almost every time and it doesn't disappoint. The Naan is FATTTT, perfect for soaking up those sauces. I tried the mash potatoes and pea stuffed one this time and mannnnn that's now an every time order. They have a buffet and it's returned but haven't had a chance to try it, but if that's your jam, go for it. I love Little India and so will you!!!
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
I had a pickup order of naan, before I went to work. I just wanted something small and it was ordered online and prepaid. When I arrived to pick my order up the woman who gave it to me was very rude and rolled her eyes about it. I have never been to this business before, I didn't waste the time of a server or take up a table for such a small order. I will not patronize this business again as obviously my purchase was unworthy of the time and effort.

Nicole H.

Yelp
I got takeout from here so I can't comment on the ambience or service, etc. First, the good: I got the regular samosas and they were great. They came with the 2 sauces- tamarind and mint chutney, I think. The rice was fine but I couldn't tell if rice came with an entree or not, so I ordered the "extra cumin rice" and ended up with a huge amount. They should make it clearer on the menu of rice is included. Free delivery was nice too. OK, now the bad. I ordered my usual entree when I'm trying a new Indian place- chicken tikka masala. There was no area to request spice level, so I added it as a comment: medium spicy. It was bland. I'm new to Denver but so far I've noticed that both Indian and Thai food is very bland here. The flavor of the CTM was fine but it seemed a little too sweet without the added spiciness. Naan was horrible. Flat and oily instead of light and airy. I couldn't eat it. I guess I'm still looking for a "go to" Indian place. Too bad, I wanted to like it.

Melanie K.

Yelp
There were five in our party and everyone was super pleased with our selections. We started with Jaipuri Samosa, which were such a hit. I ordered the Chicken Jahingir, which is marinated chicken breast and jumbo prawns with onions, bell pepper and spices. I highly recommend it. The flavors were absolutely perfect. I also tried the chicken Jalfrazie, garlic naan and chicken tikka masala, which were exceptional as well. My only regret is the usual one, which is that I didn't save room for dessert. Next time we'll start there!
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Everything was good and it was ready when I was told to come pick up. Definitely recommend them.

Lee P.

Yelp
Rip-off alert: we were upsold brown rice, instead of the free white rice with our entrees, for $6 each. $12 bucks for two little servings of...rice! This is just plain robbery and the owners should be ashamed.
google avatar

Tyler A.

Yelp
The Yelp rating doesn't do Little India justice. My girlfriend and I were wandering around the DU area last night looking for a place to eat and stumbled in to here. We both wanted Indian food but I didn't know what to expect because the reviews were sub par. After walking in I felt totally comfortable, the decor and the staff were fantastic! Also you can smell the food right when you walk in. We were sat outside on there cute patio overlooking Downing Street, a beautiful shopping street. We ordered the chicken madras and the navratan korma both were excellent. I highly recommend both dishes, the right amount of spice and cooked to perfection. Also we ordered the Naan Kabli which is a sweet naan with nuts and cherries which balanced out the spice perfectly. I highly recommend Little India for Dine in and will be going back! It's a hidden gem of the university neighborhood!

Jenn H.

Yelp
What happened??? This place used to be soooo good. We had Chicken Tikka and Saag Paneer- it was worse than something from the freezer section of the grocery store. Watery and flavorless- but super expensive.

Karim L.

Yelp
The worst buffet I've been to in Denver thus far. The food was lukewarm and looked and tasted as if they just reheated days old food. Not fresh or appetizing at all. I wish I had taken pictures as proof. I tried their 2 different types of vegetable pakoras, white rice, butter chicken, chana masala, saag paneer, egg curry, vegetable curry, kheer, and naan. All except the butter chicken and rice were extremely sub par for the price they charge for the buffet ($18 with tax). The butter chicken with rice was okay (still not top tier), but still tasted like something you just reheated at home after a few days rather than got fresh at a restaurant. The naan was the worst naan I've had at a South Asian restaurant thus far. Tasted more like dough or old breadsticks rather than true naan. It's no surprise the place was basically empty. My partner and I are Pakistani/Indian and have had plenty of fantastic South Asian food across this country. Unfortunately, this was not one of them. Completely ruined her and my appetite. She didn't even finish her first plate, and we ended up leaving after just 20 minutes. Really sad because their a la carte food at dinner service at a different time was decent, not the best Indian food, but definitely much better than the poor quality of buffet food they had at lunch.

Peter C.

Yelp
Always enjoy their easy and delicious lunch buffet. The service from Jwtu was excellent. I'll be coming back, for sure!

Yelp
Ordered delivery in lieu of pickup by accident tonight. Just over 2 hours and I'm still waiting. Oh I ordered at 5:19 pm. Additionally when I asked them to hold the food because I'd drive the 2 minutes down the road and pick it up at apparently it had been waiting for a driver for almost 25 minutes, they told me no problem and then when I arrive, the food has been sent out for delivery. When I get home, food not there. And as I sit here the food is running out for delivery for about 40-45 minutes despite being about a 2 minutes drive away. I've actually ordered Indian from Serene at 7:40 pm. We'll see which arrives first...little India arrived first at 7:53 pm which is about 2 hours and 34 minutes after ordering at 5:19 pm and about an hour after it left little India to be delivered. Serene was delivered at 8:21 which is 41 minutes after ordering, which almost 2 hours better than little India downing

Cienna P.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing. Went to celebrate a birthday, the restaurant was beautiful. And so was the display of the food. Vino served us and was he was so kind and outstanding service. The food was incredible, we all left happy and full.

Katix C.

Yelp
This was perfect! Delicious buffet with plenty of vegan options. The server Koko was charming, and brought us a free sample of their new Pani Puri appetizer, which was wonderful! We'll be back! :)

Reece -.

Yelp
Yeah, this was so unbelievably bad. For starters, the food was not good. This was the least flavorful Indian food I have ever had in my entire life. My brother had to put sriracha in his butter chicken before loosing his appetite after eating a hair. I got the chicken tikka masala, which came with very doughy naan bread, and a delicious piece of... plastic? Not even sure. Can't even begin to voice my disappointment with this place after spending nearly $80 tonight. Will not be coming back, nor will I ever recommend this place to someone else. Yikes. Major yikes.

Yelp
The Sunday night crowd of a dozen was seated on the patio, but lots of room indoor too. Low volume of traditional music was appreciated. Service was friendly and attentive keeping water full and recommending the Chicken Madras as spicy!! I was not disappointed, and an ample serving of fiery bliss soon appeared after a somewhat disappointing cup of Mughlai soup. Yelp has the free Punjabi Samosa promotion, two HUGE mashed potato and pea balls, battered and deep fried. Thanks YELP! These were certainly filling but I wish they'd come with a little More chutney. Lost one star for charging for nan. Charge +$5 for bread??? Why?

Yelp
We have gone to Little India many times over the last 14 years. During those 14 years, we have also had takeout on Valentine's Day. Usually, it is our family of four. However, this time we had family in town and had a reservation for six at 6:45. We arrived early at 6:20. We were immediately seated. We waited until 7:00, 40 minutes, as no one had come to the table. I asked a staff member, and they were surprised we still needed a staff member to come to our table. A waiter arrived and informed us he thought someone else was helping our table. He did apologize, but I am not sure how this can happen. Once the waiter came, we immediately placed our order for appetizers, dinner and drinks. We ordered two lassis, three chai teas and an iced tea. The chai teas came in about ten minutes. The iced tea and lassis took another ten minutes. Between the time the iced tea and lassis arrived and 8:00, we were still waiting for someone to come to our table. This was about 40 minutes. Our water glasses, along with the chai teas, were long since empty. At 8:05, the appetizers came, over one hour after we ordered. We also asked for refills on water and chai teas. At 8:20, the waiter brought two chai teas. However, we ordered three and he said they were out of chai tea. We told the waiter we had to leave soon and he said, "ok." At 8:25, we left the restaurant as we had yet to receive our main courses. We were just one of the patrons with this issue. In the area where we were seated, a covered outdoor room with about ten tables, we saw two other tables sit for dinner after us and leave after waiting a considerable amount of time. Also, a couple was seated after ourselves and they received their food. I called about an hour after we left the restaurant to voice my displeasure. I spoke with the manager. He knew our table the second I called. He apologized and offered to have us come back the next day, and have our meal 1/2 off. I explained I was so upset with the entire experience as this is not something that should happen, ever for any restaurant, much less one that has been around for as long as Little India. In addition, I was still determining if I wanted to go back. As I continued to explain the situation, the manager stated we could come back the next day and he would cover our entire meal. However, I told him we were unable to come back the next day and that our friends were going back home. He continued to say we could come the next day and eat for free. However, I still did not know if we wanted to return after such an ordeal. The manager ended the call by saying he would give us a $100 gift certificate if we could not return on February 15th (Wednesday). After thinking over the situation in the night, it was an embarrassment as we brought our family from out of town, we had our children, one in middle school and the other in high school, waiting to eat and with such an epic level of failure on Little India we decided we can't go back to the restaurant. We understand things happen, but this was at a level that should not be possible for an established restaurant. This was not just ourselves experiencing such a horrible level of service. Others came and left without eating, and everyone in the restaurant appeared annoyed at the lack of service. I don't believe I can go back to Little India.

Yelp
Great food. Servers and Waitstaff all pleasant. Lamb chops were generous and delicious. The Tandoori Mixed plate was a bust. 2 pieces of Chicken chunks , 1 small piece of lamb, a sliver of fish the size of 1/2 a pinky finger, 1 very dry burnt large shrimp and a million grilled onions. I was basically a $17 ish entree of grilled onions, bummer The rice with sauce is wonderful. Curry veggies were saucy but right on target. Drinks were strong. I feel its a bit on the pricey side. But some of these dishes are wonderful.
