Little Miner Taco Secures a Space in D.C for Quesabirria and Hot Chicken Sandwiches - Eater DC
"Little Miner Taco, the D.C. area food truck that operates food hall stalls in Brentwood and North Bethesda, Maryland, is expanding upon the viral success of its cheesy beef birria tacos, burritos, and carne asada fries." - Eater Staff
Five stars for the breakfast. I love that they open at 8 and it's made to order but comes out fast. Thank you for making vegetarian the default option! (Although you can pay to add meat if you like). The burrito is enormous and delicious - more than enough for one person. The free kids quesadilla also comes with rice and beans. Check them out!

Love the birria tacos with the consomme dip. Very messy and a little pricey, but worth it. Would dock a star for them altering their hours because now I can't swing by for lunch. Really hoping their Brookland popup experiment works and we can have them stick around for the long haul.

I was very excited to try it for the first time. I oredered a shrimp taco and waited to about 15 minutes. Then I found hair in my taco and it was certainly not my hair. This was extremely gross and I won't be returning.
